I, I just thank the Lord for you. I thank the Lord that you're, part of the Wackadoodle Church and, like minded group of people, and we're we're different. We're definitely different because if you're still here, you're different. Alright. It's okay to be different. Ephesians six nineteen through 20, would you please stand with me and we'll read God's holy word together. We're finishing up next week. We'll we'll be in the book of Philippians soon. Alright. And for me that utterance may be given unto me that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel for which I am an ambassador in bonds that therein I may speak boldly as I ought to speak. Father, thank you for your holy word. And Lord, as we've been studying, last week studying about prayer, Paul is now asking for prayer, and, he's asking for the church body to pray for him as he's chained to a Roman soldier. And, Lord, his his one desire is that, they wouldn't silence him, that he'd have the boldness to speak, to preach, to teach, to, for an open door, with the soldier, maybe with Nero, maybe with some of the senate, a divine appointment being there in Rome. And, and, Lord, you designed that. You made it that way, and and he's getting there by way of being incarcerated, by way of prison. And so, Lord, we thank you that he was bold with Felix and Festus and King Agrippa and Bernice, and and, now, Lord, he's there in Rome. And so God, we pray that as we look back historically, as we look back biblically, the examples that Paul and so many others set and throughout church history, Lord, so many others that have been persecuted for the gospel, persecuted for speaking the truth to power. Lord, we pray that we would surrender our hearts to your sovereignty, to the almighty, omnipotent one, Lord, and not fear man, not fear man trying to silence us and to compromise and to keep quiet during these last days. So give us the boldness, Lord, and help us as we intercede, and we pray for those that you put on the front lines all over the place, Lord. And so move and work by the power of your spirit. Teach us, In Jesus' name, amen. Would you please be seated? An open door. In Canada, there's a legislation that was just passed, bill c nine. Bill c nine, is basically described by pastor Arthur Pawlowski, who originally lived in Poland. So he saw firsthand the Canadian or excuse me, the the Polish communism when he was a young man. And then he immigrated to Canada and the pastor there, and you probably, already know of him during COVID. He was in the news quite a bit because he refused in 2020, to shut his church on Easter Sunday. And the police officers came into his church, barged in there, let them know that you guys have to be closed and and all that. And he kicked them out of his church, and, and he called them Nazis, and he just isn't gonna tolerate, the tyranny. But he recently was on Greg Hunter, and you can check it out on Greg Hunter, and he's speaking about this new bill that was passed there. It's called the bible ban bill and Canadian war on Jesus hate speech, the laws that are being passed. And the church, Christians, there's no so called religious exemption. So you as a Christian, if you're in Canada or The UK and England all over, there's people already in The UK that are in jail for ten years because on Facebook, and Twitter and all, posting tweets that, upset people. And basically, the premise is is, you're a hater. And if you identify homosexuality as being an aberrant behavior and you quote the bible that homosexuality is an abomination, or let's say moving forward, we're watching even in our country, the normalization, that's a keyword of Romans one. They wanna be normal and part of God's judgment against those who reject the truth or who suppress the truth is to give them over to the base behaviors of homosexuality, lesbianism, fornication, all of it. But we're watching the pressure coming, the normalization of pedophilia. So according to Arthur Polowski, pastor Arthur Polowski, if you were to say something like pedophilia is wrong and you hurt the feelings of a pedophile, that's hate speech, and you're gonna get a knock at the door. You're gonna you're going to, be be cited and incarcerated. 360 citations pastor Arthur's received, 120 court cases. Can you imagine going to court one time? This guy's gone to court 120 times to defend the gospel. His brother, he too has had like 60 citations or whatever and his his own son his own son. As dad's in jail, his son carries the torch and trying to speak boldly and not give in to the the tyranny that's enveloping The UK where they're antichrist and against Jesus Christ, and, and you get ten years for quoting the bible. He was arrested once for simply having a bible, reading the bible quietly in a park. It offended somebody. And, and so he found himself arrested and all that. And, and and and in reading this and getting ready for this message with the apostle Paul being chained to a Roman soldier, and what's the crime? What crime is the apostle Paul? It's because he's preaching the gospel. He's going all over with the gospel, and the powers that be don't want him speaking in the name of Jesus, particularly the, religious leaders. And so in, you know, chapter four of the book of acts, Peter's and John are coming out of the temple, and there's a man there at the beautiful gate that's, begging for money, and they said that the man that was begging silver and gold have we none, but such as we have, give we unto you. And Peter reached forth his hand and grabbed the guy's hand, in the name of Jesus Christ, you know, stand up and walk. We don't have any money, but what we do have, we're gonna give unto you. And and the Lord used Peter to heal the guy, and it was a it was a, you know, a huge powerful demonstration of the power of the holy spirit. And word got around to people and Peter used it and John used it as a means of preaching the gospel. You see 3,000 get saved, 5,000 get saved, and the religious leaders, they can't handle this. They they they're just we gotta silence them. We gotta censor this. We gotta stop them from spreading this man's name, bringing his name upon us, his blood upon us and all. And so it's just so interesting as you read acts three and acts four, you can read there and you watch how the church, managed this pressure from the religious hierarchy, the Jews, the Sanhedrin, the Pharisees, the Sadducees, and all. They, you know, we're gonna obey God rather than men. Basically, what they said. We will obey God rather than men. This is this is one of those instances of Romans 13 where we're gonna obey God because the government's put in place to do good and a government being used to shut the church down during COVID? Are you kidding me? In 2020? I googled this morning. Churches shut down for Easter. When I read Arthur Pawlowski's story, I thought, you gotta be kidding me. Six years has gone by and I think I forgot that. Yeah. I think I forgot that churches actually shut down all over the world on Easter. When in the history of the world in my lifetime have I ever seen a church be closed and be closed on Easter? What happened? I mean, Kathy and I were talking about the Wizard of Oz. It's like all of a sudden, and that's an allegory by the way, the Wizard of Oz. It's not just a children's children's movie or play or whatever. It's an allegory about the banking system, the bankers. You've got the gold standard, the yellow brick road. Dorothy's original shoes were silver. You've got the banker behind the curtain, the wizard pulling the strings. I don't know who the cowardly lion is, maybe a pastor that shut down during COVID. The church might be much of people in the not you guys, but much of the church might be the scarecrow. You don't have a brain. You can't think. You don't have a heart to get the gospel out. The tin man. It's all about you. And you're so filled with fear that you go along with the lies because you don't have a brain to discern the truth. And everybody caught up in this COVID lie. And president Trump, he said, give us two weeks. And then after the two weeks we gave him, he said, I hope we can open. I want to open by Easter. That sounds good, doesn't it? But guess what? The next week, he came out and said, the numbers are too high. We can't open by Easter. And the majority as I Google this, the majority of the churches shut down for Easter. Many churches stayed closed for a year. And still today, many Christians who got in that mode of staying home, and it's okay if you're at home today watching because you're sick. That's a good use of technology. But neglect not the assembling of yourselves as a matter of some is in Hebrews ten twenty eight. Right? Especially as we see the day of the Lord approaching. When we partake of communion