Alright. Happy birthday. Whoo. How old are you? 41. 41? Yeah. Wow. Just a baby. Okay. We're in Jeremiah 25. And as you turn there, here's a my camera, here's a a get well card for grandma from Ezra. Says, I love you, grandma. Aw. So we Nice. We're putting these in book form, and they're for sale. And we don't sell cannabis oil, but we do sell beautiful little get well cards. They're so fine. Thank you, Ezra. And Evie's got another one coming. She's working on hers. So grandma's well loved, and thank you for your prayers. Grandma's doing better. Be in prayer for Betty and Ray and Brooke. Brooke had a a bladder infection, and Betty and Ray are at the doctors right now or were an hour ago for a cold. They had a great trip to New York all the way up to the Niagara Falls, New York City, all the way up to Niagara Falls. The bus driver was a great guy, but somehow they picked something up. And then, of course, Fred Hutchinson is in the hospital. He's got pneumonia and COVID, and I didn't even know there was COVID anymore. It's probably the flu. Right? And but he's doing better already, so that's good. So you can be in prayer for him and prayer for Ronnie and Dennis. And let's see who else. Ted. Ted. Yeah. Friend of yours, Ted or pastor Ted? I think it's Steve's friend. Steve's friend. Ted. Yeah. He's Pastor. He's he's in the hospital? Yeah. Okay. And Josh, a friend of mine, Josh, her son is her son Josh is having a hard time. And then Jason, we went and visited him last week. He has been recovering for three months from a Harley wreck. What else? Nancy. Nancy. Nancy. Nancy. Nancy is having a bad hair day. She did did think that she had a stroke. A stroke. A mini stroke. Yeah. Yeah. And she's in I think she's in Silverdale. Okay. So, Nancy, thanks for the bread, Nancy. And Good. It's it's pastor Ted. Exploratory heart surgery. Oh, wow. And then pray for Lahaina. People are forgetting about it. Pastor JD brought up that the news cycle usually lasts about eight days. And then after eight days, they move on to something else. So they're moving on to something else is Israel right now. Right? So wars, wars, wars, wars. And so remember remember Lahaina, the families that are there and the globalist trying to steal all their land. Alright. Jeremiah 25. Let's pray. Father, we come before you, and, we do lift up those that are sick. We thank you, Lord, this past year. We've watched you heal so many people. I mean, Cora was on just death's door, and Jason was on death's door. And Mike Goodson, boy, he he really went through it, he's back at work. And just so many things going on and so many people dying of turbo cancers and people jabbed and boosted and all these things, and the media doesn't even wanna talk about it. But, Lord, we don't we don't fear man. We don't fear those things, Lord. We only fear you, and then we know that we're gonna die right on time, Lord. We have an appointment with death and to be asked from the bodies to be present with the Lord. We don't fear death. We don't fear we don't fear war, bombing a banger, Lord. We'll just be home with you. Just immediately be home with you. So, Lord, we pray that this conflict, these wars, these wars and rumors of wars would dissipate, be diffused, that we'd have more time to share the glorious gospel. We thank you that in Iran, Lord, the fastest growing church presently in the world is in Iran, and we thank you for that truth, Lauren. What a wonderful blessing in the midst of a very demonic ideology that of Islam and just the war drums banging. The world's forgotten how you're saving people and how you work from within. Lord, we just pray that a great revival break out in Israel, that people would come to know you, Lord. We know that your word says blindness in part has happened unto Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. And, Lord, we just pray more and more that you'd help us to keep looking up, be students of prophecy, and know what time it is, the times in which we're living. Lord, we pray that you'd raise up a standard against the wickedness of those against Nate and Robbie. We pray that they would prevail, that Robbie, they'd get a judge, they'd get some exposure, some some light would shine on what's happening, Lord, and that the powers that be would be forced to follow the rule of law. And we pray that people be exonerated and benefited, Lord, and be reimbursed for all that they've lost, and that those that have done this done these things with the mandates and firing people would be held accountable, Lord. So bless this night. So much on our plate. So much happening. Lord, help us to focus and focus upon you and bless this time. Teach us, Lord, in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Okay. Jesus said, he that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit saith unto the churches. 17 times in the New Testament, and we'll look at some of those. Jesus said in John eight forty three through 47, why do you not understand my speech even because you cannot hear my word? And so Jeremiah has been ministering for twenty three years, and he's over and over and over again trying to get through to these people, and it's a very simple message, repent. And today, the people don't wanna hear the word repent. There's all kinds of problems that all of us are having, mental illness, anxiety, can't sleep, and all these things. And the prophet Jeremiah comes along, John the Baptist comes along, Jesus comes along, and the first part of the gospel is repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand, and people don't wanna repent. What's the word repent mean? Turn. Turn back. Turn from the way you're going. Right? And so you're going the wrong way. You're going the wrong way, and so turn back toward God. And but people don't seem to understand or think or believe that they are going the wrong way, and and so you can't get them to under understand. And so it's very frustrating. So one man sows, another waters, and God's bringing the increase. All we can do is sow the seed, sow the truth, and then move on to the next city, the next person, and then another person comes along and waters that seed, and we hope and pray, and we ask God to open their eyes and to blind bind the hand of the wicked one that's trying to hold them captive, and to turn them from darkness to life, from the power of Satan unto God, and salvation's a miracle. But even we as Christians can be dull of hearing. We can be Christians and not be hearing from the Lord. And why do you think that would be? Don't know. Just think about that for a little while. Why is it why is it so many that call our of us that call ourselves Christians have a hard time hearing from God? Think about that. Repent. Mhmm. They love the world. They love where they're Love the world? Need to repent, like Paul has said. Need to repent. Yeah. Don't take time to listen. Won't take time to listen? Okay. Well, we're gonna start here, then we'll then we'll look at some verses that pertain to that. We wanna be able to hear. We know the natural man can't hear. Mhmm. He's not born again. That's one problem. The spiritual man, he can hear. The carnal carnal guy is the guy we're kind of alluding to. He's a Christian, but he's dominated by the flesh, and so he has a very difficult time hearing what the spirit is saying. Jesus is speaking to the seven churches. You know, he that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit saith unto the unto the churches. So Jeremiah 25, the word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah in the fourth year of Jehoiakim, the son of Josiah, king of Judah. That was the first year of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon. So the time frame is around June. It was the first year of Nebuchadnezzar's reign. Nebuchadnezzar's dad died, and so Nebbe took the throne. Josiah reigned for thirty one years. Jehoia Jehoia Chin Jehoia Kim, excuse me, He reigned for only eleven years, and Jeremiah is coming in here in the fourth year of that reign. So Jeremiah's reign, we'll see up here in verse three, from the thirteenth year of Josiah, the son of Ammon, king of Judah, even unto the day that this is there, the twentieth year, the word of the Lord has come unto me, and I have spoken unto you rising early and speaking, but you have not hearkened. So twenty three years, Jeremiah started, they feel, when he was 17, much like Joseph when Joseph was sold to slavery. He's just a kid and just a young man, and now he's twenty three years in. He's about halfway through his ministry of being a prophet. He's about 40 years old. And in the time that he spent there in twenty three years, he doesn't have a whole lot to show for it. Doesn't have a big church. Nobody's listened. Not one conversion. Not one person's turned. Not one person's applied or listened or cared or whatever. Instead, he's had great opposition. He's been thrown in jail already. You know? And he's got the false prophets coming against him and lying about him and all. And he's gonna spend another twenty one years and same thing's gonna happen. People are just gonna be ripened for judgment. They're gonna go into captivity, and they're gonna be destroyed, and the city's gonna be destroyed. And we're gonna see Jeremiah in the book of Lamentations, and he's just mourning. He's lamenting because everything he's been telling them all that time has come to pass. And and he and he and he's faithful. He has to continue to be faithful. You have to continue to give the message that God, you know, tells you to give. You can't change the message. You can't water down the gospel. You can't make it easier to understand. You can't direct it toward the unbeliever and try to get the unbeliever to follow you to make a flock of unbelievers because it's based upon error. It's based upon falsehood. And so a lot of people would have a false sense of security, a false sense of being a Christian, and you as a pastor, as a shepherd, you're gonna be held accountable because people need to hear the gospel. They need to hear the truth. It's much better to have one person respond and truly be saved than have 20 people in the congregation that are unbelievers and wind up going to hell, you know. So it's it's one at a time, and it's all it's it's all God, but the people that people have to want to. So so king of Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, when