We're live. It's Monday night in Bremerton. Welcome to our bible study. Let's pray. Father, commit this night under your hands and thank you for the laughter. Thank you for the food. Thank you for the fellowship and the time of prayer. Lord, we commit the rest of this evening into your hands and we ask that you bless this time as we worship you, as we study your word and Lord as we wait upon you Lord, in Jesus name, amen. Now is the time to worship now is the time to give heart too loud just as you are just as you are just as you are before your god. Amen. He is exalted. Exalted forever exalted and I Amen. Amen. Amen. My life is in you, Lord. My strength is in you, Lord. My hope is in you, Lord. In you, it's in you. My life is in you, lord. My strength is in you, lord. My hope is in you, lord. In you, it's in you. Lord, open our hearts to receive that which you have for us, Lord. Feed us, Lord. Feed us your word. Build us up. Build our spirit up. Strengthen our homes. Lord, move and work by the power of your holy spirit in the lives of our loved ones, those that we've been sowing seed and others watering, and God, bring the increase. Pray that, Lord, each and every one of our family members that come to know you and our friends and those that you've positioned, Lord, you brought them into our life for a reason. And Lord, we intercede on their behalf and pray that they'd come to know you, In Jesus' name, amen. Alright. The word of the Lord that came to Jeremiah concerning the dearth. So the Lord is allowing a famine that's going to take place, and he's going use the sword and pestilence and famine to discipline his people. I read this morning where in America let's see here. I'll pull it up. America is going through a drought, and it says, America's breadbasket at risk conditions rapidly spread. According to the National Drought Mitigation Center, 64% of the corn crop and 57% of the soybean crop across The U. S. Are now covered in drought. That's a sizable jump in just a week, which is reflected in the ongoing decline in crop conditions. So that's going to affect food prices. And if you feed the cows corn, if they are corn fed, then there is less corn to give them, less soy for everybody. All the soy boys, they are going to be really bummed and I don't do soy. So there you go, a dearth. And so in Deuteronomy 28, twenty three and twenty four, the Lord indicated that if the children of Israel turned from him and got into idolatry and such that he would one of the ways to correct them would be through famine. Judah mourns and its gates languish. They are black under the ground, and they the cry of Jerusalem has gone up. And so they've rejected the water of life. I feel like I got a ringing in my ear. It's okay. I can hear myself twice. So they there we go. That's much better. They've rejected the water of life. And in rejecting the water of life, they're as the deer pants after the water brook, so pants my soul after thee, oh god, so they're empty spiritually. And that condition of being empty spiritually is carrying over in the material realm in their lives where they're where the Lord's causing the ground to dry up. Their lives are drying up, families are drying up, the country is drying up. And their nobles have sent their little ones to the waters. They came to the cisterns and found no water. And they returned with their vessels empty. They were shamed and confounded and covered their heads. So in this geographical area, they would dig a hole in the limestone and what is called a cistern. And what would happen is the water would rain and the runoff would carry and they'd grab as much water as they could, you know, while it's raining, but they also were dependent upon not just live water, not just an aquifer that could bring, you know, living water all the time. But but the these cisterns were hewn out, these huge holes in the ground, and and these were to be used in the event of a, you know, lack of rain. The state of Washington, you're not allowed to collect rain water, know, rain barrels and all. Fortunately, we got plenty of precipitation here. Shouldn't have any trouble. But in any event, Lord says, broken cisterns can hold no water. And so they are looking for water. Now Hezekiah, he developed a tunnel system to bring water from the outside of Jerusalem, bring it into Jerusalem. If you travel to Jerusalem, you can see Hezekiah's tunnel where he brought in brought in water from outside. And so, cry of Jerusalem has gone up and they're noble. Verse four, because the ground is cracked, but there was no rain in the earth, the plowmen were ashamed and they covered their heads. And so they are without hope, the economy is crashing, the crops are failing, God has their attention. Part of the whole idolatrous system is worshipping foreign deities, you know, false gods, in hopes of they will make you prosperous. Well, we are finding out that their idols are impotent, that the God of creation is the one that determines the weather pattern and all that. They are early in the latter rain and so yay. The hind also calved in the field and forsook it because there was no grass. And so the hind is a deer. So the little doe that's born is abandoned by its mother because there isn't enough grass. There's just no grass around for the animals. And the wild donkeys did stand in the high places. They snuffed up the wind like jackals. Their eyes did fail because there was no grass. And so the donkeys are blinded. Their eyes are failing. They're stressed out. They're looking for food and looking for grass, looking for something to chew upon, and there's nothing there. We love to have grass fed beef, best kind. And so we praise the Lord for fields that are growing that are rich with grass, just it's pretty simple. You just put the animals out there and they eat the grass, and that's how I get my salads. As a carnivore, they're eating up all all the the veggies and then I eat them and it's good to do. So, O Lord, though our iniquities testify against us, do it for Thy name's sake. For our backsliding are many and we have sinned against Thee. And so, it's a little bit too late. The Lord is going to tell them in verse 11, don't even pray for these people anymore. I don't want to hear it. And they are backslidden. They have fallen away from the Lord. How far can you go away from the Lord? And how far is too far where the Lord says, you can't be corrected, I won't even hear your prayers anymore? How far is too far? Do you know? Does anybody want to find out? Has Obama gone too far? No. You think Obama prays? No. I'm not. You think Hillary play prays? There's some really bad people. Really bad people. Do they pray? Bill Clinton. Biden? The Biden? His family? Yeah. People in charge, Bill Gates. Do you think Bill Gates prays? I don't know. Soros, these satanists? They pray to someone. They pray to Satan. Right? Yeah. Bob Dylan said you gotta serve somebody. So for money? In the time of Ahab and Jezebel, Elijah challenged them in one Kings 18 and they began to pray unto their gods and he began to mock them and call down fire from heaven and lick up this altar and all that sort of thing. So they pray but they're impotent. They have no power. But as long as grass is growing, as long as there's food in the pantry, as long as the restaurants and the stores have food, people typically won't turn to the true living God. They say, Hey, everything continues as it always has. But if the sword comes, if war starts to take place, if famine starts to take place, part of the reason for pestilence what's part of the reason for sickness? Disease, sickness, Hygiene is a good one. But a huge reason for sickness is a compromised immune system due to no food or poor food, poor water, poor hygiene. So we are just so incredibly blessed with good drinking water and good food and it keeps our immune system strong. Kathy has been buying me some fresh squeezed orange juice from Central Market. And it's like drinking it's like your body it's like medicine. Like your body is going, this is great. You know, this is awesome, you know? Where other times, certain foods you eat, your body is rebelling. You get inflammation, your nose starts to run, your immune system is saying, Hey, I don't like this. And so a big part of staving off sickness is good nutrition. But if our food is toxic, if our food is laced with appeal, Bill Gates wants this stuff called appeal put on all of the veggies. So you're looking for avocados and stuff and you got to look real close if it has this coating called appeal. That's introduction of the mRNA vaccine through the vegetables. And he is paying off growers to allow his spraying of appeal on all these vegetables and all. So again, a compromised immune system. These demons, these guys are crazy. So as much as we can to fight against the evil of the population reduction is just a very simple lifestyle of gardens, chickens, eggs, raising of food that's going to keep us healthier, sunshine, good water, just the very basics. But these guys are in a time of judgment. So though our iniquities testify against us, do it for thy namesake. So he's saying, you know, we've blown it, but Lord, we're your people. And in John eight, they're trying to tell Jesus that Abraham was their father, you know. And John the Baptist told these same guys, the Pharisees, God's able to raise up children from these rocks, you know, unto himself. But they pride themselves in that, hey, look at, we're the Christians, we're the Jews, we're the house of Israel. So Lord, do it for your namesake. It's a reproach under your name for you to judge us. You don't overlook our iniquity, overlook our sin, just bless us because we call ourselves Christians. We are Americans, make America great because we are Americans after all. We are