together Sunday morning, you know, we do show the lord's death till he come. We're testifying to everybody that Jesus is important enough for his brightest church to meet in person. The churches the largest churches in the world shut down. What kind of message does that send? And they shut down because of a lie. Ninety nine point nine percent recovery rate. Can you imagine in in acts three and four, Peter's saying, yeah, we're gonna need to shut down because people have a cold. And Peter's mom call him or grandma, hey. Why don't you just get some chicken noodle soup? You know? It's a Jewish penicillin. You know? What did they do in the day when they got a cold? That's all COVID was was a cold, upper respiratory. And and it was brutal in some ways. Jerry almost died, but he told us, boy, Debbie, I'm not going to the hospital, you know. And then the remdesivir and the the breathing machines and the they couldn't get the numbers of people up to keep it going, the terror, the fear, and everything. And they're caught now. They're caught. I mean, if you research this, they're caught in a lie. And every government through the World Economic Forum with the same talking points at the same time got the whole world to shut down. And president Trump said, I'm gonna watch it online, pastor Jeffries in Texas. And he's one of them that imposed upon his congregation, everybody get the jab. And a lot of churches shut down, got the jab, had medical people outside for people to get the jab. We've got dying suddenly, a NASCAR guy just Kyle Busch just died. Tons of people dying in early and doctor Sherri Timpenny, doctor Peter McCulloch, they told us that there would be vades, that the people's immune systems would break down. There would be turbo cancers and people dying as a result of getting these jabs. And people forgot all about it. Just as I forgot, churches really shut down on Easter? Some of them promoted their reopening on Pentecost Sunday because they were shut down. Others had people drive up like a drive in movie theater and just listen on their radio, you know, while they're there. Why weren't there big churches staying open to lead? Because maybe they were the cowardly lion? Because maybe they were the scarecrow and they didn't have a brain? And the bankers behind there manipulating it? And a little while later, see Jamie Dimon of BlackRock, you know, talk about how they're going to use the social credit score and all the surveillance and everything to leverage people that we're gonna leverage your behavior. You speak in the name of Jesus moving forward, your bank account's gonna be shut off. The tyranny's gonna get worse because they saw it works. They saw that the church will comply, that the pastors are more concerned about the things of the world than they are for truth because they don't have the heart like the tin man. And Dorothy, what she want? Dorothy just wants to go home. Don't you wanna go home? Don't you wanna be with Jesus? I just wanna go home. This place is not my home. Witches flying overhead, the occult, the sorcery, the craziness, the pedophilia, all of it. I'm I'm so tired of being lied to. And yeah, I might be the pastor whack a doodle. I'm on the fringe. I'm different. But I I've been that way probably my whole life. I've always challenged the official narrative. I had a teacher before I was a Christian in seventh grade say, you know, Rick, you you challenge everything. And that can be used for the good. So she took my being negative toward what's being said, basically, my chest ain't prove it to me. To a research, to prove all things, hold fast that which is good, and I didn't even know that verse back then. To test the spirit, I hate being lied to. And I've been deceived much of my life. And as the Lord is awakening me, as I'm getting to know the the devil's playbook, it's getting harder and harder for the devil to deceive me. I was in the prosperity church. The prosperity church since World War two and we love our prosperity. And that's what COVID was, was a means of you will lose your job. You will be lose your house, you'll lose everything if you don't take this job. And it came down to, for me, no. And I'll have to cuss if I go further, there ain't no way that's happening. Because in 02/1989, I was deceived and my bubble got popped. And when my bubble got popped, I began to have to research everything, go back into what I believe and why I believe it. And I began to discover enormous deception. And, Vicky and I did a podcast a couple weeks ago, crisis reaction Crisis Reaction Solution, and there's a lot of things that I spouted off in that podcast with no notes. And Vicky, bless her heart, she went through and painstakingly, put the proof text there. She put the evidence there, the things that I was saying. The modus operandi, the strategy of deceiving people, where you create a crisis and then the people react and then you roll out the solution. Presently, what's the solution they're gonna roll out? Real ID, biometric ID is gonna solve all your problems. They have to have a biometric ID on every single person to solve voting fraud, to solve, drug trafficking and money being used for laundering and stuff. We gotta get new money. We gotta get put in a whole new system. We gotta surveil. We gotta surveil everybody. I mean, if Arthur Belowski thought it was tough, you know, back the 03/1960 times going to court and all, it's gonna get even worse with all the Palantir, Peter Thiel, Alex Carr, Elon Musk, Mega Facebook. It's gonna get harder and harder to live under the radar. Pretty soon, you might go to jail for just being a Christian. Having a bible in public, speaking the truth, it's gonna swing back. The pendulum's gonna swing away from, cohersing the evangelicals to go along with this beast system without a peep, without any resistance. How how quick the church forgets about Easter, Sunday being shut down during COVID. And the whole planet shut down in sync, in harmony, synchronized. Deception that people forget. And now, even greater deception just keeps in increasing, setting the stage for the antichrist, deceivers. And Jesus said, take heed that no man deceive you. We might do a historical deep dive to twenty nineteen twenty of the whole COVID thing because it seems like we've all forgot the lessons we're supposed to learn during then. We need to go back there and and catch them in their lives and presented and remind each other that they're coming forth with another crisis. And they want us to react because they have the solution ready for us. And the apostle Paul, he doesn't care what kind of tactics they come up with. He doesn't care all the different ways they threaten him. Can you imagine the beatings this guy took? He he gives lists of beatings, you know, being stoned at Lystra. A guy stoned at Lystra. You're you're you're stoned to the point of dying. You're laying on the ground. And your buddies are all standing around you in a circle. And then he describes, I know a man whether in the body or not in the body caught up to the third heaven. Could be talking about himself. He's up in heaven. And he sees things that just unlawful. Just can't even describe it. Indescribable. And then the Lord says, alright, Paul, get back into your body. And he's back in his body and he stands up. Now, wouldn't you go home and get a home cooked meal from your mommy? Ain't that where you'd wanna go? You know, mommy, they treat me really bad. They hurt my feelings. They threw stones at me. They threw rocks at me. All I'm trying to do is serve Jesus. Why they treat me so bad? Hey, guys. We better get out of here. Self preservation. There's times where you do both. There's times where the apostle Paul, they let him out of out of Damascus in a basket to evade the the the government there in Damascus when he was a brand new Christian. And it bothered Paul because he wanted to go head on, but the powers that be, the Christians that were there in Damascus thought it prudent that we sneak you out of out of town. But he never liked that kind of idea, and at this point in his life, there was no backing down. No backing down at all. You can threaten to kill me whatever you want to be asked when the bodies be present with the Lord. And what's his crime? Preaching the gospel? Is there enough evidence against you to incarcerate you for preaching the gospel? Opening your mouth. Do you think you might lose your job if you were to speak up? Would you be told be quiet, don't talk about that here? We already have learned we better not talk about the gay pride month at work. We better not talk about anything that might render us a bigot homophobe and a hater. Hate speech. We're we're we're kind of wise to that now. They try to provoke us and get us to say something, you