We're looking at the spiritual armor. Ephesians six fourteen and fifteen. Would you please stand with me as we read God's holy word together? Stand therefore having your loins gird about with truth and having on the breastplate of righteousness and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. Father, we thank you for your holy word, and Lord, as we're learning to stand, to withstand, to continue to stand in the face of the onslaught of the wicked one and the wickedness in the times and the age in which we're living, Lord, as you warned us, Lord, as it was in the days of Noah, Lord, just tremendous wickedness where men's hearts were only evil continually, Lord. And also, would like in these times that we'd be living in the times of Sodom and Gomorrah, People going about their business, marrying and giving in marriage and just business as usual as the world putrefies and corrupts. And as those cities just became a stench and and Lord, you had to deal with them. And Lord, we're at the end of the age here, and and we know this, Lord, because of Israel and the land. We know this because of we see the one world religious system, the one world monetary system, the one world governmental system emerging, Lord. And when you said when you see these things begin to come to pass to look up knowing that your redemption draws nigh. And so Lord, we are praying always that we'd be kind of worthy to escape these things and stand before the son of man. So truly, Lord, our hope is that blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and savior. But we also know that you're long suffering, unwilling that any would perish, and that all would come to repentance. And so, Lord, we pray that you'd equip us this morning. You'd strengthen us, that we'd not lose in this fight, that we'd not be neutralized. That Lord, we could stand, that we could withstand, that we'd we'd walk in that victory that you appropriated for us, that you purchased for us the cross of Calvary when you spoiled all principalities and powers triumphing over them. So bless now, we pray, Lord. Bless. Teach us, Lord. Be our teacher. In Jesus' name, amen. Would you please be seated? So in chapter six, by way of review from verse 10. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God that ye may able to withstand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. And then down in verse 20, if you look at verse 20, for which I'm an ambassador in bonds that therein I may speak boldly as I have to speak. The apostle Paul is chained. He's in prison, but he's chained to a Roman soldier. And this Roman soldier, Paul is looking at his armor. He's looking at, his belt and his boots and his breastplate and his helmet and his sword, and he's envisioning all that. Then he sees the parallel. He sees the symbolism of you and I being in a spiritual battle. And, as he's getting ready in second Timothy chapter four, he's liking his ministry as a fight. I fought a good fight. I finished my course. So he'll liken it to a, you know, a boxing match. He'll liken it to a wrestling. He'll liken it to a race that we're that we're in. He'd tell Timothy to be a good soldier. You know, a soldier fights a good warfare, doesn't get entangled with the things of this world. So many different metaphors to try and illustrate and show us in the spiritual realm what it's like to be a Christian, what it's like to be on the front lines. If you want to not fight, if you don't wanna fight, if you're just looking for a church that's candy coated and compromised and all, just don't open your mouth. Don't tell anybody about Jesus. Don't correct people when they're wrong. Compromise. Just go along to get along, and the devil will leave you alone. But if you have the audacity to point out, to expose the devil, to expose his lies, that's what he hates the most. He's a liar, and we're we're men and women of truth, you know. And our Lord is is truth incarnate. And so we have the logos, we have his word, and his word we hide in our hearts that we might not sin against him. And so Jesus said, if you know the truth, the truth will set you free. And and so we're truthers. We're those that wanna walk in this truth and not compromise with the world, not give in to the world. Jesus said that if it were possible, the deception would be so great in the last days. If it were possible, it would be to a degree to deceive even the very elect. You know? So there's we're living in a time of very, very great deception, and it's such a warm fuzzy for me. It's it's it's heartwarming when I finally get to have a conversation and be around people that are in the know, that are awake, that understand the times we're living in, that aren't asleep. Now before I became a pastor, I could have a lot of friends because we didn't talk about topics that made people angry at me. But as a Christian, I can't keep my mouth shut because your blood would be on my hands. I have a responsibility to give you the full counsel of God. In Ezekiel three, Ezekiel 33, and Acts chapter 20, Paul said he was innocent of the lives and the blood of the Ephesians that were there in Ephesus for the space of three years, night and day with tears, he brought