better than everybody else. And so, oh Lord, though our iniquities testify against us, do it for your namesake, for our backslidings are many. We have sinned against these. So, to much is given, much is required. The Lord has blessed us, but we have a greater responsibility to follow Him and walk with Him. And so, He is going to have a more severe judgment upon those of us that have been trained in the things of the Lord. And he says, Oh, hope of Israel, its savior in time of trouble. And so in Isaiah 4three 11, the Lord is our savior. The Lord Jesus, He is our savior. And in a time of trouble, we turn to Him. Why shouldest thou be like a sojourner in the land and like a wayfaring man who turns aside to tarry for a night? So, Lord, wake up. Wake up. You know, be that savior. Isaiah 4three 11. He says, I even I am the Lord, and besides me there is no savior. You don't vote for the lesser of the two evils. There's one. There's only one way to heaven. Jesus said, I'm the way, the truth, the life. No man comes to the Father but by me. So the exclusivity of Jesus Christ makes people insane. When we say Jesus is the only way, there is only one savior, there is only one sure way to be saved and that's Jesus. They don't like it. They want us to rely upon their technology, their economy, their medical system, their food system, all the systems that are being developed presently are part of the beast system and they want to raise up somebody that the whole world looks to. Jesus said in John five, I came in my father's name and you received me not. Another shall come in his own name and him you will receive. The world is being groomed for that anti Christ that's coming along in the rejection of Jesus Christ. So Lord, why would you be like a sojourn in the land and wait for a man who turns aside to tarry for night? So wake up, Lord, you're asleep. Why should thou be like a man dumbfounded like a mighty man who cannot save? Yet thou, O Lord, art in the midst of us and we are called by thy name. Leave us not. So Lord help us, help us. It's time for you to help. We put our hope in you. Thus saith the Lord unto this people. Thus have they loved to wander. They have not restrained their feet. Therefore the Lord does not accept them. He will not remember He will now remember their iniquity and punish their sins. They're ripe unto judgment. He gives us space to repent. God doesn't judge quickly. Jeremiah is going to be here forty one years ministering to these people and they're not going to repent. They're not going to change. They're not going to you know, earlier, Betty was talking about having discernment about who to share with, when to share, when not to share. So sometimes we know that we don't cast our pearls before swine. There is a certain point where people are ripe for judgment and we are not going to take that which is precious and that which is valued by us and have them just stomp all over it and curse and that sort of thing. And so we just we say, you know, we are going to dust the wipe the dust off our feet. We are going to move on to another place or another person, another family, another group and take that which is precious, the glorious gospel, and bring it to a people that maybe are thirsty, people that are hungry. So maybe you want to invest in getting the gospel into Iran because over a million people are coming to Christ in Iran. Maybe here in America, the people are turning their back upon God, so we start to reach out to other places around the world where people have already suffered tremendous tyranny. They've already suffered, you know, by the communist or Islam or whatever it may be. And they're right. They're ready. They have nothing else to hope in. They have nothing else to look toward, to be in love with. And they've let go of this world and they're they're craving, you know, they're craving spiritual nourishment. And their eyes are open. They see through the fallacy of Islam. They see through, you know, the false idols and such, and they're craving the true living God. And it begins to spread person to person to person to person once the Holy Spirit begins to awaken people. Then said the Lord unto me, pray not for this people for their good. That's an amazing statement for God to say to his prophet, pray not for these people for their good. I mean, at what point do you finally give up? Do you finally wipe the dust off your feet and move on? The Lord tells you? I mean, Jeremiah doesn't get to wipe the dust off his feet and move to Texas or anything, right? He doesn't get to move somewhere else where things are easier and better and not as many crazies or whatever, right? He is in the midst of the crazies and God has called him there. Now, if they are not going to listen to Jeremiah and he is not to pray for them, then why is he still there? Why does God keep you here where so many people reject God's word? There might be one person, so you're holding out for that one person. You're obedient. God's mighty. He's gonna be faithful to himself, so he's not gonna leave him. I mean, he's still there. His presence is there. Why are you so stubborn in that you just won't give in to the commercial false churches. Why won't you give in? Why won't you just go enjoy yourself right now and be a part of a huge church that has all the bells and whistles for you except for the word of God. The only thing they don't have is the word of God. And people argue and say, we teach the bible. Oh, do you? One verse, two verse and then it's therapeutic. It's making you feel good. A guy text me last night, Carl Schemler, who watches us and he says the church he goes to, he only has five people that he can talk to about what's happening in the world today. Five people out of the whole church. They don't want to hear it. They don't want to hear it. So why are we here? Why are we here? What would be better for us? What would the Lord let me do? It's best for me and my family? Why am I here? Youire here to be a witness. Youire here to be a witness. God is ripening this country under judgment and he has people like you and I all over the country who refuse to compromise, who refuse to back off. They're not going to ever back off and your people hate you and they hate that you won't compromise. And God says, Jeremiah, they are going to hate you, but I need a witness. I need somebody that's going to stand tall and tell them the truth no matter what because in the day of judgment, they're not going to say, I didn't know. No me. Right? One God always has a witness. Jesus said, You're going to be my witnesses. Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, the outermost parts of the world. And so, I'm here because God's called me here and I'm the most contented and peaceful when I'm in God's will. So it may not be on the external, it may not be the best for Cathy or my girls living here in Washington. Should have stayed in Huntington Beach. But it is the best for us because we have grown tremendously spiritually because there's been so much opposition and it's caused us to rely upon Jesus, to rely upon the Holy Spirit. And the best place for me to be is in God's will. And this is God's will. If I won the lottery, would I want to be outside God's will? Would I want to go somewhere? You know, hey, we're going to Hawaii now. Sorry, you guys. We're out of here. The Lord made a way out. No. I be miserable outside of God's will. You can't leave a place until the Lord releases you. If he releases you, and he says, Alright, I got a new adventure for you, a new place, whatever, great. But you stay in that place of God's calling upon your life, being faithful, and be that witness to your kids, your grandkids, your work people, all those people. You're a reminder of God's faithfulness. And never ever ever ever compromise to make your time here easier. Never. You don't ever compromise the truth to make it easier. And so, when they fast, I will not hear their cry and when they offer burnt offering in an ablation, I will not accept them but I will consume them by the sword. What's that mean? War. War. Do you think we're going to war? Do you think we're going to make it to the election? The solution most people have is we need to get a republican in there and we'll get America back. Well, we might not even make it to the election. Not only that, if you did make it to the election, how do you know your votes can account this time? You know, it's not. They didn't fix what was broke. They didn't fix. They didn't remove the machines. They didn't fix the system. They didn't arrest anybody. Nobody's gone to jail. All the Republicans compromise with the Democrats to let it be stolen. So how can you now trust the republican that's going to fix it? It's a spiritual problem. It's a spiritual problem. So those in the church need to step up to the plate because they cannot get away with their evil unless people consent, unless they compromise and give in to the evil. So you've been trained like Pavlov's dog to go back to the polls and vote again and that's the definition of insanity. They cannot govern without the consent of the people. The people need to wake up and say, this is wrong. And the churches are silent. People don't recognize what's wrong. They're being told, we need to get signatures. Everybody needs to vote. Trump's gonna do it this time. That's idiocy. That that's like that's like spinning your wheels. So, well, pastor, what other solution do have? Jesus is coming. It's the end. America is going down. The economy is going down. I find it interesting that in chapter seven, eleven and fourteen, it says the same thing, Don't bother praying for the people. That's pretty amazing all the way through there. If you reach that place. Right. If you reach that place where God just said, I don't know if you