know, against pride month. And I think that's prudent. Don't give them what they want. They're looking for a way to get rid of you Christians. But if somebody, if you're a school teacher, if you're working your government job or whatever around here, if somebody comes up and asks you about your Jesus, are you allowed to still talk about your Jesus? Can they write you up for that? If somebody is committing adultery or fornication or lying or the gay lesbian lifestyle or even pedophilia. If you speak up and say, hey, that's wrong, is that hate speech? Is that enough for you to lose your job at this point? Can they run it up the chain of command and at a certain point, your Facebook tweets and things that you post put you in jail for ten years like in Canada? Not yet. But Arthur Pawlowski's son pointed out, it's death by a thousand cuts. They're relentless in passing law after law after law after law to formulate and to enact this agenda that's anti Christ, that's against Jesus Christ. And you say, oh, thank God we got president Trump. He's pro Christian. Oh, thank God, you know. Hey, we shut down on Easter because of a lie. When we stand before God, for me as a pastor, and he begins to ask us pastors, you know, hey, why'd you guys shut down on Easter? The celebration of my resurrection. Why'd some of you shut down? Well, he's not gonna be able to ask the guys that because they won't be there. The guys that shut down for a year, they won't be there. They'll be somewhere else. That's not Christian. Why'd you take the money? Why'd you get funded by the state to stay closed, to fund your school and well, because I was the I was the scarecrow, Jesus. I didn't have a brain. I was the cowardly lion, Jesus. I I didn't have any courage. I was overwhelmed with fear. I was afraid I'd lose people. There was a big pressure on me from the board and the people in the church that I needed to love my neighbor. I need to stay away six feet at the restaurant and, you know, Lowe's was open, Home Depot was open, a lot of the small businesses were closed and went out of business. Did you have a clue, scarecrow? Did you did did you get a clue? Did you think? Could you think? What happened when there's seven people at your table? There's no COVID there? Was oh, with seven, there's COVID at the table? Well, did you lose your way in Walmart? Didn't you see the arrows on the on the aisle that everybody's gonna walk this way? Why do you pastors preach before plexiglass? Afraid your spit's gonna hit somebody? Why'd you wear those masks? I didn't design you that way. Didn't you know, Scarecrow, that your mask can't keep a even if it were true, a virus can just come right through that? And those of you that got sick, ninety nine point nine percent of you recovered? What? You're gonna do all this for one percent that I said it's time for them to come home anyway? Has there ever been a time of greater stupidity? I can't think of any time in my lifetime. And now what do we have? We have I can't even say it. It'd be too mean. I I heard some of these feelings, you know. That'd hate crime. And the apostle Paul, he's bold as a lion. He's not backing down. No way. He needs prayer for an open door. He says, verse 19, and for me that utterance may be given unto me. So so he's chained to Roman soldier. And like at Lystra, when he's stoned to death, what's he do? He goes right back in to Antioch in the city preaching the gospel. This guy that they just stoned, you can't stop him, he gets up and he goes right back in with the gospel. How are gonna stop a guy like that? This guy that's turned the world upside down, he's here in this city too. He just won't stop. We've tried beating him. We've tried threatening him. We stoned him. He's been shipwrecked. He's been in peril. He hasn't had any food, any water. He's been robbed by people. He's the ever ready bunny. I don't know what. A Timex takes a lick and keeps on ticking. I don't know. Can't stop this guy. He's MC Hammer. Can't can't stop him. Just keeps going. And and he he's facing execution. And he's been to this court. He's been to this point more than once. He At one point, he's released from Rome. At another point, another time, no release execution. Historically, many claim that in Paul's first audience with with Rome, and when we get to Philippians, he's gonna tell us that many in the palace, Caesar's palace, that many of them were coming to Christ. They were listening to the gospel. Some of the servants and the people there. So it was advantageous for him because he's there at the epicenter of the empire and there's many people wanting to come visit him. He's a curiosity. The same way Felix and Festus and King Agrippa and Bernice wanted to see him. The same way King Herod wanted to see Jesus, you know. They're curious. So he's got many opportunities to open doors to to to speak, but when pressure is applied, when threats are applied I mean, what if what if the powers that be said, you shut up or we're gonna kill your daughter? We can't get you to be silent, but you've got a family. We're gonna go kill your mom and dad, Paul. We're gonna kill your family. Well, Paul, he was already dead to everybody. They'd have a mock funeral for Saul of Tarsus. They're so entrenched in Judaism, you know? And the the parents of the John nine guy that was born blind, they felt the intimidation of the leadership like, was he born blind or not? And they're like, we're not gonna say it because you'll excommunicate us from the from the temple. You you go ask him. He's of age. There's such a pressure on them to be silent, not not be, you know, along those lines. And so Paul, there's this is his moment. And and you read in second Timothy four and he says, everybody bailed on me. At my first defense, so he's been here more than once. At my first defense, my first court hearing, nobody stood with me. Do you know what it's like to be abandoned in a time of great great crisis? Now, of you I believe moving forward are gonna spend some time in jail and it's gonna be a badge of honor because you refused to be quiet, to close your mouth. That's all you gotta do to survive. Just close your mouth. Don't say a word. Live under the radar. And I do think it's prudent in Iran, if I'm living there as a Christian, to not stand on a soapbox one day and just unless you wanna go home to be with Jesus right then, you know. But the church meets underground in China and in Iran and places of persecution and they have a means and a way of through dreams and visions, many of them, to meet with one another in coffee houses and stuff and the Lord shows them who to go share the gospel with. So a little more wise as a serpent, gentle as a dove. But you guys, you're gonna be in jail. You're going to jail. And you know what? I'm gonna come visit you. Why aren't you in jail? Exactly. I'll be there too. But I'm not gonna be alone because you guys have been here at the church of whack a doodles for quite some time and you'd already left if you're afraid. You'd already left. You're you're not the cowardly lion. You're already you already know deep down in your heart what you're gonna do because you and I have been prepared by the holy spirit. We know what we gotta do. The beast system's being built. And if the rapture's delayed, if we have to be here when this economic collapse takes place and all hell breaks loose all over America, because the American church has been the prosperity church my entire lifetime, and we're not ready for the reality of a collapse that the economists and everybody are saying, we never see anything like this. This getting rid of the dollar and bringing in this new digital system. And they're not quiet about it. Everyone's talking about it. But there's a transition period of crisis reaction solution that's coming. And the solution is going to be that biometric ID giving up your freedom for peace and safety. And some of you, some of us will also we also know that it's not just survival for food and being in the system, but it'll also mean as Jamie Dimon of BlackRock said, we can curtail behavior. And in a moment, it'll be illegal to preach and teach in Jesus' name. But you're already ready. They cross that line and you'll say, we're here to obey God rather than men. What about Romans 13? What about loving your neighbor? You just made that guy cry over there. Well, maybe he needs to have a godly soul at least repentance. Maybe love is let's redefine love. Maybe love is loving God and obeying his word instead of dishonoring God with a sappy worldly use of the word love, that means tolerance of evil. We have some homework to do. We have some heart searching to do. We have some things to settle within our heart because it's not if it comes, it's gonna come. It's here. When Mike McClure of Calvary