forth the full counsel of God. He didn't hold back. Now what was his life like? He was a target. He was beat. He was he was a target of the wicked one to silence, you know, the apostle Paul. And any of you that speak up, you're gonna be a target. You can lay lay down in the pews and go to sleep or you can you can be active. You can be listening right now, learning, asking the Lord. Lord, how can I use that which I'm learning for your kingdom and your glory? And you can simply open your mouth. If you open your mouth, you're gonna find out that Jesus is the divider of men. He's gonna divide son and daughter, mother and mother and mother and daughter, son you know, father and son, and the man's enemy of his of his own home. People of your own home would be your enemy. Jesus is a a dividing person, And, he didn't come to bring peace, but a sword. And so, very quickly, you find out. And so, we wanna be those, according to Ephesians five eleven, that have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose it. In a church or a group of people that expose the darkness of the times we're living in, you are gonna be targeted by the wicked one. He's gonna try and neutralize you at the very least, and destroy you if he can. And so I give an example of Mark Dinsmore. As recently, he's been being far more active on Facebook. As he's exposing much of the lies in the media, he'll use the platform of social media and bring a great rebuttal to what people are just taking hook, line, and sinker. And and his life's under great attack. He's been sick all week. He he had a car roll onto his leg and got infected in a urinary tract thing. And and his wife, Shelley, she's in great pain. And, you know, all you have to do is just stop, Mark. All you gotta do is just just stop. Quit writing those articles. Quit exposing the enemy, and he'll leave you alone. If you wanna be left alone and you want to be on vacation as a Christian, quit. Go AWOL. Just go AWOL. Absent without leave. You just just just live for yourself, and the devil will leave you alone. You can be a part of the bless me club. You can you can go get all your teeth capped and get your hair plugged back in, and you can you can look like, man, you're the most blessed person on the planet. And so but if you're gonna engage, if you're gonna engage a wicked one in the battle, and you're gonna stand for truth, you are gonna be targeted. Your whole family is gonna be targeted, and people are gonna actually hate you. And so the imagery of an outfitted Roman soldier used of Paul to illustrate the spiritual resources, the spiritual armor, which is essential for a victorious Christian experience. I wanna be victorious. I don't want to be a defeated nor a neutralized Christian. To me, a neutralized Christian is what Jesus described in Revelation chapter three of the church of Laodicea, which is lukewarm, neither hot nor cold. That's a neutralized group of people. And they say that we're rich and increased with goods in need of nothing. So they have a false sense of security, a false sense of who they are because they misconstrue that their money, their blessings means God's favor in their life. And yet Jesus evaluating them says, you guys make me sick. You're lukewarm. I'd rather you're hot or cold. You know? But because you're lukewarm, I spew you out. And and Jesus is actually kicked out of the church of Laodicea. He's on the outside knocking on the door saying, let me in. Now you kick Jesus out of your church, you're gonna be a very prosperous church from the world standpoint. Nobody's gonna hate you. Everyone's gonna like you. And you just you just name drop once in a while his name like you see in the media today and all the politicians and all. And people think you're all on the same team and all. But the evaluation of the Holy Spirit is much much different than the evaluation of social media and the talking heads that are out there. So the Christian soldier has been issued a belt. The Christian soldier has been issued a breastplate. The Christian soldier in our text today has been issued boots. You need boots. And we'll talk about that. But notice the belt, verse 14. Stand therefore having your loins girt about with truth. So buckle up. The belt of the Roman soldiers secured his tunic so he had an outer garment, and then they'd pull it up just like Jesus did in John 13 to wash the disciples' feet. And you tighten that belt, and that would provide greater freedom of motion and of movement. Jesus said in John eight thirty one, if you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. Many people are in bondage to lies. They're in bond they think they're Christians. They attend churches, bible teaching churches in many cases. But what happens is through social media, through the television, advent of the television and radio, through media, much of what we think is true is actually a lie. And we run with this this sorcery, this means of witchcraft, this means of bewitching us, and so we have We don't have a biblical world view in many cases. We have a secular world view, And we have the view of of life and of Israel and The Middle East and and geopolitical climate and all. And much