will pray. I'm not going listen to anybody who pray for you. That is scary. Read one Peter three verse seven. It's about husbands with who lack testosterone. You want to read it? First Peter three verse seven? First Peter three seven? Yeah. I don't mean to Probably highlight it. I don't mean to infringe upon any of the men that are here, but If God's not hearing your prayers, if your prayers aren't being answered and God isn't hearing your prayers, men, husbands, fathers, this might be the reason. You husbands in the same way live with your wives in an understanding way as with someone weaker since she is a woman and show her honor and as a fellow heir of the grace of life so that your prayers will not be hindered. Oh. So what's it mean for husbands to take knowledge of their wives? What's that mean? Us guys can never figure out these women, never. I spent my whole life. She always throw me curveballs. So what does it mean? What does it mean? What do you women want from us? What does it mean to take knowledge of you? That passage, interpret that passage, Ravi. What does it mean? What would you how would you instruct your husband? How would you instruct a man whose prayers are hindered? God's not hearing his prayers anymore. What did he do? And that's thirty six years of marriage. That's worked for you and your husband? He's a smart guy? So what's it mean in like manner? If we look at in like manner, in the same manner verse three. So previous to that, he's talking about the vicarious suffering of Christ, Then he is showing in the first few verses of chapter three, the submission, the subjection of the woman under the husband. And then he comes down in verse seven, connecting word in the same in like manner, even as Sarah, verse six obeyed calling him Lord, I can't get her to do that, whose daughters you are as long as you do and not afraid of any terror. It's an attitude of submission. It's an attitude of loving your wife like Christ loved the church and gave you self. So Ephesians five talks about a mutual submission. So in like manner of your husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge. So don't lord over them. Don't be lording over them and trying to make them in your mother's image. And take knowledge of your wife, who God has made her, what makes her tick. Do the best you can for her to enter into her gifts and who God is making her. Giving honor under the wife as under the weaker vessel. Be a covering, be a spiritual covering for her being heirs together, there's a mutual submission, you're in this together, of the grace of life, the unmerited favor of God, that your prayers be not hindered. So if you try to dominate and lord over and crack the whip, that's an abuse of that headship in the home. It's an abuse of the headship. He's allowed you to be underneath Christ as the head of your home and then the men are to be they are the ones that are answered the door when the wolf comes, you know. They are the ones that lay their life down. And then the wives, when she is loved like Christ loved the church, when she feels loved, as you are taking knowledge of her, Now you're going to be praying husbands. You're going be praying, Lord, help me in marriage. Help me with my kids. Help me at my work. Help me. But if you're just going through the motions, God's saying, you know what? Your prayers are hindered. You know, what husband doesn't need help from God and receive that help through prayer? It's through prayer. And the biggest thing I need from the Lord is, Lord, keep my heart soft. Lord, keep me humble so that I'm not intoxicated and filled with pride and praying like a Pharisee, where the Pharisee prayed fast with himself. I need a continual flow. I need ears to hear. I need continual help from the Lord to be able to be who He has called me to be, to be a husband, to be a father, to be there for my family and I need access, I need God to answer the phone. I need God to pick the line up. I don't need Him my prayers hit the ceiling, falling right back down on me. And so, if I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord won't hear me. So it may be that my prayers are hindered as a man, as a woman, because I'm regarding iniquity in my heart. I'm unwilling to confess my sin in my prayer closet under the Lord. I've got unconfessed sin in my life. I'm practicing sin. I'm doing secret sin. I'm doing things that I know I shouldn't be doing. I'm acting like I know I shouldn't be acting. And the Lord is saying, If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord won't hear me. Rick. And so the Holy Spirit begins to convict me. The Holy Spirit is moving on my heart. So I'm saying, Lord, I need to hear from you, Lord. I'm a pastor, as you know, and I've got to give a message this Sunday and I'm not getting anything, Lord. I'm not hearing anything. I need some help. I need you to speak to me, Lord. My mind is wandering. My mind is all over the place. And he says, Rick, can you hear me now? Go tell Kathy you're sorry. I'm not telling her I'm sorry. She's got to tell me she's sorry, Rick. You're her covering. She's the weaker vessel. Take wrong. Quit fighting. Quit trying to prove your point. And then I've discovered, as Nancy was saying, it's not just a hug, it's, Honey, I'm sorry. Now I started hearing from the Lord again. Now I can hear from the Lord because that's the way He loves us. That's way He loves His bride. Right? Right? That's how He loves His bride. It's so simple, isn't it? I still don't know her, but good luck with that. When they fast, I will not hear their cry. When they offer burnt offering and ablation, I will not accept them, but I will consume them by the sword, by famine, by pestilence. So you can go through the religious exercise, you can call a false revival and everybody goes through the motions like, Hey, we are in revival. We are doing this, that and the other. And the Lord says, heart is not right. You are not right with me. And you are still in love with the world. When I see you letting go of the world, then I will know that I have got your heart. Sunday, I had so much more to say, if you can believe that. There was so much more that I wanted to touch on but I had to keep moving because I see the new people there and they're like ready to scream, you know. And so it starts to remind me, alright. But one of the biggest things I see that hinder the life of the spirit and walking in the spirit is the love of the world. The enormous amount of love that we have for this world and how we've taken this world and the pleasure and the prosperity and we've combined it with Christianity and in many ways, it's idolatrous. And the way that you'll know that it's idolatrous is that you won't let go. You just refuse to let go. You are trying to find a way to solve the problem to get America back to being great in the whole thing, at the expense of repentance. And the politicians know how to manipulate the church. It's the economy. It's telling them what they want to hear. They're not going to stop the merry-go-round, the music, until it's finally imploded, until it's over. They are going to continue to print trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars to pacify people as long as people are going along with all of the evil. All of the evil. Church is silent concerning the evil. The pedophilia, the transgenderism, the abortions, all these things are a symptom of the problem which is we've turned our backs from the Lord. And going to church doesn't change that, doesn't fix it. It's not fixing it. The church has lost power. The church doesn't have the power to stem the tide of evil, the wickedness that's encroaching. And so the sword, war, I could see where the devil would, strategy wise, where America, the superpower, having to go down, where war would be planned, pre planned by our own military, by our own politicians, taking orders from BlackRock, taking orders from State Street and Vanguard, taking orders from the bankers. We're going to implode America and weire going to transfer that military might to the United Nations. And you guys in the shipyard are going to be working for the United Nations. Sword and famine, weire going to ruin your food production. When you keep hearing about all these trains blowing up and bridges dropping and food production plants catching fire and all that, that is asymmetric war. War has already taken place. We're being destroyed. And your own government knows about it. Your own government is allowing it. Your own government is not doing anything to stop it. And their crisis reaction solution, are going to say the problem is the climate. It's the climate and we going to to tighten our belt and do some things to alleviate the destruction of this earth and food production and all. We're going to get less people. We're going to have to have ESGs, environmental social governance. We're going to control companies and corporations and all that are going to comply with our hydrocarbon tyranny. So you are to have sword, you are going have famine, you are going have pestilence. Bill Gates is releasing more and more. Then said, Ah, Lord God, behold the prophets say unto them, the prophets. So now we're talking the false church today, if we apply it today. The false prophets. He has false prophets competing with him, with Jeremiah. Jeremiah is a true prophet. But now he is alluding to the false prophets. Behold the prophets say unto them, you shall not see the sword, neither shall you have famine but I will give you assured peace in this place. Is that not what the people want to hear in America? How can you convince the people that everything's gonna continue as it always has in America? That this is just a matter of getting the Biden out of there. The democrats I hear this. The name game, the