Chapel San Jose, when he kept his church open in San Jose, the epicenter of the Palantir and all the tech giants, his bank that was carrying the note on his building said, we're not gonna carry the note anymore. His bank. The county and the city there in San Jose has fined him over $2,000,000 for staying open. His court case now is going to the supreme court to decide his case and hopefully wins. Hopefully, he can cite religious freedom and it was wrong. Hopefully, wins. It sets a precedent so that next time, more of the pastors will be bold enough to set the example, so that others would grab hold of that boldness because when you saw the 12 spies go in to spy out the land, the 10 that came back with the unbelieving report, it's like a poison that permeates the hearts of the rest of the people, and they all succumb to unbelief. Caleb and Joshua come back, and they've got a believing report. Let's take it now. But the voices of the unbelievers, the voices of the wimps, the ones that lost their courage, renders an entire generation incapable of entering in. Except those 20 and younger, and Caleb and Joshua. The audacity of that generation, saying you brought us out here to kill us and our children and God says, I did no such thing. And because you won't believe because you won't believe no matter what I do, manna coming down from heaven, water out of the rock, no matter what I do, you persist in your unbelief. You mix multitude of people. You're gonna go in a circle for forty years. You're gonna perish in this wilderness, but I'm gonna get your kids in with Joshua type of Christ. Do you wanna enter in? You wanna enter into all that God has for us in these last days? It's gonna require boldness, and boldness stems from faith. And in acts chapter four, when the threatening came against the church, they knew what to do. They went to prayer. And as they prayed, the Lord shook the place that they were meeting him. They were Quakers. And the boldness filled their hearts. And they got refilled with the holy spirit. Because when you're in acts two and the holy spirit's being poured out and you're receiving the baptism of the spirit, The within and upon, the upon, the ap for the power, empowerment. There's this boldness in the 120 as it turns into 3,000, it turns into 5,000 believers. The gospel's going forth, but they need to spend time in prayer as Ephesians five twenty eight says, be not drunk with wine wherein is excess, but be being filled with the holy spirit. There's an ongoing need of being filled and refilled with the Holy Spirit. That's why gathering together as a body of believers, there's the chance that the Holy Spirit will be poured out as you hear me pray. Every week I pray this prayer. Lord, fill us overflowing with the Holy Spirit. Because I know during the week, if we're not careful, we're being depleted. We're so under attack, we're so distracted, we're so moving in every which way with things that have to be done that our times seated at the feet of Jesus in prayer to to be filled and refilled and filled and refilled. That's the Christian life. We're in battles and and and we need we need the refilling to have the the boldness to move forward again in the next battle. Lord, I'm depleted. I'm tired. The enemy has got me physiologically. I've been up all week working. I I've only had three hours sleep in four days, Lord. I'm I'm weary. Well, you need to physiologically physiologically, you know what you need to do. You need some sleep, some good sleep. You need some good exercise later. You need some good food. And you need to spend time seated at the Lord's feet to worship the Lord and be in his word most importantly. To seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. All these other things be added unto you, but you're a warrior. You're you're in a battle. You're you're a target of the wicked one. And he wants you to be prayerless, to not pray, to not seek his face because he knows if you're not praying, if you're not seeking his face, if you're not in his word, then you don't have the empowering of the holy spirit to face the struggle that's coming, the attack that he's gonna bring in the power of the spirit. Instead, you have to face it in the arm of the flesh and you're gonna be sorely defeated. You're gonna capitulate. You're gonna give in to the threats. You're not gonna have the faith to persevere. And so many of you are so thankful you didn't give in, that you didn't give in. And you're rare. You're the few. There's very, few people you know that said no to the jab. The majority of your friends not only took the jab and the boosters and wore the mask and bought into hook, line, and sinker. You have any regrets? Any regrets? Anybody wanna go get the jab now? It's so good. Any of you in your flu shots coming up? In the fall, do you want the want the jab mixed in with it? And those of you that did take it, you're praying even harder than everybody else. You're praying, Lord, don't allow the consequences of me taking that jab, cause a blood clot, myocarditis, died suddenly, or turbo cancers keep my immune system strong. Sometimes we learn through failure, and that's okay. God can use us to teach others. Hey, you know, I had this crisis, this crisis of my faith, and I was I was I wasn't going to church or I was attending a church that was too weak to embolden me spiritually. They all shut down. They were closed on Easter. And man, I had to go it alone. I didn't have the prayer support or example of believers around me emboldened by the holy spirit to say no. And the stakes are much higher moving forward. A door of utterance, Paul? Serious? This guy's incorrigible. The reeducation camp didn't work. Remember when Hillary Clinton said, there's gonna be reeducation camps for those that don't go along? You forgot that, didn't you? She's she's talking about when this whole thing goes down, there's gonna be people that are incorrigible that won't go along with it. They're gonna go to camps and she made jokes about it, know, fun camps to be reeducated in a Chinese fashion. I can't see many of you being reeducated. Not gonna work. Paul will never stop preaching. Why wouldn't he ask for everyone to pray for an open door of escape? Hey, get me out of this. Get a basket ready. I wanna I wanna, you know, cut the cut the chains like the angel came in acts 12 with Peter. Lord, you know, we compare with other Lord, you let Peter get out of there. That was over Easter. They killed James. And, Lord, you sent an angel to give a jailbreak for Peter. Hey, Paul. Me and Silas in Acts 16, we were just in Philippi, and we got chained and whipped and beaten. And and, Lord, remember when you caused all the chains to come off everybody? Do that again. No. Because Paul begged the Lord to let him go to Rome. He doesn't wanna escape. The Lord told him, don't go to Jerusalem. They won't listen to you. He went anyway because he had a heart for his countrymen. And then when he's at the Antonio Fortress, and he's being beaten, he's saying, hey. Is this lawful to do this to a Roman citizen? And then he goes through a bunch of time in two years in jail, and then in Caesarea, and then he's before, you know, Felix and Festus and King Agrippa and Bernice, and and they're wanting bribes, and they're coercing him and all. And what's he do? I appeal to Caesar. Well, he could have been released, but he appealed to Caesar. Now we're gonna put him on a ship and send him to Rome, and and the ship's gonna fail. The ship's gonna sink. The ship's gonna be shipwrecked. And Paul's gonna save the 200 and something lives on that ship as he prays and intercedes for each one. And they finally get him. They get him to roam. He he's not playing praying for escape. He's not appealing to the senators to demand his release. He's not asking the church to boycott Rome or demonstrate publicly out in front. Why can't we come up with a peace plan? Why can't we peacefully coexist? Why is it that we as Christians are enemies of the state? Where's the ACLU? Where's the CFR? Where's the pope? Where's Peter? Where's the United Nations? Maybe we need the gospel coalition to get along easier with a watered down gospel. Maybe we need to be missional. Maybe we need a purpose driven to not be so on the radar such a target of the wicked one. Social justice. Paul's asking for the privilege of utterance might be given him an open door, an opportunity, an open door like he had at Jerusalem. Like he had at Caesarea before Festus Felix and King Agrippa and Bernice. In acts twenty three eleven, the Lord says, be of good cheer Paul, for as thou has testified of me in Jerusalem, so must thou bear witness also at Rome. Agabus, a prophet, had prophesied at Antioch that he took Paul's belt and bound himself. The guy that owns his belt