Jeremiah the prophet spoke unto all the people of Judah and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so he's spoken unto all of them. From the thirteenth year of Josiah, the son of Ammon, king of Judah, even unto this day, that is the three and twentieth year, the word of the Lord has come unto me, and I have spoken unto you rising early and speaking, but ye have not hearkened. And that is so frustrating. It's so frustrating to beat your head against the wall, keep trying to teach people, keep trying to get them to understand, get them to come up to speed, and and you kinda spin your wheels, spin your wheels, spin your wheels. A lot of pastors wind up leaving the ministry simply because of frustration, disappointment, discouragement. We met a guy and a girl at the at the pastor meeting two Tuesdays ago, and they were brand new, and they were all bright eyed and bushy tailed, so excited and everything. You know? And I'm I'm I love what I'm doing, but I looked at them and I thought, man, they don't know what's coming, man. They don't poor guys. You know? They don't know what's coming. And but they were just so, you know, so excited. And I was like, well, alright. I hope it works. And, but, don't quit your j job. You know? I wanna tell them. So so I've spoken to you rising early. So I haven't been sleeping. I haven't haven't been distracted. I've been focused. I've done what God's called me to do again and again and again over and over and over and over again. We have people like that in our lives. We have family members and even our own siblings and people we love very much. We've been working on for many, many years. Many years. And it goes in one ear and out the other, and they'll nod and they'll this, that, and the other, and they have no intention of listening really to anything you have to say. They've made up their mind, and they go their own way. And even Jesus in his own household, we talk about dysfunctional families. Jesus had a dysfunctional family. You know? His own brothers didn't believe, and his own community, Nazareth, didn't believe. The nation that he's there didn't believe. And and so if rejection's part of it, rejection's just simply part of being a Christian. We can't make converts. He didn't say go and make converts. You can't make a convert, but you can make a disciple. And a disciple is one that's converted and then wants to learn. And so we we disciple with teaching people the word of God, making sure they they have the word of God. Now, if they don't have a ear to hear, a lot of times when we're ministering to people, they'll attend church, they'll say they're born again, and they'll buy a bible, and but there's like a disconnect. There's just a disconnect. They just don't get it. It's not it's not getting through. And you watch them, and they'll try in the natural. They'll try so hard in the natural to figure out what's going on and watch it, you know, like it's a club or something, and but they're just not born again. They're just there's nothing going on internally, you know, the spirit. And I've got a guy that's dialoguing with my dad right now, but he's he was coming at me with a bunch of stuff, and and it's it just doesn't connect. It's you can't you can't reason with him biblically because he doesn't have a he doesn't have the understanding, just basics, just the very basics, and so you just wonder where was he discipled. You know, what was he in a cold? Was he where was he? Because his view on the bible, his understanding of the bible is just so skewed and so all over the place. It's very difficult to figure out where he's at so you can kinda help him. You know? So I gave him to my dad, let my dad help him, and I don't have time. I really don't have time anymore. I don't take the time anymore. Somebody comes at me with honest questions. I'll take the time. But after a little bit and I begin to realize their mind's made up, and they really don't want to know the truth, they just wanna argue, then I just pass them on to somebody else. You know? Call this guy. Call that guy. You know? I'm I'm not gonna waste the time anymore. So so speaking, but you have not you have not hearkened, and the Lord has sent unto you all of his servants, the prophets. So it's not just me, but God sent in Isaiah. He sent in Ezekiel. He sent in Habakkuk. He sent all of his prophets, and these prophets are ordained of God. They're called of God, and they're sent by God, and they have specific message to give unto the nation. The prophets rising rising early and sending them, but you have not hearkened nor inclined your ear to hear. So just a complete rejection of the truth. Yeah. You know, over and over and over again, rejecting, you know, God's word. They said, I turn again now everyone from his evil way and from the evil of your doings and dwell in the land that the Lord has given unto you and to your fathers forever and ever. So God's letting them know if you repent, if you turn from your evil ways, then you get to dwell in this land. I'm gonna bless you and that whole thing. But if you persist in following after idols and, you know, doing things that is contrary to my word, contrary to who you are, it's a message of repentance. If you refuse to repent and you continue in your idolatry, you know, there's nothing left for you but judgment, and so you're being ripened under judgment. Romans two verse four, it's the kindness of God, the goodness of God that leads us to repentance. So God has a message of love. It's not a message of condemnation. For God sent not his son in the world to condemn the world, but the world through him might be saved. But it's a nonnegotiable message. You know, he's saying, you turn from your sin. Come on to me, all you that labor and heavy laden, I'll give you rest. Right? And so it's 100% in your court to surrender. If you don't surrender, if you don't surrender unto king Jesus and you persist in your will, exercising your will, you want it your way, that's a tragic day when the Lord says not my will be done, but your will be done. So he's trying as best he can to get us to surrender and yield to the Holy Spirit and allow the Holy Spirit to take control of our lives. And so it's no longer us living, but Christ living through us. And if you don't do that, if you're persistent even riding the fence, you're gonna be miserable. It's not gonna work. You're not in charge, and and you can't how can light have what's light have in common with darkness? And how can Christ have fellowship with Belial? You know? You can't. House divided against itself can't stand. So, come out from among them, the Lord says, and be separate and touch off the unclean thing, and I'll receive you. So you can't live in the world with all the things of the world, the idolatry of the world, plus go to church on Sunday and think that you're gonna have fellowship with God and be able to hear, you know, have ears to hear. You're gonna be dull of hearing. And so he says, and go not after other gods, little g gods, and serve them, and to worship them, and provoke me not to anger with the works of your hands, and I will do you no harm. So it's either it's the message of turn or burn. Ever heard a message like that? Turn or burn. Is that is that pretty simple? It's pretty simple. Right? Pretty simple. Is there any in betweeners? Is there any way to meet the Lord halfway? Oh, Lord, I just I only want a I just want a suntan. I don't wanna be burned. You know? And but it's turn to burn. You turn from your sin and turn unto God, or it's the fires of hell. Well, that's not very loving. Well, he made hell for the devil and the fallen angels. He didn't make hell for you. He made heaven for you, but he's not gonna force you to love him. He's not gonna force you into heaven. So it's your decision. If you come by way of Jesus Christ, turning from your sins, turning unto him, and you come through him, you can have access to the father. You have access to eternal life. But if you you can't serve two masters. You know. You gotta choose which one you wanna serve. You can't serve God and mammon. You can't serve God and money. You're either for him or you're against him. You're either gathering with him or you're scattering abroad. One or the other. Yet you have not hearkened unto me, saith the Lord. So you haven't listened to Jeremiah. You haven't listened to all the prophets that he sent. And God's saying you haven't listened unto me. You have you have not hearkened unto me, saith the Lord, that ye might provoke me to anger with the works of your hands to your own harm. So God's saying you're gonna be judged. I I don't wanna judge you, but you're gonna be judged. Therefore, thus saith the Lord of hosts. So he's the Lord of heaven's armies. The Lord of hosts is he's the Lord of heaven's armies. Because ye have not heard my words, And again, he that has an ear to hear, let him hear. Behold, I will send and take all the families of the North, saith the Lord, and Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land and against its inhabitants and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them and make them a horror and a hissing and a perpetual desolation. So he's saying, you guys are disobedient, obstinate, hard hearted. Jesus said that these people do, you know, honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. And Steven described them as a stiff necked people, obtuse, and just can't get through them. Just stubborn people. Said stubbornness. And it's frustrating. But my servant notice he calls Nebuchadnezzar foreign king. Job is my servant Job, my servant Moses. What a great title to be the Lord's servant, to be one that to have a have a ministry, to be able to serve Jesus. And whatsoever you do, do it heartily as unto the Lord, not unto men. You serve the Lord Jesus. That's who we serve. The greatest among you be the servant of all. Jesus came not to be ministered unto, but to serve, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. That's what the word minister means, a servant. So my servant Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadnezzar will obey. He's gonna obey me. And you think of Jonah. Jonah go down to Nineveh, and Jonah didn't obey him, did he? Jonah exercised his free will and got on a ship heading the opposite way to Tarshish. Right? So do you have free will? Yeah. And would God has God told you