blame game. It's the Democrat. The Democrat. They're destroying our country. And the Republicans aren't destroying your country? Right. Are are they doing anything to stop the Democrats? Anything to expose the Democrats? Anything to fix it? To fix the voter fraud? Anything? Are they doing anything to keep the transgenderism out of the schools? You got a huge problem. Houston, we got a problem. So the message that people want to hear is peace, peace where there is no peace. Jeremiah alluded to that in Jeremiah six fourteen. Peace, peace where there is no peace. And the problem is the lying prophets. Then said the Lord unto me, the prophets prophesy lies in my name and I sent them not. I see on Facebook people in our community telling you, anybody that listen to them that they had a dream last night and they've got a vision and they've got a bible open and now and they even got a cross around their neck And now they're one to tell you about their dream and their vision. There's no way to prove them. It's just YouTube profits. It's what I feel. I feel this. They can't navigate the word of God. Don't have a working knowledge of the word of God. They're out of context and it's going to be, Look at me. Look what the Lord showed me. And it goes against prophecy that we know, that we know is happening. Know, more and more people are against the rapture because you and I are saying, Hey, the solution is Jesus is coming for His bride, His church. And more and more churches are anti rapture. They want to continue. More and more churches in America are wanting to take America back and it's the age of Aquarius. It's a dawning of a new light. They are going to usher in the kingdom. Their kingdom now theology. Their theology isn't the theology we have where Jesus comes back at Armageddon and stops the evil. Their theology is they're going to get so good and so powerful that they're going to subdue the evil and subdue the government and usher in the kingdom then Jesus will come back once we the church fix everything. Is that that even plausible? Yeah. In a time of prosperity, we haven't been able to do it. What makes them think when they implode the economy, they're going to be able to pull that off? And so the prophets prophesy lies in my name. I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spoke unto them. They prophesy unto you a false vision and divination. So in the book of Revelation, sorcery, divination is witchcraft and a thing of not. So it's demonic, it's luciferian And the deceit of their heart. Every man doing that which is right in his own eyes. The deceit of their heart. The lion's spirits. So we're going look at some verses that speak of this and how amazing how amazing this strategy is that the enemy is using. Turn to first Kings chapter 22. First Kings 22. Now, Elijah has already killed 450 prophets of Baal. Alright? Chapter 18. And then Jezebel helps Ahab, who's the ruler over the 10 northern kingdoms and his headquarters is out of Samaria and he has been at war with the Syrians twice and he is going to go back to war a third time. Now they killed Naboth as in Jezebel concocted a plan for Ahab to get Naboth's vineyard and it was a plan of lying and deceiving saying that Naboth blasphemed God. Two witnesses came and testified that, you know, kind of like what they are trying to do in our government right now. And so they took them out and stoned them, killed them. So in verse 19 of chapter 21, God, through the prophet says, thus saith the Lord, in the place where the dogs lick the blood of Naboth, shall the dogs lick your blood, even thine. And so so that's the pronouncement against Ahab that's going to happen. Alright. Now in chapter 22, beginning with the verse five. And Jehoshaphat said unto the king of Israel, inquire, I pray thee, at the word of the Lord today. And so Israel, the 10 northern tribes, want to go after the Syrians, Ramoth Gilead, and Ahab is wanting to know if Jehoshaphat, who is king of Judah, will go into battle with him, if they can have an alliance together to go into battle. Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, so Jehoshaphat says, Let's inquire of the Lord. Pretty good smart thing. Let's inquire of the Lord to see if we should go or not. Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about 400 men. So Elijah killed four fifty prophets. Jezebel had 400 of her own that she hid that he couldn't get at, prophetesses and fertility goddesses. And so there's still about 400 men left that are these prophets. And said unto them, shall I go against Ramoth Gilead to battle or shall I forbear? And they said, go up for the Lord shall deliver it into the hand of the king. And Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the Lord besides that we might inquire of him? So Jehoshaphat is getting a little bit of a sermon like, You know, we might be being lied to. Is there another prophet? Is there anybody else? Anybody else that can speak? And this is such an amazing, amazing strategy. It's an amazing section of scripture applicable to what's happening today. And the king of Israel said unto Joshua, there is yet one man, Micaiah, the son of Imlah, by whom we may inquire of the Lord, but I hate him. For he does not prophesy good concerning me, but evil. Do you know why people hate you? Do you know why people hate me? Do you know why people hate Jesus? Because you tell the truth. They want to hear good things, peaceful things. They want to be lied to. Man, I'm not going to do it. They can take everything from me and it's not going to happen. And the devil is allowed by the Lord to keep trying to get me to quit over the years. But I said to Christie, I don't know, about seven, eight years ago, Christie, do you think the Holy Spirit is still here? And many of you, before you came to Calvary Bremerton, we were down to about 10 people. We're all the way up to 50 people now. I'm saying that as a joke. I mean, it's still not very many people. But what I'm saying is that God is still moving and working and because He's still moving and working, it's confirmation we're in His will. Right? We're in His will. He can deal with the numbers or whatever but we didn't quit at ten. You know, if there's ten righteous, you know, and so we didn't quit at ten. We never quit. But the devil sure was wanting us to quit. But I hate him for he does he does not prophesy good concerning me, but evil. And Jehoshaphat said, let not the king say so. Then the king of Israel called an officer and said, hasten to bring here Micaiah, the son of Imlah. And the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat, the king of Judah sat each on his throne having to put their robes in a threshing floor at the entrance of Gate Of Samaria and all the prophets prophesied before them. So they're sitting there and everybody's prophesying before them. You're the man. You're the man. You're the man. You know? They're just telling everything they want to hear. And Zedekiah, the son of Canaaniah, made horns of iron and he said, thus saith the Lord, with these shalt thou push the Syrians until thou are consumed of them. So the dramatic the dramatic presentation, you know, oh, man. Look at this with these horns. Guy's a liar. And all the prophets prophesied saying, go up, go up to Ramoth Gilead and prosper for the Lord shall deliver it into the king's hand. Verse 13, and the messenger who was gone to call Micaiah spoke unto him saying, behold now the words of the prophets declare good unto the king with one mouth. So Micaiah, you're warned. Everyone is telling him good. Crazy. I pray that you be like the word of one of them and speak that which is good, Micaiah. And Micaiah said, now look at this guy, he's like Jeremiah. You're all alone. You're like Elijah that thinks he's all alone. But I have 7,000 that haven't bowed their knee to the prophet bell, right? Cathy and I are not alone. You guys are just like us. You refuse to compromise. All you care about is the truth. That's it. That's it. Not an easier life or a better life now. The truth is important to us. So Micaiah says, as the Lord liveth, what the Lord saith unto me, that will I speak. So Galatians one verse 10. Somebody read Galatians one verse 10. Okay. Brandon over there. Microphone for Brandon. Galatians one verse 10. The Gnostics were coming in and compromising the gospel. Gnostic means they're knowledgeable. They think they're more knowledgeable and they preach to different Jesus. And Paul's warning these Galatians, Who has bewitched you so soon? How did you become so bewitched so soon? You know? False prophets come through and they bewitch people. They twist people. God eats peaches. God eat Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians. Galatians one verse 10, sir. You on Facebook, it's Brandon Weedrich going to read Galatians one verse 10. He's got the mic and a male voice. Here we go. For do I know persuade men or God or do I seek to please men? For if I yet please men, I should not be the servant of Christ. Amen. And there's a section there where if anybody comes with verse seven, I think, where with a different gospel, let them be anathema. Let them be a curse if anybody comes with a different gospel. So Paul is saying, hey, I'm not a man pleaser. I'm not here to please men. I can't do both. I can't please men and please God. I have to give the message the Lord gives me. That's all I can do. And I have to let the chips fall where they lay. If people hate me for it, so be it. If they say, hey, that Rick Bodrey, he's a he's a little off. He's a little off. You know, well, I have to be off. I have to be different. And if I'm alone, I have to be all alone. If the Lord starts to bring more people that begin to understand and see through the lies, then the church gets to grow based upon truth. But