is gonna be bound. And Paul's saying, you're crying. You're showing me that being bound and all the tears doesn't persuade me. He counted the cost. You guys don't get it. I'm not only willing to be mistreated, I'm willing to die for the gospel. I'm going and nothing's gonna stop me. Chained to a Roman soldier now in Rome, Paul wants another opportunity to preach like he had in Ephesus. In first Corinthians sixteen ninety, he says, a great door and effectual is opened unto me and there are many adversaries. So you got an open door, an opportunity of many adversaries. There's always resistance, isn't there? In second Corinthians two verse 12, he says, when I came to Troas to preach Christ's gospel, it's not our gospel, it's Christ's gospel. You know what the Lord was speaking to my heart real strong this week? Rick, you're not the holy spirit. Quit trying so hard to get these people to understand. Seven times to the seven churches in Revelation two and three, Jesus said, he that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit is saying to the churches. I can't get through to the majority of people. I try super hard at a great cost to me and my family over thirty one years here. But the truth is, I'm not the holy spirit. I can't win the battle, win the argument, make people believe or see the truth. They're gonna believe what they wanna be, what they wanna hear, and they're going to attend churches where the pastors are telling them what they want to hear. They can't endure what the bible calls sound doctrine. They want easy believe ism. They want this prosperity Christianity to continue to never end. Well, so do I. I got grandkids. But reality is Jesus is coming back and the millennial rule and reign of Jesus is far greater than any prosperity I've ever enjoyed. And the times in which we're living are waxing worse and worse. Yeah. It's not like when I grew up. It's not like it was even ten years ago. And if you don't see and understand that and understand that Jesus is the solution, you may not get through this. With Jesus, you got nothing to worry about. You can experience perfect peace whose mind has stayed on thee, who stayed on Jesus. And I wanna caution you. I wanna caution you with the pressure, the tribulation that Jesus promised, not the tribulation, but tribulation pressure that's coming on us economically, food wise, energy wise, socially. The division trying to divide everybody, republicans, democrats, whites, blacks, browns, the division that the SIOP that's taking place, the lack of love, iniquity abounding, the love of many growing cold. How are we gonna keep our heads? Are we gonna get I I read where a pastor ran across the street and I saw it. Kathy showed me the video. This kid was threatening him and his family to rape him and kill him and all that. He ran across the street and jujitsu ed him. Beat him up. Well, that's called provocation. The enemy's always provoking me. The the pastor's not to be not to be a guy that tries to do a w w on somebody. If you're backed in a corner and the guy's coming at you and your family, by all means, guns a blazing. But to take the bait, do you know how often you're baited? You and I are baited by the devil through people to get in the flesh, to react in that way. Now have that kid ran across the street toward him? That's self defense. Maybe some of you pray for that. Oh, Lord. Send the nut job toward me. I'll send them to hell for you, you know. You're carrying, and man, you've been wanting to be the hero. Save everybody at Walmart. I knew a guy like that once. He was like, oh, why wasn't I there? He he wants to be on the news. He's the guy that took out the bad guy. I just like to chill and go to the fair in September and not have those problems, know? Somehow, protect the kids, the grandkids, and get through that thing and give them a sense of normalcy, a sense of a memory, a good memory without the whack a doodles. A different kind of whack a doodle than you and I, causing trouble. We don't cause trouble. They redefine trouble as being a Christian, preaching the gospel. Wounded them to call good evil and evil good. He chained her a Roman soldier, but Paul sees it as an opportunity. The the Lord told told the church of Philadelphia and the those seven churches when he gave them progress support, the church of Philadelphia was a church with little strength, a church under persecution, but they got a good accolade, a good encouragement, progress support from Jesus. And Jesus told them, behold, have set before thee in Revelation three eight, an open door and no man can shut it. God's given you an open door and no man can shut it. You are in the church age and he told you to go and make disciples. The door's still open. Jesus said, I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. Upon this rock, upon myself, I'm gonna build my church. Remember that. Jesus is building his church. You and I are not the holy spirit. One man sows, spreads the gospel, another person comes along and waters, only God can bring the increase. If a person's ears are closed, he that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit say in churches, you can't open that person's ears. They understand what's coming out of your mouth, but here, it can't transfer to here to here because they don't want to. It's a matter of the will. Because what we speak is very simple. One of the interesting things about the Crisis Reaction Solution podcast that Vicky posted, I encourage you to watch it. Twenty years, over twenty years of me digging into alternative news sources. Why? Because I was I I was tired of being lied to by Fox News and all the talking heads. Ignorance was bliss. But when my bubble was popped, I said, hey, wait a minute, something's wrong here. I've gotta reevaluate what's going on because something's just not true about all this. These prime time evangelical pundits on the news and stuff. Something's wrong here. And as I began to investigate, I began to learn a whole lot of deceptive things that have been taking place for a whole, you know, not just the JFK thing or nine eleven, that was one of them, but but different strategies, the way that the CIA and all these different Mossad and different groups of think tanks and government agencies deceives people to gain compliance. And so I'm spouting many of these things in the in the in the podcast with Vicky, Crisis Reaction Solution, and one of them that I that I cited was one I learned concerning Adolf Hitler. And I cited that Hitler, he was coming to power, he needed the allegiance, he needed the the the compliance of the German people. And the German constitution was too rigid, too tight, too protecting of the people. He wanted to be more of a tyrant. So what he had to do is he had to get his guys to his his followers, his his said that he was able to overtake the country with only 10,000 loyal, people under him. So he takes his military, his campaigning, and he has them attack the government buildings called the Reichstag Building and set it on fire. And then what you do is then that's crisis and then you blame it on the communist because you always have to have a monster. You always have to have a COVID bookie man. Something to instill fear because Joseph Goebel said, once you get the people afraid, you can get them to do anything. They just wanna go back to normal and they want to trust and believe that the government's gonna get them back to normal. So they set the building on fire, they blamed it on the communists, the new boogeyman of the globalists, And then they requested, they demanded that the constitution be changed so that he'd have more powers to keep them safe. And it worked. And he began to be a dictator, do whatever he wants, simply by instilling fear. So Vicky went and found because otherwise, I'm just a whack a doodle. Nobody believes me when I say stuff like that. If I say stuff about 09:11, a lot of people just, they believe the official story. They're not gonna go and research what I'm saying about Building 7 at 05:20 in the afternoon. No airplanes hit it. It's too much work for them. They don't want to believe it because makes you sick to your stomach when you come to the truth. It made me sick. When I finally realized in that time, it made me sick. Oh my gosh. What happened? Really? My own government would do this with Mossad? Oh, it hurts. So Vicky went and found the documentation all the way through this podcast. She's finding, if I mentioned that three Amazon installations, civilian installations are recently hit by Iran in Bahrain and Qatar and stuff like that, where you have the the data centers, the servers that are used for the distribution of Kathy bought a plate the other day. She bought a a wood engrainer thingy. You can buy anything off