to do something? Have you do you have ears to hear? Do you know emphatically something God's told you to do or to not do? Did you obey him? Are you obeying him? Do you continue to obey him? And and and then we take it to the next step. It's one thing to have sins of omission. You know? You're not doing what you're supposed to do. God's spoken to you. You know you have a responsibility. You know what he's lined out for you, and he hasn't told your neighbor, hasn't told your mom, your dad, or anybody else. He spoke to you, and he wants you to obey him. And but for some reason, you won't. And so can God make you willing? Yeah. Yeah? Psalm one nineteen sixty seven. Psalm one nineteen sixty seven. Anybody wanna read that? Psalm one nineteen. I'll read it. Okay. Marlene Miller, for those of you wondering on Facebook, this is Marlene Miller. Before I was afflicted, I went astray, but now have I kept thy word. Before I was afflicted, I went astray. Jonah went astray. Jonah went his own way, and then the Lord did what? Afflict it. Hebrews 12, whom the Lord loves, he chastens. You ever been spanked by the Lord? So you got free will. You get to choose. Jonah chose to go the opposite way of what God was telling him to do, and it wasn't a suggestion. It was a command. Right? And he says, no. I hate the Ninevites. I hate them. I'm going the opposite way because I know you're a loving God, and somehow, someway you're gonna spare those people. I just know you are. And so he wound up going the other way, and then the ship came into a huge storm. And the mariners, the sailors began to cry out under their gods, and it wouldn't abate. It wouldn't abate the storm. So they go and they find Jonah sleeping. Hey, sleeper. Call upon your god. Jonah knows already. This is my fault. This is my fault. Well, who's your god? He's the god of creation. It's god that made the sea, made all this. Well, call upon your god. No. That ain't gonna help. Throw me into the drink. Throw me into the water, and you guys will be saved. You know? So god prepared a great fish. You know the story. And swallowed Jonah, and then we see a picture of Jonah going to hell. He's in hell in his affliction. He's gone in the belly of the fish, 98.6 degrees, sweating, gastric juices, bleaching them out. He's an albino now. He's got seaweed all over him. He you know, the pressure, all of it. And so he's he's just in anguish. He's in affliction. He just crying out. And now he cries out to God. Uncle. Uncle. He's tapping out. Okay. Alright. There's enough pain. There's enough pain in my life, and you got my attention. And so the Verizon commercial. Right? What's the Verizon commercial? Can you hear me now? Yeah. Yeah. Right? Oh, yeah. I hear you now. Right? And CS Lewis, we quoted him recently. He said, god whispers in a time of pleasure, in a time of prosperity. When everything's going great, the voice of God's like a little little whisper. But in our affliction, we can really hear him. It's loud. Right? Really loud. And, god, how come I couldn't hear him before? Well, because I was too busy with my own pleasures. You know? The cares of this life and the deceitfulness of riches. So Jonah is spit up on the shore, and and it says the word of the Lord came to Jonah a second time. So we fail. We fail to do what God's calls us to do. And as we repent, we we're restored. And then he has a message, a very simple message, forty days and you're gonna perish, you guys, and the Ninevites listened. The Ninevites heard that message. Why did the Ninevites repent and hear that message? They're to. Biggest recorded revival. Yeah. Right? Why? Why? Days and you're gonna perish. That doesn't sound like a very loving god, a very loving message. Right? Definitely got their attention from the king on down because they all put on sackcloth and ashes, and they repented. And then it says God repented of what he was gonna do, and he gave them what we call a reprieve over a hundred years before he was gonna judge him. And the only one bummed out about was Jonah. Jonah was livid. He was angry, so angry. And and so we see that prophet, and we see that Jesus said, who do men say that I am? And nobody said, you remind us of Jonah. No. Am. Nobody said that. But they did say, you remind us of Jeremiah the prophet, the weeping prophet, the one that kept going, kept going, kept going, kept going, to reach these people before the judgment would come. And so we we pray, and we intercede on behalf of our loved ones, and we keep praying, Lord, give them ears to hear. Lord, open their heart. Open their ears. Help them to hear, Lord, because we're using words. We're explaining it properly, but they just don't get it. Now is it they can't hear or they won't hear? They won't hear. They won't hear. So it's a problem of the will. They don't want to hear. So now we go to John three, and John three tells us why they don't want to hear. Because their deeds are evil, because they love darkness rather than light, because they love their sin. So they don't wanna listen. They can hear what you're saying. They just don't wanna change. They they don't want to repent because they love the darkness. They love the sinful life they're in, and they don't wanna give it up. They don't wanna quit. So then they wind up in jail. They wind up in rehab. They wind up going through a divorce. They wind up blowing through twenty years, the best prime years of their life doing drugs and alcohol and illicit things that wind up start out fun. There's happiness and sin for a season, but then it brings forth death. It starts to corrupt. It starts to break them down, and they might even start to have children, but now the children, they gotta share custody, and it's not good for the kids. And then they're in their second and third marriage, and they're still not getting it, and they're drinking too much, and drugging too much, and financial difficulty, and all other sorts of things, and mental problems, and guilt, and all other sorts of things, and they know what they need to do, they're just not ready to do it. And finally, there's enough pain, and they finally get sober, and they wind up they wind up they wind up surrendering. They're not gonna fight God anymore. They're gonna surrender and do it his way, and now they're able to now they're able to hear. Now they have ears to hear. So let's look at some verses that speak of that. 17 times in the New Testament. Who wants Matthew eleven fifteen? I'll do it. Matthew thirteen nine and thirteen forty three. Matthew, all good. Yeah. How about Revelation two seventeen, two eleven, two seventeen, two twenty nine. Those are all real quick. Revelation. I got Revelation. So two seven, two eleven, two seventeen, two twenty nine. And then Revelation three six, three thirteen, three twenty two. Revelation six what? Six Three six, three thirteen, three twenty two. I'll do that one. Okay. And It's 13. Thirteen nine. Alright. Matthew eleven fifteen. Matthew eleven fifteen. For before John came all, the teachings of the scripture looked forward to his to this present time. Different. Different Matthew? No. Matthew Matthew eleven fifteen? Thirteen? Thirteen? Yeah. Before John came. All of them. Wait. 15? You said eleven fifteen. That's for Anyone who is willing to hear should listen and understand. I got 1115 here, and it says he that has an ear to hear, let him hear. Right. That's what mine says. Yeah. So anyone who is willing to hear should listen and understand. Great. Thank you. I don't know what that John the Baptist one was, but It was good. I I read ahead. I searched the wrong one. Alright. Okay. Facebook, do you see that? Alright. Matthew thirteen nine. 13. I got it. Thirteen nine. Who has ears isn't the sweetest who has ears to hear? Let him hear. Thirteen forty three. Thirteen forty three. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the son of the kingdom of their father who has ears to hear? Let him hear. Alright. And then Jim Scott, he that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit saying to the churches. One, two, three, four times. Right? Revelation two? Oh, two. I was in the seven. Sorry. Oh, two seven? K. Two seven. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the spirit saith unto the churches, to him that overcometh, I will give to eat of the tree of life which is in the midst of the garden. And then 17 also. Mhmm. And he that hath an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit saith unto the churches. To him that overcometh, will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth, saving he that receiveth it. Nice. Verse nine? Oh. 29. 29. She's on it. She's on it. He that hath an ear, let him care what the spirit saith unto the churches. Okay. Three six, three thirteen, three twenty two, and thirteen nine. He that has an ear, let him hear what the spirit saith unto the churches. How many times did Jesus have to say it? How many times do you have to repeat it? In thirteen Three thirteen. Ear that has an ear, let him hear what what the spirit saith unto the churches. And three twenty two. And 22. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the spirit saith unto the churches. Now he's saying, read my lips. No. Thirteen nine? Thirteen nine. Revelation thirteen nine? Anybody have that? Oh, thirteen nine. I wrote it down. Yeah. I I got it here. 139. I don't know what it's gonna say. Okay. If any man have an ear, let him hear. K. So we have natural natural hearing ability and spiritual spiritual ability. Right? So, again, in in first Corinthians two fourteen, the natural man understands not the things of God neither can he know them. Why? Because they're spiritually discerned. Right? But then the spiritual man in first Corinthians two verse nine and ten, eyes not seen, so the natural fact eyes not seen, nor ear heard, neither has it entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for them that love him. But God has revealed them unto us by his spirit. So it's a spiritual hearing, spiritual ears. He that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit is saying to the churches. Right? We need our spiritual ears open. So when Jesus is talking to Nicodemus, Nicodemus is understanding the natural. You mean I gotta be born again, except you man be born again, he cannot enter the form of God? How can and he's thinking of the natural. How can a man that is old enter into his mother's womb? You know? And so Jesus, again, is trying to say, you know, that which is born of the flesh is flesh. You need to be born of the water and the spirit. The water is the natural birth, the water bursting. You need to be born of the spirit, so the holy spirit dwelling, coming within a person's life, no longer body, soul, but body, soul, and spirit. So there's a conversion that takes place and an ability to hear what the spirit is saying. A lot of times we're dealing with people in the church who are not saved. That's why they don't track. That's why they don't get it. So one of the greatest things that's happened to me in twenty eight years of pastoring is that presently, we have a group of people that have ears to hear. We have a group of people that are like minded, that can hear, that are tracking, that are listening, that are, you know, they're they're investigating and researching and studying, and they have discernment. You know what discernment is? They have discernment of right and wrong, of truth and error. They're not easily deceived. That's the sign. Be not deceived. Right? Look at that. Look how I did that. See that right there. And so Jesus say, Matthew 24 verse three, take heed that no man deceive you. Right? And then he talks about false Christ and false messiahs and false prophets, and and he says in John fine John five, I came in my father's name and you received me not. Another, the antichrist is gonna come and him you will receive. So he's warning people of deception, and and the big part of waking up to the deception is being born again of having the spiritual faculties to to see through the lies, to be able to hear the holy spirit whisper and tell you, hey, don't trust this person. I gotta check on my spirit. This person is lying to you, you know, and don't follow him. So turn to John chapter eight verse 43. He says, why do you not understand my speech even because you cannot hear my word? So Jesus is speaking to the religious leaders. These are guys that should be able to hear. Mhmm. Right? So why do you not understand my speech even because you cannot hear my word? Ye are of your father, the devil. That's pretty strong language. Mhmm. And the lust of your father, you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning and abode not in the truth because there's no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own for he is a liar and the father of. And because I tell you the truth, you believe me not. So you're used to hearing lies. You're used to falsehood. You're following your father, the devil. I'm telling you the truth and you hear me not. So when I'm preaching and teaching the truth, when you're preaching and teaching the truth and they don't hear you, it can't change the message. You gotta keep coming with the truth. I I said to the church on Sunday, I said, you know, if you go into the dictionary and you look up the word whackadoodle, there'd be a picture of me. And because I'm not a politician, I don't care how many people like me. It's not about getting people to like me. I know how to be popular and be liked. You tell people what they wanna hear. Mhmm. But I only need God to like me. Right? I only want God to like me. I want the Lord to say, well done someday. You know? And so the reason I'm I describe myself as a wackadoodle is because you'll be strange. Jeremiah is strange. He's he's a anomaly. He doesn't fit in with everybody. His message doesn't fit in with his false prophets. Right? Jesus is strange. The apostle Paul, the disciples, they're strange people. They're ostracized by society. People don't like them. Their social credit score is real low. They said that guy's a wackadoodle. He's a little off. He's a little strange. He's a little weird. You know? He he wears, you know, leather, and he lives out in the field eating locusts and wild honey that John the Baptist, you know? They're different. And and I I I like having fellowship. I like being with some like minded people who are strange, you know, different than the norm, and and that go against the grain. You know, they don't go along to get along. It's very stimulating and exciting to finally be with some people with COVID kinda sifting things, and and people had to make a decision. They had to decide. You know? And and I like that. I like the fact that the gray the gray matter, the gray, the lukewarm, the mediocre is is kinda not there anymore, and it's you have to choose now. You have to decide. You're being challenged with your faith. And so it's identifying. It's showing us who has discernment and who has an ear to hear and who can hear. And others, you look at them, it's like they don't hear. They don't get it. They're you're telling me they're gonna go do it again. Didn't they learn from last time? You know? You know I mean? What is it? And and it's just so frustrating. So but the problem is see, Kathy tells me this all the time is I'll sit there and I'll agonize, and I'll go, honey, how come they don't get it? What's wrong? And she'll say, Rick, I don't think they're saved. No, honey. They gotta be saved. They gotta be saved. No, Rick. I don't think they're saved. And I'm not talking about anybody in the church. We're talking about some of the leaders, some of the big Christian leaders. Why won't they get it? It's right there in front of their face, you know, but they don't want to. And, you know, it might be that they have so much to lose by going with the truth, they don't want to lose. They want to be liked. And I don't want to hear the Lord say, away from me, I never knew you. You're the practice iniquity. Right? I don't want to hear the Lord say, well done, You know? Mhmm. So it it being a wackadoodle, being strange, being a little off, I'm I'm fine with that. And because I tell you the truth, you believe me not. Which of you convicts me of sin? And if I the truth, why do you not believe me? He that is of God hears God's words. Ye therefore hear them not because you're not of God. So it's pretty simple. I if I'm going with the word of God, if you're going with the gospel, the word of God, he that's of God is gonna hear you. He that's not of God is not gonna hear you. Don't worry about those that reject you. I don't worry about those that leave the church. They get up and walk away. That's a sifting. God is sifting. I'm not gonna acquiesce and give in to them and try to figure out how to keep them because there's a sifting going on. And if they can't hear the word of God, then it's good for them to leave. They're welcome to come back, but on God's terms, not not on their terms. And I don't care if they have a hissy fit. And one guy said one guy said they're be careful with them because they wear lacy underwear. And I'm like, wow. What's that? You know? But they're sissies. They're just sissies. You know? They're they're they're cowards. And I how do you give in to a, you know, a coward culture that doesn't doesn't have any kind of character, any kind of backbone to be willing to suffer, be willing to be, you know, unlike, you know, to be hated even? Jesus said you're gonna be hated. How many people wanna be hated in our culture, you know, or willing to be hated? So it's it's there's plenty of churches out there that'll take their money. That's the interesting thing. I've never asked any of them for money. And they'll walk out and they'll go to church that spends the majority of the time describing this great opportunity for them to write a check. Everything under the sun, we need you to write your check for. And we just want you to hear the word and for God to bless you. We want you to receive. We want Jesus to speak to you. We want your ears to be open so you can hear from God. Right? And that's all we ask. That's all we want is for you to be able to hear because we know God will transform and change your life. So which of you convicts me of sin? If I say the truth, why do you not believe me? He that is of God hears God's word. Ye therefore hear them not because you're not of God. Then answered the Jews and said unto him, say, we not well that thou art a Samaritan and has a demon? So they're they're they're saying. They hated Samaritans. You're not even a real Jew, they're saying. You know? And then and then they're saying they're they're saying that and you've got a demon. You're demon possessed. Jesus answered, I am not a demon, but I honor my father, and you dishonor you dishonor me. And I seek not mine own glory, there is one that seeks and judge. Verily, I say unto you, if a man keep my saints, he shall never see death. And so these guys don't wanna keep his sayings. Now turn to Mark chapter four. I asked the question at the beginning of the bible study. Can you become dull of hearing? Can you be a Christian and be in a place where you're not really hearing from God anymore? When you first were in that honeymoon experience, brand new believer, man, your ears were open, your prayers are being answered, you're so excited, so in love with Jesus. It's your honeymoon. It's so exciting. I barely get a prayer out of my mouth, and he's answering my prayer. How are we gonna pay rent and the checks in the mail? You know? It's just, oh, it's just so wonderful. You know? God's there. He's big, and he's answering all my prayers. Now Mark chapter four, notice verse 21. He said unto them, is a lamp bought to be put under a bushel or under a bed and not to be on a lampstand? For there is nothing hidden which shall not be manifested, neither was anything kept secret, but that it should come to light. So he's speaking of illumination. When we study the book of Revelations, the apocalypse, it's the it's the unveiling of Jesus Christ. He's being unveiled. If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. There we go. Now watch this. Take heed what you hear. You need to be discerning of what you hear. You need to be a Berean. You're accountable for what you hear. When you hear trash, spit it out. When you're evaluated in the church, evaluated in the sermon, evaluate content. Take heed what you hear. If it's the word of God, listen. Listen up. If it's the word of man, sleep. Just sleep through it. Walk out. Doesn't mean a thing. So take heed what you hear. With what measure you measure, it shall be measured to you, and then to you that hear shall more be given. So we call today, we call it selective hearing. If I hear