I'm not going to water down the gospel or compromise to try and get a bunch of people there to make my life easier and the only way I can keep them is holding back. A lot of heresy is pastors unwilling to teach truth. So you go there to the church and they are teaching truth but they are not teaching the full counsel of God. They're holding back. They're holding back so much truth that needs to be said but they won't say it because the people will be uncomfortable. They'll be uncomfortable. So they want a message of peace. Give them a message of peace. Make them peaceful. But the sword, famine and pestilence is coming. No, that message doesn't sell. Don't give them that one. Tell them the great trump is coming and everything is going to be fine. We're going to get rid of these. We're going empty the deep state. We're going to drain the swamp. We're going to arrest pedophiles. We're to get America back. That's the message they want to hear because that means they get to keep their stuff. Everything is going to continue. They don't want to hear a message of economic implosion of one world government. They don't want hear a message of a one world religious system. One world religious system, they didn't get permission from us. We're prophets. These guys are so incredibly arrogant. And that will I speak. So he came to the king and the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go against Ramoth Gilead to battle or shall we forbear? And he answered, go and prosper for the Lord shall deliver it into your hand, O king. The king knows the tone of his voice. The king knows this guy. He's saying it sarcastically. Isn't that great? I can be sarcastic. Right? I'm real sarcastic a lot of times. Right? It's okay to be a sarcastic prophet. And the king said unto him, how many times shall I adjure thee that thou tell me nothing but that which is true in the name of the Lord? And he said, alright. You want the truth? You can't handle the truth. Right? I saw all Israel scattered upon the hills as sheep that have not a shepherd. Jesus in Matthew nine verse 36 said, I see the people as sheep having no shepherd. The leadership has left them abandoned and abandoned them, their highlings. And the Lord said, these have no master. Let them return every man to his house in peace. There it is. And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, so Ahab saying unto Jehoshaphat, did not I tell thee he would prophesy no good concerning me but evil? And he said, hear thou therefore the word of the Lord. So check this out. This is so amazing. This is an amazing strategy. Kind of like with Job where Satan is there talking to God and you can't see behind the curtain but the Lord has given you a picture. Saying, where have you been? I've been walking to and fro throughout the earth, you know. He's the accuser of the rather, and he walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. And then God begins to speak to him, you know, concerning Job. I saw the Lord sitting on the throne and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left. And the Lord said, who shall persuade Ahab? How are we going to get Ahab to go out into battle and laser guided arrow through his armor. The one place like Goliath, that David kid that took that slingshot and wielded it and threw it against Goliath, it landed in the one spot in his forehead where he didn't have a helmet, where he didn't have armor. Laser guided, just just the Lord guiding it right there. Boom. Sunk in deep to his head, fell down all nine feet, six of them and then that striping took, you know, his couldn't wear Saul's armor, couldn't wear another man's armor and took Goliath's sword because he didn't have a sword and cut his head off. So to this, how are going to get Ahab? How are going to entice him? How are we going to get him out in the battle where he is vulnerable, where we can take him out and make it all poetic? Who shall persuade Ahab that he may go up to the and fall at Ramoth Gilead? And one said on this manner and another said on that manner. So there's a con they're they're debating, they're talking. Alright. Strategizing. It's a think tank at the throne of God. And there came forth a spirit and stood before the Lord and said, I'll persuade him. And the Lord said unto him, by what means? And he said, I will go forth and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of his prophets. Brilliant. What a brilliant strategy. I'll use his own guys to deceive him. And he said, Thou shall persuade him and prevail also, Go forth and do so. Now for me, my backup position is if you come to me with a vision or a dream, I'm going to go to the word of God and make sure it's consistent with the word of God. None of these guys are going to the word of God. The already revealed truth of God's word is the first place I go to determine God's will for my life. If anybody comes along and says, Oh, pastor, the Lord showed me this about you and Kathy, blah blah blah blah blah blah. Well, number one, I want to check the word of God out of it. Number two, I want to pray and hopefully I got ears to hear what the Lord has shown me. And if I have a check-in my spirit, it doesn't matter how much money somebody has offered me. It doesn't matter how much they paint it like this is the answer to all your problems. No, I'm going to stand firm. I'm going to die to self. I'm going take my cross and I'm going to follow Jesus. I'm not going to fall for it. At least I don't want to. And I want to stay in that place where God has me. What if these guys come along and offer Meccaim money like Balaam to curse the children of Israel? Balaam couldn't even curse the children of Israel. Remember Balaam? God used a donkey to talk to Balaam. If God can use me, he can use a donkey. Right? If God can use a donkey, he can use me. He can use any of us. He can the rocks would cry out, Jesus said, if these people weren't saying, Hosanna, Hosanna, Hosanna. So, don't be so enamored about God wanting to use our lives. I will go forth and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. Now, Ronald Reagan, when he was president, his wife, Nancy, used divination. She used horoscopes. How many presidents and people in government used divination, used horoscopes, used 900 psychic numbers to try and discern God's will for their life. Right? Crazy. Should we attack Gaddafi, you know, and what's the 900 psychic say, you know? And our foreign policy is going to be based upon divination or do we ask Billy Graham to come there and tell us what we should do or do we have a relationship with the Lord ourselves? Ronald Reagan is a Christian. Can he get on his knees and pray and ask the Lord for direction? I'll be a lion's spirit in the mouth of all the prophets and he said, thou shall persuade him and prevail also. Go forth and do so. President Trump had a lot of spiritual advisors. Some of them were false prophets, some of them shouldn't be there. Is Paula White called of the Lord to be a spiritual guide? Then why is she there? And so many others that aren't qualified to be there. Now therefore behold, the Lord has put a lion spirit in the mouth of all these, thy prophets and the Lord has spoken evil concerning thee. So if I look at today and I look at Revelation seventeen seventeen, somebody want to read that? Revelation it's at the back of the book. Revelation seventeen seventeen. Because we want to know how is it that these guys are getting away with all these strategies to destroy everything. Where are they getting these ideas and who's allowing them to do it? Because it's total destruction. Everything is coming down. It's all happening at once. Rome didn't fall in a day, right? Systematically, every system began to corrupt and fall apart. Revelation seventeen seventeen. For God have put in their hearts to fulfill His word and to agree and give their kingdom unto the beast until the words of God shall be fulfilled. Check it out. It's still happening. God is putting it in the heart of Bill Gates and Claus Schwab and all the bankers, BlackRock, State Street, Vanguard. They are intoxicated with their pride just as Lucifer in Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28. And in their pride and in their money and in their technology, they are going to foister, they are going to set up the beast system where people would believe the lie. What is the lie? You can be as God. You are not going to die. And the Lord is the one putting it in their hearts to put this beast system together that the Antichrist would come on the scene, that Jesus would come and stop it all, intervene. But it's all based upon deception. It's lies. But Zedekiah, the son of Chennai, went near and smote Micaiah on the cheek. So Micaiah let him know the truth. Now he gets hit. There you go. And watch this. Watch this sarcasm, this smart mouth. Which way went the spirit of the Lord from me to speak unto thee? Which way did he go? Smart mouth. And Micaiah said, behold, thou shall see in that day when thou shall go in an inner chamber to hide yourself. Yeah, when you wet yourself, when you go into hiding some chamber because you're so afraid, you'll find out. Just like in Revelation six, all the globalists are hiding in their bunkers, trying to hide from the wrath of the lamb. And the king of Israel said, Take Micaiah and carry him back unto Amnon, the governor of the city, and to Joash, the king's son, and say, thus saith the king, put this fellow in the prison, what thanks you get, and feed him with the bread of affliction. A rib eye? No, no rib eye. You're eating bugs. The bread of affliction and with water of affliction until I come in peace. Micaiah said, If you return at all in peace, the Lord has not spoken by me. That's pretty bold, right? And he said, Hearken, O people, every one of you. So