Amazon. They deliver your house. Well, have it in The Middle East too. But interestingly, those servers, those computer servers that these data centers are needing and all, they're also being used by Palantir to identify targets. So the military, the Israelis, and the US government are able to use these Amazon facilities to use the servers, the computers to identify targets in Iran. Precision bombing of every general and every person, you know, in their army. How do you do that with the satellite system and the servers, with the technology? And Iran knew enough to hit those civilian installations and Vicky went on, and I just said it because I read it. And Vicky went and found the documentation, showed them out, boom boom boom. All of a sudden, I'm credible. All of a sudden, I'm not such a wackadoodle. There's proof there with what pastor Rick's saying. And still the people won't believe it. They choose not to believe this stuff. Now, I'm having to ask people, am I a liar? Do you think I stand up here and I lie to your friends that leave the church? Is that who I am? I'm a liar. He's lying. Just look it up. They don't hide it. The churches were shut down at Easter. The Warp Speed Jab was produced during that time. Do you need any more information? What don't you understand? You know what? I'll bet you I can get the church to grow next time. I'm gonna wear a dress. If I wear a dress, everyone will like me. And you can't say anything against it because it'll be hate speech and you'll go to jail. See how weird the world is? A boy isn't a boy and a girl isn't a girl. Marriage isn't marriage. So convoluted and crazy, and all we wanna do is have an open door to preach the gospel. And Jesus saying, church of Philadelphia, you got one and no man's gonna be able to shut it. In Luke twenty one twelve, it says, they shall lay their hands on you and persecute you. There's a promise for your promise jar. Delivering you up to the synagogues and and unto the prisons being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. Who's gonna visit us in prison? Who's gonna visit us in jail? Gary Kalugowski said for years, Rick, I've got your bail money. I've got it. You're going to jail one day. I've got your bail money. Brian used to edit out a lot of the tapes and stuff and and try to tone it down a bit because he was so worried I was going to jail. Now he says he doesn't. You're going to jail. You know it. Too much work. But I'm so under the radar. I'm such a nobody. Nobody cares. I mean, let's just let his own speaking, you know, be such that the majority of people think he's eating bowls of cuckoo for Coco Pups, you know. So God would open up us a door of utterance. Paul prayed to the church at Colossae. He asked him, pray for me that God would open unto us a door of utterance, an open door to speak. In John four thirty eight, Jesus said, look under the fields of white under harvest. Many opportunities, many open doors to share with people and that's the beautiful thing when when the way that we cope and the way the society begins to break down, we have the answer. And that answer is Jesus. Jesus is the way that we cope. Jesus is the way we get through uncertainty and chaos and confusion. Jesus is there for us in our marriage and with our prodigal kids. In every situation that we face, he's more than enough. He's our portion forever. And we want people to rely and learn to rely upon Jesus through everything. We don't want people to rely upon the sorcery, to rely upon the self medication and the ways that we cope with uncertainty in the world today. I wanna caution you when president Trump and senator Ted Cruz out of the state of Texas, when they come forward and they advocate micro dosing mushrooms for mood swings, that's pharmakia, that's sorcery. And in Revelation chapter 18 verse 23, the rich men. How do you think they're gonna keep people docile and compliant and the suicide rates are increasing and people can't cope already? And so one of the ways to incarcerate people is in their own mind. And so the abject the eighteen twenty three of Revelation, the rich men, they deceive the nations with their sorcery, with the pharmakia. If you're trying to cope with pain, pain management, I'm told, I'm learning that, gummies, Use gummies. Medical marijuana gummies. Why don't you wanna use the the smoke the stuff, which I know a lot of people, it's strange, but there's several people in the church that smoke pot. And the caution is no THC. If you wanna use it for pain, fine. It's a medicine, pain. But only if the THC is taken out because if the THC is in, you're altering your brain, you're altering your your mind. It's hallucinogenic. It's gonna alter your perception of reality. It's it's an open door for demons, for the occult. And we wanna make sure that people understand that, that we're not the token church, you know. Everybody token, you know. Buy a bong, you know. Let's let's sit in a circle and pass the bong. That's where I came out of. That's what the kids did. You're telling me at the end of the age, the church is gonna adopt this to Cole with mood swings? Aditra Bobgen, blame the brain. Your head, your brain can be diseased, but your mind, you don't have the disease of alcohol. You don't have the disease of depression. And it's not your nervous system to try and make it physiological. Jesus is able according to what he said through Peter. He we have everything we need for life and godliness. And we don't mitigate or under undermine, you know, PTSD or depression or discouragement or anxiety, Xanax, all these pharmaceuticals so that the church can cope in the last days. What difference is that than my parents putting beer at the kitchen sink so they could cope? And so to justify it, the doctors and the pharmaceutical companies have redefined it as a disease. You have the disease of alcoholism. No. You don't. I don't have the disease of alcoholism. I don't have and physiologically, I don't have an alcohol gene. My parents didn't pass it on to me. That's just bogus. If any man be in crisis, a new creation. The old things are passed away. All things are become new. I'm a new creation. I'm not going there. I'm not gonna be that guy. I'm not gonna perpetuate. There's no generational sins either that I have to answer for because my ancestors did something. That's bogus. It's law. You answer for yourself. Look how Caitlin Clark's being treated. Nobody seems to care. Double standards, I tell you. I got nobody to apologize to. What my great great great great grandparents did. No. Sorry. I have set thee before thee an open door that no man can shut. You guys wanna shut me up. Right? Prayer for an open door. Secondly, prayer to open his mouth. You might have an open door. You see the open door, the opportunity, but you shrink from the responsibility. You're afraid to open your mouth. He says that I may open my mouth boldly. In acts 18, as Paul came out of the stoning and the being beaten in acts 16 at Philippi, the stoning at Alistair and then the the being beaten at Philippi with with Silas and all. As he's approaching Corinth, Corinth is the most wicked city on the planet at the time or at least one of the most. To be denigrated, you would be called a Corinthian. And the church the the Corinthian city was kinda like Bremerton as a marine, a a mariner, a navy town, and it was a thin isthmus, a peninsula, and the ships would come in and then they'd carry them across the isthmus and to as avoid going all the way around the horn. And and so it it became a place where there's a temple to Aphrodite, and a lot of the sailors would come in, and the priestesses of Aphrodite would come and sell themselves to these sailors. Also, very very licentious, wicked wicked city, well known for its wickedness and it's fine Corinthian leather. And so Paul is afraid, and Jesus appears to him in a vision. Imagine the bold apostle Paul succumbing to fear. Yes. We all succumb to fear. We all succumb to pain. We all succumb to discouragement, depression. Every single one of us. We're not always up. Circumstances can change, and we can be down on our face before God. What we train our mind to do is keep our mind stayed on thee. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, that your request be made known unto God and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Casting all your cares upon him for he cares for you. It's a quality of life, a life of the spirit. And there is a balance of physical, emotional, spiritual, and we tread that. But we know to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, all these other things be added unto us. And the apostle Paul is afraid and the Lord Jesus appears to him and he says in acts eighteen nine, be not afraid. Paul's probably ashamed that somebody knew he was afraid. He he doesn't want anyone know he's afraid. Jesus knows he's afraid. He says, be not afraid. Are you afraid moving forward? Do you fear what's up ahead? I do. I know I can't get through it without the Lord sustaining me. There's a lot of uncertainties, lot of things I don't understand. I don't know how we're gonna do it. I don't know what tricks the devil has in store for us, but I know Jesus does. I know he has an answer. Who's gonna roll away the stone when we get there? Yeah. We worry about a lot of stuff before we get there. Then we get there and the stone's already rolled away. The Lord has it. Be not afraid, but speak and hold not your peace. Don't hold back, Paul. Too late in the game to hold back now. Don't sit on the bench. Let it rip. Go for it. I've been a pastor since 1980. Why would I wimp out now? Cathy and I have been through so many things. Why would we at the at the finish line wimp out now? I applaud my my my friends that wanna retire, people I know, they're transitioning. And if that's God's will for your life, I I encourage them. Just do what God's showing you. For me, these are the most exciting times. Just ahead. Why? And and they're not getting out of the game. They're still gonna be used to the Lord mightily. Even even in a retired condition, just as many of you are retired. They're still gonna preach at other churches and mission trips and things like that. But I'm just saying that I'm excited about the days and weeks ahead. They're gonna be difficult times. They're gonna be hazardous times. They're gonna be times where a sifting of the wheat and the chaff. We're gonna find out who really believes and who doesn't. It's not gonna be the prosperity church in America anymore. We're gonna be shaken and it's gonna be fun to fellowship with believers that have been stripped of everything that was phony and fake And Jesus is their everything. Hold not your peace for I'm with thee and no man shall settle on thee to hurt thee for I have much people in this city. You have much people in this city, Lord, this crazy city? Yeah. Where sin abounds, grace does much more abound. There's people living in Vegas, they know it's a dead end, they know it's empty, but they love going to church. They love living for Jesus. They don't want no part of the the sickness of sin, and I use that word sickness not of it's not a sickness but it could be in some ways. Lord, behold their threatenings, Paul prayed at Lystra when he was stoned. Oh, in acts four twenty nine, they prayed, Lord, behold their threatenings and granted unto thy servants that with all boldness they may speak your word. And they received the holy spirit and began. In second Timothy four sixteen, Paul said, at my first answer, no man stood with me, but all men forsook me. I prayed to God that it may not be laid to their charge. A guy came up to pastor Chuck once and said, Chuck, pastor Chuck, what what's it like to be a pastor? I'm thinking about going to the ministry. What's it like? And pastor Chuck with his huge popularity, great success, said be prepared to be lonely. Be prepared to be lonely. And yet you're not alone. Do you know how many people we've loved on over the years? And for the tiniest little thing, they get angry and take their toys and leave because they love Trump more than me. Can you imagine that? Trump closed the church at Easter. I was here Easter. I was here trying to encourage you and your friends of how to get through this COVID scare. How to get through the the lies of the stolen election with Biden when the Republicans didn't do anything to stop it nor to fix it. And yet, I'm addicted to the popularity and the prosperity church, and Trump promises he's gonna fix it. He's gonna make America great. That's what I want. Well, your heart's been exposed. And my first answer, no man stood with me but all men forsook me. I pray to God that may not be laid to their charge. Notwithstanding, the Lord stood with me and strengthened me. That by me, the preaching might be fully known that all the Gentiles might hear. And I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. Do you think in that first defense, he was delivered out of the mouth of the devil? The lion that goes about like a roaring lion seeking who may be devoured or delivered out of the mouth of Nero? The Roman government didn't execute him at that point. Now, some say that the apostle Paul had an audience with Nero and shared the gospel with him, and Nero went insane. And that's when he began to do these atrocities and crazy things and light Rome on fire and blame the Christians and all. Paul said he is delivered out of the mouth of lion, lived to fight another day, conquering fear, encouraging others. In Philippians one verse 12, he says, I would you should understand brethren that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather under the furtherance of the gospel. So we're looking at Paul. Poor apostle Paul, he's been beaten again. He's in prison. Oh, he's like oh, he's like a leper. Stay away from him. It's catchy. You don't wanna catch that? You don't wanna go to prison too. Why do you think the people forsook him? Because it's guilt by association. You don't wanna associate with this guy. He's public enemy number one. They're going through the database. They're looking for all of his friends. If they find you, you're going to jail too. People are running. They're bailing on him. He's on his own now. But Jesus stood with me. And he says, you know what? That was the enemy meant for evil. God meant for good to save many people like Joseph said. Or rather under the furtherance of the gospel, so that my bonds in Christ, and notice how he describes it. He's not a prisoner of Rome, my bonds in Christ. I'm chained to Jesus are manifest in all their palace and in all other places. People come from all over the world to come to Rome. Everybody's hearing about me here. The apostle Paul, bound to Christ. And many of the brethren in the lord waxing confident by my bond. So when you go through suffering and you're bound and you're bound to Jesus and you go to jail, it emboldens others. Their fear goes away. Are much more bold to speak the word without fear. Why? For me to live is Christ and to die is gain, he told the church of Philippi. Revelation twelve eleven, how did they overcome? They overcame him by the blood of the lamb, the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives unto death. They were willing to die. They were dead men walking. Were already crucified with Christ. The devil couldn't get that avenue of fear. Remember Joseph Goebel said, get him to be afraid and you can get him to do anything. Prayer for an open door, prayer to open his mouth, and thirdly and finally, prayer to open eyes. I need the holy spirit. I'm not the holy spirit. You're not the holy spirit. One man sows, another waters, but God brings the increase. There's people that you've been praying for for years. There's people that you've been sharing for for years. And when their coping mechanism, when their support system breaks down with the coming economic collapse, it's in motion. You're gonna be there, and you're gonna be there to point them to Jesus that Jesus will get you through this. You're not gonna go over there and say, here, pop these pills. Take this pill, smoke this, do this. That's how I get through it. Why would you do that? That's not who you are. You've been in training. God's given you trials that are such that already your trials are beyond you. You need Jesus to fight it out even now. You got a disabled son or daughter, you've got a a problem area with a prodigal son or daughter, you went through a divorce, somebody died, you're already at the point where Jesus is the only way you get through life. It's the only way that life makes sense. Where there's meaning and purpose because when we get to heaven, the suffering, the sorrow is gonna end. And why is it here? Because of Genesis three, the fall of Adam and Eve, the fall of man. This is why we live in a fallen world. So to make known the mystery of the gospel, I need to make known the mystery. A mystery is something once hidden, now revealed. Gospel is good news. This is good news. Jesus died for your sins. And the Lord Jesus appeared to Paul in Acts twenty six eighteen. Paul said, his his his marching orders were to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God that they may receive forgiveness of sins and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. The gospel's powerful. The Lord Jesus gave the gospel to the apostle Paul to be a revolutionary to transform the world. Elon Musk thinks it's rockets and neuro chips and technology, the technocrats and all, to transform and change the planet because the devil is not omniscient. He doesn't