what I wanna hear, my ears perk up. If I'm not hearing what I wanna hear, hey. You need to repent. You need to die to self. You need to quit whining. You need to die, man. Die. Die. Kathy, you need to die. Take your cross up. Follow the Lord. First got married, we went over that a lot. It's still pertinent. It's still true. Still true. Self is the problem. Selfishness is the problem. K? So both of us need to die. Right? Mhmm. Deny yourself. Take your cross up, Luke says, Luke nine, daily and follow Jesus. So do I wanna be on the throne today? Do I wanna be in charge? Do I wanna be in control? Sometimes, yes. What a mess that makes. You know? But if I yield to the Lord and say, Lord, here am I. Use me. What would you have me do today if I walk in obedience? Kathy was tenacious yesterday wanting to go to church. I mean, she was working so hard to get all the printing done, get everything done, and just I mean, she really she cried when she realized she wasn't gonna be able to go. And then she's super excited today because God healed her. But yesterday, she had a throbbing headache, face all swollen, and just couldn't make it. And and we prayed and prayed and prayed, and this morning she woke up and it was gone. You know? Praise God. And here she is tonight. But I I love the I love her spirit. I love the spirit that she has that it bothered her. She couldn't be there yesterday. You know? What if it didn't bother her? If she's, I'm not going to this. Know? This is not care. Just blow it off. You know? That would that would be sad. You know? It'd be sad if people don't care that much about their service, you know, under the Lord. Nebuchadnezzar, my servant. He's a pagan. My servant, Nebuchadnezzar, can't you find any servants in your own family among your own people besides Jeremiah? You know? I mean, they're all they're all dyspnea. So notice he said, take heed what you hear. So he's saying you're accountable for what you hear. So if we're in God's word and we're bringing forth God's word, I've done my job. That's all I can do. I can't make you apply it to your life. I've done my job. Jeremiah is doing his job. Now it's in your court of what you're gonna do with it. And notice, if you're growing duller and duller of hearing, and we have a we have a saying today, a picture of the frog in the kettle. What's it mean to have the frog in the kettle? Stay in there. Get a nice little bag and turning get in up the temperature. So how does it work? They're, like, slowly turning up the temperature. So if if it was hot, he'd jump right out. Right? Mhmm. But if he jumps in there, oh, this is kinda nice, and then the temperature graduate he's not gonna dump out jump out. Right? Yeah. It's gonna be cooked. And so it happens over a period of time, that dull of hearing, that lukewarmness, that going back into the world. It's kinda imperceptible. You don't even realize how far you've strayed from the Lord. Right? You're just not hearing anymore. And so the problem is when you're hearing the word of God, you're rejecting it. It doesn't apply to you. And many of you, many of us are delusional. We're delusional. We actually think that we're righteous. I've I I don't know that I've ever sinned. What do you mean sorry? What do I have to be sorry of? You know? Why should I apologize? You know? And this arrogance, this pride blinds you. And so the pastor's preaching or teaching, and the word of God's going forth. And, you know, it's just it's for somebody else. You know? Looking around, hey. That's for you. You know? That's not for me. So take heed what you hear with what measure you measure, it shall be measured to you again. So if you're faithful of what you hear, he's gonna give you more. He's gonna reveal more of himself to you if you're faithful with what he's given you. If you're unfaithful, then you have what Vicky would call an arrested state of development. You've stunted your growth. You're not gonna grow till you apply what he's already revealed to you. And so you what measure you measure shall be measured to you, and unto you that hear shall more be given. You wanna grow in the Lord? Then obey what he's revealed. He's gonna give you step one. He's gonna give you order one. Do number one. Philip, leave the revival. Leave the party here in Jerusalem, and go down to Bremerton, which is a spiritual desert. Why would I wanna do that? Because there's a guy that came to Jerusalem and left not coming to know me, and he's here at Passover. And he really wants to know me, but he didn't get to know me from the people, the religious leaders and people in Jerusalem. Now he's heading back to Ethiopia, and I want you to go down to Gaza, which is desert, and speak to this guy. But the Lord didn't tell him all that. The Lord told him to go down to Gaza, which is desert. That's the only information he had. When he got there, he got step two because he saw the guy in his chariot, you know, on his camel reading. And now the holy spirit, go near. But if you didn't go down, you wouldn't get the next part of that revelation of what's next. It's a progressive revelation. It's not when when I wanna serve the Lord, it's not Rick, I'm gonna tell you the next 10 things. I'm gonna let you evaluate them. And if it's pleasing to you, Rick, then you serve me. Well, Lord, you need to change number seven because that ain't gonna happen. You know I mean? It's like people think they're in charge. They really think they're in charge. They've got a list, a grocery list. Well, you gotta do this, this, this, this, and then maybe I'll think about it. You know? It's like, who do you think you are? You know, I've heard I've heard guys say, you know, I left the ministry because I like the beach. Well, who cares? Everybody likes the beach. You know, what a what an easy ministry that would be. You know? Another guy gave it six months, and it wasn't growing fast enough, and he's planning to leave. And God says to him, according to him, you owe me six more months. So he stayed six more months, and then the church exploded in growth. I've been here twenty eight years. I've never been able to talk to God like that. Never have I been ever been able to talk to God and say, you know, God, you got six more months. You know? He'd say, see you. See you. You know? See you. Don't let the door hit you. You know, it's just I don't have that rapport with him. I've never been able to tell God what he's to do or gonna do. It's always been, Lord, what would you have me do? And he says, Rick, I want you to just be faithful. Just be faithful. Be faithful what I give you what I've given you to work with. And so you're you're gonna get more. More will be given. He says verse 25, for he that has, to him shall be given, and he that has not, from him shall be taken even that which he has. And so many people take and bury it. They they bury the investment God's made in their lives and they don't reinvest in the lives of other people. But if you take and you reinvest, he's gonna give you more. You reinvest, he's gonna give you more. You keep learning, keep studying, you keep giving out, and he keeps giving you more. Now turn to Luke chapter eight. So when we talk about expositional teaching, we're going to teach verse by verse, expositionally, where we take the text and we work through the passage to discover the interpretation. And then when we interpret it, we observe, then we interpret. After we interpret it, we ask the question to interpret it, we we ask the questions who, what, when, where, why, how. And then after we discover the meaning, then we apply it. Lord, what's this mean to me? What are you saying to me, Lord? How do I apply this know, to my life? And that's that's the part of application. Once you get it and he's he's hit you and you know he's speaking to you, now you ask, Lord, how am I to apply this? What would you have me do? And if you're faithful with what he's shown you how to apply it, he's gonna give you more. And so Philip's able to share the gospel with the Ethiopian eunuch, and then the Ethiopian eunuchs read in Isaiah 53, and, oh, what's hinder he has to from baptizing me, and then he baptized then Philip gets raptured. He's he's at Azotus after that, all because he obeyed the Lord with the first area of revelation. Go down to Gaza. The God revealed him in acts 13 when the church at Antioch, they were fasting and praying. The Holy Spirit said unto them, separate unto me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereof I've called them to. So as they're seeking the Lord and waiting upon the Lord, the Lord speaks to that group of elders that were pastors that were praying, and the Lord specifically named Barnabas and Saul for a mission trip, the first missionary journey. Right? So they're waiting upon the Lord, and Barnabas and Saul obeyed the Lord, you know, and and fulfilled that mission. Alright. So Luke chapter eight verse 18. We'll go to 16. No no man when he has light a lamp covers it with a vessel and puts it under a a bed, but sets it on a lampstand that they who enter in might see it. For nothing is secret that shall not be made manifest, neither anything hidden that shall not be made known known and come to the light. Take heed therefore, remember we saw before what you hear? Now he's saying take heed therefore how you hear. For whosoever has, to him shall be given, and whosoever has not, from him shall be taken even that which he seems to have. And so take heed what you hear, take heed how you hear, be attentive, be listening, pray, and say, Lord, please, You see how typically when I pray before we start a bible study, what do I always pray? Lord, teach us your word. Lord, you're the teacher. Please open the scriptures to our understanding. Lord, give us ears to hear and hearts that would be such that we would apply these truths to our lives, that we would be doers of your word and not hearers only. Do you see that? That's all tied up here in Mark and Luke here. That's what he's saying, is if you listen, I'll speak to you, and if you apply it to your life, I'll give you more. And you're gonna walk with me, and you're going to discover more and more of who I am. Paul says it this way in Philippians three ten that I might know him. Do you wanna know God? Then listen up and obey what he tells you to do. Follow him. Right? If you're disobedient, if you've got enough and you don't want