Ezekiel 35
Pastor Rick Beaudry opens with prayer and reflections on current signs like AI, cryptocurrency and escalating conflicts, and lifts up persecuted Christians as he frames today’s teaching in a prophetic context. He expounds Ezekiel 35, showing God’s judgment on Edom for its long‑standing hatred and violence toward Israel and tracing that antagonism back to the sibling rivalry of Esau and Jacob in Genesis. He links the prophecy to end times imagery, describing Petra/Mount Seir as the refuge for a Jewish remnant during the tribulation and citing Isaiah 63 about the Lord’s vengeance and triumphant return. He calls us to forsake bitterness, practice forgiveness and peacemaking, and uses Jacob’s all‑night wrestling as a picture of being broken and transformed before receiving God’s blessing, closing with corporate prayer for healing and protection.