know everything. He's not omnipresent. He can't be anywhere, and he's not omnipotent. He's not all powerful. So man needs to rely upon because Satan is an angel, a fallen angel, not God. Man needs to rely upon the technology that God's allowed at this juncture, this place in time to build the beast system. But we have the holy spirit. And there's a innumerable multitude of people beneath the throne of God in Revelation six and seven that say no to the mark of the beast, and they're beheaded for it. Revelation 20 verse four, because you can't rip them off, you can't take away their faith. Not gonna work. The gospel's powerful. Paul said, I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it's the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For therein, where? In the gospel, the rights of God revealed from faith to faith as it is written, the just justification, the just shall live by faith. The Lord used to Paul used that out of Habakkuk. He used it, pulled it in there to Romans. He pulled it into Galatians, pulled it into Hebrews. The just shall live by faith. For Martin Luther, a Catholic priest, a lawyer, is revolutionary, that thought. The justification by grace through faith alone. That's what stopped him from being a Catholic anymore with a works gospel. You gotta do it by faith, by faith, by faith. It's all by faith. For which I'm an ambassador in bonds that therein I may speak boldly as I ought to speak. Paul did not see himself as a prisoner of Rome. In Ephesians three one, he says, I'm a prisoner of Jesus Christ of the Lord. Notice how he uses an ambassador in bonds. An ambassador in the Greek or the the Roman is a is a legate. A regional legate. A legate is one who's in charge, who's representing Rome, representing Nero, representing. So Paul's there to represent Jesus, an ambassador in bonds, sent to Rome with the gospel. What's he sent there to the Rome, the most powerful place on the planet? He's sent there with terms of peace. He's not there with a board of peace at a billion dollar buy in. He's not there dealing with Iran. Hell, I'll give you $38,000,000,000 if you guys sign this peace treaty. The Lord's willing to negotiate with you if we can build a Riviera here and all, make this place nice. No. The terms of peace are more like general Douglas MacArthur would bring to the Japanese unconditional surrender. Put your sword down. Those are the terms of peace. You've been at war with God. You're an enemy, but he gave his son, his only begotten son to show that he loved you. And his blood has washed away all your sins, and his terms of peace are 100% complete surrender unto Jesus. He's Lord of Lords and King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord is one day, and you have a chance to bow now and receive him as your savior. Otherwise, you reject, you're gonna one day stand before him as your judge and lord. Paul has the terms of peace. For forgiveness, for salvation, for Rome, for Caesar, for whosoever will Jesus came to set the captives free and he who's the son sets free is free indeed. In second Timothy two nine, Paul says, I suffered trouble as an evildoer even on the bonds but the word of God is not bound. Imagine if your crime that you're in jail for is preaching the gospel. I'm suffering as an evildoer. Hey, what's your crime? You get to jail, they wanna know why you're there. Well, I I had a bible. I was in the park reading my bible. I was trying to teach the kids. I was trying to train the kids up with the abecca curriculum so that the children would know Jesus. That's your crime? That's why you were shut down? Yeah. Because we were told twice to put them in the head start reading program. Where they're dumber than stumps when they come out. But our kids were two grades ahead when we're shut down and their parents, many of whom were unbelievers, wanted their children to learn about Jesus. A threat to the kingdom of darkness. They didn't want these children. So if I'm gonna suffer, better to suffer as a doing good and then twisted as an evil doer than to really suffer for something I've done wrong. Paul had an open door to open his mouth, to open eyes, and he's praying for an open door to open your mouth, to open your eyes, To turn them from darkness to light, from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins inheritance among them, which are sanctified. The word sanctified means set apart, made holy. That is in me. I have set before the an open door and no man can shut it. What do we need to pray? Lord, pray. Please open their ears, Lord. He that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit is saying to the churches. We are not the holy spirit. But the Lord is working on their hearts through prayer. The Lord is pre preparing them, getting them ready to hear the gospel. I was invited to a concert. I didn't know I was become a Christian that night. But somebody invited me to a concert where a guy got up afterwards and shared the gospel, the first time anybody ever shared the gospel to me, and I responded. That was a setup. Somebody set me up. Life was good. I was I was doing good. I wasn't I wasn't looking for God. He interrupted my party. I became a bible thumper. But I began to discover greater joy and love and peace and things I I could never imagine. That which I was searching for, it was all wrapped up in Jesus. Not in the drugs, not in the illicit activity and things that of the flesh that the world does and engages in when they're 18, 19, 20 years old. Jesus revealed himself to me. Jesus has revealed himself unto you. You've apprehended. You've received Christ. Now he wants to use your life. He wants to give you an open door, and that open door comes through prayer. As you pray, Lord, give me an opportunity today as I go out and away from my home, as I go into the workplace, the marketplace, as I go to work. Paul liked these big cities because he's in the marketplace. People are coming from all over the world. They're to Corinth or Ephesus or Rome. Many opportunities to share the gospel. Many of you pass out tracks and you go down by the ferry terminal and and you go wherever you go, you're sharing Jesus with people. You're a wackadoodle. You're a bible thumper. You're crazy, a Jesus freak. And it's a badge of honor. One day, you might go to jail for it. You might be down at the ferry terminal sharing Jesus and somebody gets their feelings hurt and they report you or the camera down there picks you up and the guys on the bicycles come over the police and they arrest you. What's my crime? You had that black book in your hand. What is that? That's a bible. I'm hearing reports of people praying silently and the cops in The UK are are contemplating wondering, are you praying silent? And they'll come up and ask you questions. Were you praying? Because you're not allowed to pray in public. I was just praying, my lips weren't moving. I was just sitting there, closed my eyes. Were you praying? We're gonna throw you in jail if you were praying. Well, now you gotta lie. Right? No. I wasn't. Yeah. I was praying. Why do the Muslims get to pray three times a day and face Mecca? Why why can't we as Christians pray publicly? What's wrong with us? Because they're threatened by Jesus Christ. Going to all the world and preach the gospel to every creature, That's a big open door. And that's king Jesus, not suggesting, that's king Jesus commanding you and me to go and make disciples. Let's pray. Father, thank you so much. Thank you for your word. Thank you for your love. And Lord, we pray as we sort through, as we try to sift through that which is true and that which are lies and so many lies that we believe that we believe these lies to be true, Lord. Evermore help us to be prove all things and hold fast to that which is good. To test the spirit in the age in which we live in, the spirit of antichrist. Help us to not succumb to the allurement, the seduction of Fox News and mainstream media and things where the talking heads are just spouting off fifty, seventy, 80% truth with the other percentage lies to entrap us. As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. So Lord, evermore help us to stand strong, to know the truth, to have no fellowship with the unfruit works of darkness, rather expose them, shine the light upon it, that the captives might be set free, that their eyes might be opened. Lord, we pray for their hearts to be receptive. Lord, send us forth in a bold manner, in a bold run with the glorious good news of your coming kingdom. And Lord, we pray that you'd be glorified. We pray, Lord, that you'd prepare us for the days ahead, that we'd be like soldiers, Lord, to do the work of a soldier as you use Paul to exhort Timothy. Help us, Lord, we pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