anymore, that's where you stop. You can go to church all you want, you're not gonna be hearing. You're just not gonna hear. Now you're gonna be imagining. Now you're gonna be YouTube prophet. Now you're gonna be acting like, oh, oh, God just showed me this. No, he didn't. You're not hearing from the Lord anymore. You're you're living in disobedience. Alright. So back to chapter 25. So Nebuchadnezzar my servant. Verse 10, moreover, will take from them the voice of myrrh and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, the voice of the bride, and the sound of the millstones, and the light of the lamp. And so it's gonna be a ghost town. You're gonna be cursed. These nations all round about shall be utterly destroyed. It's gonna be what we would call doom and gloom. Doom and gloom. You hear people say when we're talking about prophecy, doom and gloom. Doom and gloom. This is doom and gloom. This is judgment from God. And the whole land shall be a desolation and a whore, and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. So from 06/2005 to May, we're gonna see that Nebuchadnezzar's in power. And in Daniel chapter nine, Daniel goes with the first wave of nobles that go to Babylon in captivity. In Daniel chapter nine verse two, what's he say? Nine verse two. Daniel's there, he's wondering how long he's gonna be there. What's he say? In the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood my books, the number of the years concerning which the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolation of Jerusalem. Wow. So he's reading Jeremiah. And Jeremiah right here is getting a word from the Lord that you're gonna spend seventy years there. Why seventy years? To make up for some time they stole, and it's yeah. It has to do with He's got it. He's got it. He's got ears to hear. He he knows. Rob knows. They they owe God some time. For four hundred ninety years, they didn't allow the soil to rest every seventh year. So seven divided into four hundred ninety is seventy years. You owe me seventy years. So where do we find that? We find that in Leviticus chapter 25 verses three through five. Who wants to read that? And then somebody else, second Chronicles thirty six twenty through 23. Second Chronicles 36. So the first one is Leviticus twenty five three through five. Marlene? Who's fastest? Who's the fastest with the gun, with the bug? Sword. Second Chronicles thirty six twenty through 23. Ready to catch 25? Leviticus twenty five three through five. Six years thou shalt sow the field, and six years thou shalt prune the vineyard and gather in the fruit thereof. But in the seventh year shall be a Sabbath of rest unto the land, a Sabbath for the Lord. Thou shalt neither sow the field nor prune the vineyard. That which groweth of its own accord of the harvest, thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed, for it is a year of rest unto the land. So look at that rest. You're working years real hard. You're tilling the soil, planting seeds, and everything. Now the seventh year, he says, you can eat the food that comes up naturally in the garden. Comes you know, when you plant, the the isn't it true your potatoes and a lot of stuff comes back up on Yeah. You know, the next year? Mhmm. Well, why would you harvest it the seventh year? Why? Would it be because of greed? Do it more? You're discontent with just enough to just get by. You know? But he's giving you more time, isn't he? He's giving you a year, free year off, a year of rest, plus the the the rotation of fields, the rotation of allowing the soil to rest so that it can gain more nutrients and be more prolific later. Right? So you're not gonna remove all of the the nutrients of the soil. So farmers understand that today, but the Lord said I mean, it's pretty it's a blessing. I mean, you if you have a vineyard and you go out in the vineyard, there's enough grapes that are there in the seventh year for you to enjoy. You know? Make some jam. Make some wine. I don't know. Whatever you want. Mhmm. Eat the grapes. But you don't have to cultivate and try and harvest it to make it grow even more to have an abundance so that you can sell it, you know, in that seventh year. Let it rest, but they were discontent to do that. And then second Chronicles thirty six twenty through 23. 20 through 23? Yeah. The few who survived were taken away to Babylon, and they became servants to the king and his sons until the kingdom of Persia came to power. So the message of the Lord spoken through Jeremiah was fulfilled. The land finally enjoyed its Sabbath rest, lying desolate for seventy years just as the prophet had said. Isn't that amazing? So you have Daniel nine two. Daniel's there in the first year. He said, how long are we gonna be here? Seventy years. Now you have seventy years later, you have Cyrus in Daniel five taking over Belteshazzar, the grandson of Nebuchadnezzar, coming into the city, taking it over, and now you've fulfilled your seventy years. And it's Cyrus that's going to allow that those in captivity to go back to Jerusalem, back to Israel, rebuild the walls with Nehemiah and with, you know, Ezra the the priest and such. And so totally fulfilled. So he says, verse 12, and it shall come to pass when seventy years are accomplished that I will Punish. Punish the king of Babylon. Thank you. And that nation, saith the Lord, for their iniquity in the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it a perpetual desolation. So here you have Nebuchadnezzar, my servant. He's gonna obey me. He's gonna wipe out Judea, you know, Jerusalem. He's gonna wipe out Egypt and the surrounding nations. And then afterwards, I'm gonna punish him for punishing my people. I mean, god god careful. Careful what he has you to do, man. Now I'm gonna What I was thinking is that he when he calls in my servant Yeah. My deputy or my servant Yes. He's not really serving god willingly. He's serving god out of out of compulsion. God calls him to do it. He better do it. He just does it. Yeah. And if he doesn't listen, he goes and eats grass for seven years. Right? Until he has his attention. Right? They call him stumpy. Right? And so you better listen. Is this not great Babylon which I have built? Right? It's it's still in his mouth. So that's a good point. So you got Ezra going back. You got Cyrus given the command, and and Ezra one one verse three one through three. And so the Medes and the Persians, Cyrus the Persian, Darius the Mede. And where are the Persians today? Iran. And where are the Medes? The Kurds. Kurds. The Kurds of Northern Iraq. Iran. And the Turks hate them. The Turks are trying to wipe them out. Constantly trying to wipe out the Kurds. That's what that guy said. You put certain fish in a fish tank and they just fight. Right? And just something in them in them. Verse 13, and I will bring upon that land all my words which I have pronounced against it, even all that is written in the book which Jeremiah has prophesied against all the nations. So when we get to Jeremiah fifty and fifty one, he's gonna have a a clear description of the destruction of Babylon. For many nations and great kings shall make slaves of them also, and I'll recompense them according to their deeds and according to the works of their own hands. So you're gonna reap what you sow. God is not mocked. Galatians six verse seven. Right? And I'm gonna recompense them according to their works. You and I have been forgiven of our works. We're not gonna answer to God for our works whether good or bad. Right? Amen. Jesus already died for my sins. But these guys, because they've rejected Jesus, now they're gonna have to answer for their works in Revelation chapter 20 verse 12 at the great white throne judgment. He's gonna bodily resurrect the wicked from the dead, and they're gonna stand before God, and they're going to give an account of what they did while they're in their body whether good or bad. And the real dividing issue is their name is not written in the lamb's book of life. Their name's not written. Your name's written in the book of life. Praise the Lord. Of the lamb slain before the foundation of the earth. Verse 15, for thus saith the Lord God of Israel unto me, take the wine cup of the fury of my hand and cause all nations to whom I send thee to drink it. So the cup of wrath, the cup of God's wrath, and God is gonna use Nebuchadnezzar as a means of pouring out his wrath upon his own people who are rejecting him, the nations around there. And then later when God judges Babylon, his wrath is gonna be poured out upon them during the tribulation period. Right? It's a time of outpouring of God's wrath, the seventieth seven of Daniel. And in Matthew twenty six thirty six, Jesus prayed, father, if you're willing, we'll remove this cup from me, but nevertheless not as I will, but that will be done as a cup of wrath. Cup of wrath that's gonna be poured out for your sins and my sins upon Jesus. So he that knew no sin becomes sin. God pours out his wrath upon his son so that God can be gracious and merciful to you and I forgive us of our sin because your sin has been paid for. Jesus said, it is finished. Means paid in full. All your sins have been paid for past, present, and future. You have you owe no debt. There's no debt. There's no condemnation. And so you've been saved. You've been delivered from you've been redeemed in the blood of the lamb. Revelation sixteen nineteen, the the cup of his wrath, and they shall drink and be moved and be mad because of the word that I will send among them. And so during the tribulation period, these people are gonna be moved. They're gonna stagger like drunken men. And think of the drugs, the sorcery that people are gonna be on during the tribulation period when things get really, really, really bad. Half the population, 8,000,000,000 people, over four billion are killed in less than seven years, you know, from the plagues, from famine, wars, pestilence, demons flying through the air, people being stung and stuff, and just all different ways that people are depopulation is taking place. And men's hearts failing them for fear because of the asteroids and the things that are hitting the earth and the mountains that are that are, you know, collapsing, the earthquakes, and the darkness, and the blackouts, and just just incredible fear that people are gonna be under. Now you and I, we're told this