Ezekiel 41 & 42
Pastor Rick Beaudry opens with prayer and testimonies before walking us through Ezekiel 41 and 42, carefully describing the millennial temple’s measurements and layout. He defends a literal reading of the millennium and temple, situating Ezekiel in prophetic history from Solomon’s and the Second Temple to the future kingdom, and emphasizes God as an orderly architect who measures all things. Drawing on incidents like Uzzah and Exodus instructions for the ark, he applies the temple’s specifications to church order, pastoral qualifications, worship practice, and the necessity to do things decently and in order. He warns against apostasy, experiential or watered down Christianity, and false teaching, urging us to humility, dependence on the Holy Spirit, and faithfulness to Scripture as we await Christ’s return.