of what what we think is true is not true. And so I told you last week, I have a few litmus tests for you to jot down, and I don't care if you disagree with me. I don't care if you leave. I don't care. This is absolute truth. And if you wanna remain in the lie, you're welcome to stay if you want, but I'm gonna irritate you. You're gonna be real mad at me. And so number one litmus test is nine eleven. Nine eleven is sorcery. The picture of the planes hitting these buildings at 09:30 in the morning over and over and over again is a means of hypnosis. It's a means of the media getting you to grab hold of the bait and think that's what was true without investigating. So if I meet you and you're one that still believes the official narrative of nine eleven, I know you're not awake. I know you might have even went to Iraq and fought because your president got up there and said, we've got and they have to have a boogeyman. We gotta fight these terrorists. And while he's saying that, Osama Bin Laden's family is a part of the Carlyle Group, a business group, that's getting on an airplane leaving The US, which are friends with the Bush family. At 05:20 in the afternoon on 911, Building 7, that's the key. This is real quick how you can know the truth. Building 7 fell textbook textbook controlled demolition. Never in the history of the world, according to the architects and engineers, has a 44 story steel girded building fallen into its footprint from an office fire. No airplanes hit that building. And the reporter in Europe saying, yeah, there's another one. And Larry Silverstein says, yeah, we're gonna pull it. And they're magically insuring these buildings, double insuring these buildings, so when they do fall, they get paid twice. And we don't even need to go over to the airplanes and the cones on them that are aluminum and soft, and they hit a building and it shows it going through the building the other. That can happen. It's impossible. It's impossible. It can happen, but disregard that. Just just look at Building 7. Go to jamescorbett.com. Because if you don't have that right, then you're being set up to continue to be deceived, case in point, like COVID, the same methodology used. Every country in the world, following talking points, all the media, in lockstep, wanting to lock down because of the COVID coronavirus. The media is used to show people falling down in China, falling down everywhere. They can't get enough bodies in the hospitals. Ninety nine point nine percent recovery from COVID. But yet, the vaccines that are used, you know, are causing the deaths, enormous, enormous population reduction from these vaccines, and, and a whole lot of people falling into the trap of the SIOP, the sorcery, the witchcraft of the way the media manipulates people. That'll affect the way you look at Iraq, the way you look at Iran, and all these countries that general Casey said were gonna invade. Seven countries in five years. Why? Supposedly, there's weapons of mass destruction there. Well, my son-in-law went there, many of your kids went there, there are no weapons of mass destruction. So why? Why invade? Because it's the Rothschild banking system, the Bank of International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland that's at the top. These politicians are just puppets. So if if Yomar Qaddafi and Saddam Hussein wanna sell oil and go against the the Bretton Woods agreement of 1973 of oil can't be sold in anything but the dollar, the petrodollar, then your country's invaded. If you don't give the vaccine, if you're in Africa and you don't give the vaccine to your people, your regime changed. You're mysteriously assassinated and removed. Right? And so this is crucial because my pastor, we all believe the nine eleven, and we stand up here, and now we start to have a new word to use, and it's terrorists. Well, guess what? That word's being used against you today. They just add domestic terrorists if you don't agree with AI data centers. If you're against AI data centers today being built all over the country, depleting you of water and energy so that they can compile this this beast system on you, you now are gonna be labeled a domestic terrorist. You always have to have a boogeyman to get the people filled with fear. Joseph Goebel said, once you get them afraid, you can get them to do anything. And so how do you get people to hate? How do you sell war? You show pictures of Saddam Hussein in a hospital taking babies and putting them in microwaves. It's not true, but it's a great deception to get people angry and to fixate on Saddam Hussein that he's he's he's terrible, or Yomar Qaddafi who gave his people college and homes and was the most progressive African nation on the planet. And they take them out. So you gotta look beyond the media. You gotta look beyond the media to understand because even as a Christian, if your pastor stands up and says, we gotta go into Iran right now. We need boots on the ground. Based on what, pastor? Why would you say that? Well, because of Israel. Well, Israel's military has just been fused with the US military. The US military is Israel's military. Israel's military is our military. Their