the king of Israel, Jehoshaphat, the king of Judah went up to Ramoth Gilead and the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, I will disguise myself. So now he is dressing up as one of those transgender fairies. He loves dress up. He is wearing Jezebel's clothes, you know. And enter into the battle. But put down on your robes and the king Israel disguised himself and went into the battle. And the king of Syria commanded his thirty and two captains who had ruler over his chariot saying, 'Fight neither with small nor great except only with the king of Israel.' So you would think that you would keep the king of Israel away from the battle. You want to preserve him, right? He's the leader, right? But no, he wants to go into battle. He wants the glory. Saul has killed his thousands and David says tens of thousands, you know. But this is a good strategy of the Syrian king. Cut the head of the snake off. Isn't that a great strategy? If we could find out who the head of the snake is. If we can just rather than all kinds of civil war in America and the globalist convincing everybody to go to war and hate each other, you know, fight against each other. I don't hate Russians. I don't hate Iranians. I don't hate any group or ethnic group of people. Why? Especially Americans. I don't hate Democrats. I might hate their policies but I don't hate them, the people. They live next door to me, all around me. But somehow they're going get everybody to kill each other, you know? Well, why don't we sit down and just find the head of the snake, the Soros or whoever's who's manipulating this? Who's doing this? Let's arrest them, you know? It seems pretty good. Save a lot of lives. So his strategy is to go just look for the king and accept only with the king of Israel. And it came to pass when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat that they said, surely this is the king of Israel. And they turned aside and the fight against him and Jehoshaphat cried out. It came to pass when the captains of the chariots perceived that it was not the king of Israel that they turned back from pursuing him. Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, he's screaming like a little baby. He's screaming, no, no, you know, and oh, it's not him. And his bodyguards, his men aren't around him, he's vulnerable but they turn back. And a certain man drew a bow at a venture. So here you go. Here's David with his slingshot, right? So a guy takes a bow with a venture and smoked the king of Israel between the joints of his armor. So it's a hail Mary. He just takes his bow back. Oh, I'm just going to see if I can shoot it. It just goes through the air, laser guided, just, you know, and it says, and smote the king of Israel between the joints of his armor. But one spot he didn't have armor, the crease in his armor, the chink in his armor. Wherefore he said under the driver of his chariot, turn thine hand and carry me out of the host for I am wounded. Now it's going to be a slow death all day long. And the battle increased that day and the king was held up in his chariot against the Syrians and died at the evening and the blood ran out of the wound into the inside of the chariot. And there went a proclamation throughout the host of about the going down of the sun saying, every man to his city and every man to his own country, peace. This is the peace they wanted. They wanted to go home. So the king died and was brought to Samaria and they buried the king in Samaria And notice one washed the chariot in the pool of Samaria and the dogs licked up his blood and they washed his armor according unto all the word of the Lord which he spoke. Chapter 21 verse 19, God prophesied this was going to happen to him. Now the rest of the acts of Ahab and all that he did and the ivory house, oh, an ivory house made of ivory, which he made in all the cities that he built. Are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel? Then there's another verse that says, and Micaiah, they took him out of prison and they put the best robe upon him, killed the fatted calf and they exalted him and gave him a ring on his finger and he got to have that ivory house. I'm lying. The true prophet is not going to be honored. Right. They're not going to be honored. They're not going to say, he told the truth. We need to honor this guy. We need to get him out of prison. No. They're gonna hide the truth. They don't wanna know how many people are dying of the jab. They don't want that to come out. The true messengers are gonna they're gonna try and silence him. They don't want people to know the truth. They're gonna off this guy. They're gonna get rid of Micaiah. They're gonna marginalize him. Make him be a nut job, you know. Jesus said a prophet is not without honor except among his own family and, you know, his his own neighborhood. Isn't this the carpenter's son, you know? People don't care. So now, let's look at, who wants first Timothy four:one-five in your prophet voice? First Timothy four:one-five. We are going to look at New Testament passages that speak of the times we're living in where the same dynamics taking place through false prophets. First Timothy four one through five. Who wants that? Don't jump on it. Okay, Brandon. Now this is a pretty long section. We'll have somebody who likes to read. Second Timothy three one through four five. Who wants that? Okay. So we're gonna have Shannon do that one. And then who wants to read at the end of this Isaiah nine:six and seven? Okay. Alright, here we go. So, first Timothy four:one-five. Now listen closely of what we are up against. If we want to follow the truth, Jesus said, You know the truth, the truth will set you free. This is what I'm up against as a pastor. This is what we're up against in this time that we're living. A great, great deception. Okay? And we could have before Isaiah nine:six and seven, would somebody please read in Matthew 24, the first three verses there, first five verses there. Men, do you want to read it? Say 20 the first five verses, yeah. It will be there. Jesus said, let no man deceive you. Okay. So, first Timothy four one through five, Brandon, here we go. Facebook, listen up. Now the spirit speak it expressly that in the latter time some shall depart from the faith giving heed to seducing spirits. Stop right there. Giving heed to seducing spirits just like we saw in regard to Micaiah and King Ahab. Spirits, demons, seducing people. Right? And how do they do it? They do it through the false prophets. Doctrines of demons. Go ahead. Giving heed giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. Speaking lies and hypocrisy, having their conscious seared with a hot iron, forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats. What was that? Abstain from meats. Oh, go ahead. Which God have created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good and nothing to be refused. If it be received with thanksgiving, for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. Praise the Lord. So we're gonna pray over our food. We're are to keep praying over our food and we are going to recognize that climate change and all these different lies that they are turning into a religion. It's a religion, a false religious system. It goes against science, goes against the word of God but people are going to embrace it because it's a spiritual darkness that's pervading, you know, coming over people. And can't have cows anymore, you know, all those other sorts of things. Alright. And first Timothy, second Timothy three one through four five. This know also that in the last days Perilous. Perilous. Thank you. Perilous time shall come for man shall love be lovers of their own selves. That can't happen. Oh my gosh. I'm sorry. Covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemer blasphemers, thank you, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affliction, truth affection, truce breakers, false accusers, in contentment, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traders, heater, Heady. High minded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof, from such turn away for of this sort are they which creep into houses and lead captive silly women laden with sins led away with driver's lusts ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as James and these also resist the truth. Men of corrupt minds reprobate concerning the faith, but they shall proceed no further for their holy shall be manifested unto all men as theirs also was. But thou has fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, long suffering, charity, patience, persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium. Iconium. At Lyceria, what persecutions I endure but out of them all the Lord deliver me. Ye and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse. So listen to that. Evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse. Thatis what weire watching. Right? People are being seduced by doctrines of demons. Deceiving and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou has learned and has been assured of knowing of whom thou has learned them. And that from a child thou has known the holy scriptures which are able to make these the wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness that the man of God may be perfect through thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Amen. Amen. Amen. Okay. So we saw what Paul had to go through, the authenticity or the genuineness of his ministry being challenged through persecution. That he got beat up. That's what happens to Micaiah. That's what happens to Jeremiah. But they don't compromise. They know that the false prophets are trying to seduce the people. And so Timothy as a young pastor needs to stay with the word of God and use the word of God to expose