wrath that's coming, this time of God's wrath in first Thessalonians one verse 10, that we've been saved from the wrath to come. So you and I are not gonna go in the tribulation period and suffer that cup of his wrath because we've already been saved from the wrath to come. Right? Jesus already died on the cross, so that's a soteriological salvation wrath. But the eschatological wrath, we being in the church are not gonna go through the tribulation period when God pours out his wrath. Because in first Thessalonians five verse nine, it says, we're not appointed under wrath. So when God was gonna judge Sodom and Gomorrah, there's one righteous guy and his name's Lot. And God didn't bring the fire and brimstone on Sodom and Gomorrah until he rescued Lot. Right? Because he's a righteous dude. But the wicked, once Lot's out of there and his wife and his two daughters, and you're not to look back. Jesus said, remember Lot's wife. Now why did she look back? Because the porch light was on. Because That's what you always say. Because because Lot said, honey, did you leave the porch light on? Alright. Okay. That's that's nasty in there. Alright. Then took I the cup at the Lord's hand and made all the nations to drink under whom the Lord had sent me. So these people that are mad, these people that are staggering, I keep hearing over and over and over again that a whole lot of people that have had the vax and the metals and the drugs that they use the word zombies, that they're losing their faculties, that they're gonna be staggering and mad with rage is how they describe it, is what's coming in many of the people. They're they're they're just they lose their mind. They're gonna lose their minds with how cataclysmic these these events are. Psalm seventy five eight, Isaiah fifty one seven talks about this. To it Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, its kings and its princes to make them a desolation, a whore, a hissing, and a curse as it is this day. So his own people. God's doing this to his own people because of their disobedience. Right? Jeremiah's gonna be preaching for forty years. Is forty years enough time for people to decide whether they wanna do it God's way or their own way? Is that enough time? If you have a prodigal son or daughter you know, Kathy and I never have kids again. I mean, I hear about 17 year olds, you know, melting down, something like that. And we remember teenagers. Remember what it's like and we were those teenagers. Right? And we put our parents to the metal. But as a parent, you know, you get to control when they're young, what they wear, what they eat, when they go to bed, all that stuff. And then when they start exercising their their free will, you're hoping enough stuck. You're hoping there's enough that you put in them with the word of God and training and, you know, and all that they'll choose, you know, to follow the Lord. But But if you've got a prodigal son or daughter, they can blow through their twenties, which is crazy living. They can blow through their thirties. And you're preaching to them, you're teaching them, you don't preach anymore, you can't say anything anymore. Just keep telling them you love him, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, you just keep waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, and now it's been twenty years. Jeremiah's there for forty years. These people just don't get it. I mean, at what point? You know, God always gives space for repentance. How long has God got away? So so his own people, pharaoh king of Egypt and his servants and his princes and all his people, so God's gonna deal with Egypt. The pharaoh of Egypt, he said not even there's no not even a god that can kill me. Not even god could sink the Titanic. When they start doing that, you know Yeah. When they start doing that, oh, watch out. So get away from them. And that pharaoh that mentioned all that, that said all that, that boasting, his own people wound up hanging them. So so now the mixed people and all the kings of the land Of Uz do you remember the Wizard of Oz in the land Of Uz? Where's the land of Uz? Beyond the glassy sea. Yeah. There was a man in the land of Uz, and his name is Job. Job from the land of Uz. And Oh. In the area of Edom in Lamentations four verse one, Edom would be Lot excuse me. Did I say Lot? Job, I'm saying. Job. Job, the book of Job is the oldest book in the Bible. First book written. A contemporary of Abraham. Now you remember, Moses wrote the Pentateuch, the first five books of the Bible, but Job, the book of Job was written before. And Job, his home was in the area of Edom, which is Petra. That's where he's from. It's Petra, ancient Moab, Southern Jordan of today. So the Lord's saying, I'm gonna deal with them all the way to Edom. Now Edom is the place of the Edomites of Esau, the offspring of Esau. And the and the the rocks and the and the the area is red, and Esau was red and hairy, the Edomites. So land of Uz, and all the kings of the land of the Philistines. Philistines there's a big debate right now about Palestine, Palestine, Palestine. Palestine is a derogatory term, a derogatory name that the Romans gave the area of Israel. They're so fed up with them after seventy AD that they got rid of the Israelites, wiped them all out, dispersed, sent them everywhere, then changed the name to Palestine. The Philistines are Phoenicians. The Philistines weren't indigenous to the area. They were coastal sailors that sailed in, and and so you'll hear like Yasser Arafat say, we're the ancient Philistines. We were here when Israel was here. Well, no. You weren't. They're Phoenicians. They sailed into the area. And Ashkelon and Gaza, Gaza is where they're fighting right now. Right? And Ekron and the remnant of Ashdod, so the West Coast, the coastal Mediterranean area, and Edom and Moab. Moab? How Moab? Where'd that come from? Ruth the Moabitis. Ammon. Moab and Ammon. Where's Ammon from? Brutal. Brutal. How clean is the Bible? So this guy named Lot, he leaves, and the angels have to grab him and move him because he's lingering. Right? And they take him, his girls, they think they're the only two women left, so they get dad drunk. Oh. And they have incest with dad, and they get pregnant. And one of the offspring is named Moab, and the other one Ammon. The Moabites, the Ammonites. Pretty ugly. Would you want the son of God to come through that line? They don't trust. So if you're Boaz and you're a Jew and you've got Ruth the Moabitis, she's from Moab, this is David's grandmother. Right? Mhmm. Is that the way you want your son to come through? Don't you want him to come through a pure good line? There is no pure good line. There is no pure good line. Alright? So no matter who we are, we see that Jesus is our Boaz. He's our kinsman redeemer. He's the one that pays the Goel price, the price to redeem us because we're worthless. And Boaz is a type there of our kinsman redeemer. And Ruth is a type of the bride of Christ, a Gentile bride and purchased by a Jewish king. Right? A savior. So you got the Moabites here and Sidon, Tyre, kings of Tyre and kings of Sidon and the kings of the coast, which are beyond the sea. And Alexander the Great, you know, he had to build a causeway out to the islands of Tyre and Sidon because they you know, nobody can get to them to destroy them, but he destroyed them and scraped them into the sea. So North Of Judah, the Mediterranean Coast. And then Dedan and Timah, Northern Arabia, the Arabians, and Buz, and all that are in the utmost corners, and all the kings of Arabia, and the kings of the mixed people that dwell in the deserts, the nomads. Wouldn't it be cool to be a nomad? Wouldn't it be great to surf and go to the beach and drive a nomad? Wouldn't that be great? And all the kings of Zimri and all the kings of Elam and all the kings of the Medes, Medes and the Persians, the those along the Tigris River, and all the kings of the North, far and near, one with another, and all the kings of the world, all around the world. So we're telescoping to the tribulation period. Telescoping to Armageddon. Right? All the kings of the world, everyone's gonna be involved in this war of Armageddon and are upon the face of the earth. And the kings of Sheshach, Sheshach's another name for Babylon, shall drink after them. They're gonna all drink the wrath. The wrath of gods can be upon them. Therefore, thou shalt say unto them, thus saith the lord of hosts, the god of Israel, drink and be drunk, and then spew or vomit and fall, and rise no more because the sword which I send among you. And so I think of Belshazzar in Daniel five, they're drinking, they're drunk, and he's got some bad liquor. Right? George and Clarence are drinking. He got some bad liquor. Right? And Satan angels. And so they see a handwriting on the wall, a hand, and a finger writing on the wall. Right? And Belshazzar is like, his knees are knocking. Got some bad liquor, man. You know, they're drinking with the cups and everything that they took from Jerusalem, and they're having this big drunken party. And Cyrus and Darius and his armies are outside the city of Babylon. But the Babylonians are like, nobody can penetrate our wall. Nobody can get over the wall or anything. We're we're fine. So let's party. So they're partying, and then this handwriting of God, the finger of God that wrote the 10 commandments, the finger of God that wrote in John eight, you know, where are thine accusers? No more, Lord, neither do I condemn thee. The finger of God's written on the wall and said, your kingdom, the shelf life's over. Your king's kingdom's over and it's divided. It's been waiting in the balance and found wanting to given to the Medes and the Persians. And that very night, Cyrus and his army came underneath the levee gates, came into the city, you know, and destroyed destroyed Belteshazzar. And Daniel's able to take in Isaiah 35 and show Cyrus that God surnamed you. God named you a hundred ninety years before this moment. The God of heaven named you and called you my servant Cyrus. Ain't that amazing? It's amazing. It's just so amazing. The Bible is so amazing. Therefore, thou shalt say unto them, thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, drink and be drunk and vomit and all fall and rise no more because of the sword which I will send among you. And it shall be that if they refuse