Philippians 3:1-9 -Rejoice In The Lord- Pastor Rick Beaudry 2026-10-11
Pastor Rick Beaudry explores Philippians 3:1-9 and Paul's call to rejoice in the Lord, even when adversity, suffering, and discouragement press in on us. Drawing on Paul's own story, from his religious credentials to his encounter on the Damascus road, he shows that true confidence rests not in the flesh or self-righteousness but in Christ's finished work. Pastor Beaudry warns against legalism that steals our freedom and points to examples of joy under pressure, including Job, Paul and Silas, and King Jehoshaphat. He also urges us to stay watchful and to place our hope in the Lord rather than in politicians or worldly systems.