the lies. Study to show yourself approved under God. So God puts you through the fire and you're approved. You've been tested and proven correct. Workmen that need not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth. And all scriptures given by inspiration of God is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. So all of that work of the pastor and work of the Christian is to counteract the lies. You've got the truth, and you've got to bring the truth to correct, to instruct, to reprove the lies. You don't just stand back passively and act like you're a Christian celebrity and it's all about people liking you. If you tell people what they want to hear, they'll like you. And so if you continue to read, didn't we see where they'll be heaping up in themselves teachers having itching ears? Four, one through five? Oh. I charge thee therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom. Preach the word. Be instant in season. Thank you. Out of season. Reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lust shall they heap to themselves teachers having itching ears. So what that means is when Rick Warren knocks on the door and ask people what they want in the church, they're going to tell him less bible, more music and they want to feel good. So he is going to develop a purpose driven system that over 450,000 pastors adopted and it was successful in the sense of drawing large groups of people because it's what the people wanted, less Bible. So Church Growth Movement, they'll tell pastors, the same pastors that come there and want big churches, the more the Bible you teach, the smaller your church will be. Verse by verse teaching is death to a church in a time of apostasy. So I have to resist that logic, that total whatever they're saying. And I have to say, you know what, Lord? I'm going to trust you. I'm just going to keep teaching the word, stay with your word. And pastor Chuck, there was a certain point where pastor Chuck expected the Calvary Chapels to grow when the standard was if you teach people that are hungry for the word, they're going to grow. But then there came a point where Chuck began to experience it where there were a lot of empty seats. So then he began to tell, I mean he is the big Chuck Smith and there is empty seats. And so he began to tell us guys stay the course, stay the course, don't worry about know lack of attendance. Stay the course and make sure the sheep are the most loved and the best fed. Don't give into it. Now Timothy, who Paul is writing this toward, Timothy took over the church that Paul founded in Ephesus for three years and then later when Timothy became the pastor there, they wound up stoning, beating him to death because he spoke up and told them that their greatest Diana of the Ephesians was kind of like a Mardi Gras celebration of idolatry and licentious and sexual and all that. Timothy spoke up against it and he got thanked by being beat to death with clubs. History tells us. So which of the prophets didn't your father stone? It's part of being a prophet. You're not going to be treated well. If you're a politician and you're looking for votes and attaboys and opinion polls and people vote with their feet so I must be in God's will, a pragmatism. Because look at, after all, look at all the money we got. Look at all the people that are here. But are they saved? Are they did they receive the full counsel of God? Are they growing? Are their marriages strengthened? Are their kids strengthened? Are they growing in the grace and knowledge of the Lord? Or are you giving them worldly wisdom, doctrines of demons, and seducing them, making merchandise of them and all? So you can't compromise the truth, cannot compromise the word of God. In first Thessalonians five verse three, in the last days, they are going to be saying peace and safety, but there is going to be sudden destruction that's going to come upon them. Like a woman in travails, it's gonna happen suddenly. The antichrist and the globalists are gonna lie and say, peace, peace, peace, there is no peace, sudden destruction. In Isaiah 4eight 22, it says, there's no peace, saith the Lord, to the wicked. And then Benjie is going read what Jesus said about the times leading up to the tribulation period. Thank you, sir. It's Matthew 24, five, six, seven. For many will come in my name, claiming I am the Christ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars, rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. There will be pummies and earthquakes in various places. So that's a message the church doesn't want to hear today. That's called doom and gloom but it's Jesus letting us know what the times are going to be like just prior to his return. Wars, rumors of wars, famines, pestilence, false Christ, false messiahs, false prophets and no man take heed that no man deceive you. The devil's greatest weapon is is deception. And before Robbie reads, remember in second Corinthians chapter 11, the apostle Paul said, I'm jealous over you with a godly jealousy because I've espoused you to one husband, you know, even to Christ, but lest as the serpent beguiled Eve, but I fear lest any means as the serpent beguiled Eve through his craftiness. So your mind should be corrupted from the simplicity that's in Christ. So Paul's concerned that I want to present you as a chaste virgin under Christ but I fear just as the woman was seduced by the devil, beguiled Eve through his craftiness so your mind should be corrupted from the simplicity that's in Christ. For if he that cometh preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached or if you receive another spirit which you have not received or another gospel which you have not accepted, you might well bear with him. So Paul is saying don't bear with him. So three areas, a different Jesus, a different gospel, a different spirit. We want to stay the course. So when Brendan Holthaus is doing his 2,000 churches, only 700 of them were orthodox doctrinally in their statement of faith. The other had the statement of faith, but they were not applying the statement of faith to their pastorate. They were going woke, they were going critical race theory, they are involving all of the craziness that's coming into the church. And so, women pastors, you know, anything goes. Alright. So here we go. Robbie, here's the one that I'm voting for. This is my vote. You I'm a political atheist but not really because I'm looking for a monarchy. I'm looking for a king to take over the planet. And that's my political view. Okay. Isaiah nine six and talking about peace. For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us and the government will rest on his shoulders. And his name will be called wonderful counselor, mighty God, eternal father, prince of peace. There will be no end to the increase of his government or of peace on the throne of David or over his kingdom to establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness from then on and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will accomplish this. Okay. So that's my hope. The blessed hope and glorious appearing are my great but that doesn't mean I'm passive. It doesn't mean I'm giving up. That I'm just like, oh, Jesus, come. We don't have to worry about it. No. He said, occupy till I come. Occupy till I come means be about your father's business. So what I'm saying is, be as radical as Micaiah, be as radical as Jeremiah with the truth. I'm not looking for Trump to fix it. I'm not looking for Greg Laurie or any other Christian leader to fix it. We collectively, when we know the truth and we expose the lies, they can't proceed. They get caught. They get caught in their life. Then they get angry, then they hate you. I'm not going to get an award for it, but when I stand before the Lord, he says, Be not many teachers, you know. You're going to be judged harsher. If you guys are there and you made it there as a result of being discipled, you know, in the truth, you didn't fall away. I mean, what if I got there and the majority of the church wasn't there because they weren't saved? It was just a social club. I'm going to give an account for that, right? But if the people that I had the privilege of walking in fellowship with Jesus and discipleship, you know, I did my best to make sure that they heard the truth. I can't force them to keep it, but Paul said, I'm innocent of the blood of every single man, in Acts 20, because for the space of three years, I ceased not night and day to give you the full counsel of God. So my hands are clean. There's not any blood on my hands because I didn't take the deceptive route of deceiving people and being a hireling and holding back the word of God so that people can be comfortable in their sin. Right? So the only ones that are uncomfortable in sin are people that have no intention of repenting. Right? People that love Jesus have no problem repenting or confessing their sin. But I'm not going to let the unbelievers dictate what the church should be. And that's the way we do it. Alright. Verse 15. We'll finish this up. Therefore, thus saith the Lord concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name and I sent them not. Yet they say, sword and famine shall not be in the land. By sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed. So a death sentence upon them. And the people to whom they prophesied shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine, the sword and shall have none to bury them, them their wives and their sons and their daughters for I will pour their wickedness on them. So I believe we are going through a sifting, a huge sifting and this is a sifting here of those that listen to the false prophets and those that are willing to listen to Jeremiah of Micaiah or the lying spirits. And basically, the