to take the cup at thine hand to drink, then shalt thou say unto them, thus saith the Lord of hosts, ye shall certainly drink. So there's no safe place to hide. There's no escape. The only escape in this life is Jesus Christ. For, lo, I be I begin and bring evil on the city which is called by my name. God bringing the evil. God bringing adversity. God bringing, you know, judgment. Judgment begins. And notice it begins at the house of God. It begins with his own people. And if God's gonna do this to his own people, what's he gonna do to those who are not his people? Right? He shall not be unpunished for I will call a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, to saith the Lord of hosts. So at Armageddon, Revelation nineteen seventeen and eighteen. Therefore prophecy against them and all the words and say unto them, the Lord shall roar from on high. Can you hear me now? Lambeau. Lambeau's coming. Right? He's roaring like a lion. Amos talks about Amos two fourteen, they're paralyzed with fear. The lion of the tribe of Judah, he's prevailed. He's worthy to open the scroll and to loose the seals. Right? He's gonna roar from on high and utter his voice from his holy habitation. He shall mightily roar upon his habitation. He shall give a shout like those who tread the grapes against all the inhabitants of the earth. And so the shout is a joyous shout in Isaiah 63 as he's trampling out the vintage. The blood's as high as the horse's bridle in Revelation 14, Armageddon 16, Armageddon 19, and the blood and and the trampling out the vintage, the trampling out and the blood's upon the clothes of Jesus, his outer garment, But it's a joyous shout because he's prevailed. He's destroyed all the wicked evil, the devil, the antichrist, the beast, and finally finally, humanity is set free. You're set free. You have a loving king. You have a loving monarch that's gonna take care of you instead of exploit you. So the charges are brought. A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth for the Lord has a controversy. He's gonna charge him with the nations. He will plead with all flesh. He will give those who are wicked to the sword, saith the Lord. And so those who are wicked are gonna be given to the sword. You and I? We're the righteous. Why are you described as the righteous? Because of the blood of Jesus. Amen. Because you believed. Because you trusted in him. Christ is your righteousness. Jesus is my righteous. I'm not righteous. It's an imputed righteousness. Right? It's credited to my account. And so and I'm not subject unto his wrath. I'm not appointed to wrath. Thus saith the Lord of hosts, behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the farthest parts of the earth. So the storm of destruction, the conversation in our community is wars coming. Rob told me where he works, everybody's talking about we're going to war. America's going to war again. And it's not gonna be little tiny countries that can't defend themselves. Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Libya, Kuwait, they can't defend themselves. You just go in there with shock and awe, you just bomb them, Afghanistan, all of them, and they can't defend themselves. This time, it's with China and Russia. This time, it might even reach our shores. It might even reach our country because our government is crazy, crazy evil, and our government is in rebellion to god. So it sets us up to be judged. A storm of destruction. And the slain of the Lord shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth, and they shall not be lamented, neither gathered nor buried. They shall be refuse upon the ground. The vultures, the carnivorous birds are gonna come and eat upon the flesh of the kings in Revelation nineteen seventeen and eighteen. Their bodies are gonna be upon the ground. Wail ye shepherds. Now shepherds here are not religious shepherds, but the World Economic Forum shepherds. Tucker Carlson, I don't watch him, but today somehow it was on my Facebook, and I caught him talking and giving an expose on Trudeau. Trudeau's a tyrant. Trudeau has, like, unlimited powers right now. He can he can do anything he wants. You can't even get rid of him with an election. If you say something about the vaxx or any of the stuff, he can have you arrested. If you mouth off, he can freeze your bank account. In Canada. In Canada. So those laws that are being enacted in The UK and in Canada, it happens there first, then it comes here. Yep. It's already happening there. I mean, it's crazy. So these shepherds, the Claus Schwab's, the Kissinger's, the Brzezinski's, the the Bill Gates, these unelected unelected globalist leaders, the Soros and all, Wail ye shepherds and wallow in the ashes, ye chief of the flock, for the days of the slaughtering of your dis dispersions are accomplished, and ye shall fall like a pleasant vessel. So Kathy always says this. She says, you know, they have kids. Don't they know the stuff that they're doing is gonna destroy their families too? They're suicidal. They're demonically suicidal. Take take if they can't have what they want, they're gonna take it all down. And except those days be shortened, no flesh would be saved, but for the elect's sake, for Israel, Jesus is gonna intervene because man's gonna come to the brink of destruction, complete destruction because of these globalists. Accomplished and ye shall fall like a pleasant vessel. And the shepherds, says it again, the shepherds shall have no way to flee for the chief of the flock to escape. So in Revelation six, the rich men, the shepherds, the new world order, the elites, they're in their underground bunkers. We call them today for the government, the continuation of government. For years, I've been hearing about underneath the airport in Denver. It's a huge city underneath the underneath Denver. And there's a rail system and tunnels and a whole way to navigate and go from one city underground to another, knowing one day we're gonna they're gonna have to go underground for the continuation of government. And if DC's wiped out, they have a way in Denver to continuation of government. And so they're called deep underground military bunkers. And so Steve Quail and others will say every time you see that there's an e coli breakout and there's tons and tons and tons of hamburger that can't be sold, it really means they're taking it. They're putting it for their barbecue in the deep underground bunkers there. And when you try to buy survival food and there's none available, it's they're buying it and storing it up. Right? Because they know it's coming. And but in Revelation six, they're trying to hide from the wrath of the lamb, and the earth is shaking. Can you imagine how far the Lord's gonna go with these earthquakes no matter how much concrete they have and how it's gonna fall in on them and shake the whole thing? You know? I wouldn't wanna be there. And so the New World Order elites, they're gonna be captured. They're gonna be slain, they're gonna be judged, and they're gonna be damned to hell. Can I say that? Mhmm. That is their destiny. Jesus wins. And he he isn't apologizing for it. He's he's not this whole weird weirdness we see today. A voice of the cry of the shepherds so third time, and a wailing of the chief of the flock shall be heard for the Lord has spoiled their pasture. So the earth is destroyed. These guys these guys think they're building a utopia. They think they're gonna go and live forever, and they're so arrogant, and they you've all know what Harari said. You know, Jesus is already dead. We just God is dead. We just haven't buried the body yet. You know? Making bold, blasphemous accusations. One of the articles I posted in Facebook has blocked it now, but it was in regard to the pope and Klaus Schwab. And the pope was stating that Klaus Schwab was more important than Jesus. And but I love that phrase that I mentioned on Sunday. It said that this pope, the guy described him as he's fluent in blasphemy. I like I like phrases like that, something you can remember. The guy's fluent in blasphemy. You know? And that's how these guys are. And the peaceable habitations are cut down because of the fierce anger of the Lord. And so the peaceable places, you look where the rich are fleeing to today, Dubai, Vegas. Right? And Morocco. This place to gamble and just money is just like no no object to many of these people, and those places are gonna be destroyed also. He has forsaken his covert like a lion for their land is desolate because of the fierceness of the oppressor and also because of his fierce anger. And so out of the bomb shelters, the lion's gonna come out of its den out of the bomb shelters. They're gonna try and flee. There's nowhere to flee, and it's because there's nowhere to hide from the wrath of Lambeau. I like the name of the chair. Yeah. Alright. Let's pray. Father, thank you. I pray, Lord, that we could grow in the grace and knowledge of you. I pray that you edify, build us up, strengthen us. Lord, we did lift up those we love, those whom you love who are sick. We pray for your healing touch upon their bodies. Give Fred a good night's sleep, Betty and Ray, and help Ronnie to sleep as she worries about about Fred. Thank you for Mike Goodson, the miracles you've done in his life, and for Jason, and for others within the body. We pray for Dee that her back would be okay. We pray for Kathy as she continue to heal and not relapse. We pray that you bless Shannon and Sean and their family and others as they go away tomorrow and celebrate her birthday and just bless her mightily. And, Lord, I just thank you for the like minded people, the little flock that we have that that's called Calvary Bremerton, Lord. I thank you for the season that we have of of discovering the truth, Lord, and loving the truth, and wanting to walk in the truth. Thank you for setting us free, Lord, from this world and the lies, the propaganda, and all the things that hold people down. Lord, thank you that we can walk in that newness of life with the the excitement, knowing prophetically everything's being fulfilled that you're coming for us, your bride, your church. It's a blessed hope. It's not gloom and doom. And, Lord, we're watching. We're looking out. We're ready, knowing our redemption draws nigh. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. You know, the bunker thing? Yeah. And I act