peace that comes to my heart is being in God's will regardless of what the government is doing. If I'm in God's will, I know that the Lord is on the throne and all of this is happening according to plan, then there's a piece of my heart knowing that everything's happening according to plan, to God's plan. Therefore, thou shalt say this word unto them, let mine eyes run down with tears night and day, and let them not cease for the virgin daughter of my people is broken with a great reach, with a very grievous blow. And so God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. He is saying, the reality is you guys don't have ears to hear. Your prayers aren't going to mean anything. In the next chapter, notice what he says in the first verse here. First verse of chapter 15. Then said the Lord unto me, though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind could not be toward this people, cast them out of my sight and let them go forth.' He said, 'Even if Moses and Samuel came forth who are great intercessors, who stood in the gap on behalf of the people, Moses said at one point, block my name out of your book. You know, if you want to, block my name out. But the sheep, you know, the Lord was testing Moses that Moses, I'll raise up people from you. I want to wipe these people out, and I'll raise up people from your loins rather than Abraham's. And Moses interceded on behalf of the people, and God knew that what Moses would do. And Moses said, you know, Lord, you could you could block my name out, but save these people. And so Moses, a great intercessor on behalf of the people. I mean, how is Moses not able to enter the promised land? You know what mean? It was a blessing to not enter with those people. Was a blessing to be taken home, you know? Yeah. And Samuel, same thing in the intercessor during the time of the judges and he's the first prophet. So Lord said, even if these two kind of guys were raised up, I still wouldn't change my mind. These guys are going to be judged. So therefore thou shall say to this word unto them, let my eyes run down with tears. So God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. God's long suffering unwilling anyone perish. But they've exhausted, they've exhausted over a long period of time all the prophets that he sent, everyone that he sent. It's like Jesus weeping over the city of Jerusalem. He could see the destruction in seventy AD when Titus would surround the city and millions of people would die with that siege. How often I would have gathered you as some other hen does gather her brood under her wings, but you would not. Your city has left you desolate. It's not a pleasurable thing. It's not a joyful thing to watch the wicked perish. If I go forth into the field, then behold the slain of the sword and if I enter into the city, then behold those who are sick with the famine, both the prophet and the priest go about into a land that they know not. And so the malnourishment, the people dying of sickness, the people dying of war, people trying to flee and being the diaspora being spread all over the world. So why? Why has thou utterly rejected Judah? Has has thy soul loathed Zion? Why has thou smitten us? And there is no healing for us. We look for peace. There is no no good in for the time of healing and behold trouble. Well, it's too late. You guys rejected the Lord over and over and over and over and over and you can hear the Verizon commercial saying to everybody, Can you hear me now? It's like you can't get people's attention. You just can't. They just refuse to listen. And so we acknowledge, O Lord, our wickedness and the iniquity of our fathers for we have sinned against thee. Too little, too late. Too little, too late. You ripen under judgment. And notice down in verse four of chapter 15. And I will cause them to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth because Manasseh, the son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem. He reigned for fifty five years and he led them into intense idolatry, Manasseh did. Wicked the wickedest king offering their own children, Psalm 106, offering his own children unto Baal, Manasseh did. And the Lord says, no, you're right for judgment. It's coming. Too little, too late. Do not abhor us for thy namesake. So because of your namesake, they're appealing to God's credibility, God's name. So don't abhor us. What about your name, Lord? You know, we're not the Russians. We're not the Chinese. We're America. God shed his grace on us. We're a Christian nation, God. Do not abhor us for thy name's sake. Do not disgrace the throne of thy glory. Remember, break not thy covenant with us. We've got a covenant with you. Yeah, the covenant says if you guys get into idolatry, this is exactly what I do. I use the sword, famine and pestilence to correct you. Are there any among the vanities, your idols? So bringing it back on you, are there any of your idols that can save you? Any of those false deities? That's Elisha illustrated. Call down fire. Call upon Baal. Call upon Astrid. Can they call down fire from heaven and suck up this altar here? There are many among the vanities of the nations that can cause rain or can the heavens give showers? Are not thou he, O Lord our God? Therefore, we will wait upon thee for thou has made all these things. So they've got a famine. They're hungry. The economy has imploded. Everything is messed up. That promise of universal basic income didn't come. That promise of you know, you'll have your smart cities and live in these cities and you won't have to work and you can game all day and you have Internet food and fifteen minute cities, you'll be able to go get all your stuff and you'll know nothing but be happy. It didn't come true. It's almost cataclysmic. Jesus said, except these days be short and no flesh should be saved. Jesus said the tribulation period is going be a time that the world's never seen, nor will see again. It's so cataclysmic. Shannon read, we're perilous times, no way out, nation rising against nation, perilous in that the globalist don't have a solution for the problems that are coming upon the planet and much of it, they brought upon themselves with their demonic policies and such. But when the Lord starts to open up the seal judgments and the trumpet judgments and the bowl judgments, there's no turning back. It's in motion. And the only thing that will bring peace is the return of the Prince of Peace, Jesus, to set up his kingdom. So there's war before peace. There has to be war. God has to destroy the devil, the little g god of this world, the prince, power of the air. He's got to destroy him and the demons and the hold that they have upon this planet when Adam fell. So the last Adam has to return, the Messiah, the Christ, who already paid for all the sins, who is drawing a bride unto himself and think of how patient he is for two thousand years, what he has had to deal with before he is finally going to judge the earth, you know, at Armageddon. And so he is calling a bride on himself and he is also going to preserve a remnant called the nation of Israel, a one third remnant, the wife of Jehovah. And that's what he is pure he is going to purify the Jews during the tribulation period. All of this is leading up to the first coming of Jesus and what you and I are facing is leading up toward the rapture and the second coming of Jesus. The second coming is not the rapture. The rapture and the second coming of Jesus. So, but the world, our message is get in the boat, get in Christ. Before he judges, he is saying, whosoever will, let him come. Whosoever wants to drink of the water of life freely, let him come. You know, that's the message we have. So that's why we are occupying till he comes. We are sharing the glorious gospel. We are not watering down the gospel and we are also speaking prophecy. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy and so as we proclaim the more sure word of prophecy, it becomes a proof text for people to exercise faith in Jesus because he told us ahead of time what was gonna happen. And it's happening every day. Prophecy is being fulfilled just as the bible said. Right? Alright. Let's pray. Father, thank you that we could spend a wonderful summer evening here on the deck at the, Lord, and worship you in song and have a meal together and pray and study your word. And we could expose the tactics, the strategies. We're not ignorant of the devil's devices, his strategies, Lord. With the help of your word, by your spirit, we're able to see that there's a whole lot of lying spirits running around speaking through people, speaking through false prophets. And Lord, if it doesn't align with your word, then Lord, we take every thought captive and every imagination that comes up, that wells up in our head, Lord, and we bring it back obedience of Christ, to your word, by the power of your holy spirit. And Lord, we're secure. We're we're at peace in knowing that we're in your will, and that you're on the throne, you're in control. And as the world loses control, as it falls apart, Lord, that's exactly what you said would happen. But Lord, you're going to bring it all back around. You're going to build your kingdom wherein righteousness dwells. You're going to reverse the curse. You're gonna restore righteousness to the planet, Lord. And we yearn for your soon return, but use us, Lord. Use our lives for your kingdom and glory. Help us to never ever ever compromise your word, to compromise the truth, to try and get what we want out of it, to prostitute Jesus. Lord, we don't wanna do that. We don't wanna cheapen the message. Help us to be bold like the early church, Lord, rejoicing that we are counted worthy to suffer for your name's sake. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Amen.