intel, their reconnaissance, their CIA, their Mossad, we're together, and we have been together for quite some time. So the the policy around the world we know is globalism. You've gotta get all the countries, all the rogue countries like Iran into the global banking system, or it doesn't work according to Catherine Austin Fitts. So you've gotta force, you gotta tokenize assets, and you gotta make ways for all these people to make money off the enslavement of the masses of people. It's all a SIOP. It's all sorcery. In Revelation eighteen twenty three, case in point, I got proof for you. The rich men of this world, Babylon, when the monarchs, when the mariners and the merchants are watching from afar, and Babylon The Great is a in a pillar of smoke, and it's been destroyed. God's commentary on us, the rich of this world, the ones that are going to Argentina, the Peter Thiel's, the Ivanka and Jared Kushners who are buying an island off of Albania, The Mark Zuckerbergs who were going underneath the ground and building huge bunkers in in in Hawaii and around the world. They know what's gonna happen above ground. They're going underground. In Revelation six, it says they're trying to hide from the wrath of the lamb, and there's no place to hide. But in Revelation eighteen twenty three, it says the rich that deceived all the nations. How? Through sorcery. Through 33 degree Mason rituals. Through the Kabbalah. Through witchcraft. This is how they're gonna do it. And so we, pastors, would say to me, hey, just stay with the gospel. Just stay with the gospel. The pharmaceutical companies are another one. Another litmus test. If you're falling along with the pharmaceutical companies and wanting to give your kids seven seventy injections before they're 20 years old before they're two years old, excuse me, and you're not gonna research the autism and the level of of neurological destruction of the timbersole and the mercury and and the different adjuncts that are in there to service and to bring those those bundled vaccines, then you're misinformed. No matter how much I teach you the gospel, you're still going to listen to your doctor. So it's incumbent upon me and you, all of us, to be truth ers, to have an understanding of the culture and the times we're living in. Because I can share the gospel with people that go get the vaccine, but they can die suddenly. They can have blood clots, myocarditis, and doctor Peter McCulloch and other very brave and courageous doctors can get up doctor Sherry Tempenny and warn people and let them know. And some people say to me, well, they're not Christian. I don't care if they're Christian. They're telling me truth. I can learn truth from AI. It's like a library, but I can also be greatly deceived by AI and chat and all that other stuff. You know? And so you've gotta be the one that vets everything. You gotta prove all things, hold fast to that, which is good. You've gotta study, you know, and use mathematics correctly. Two plus two still equals four. But if you're drawn into a false narrative, if you're brought into lying signs and wonders, if you're if you're coerced and deceived, then all the preaching I can do, isn't going to extricate you from your your your, secular worldview. So I've gotta teach you to take every thought, every imagination, a high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. If Elon Musk says you're never gonna die, I want you to challenge that statement. I want you to evaluate the technology and what's he mean by Neuralink and putting that in the brain and the whole thing. And what's he mean about, you know, that Klaus Schwab says, you'll owe nothing and be happy? I want you to evaluate all of it. Challenge it. Stand against it. Stand up. Expose them. They hate being exposed. I don't wanna be a mamby pamby hiding from reality Christian and approach church as a place to hide from the culture and be compliant with the culture so that I can make a little bit more money for a little bit longer before they take everything away. Because you're gonna lose it all anyway if you don't stand up. But hey, that's why I pastor a small church because I'm a crazy man. This is crazy stuff. This is stuff churches won't talk about. This is stuff the pastors won't even mention. Just now, they're starting to talk a little bit about the building of the beast system, some of the pastors now. JD's out there. He's doing it, boy, he's been through hell. He's been through such torment teaching the truth. He's ostracized from a lot of the prophecy groups because he came to terms with nine eleven about five years ago. And as he began to speak on it, many in the Calvary people didn't wanna be associated with him because that's too political. Know, that's too too toxic. Oh, that that that means people would leave our churches. We we can't we can't get on that one, you know. And he he's offering, you know, vaccine or religious exemptions. And and Trump just signed a thing renouncing religious exemptions. Not gonna allow religious exemptions moving forward. Employers don't need to heed them. He says we've got medical exemptions. We don't need religious exemptions. Well, it violates your conscience. Isn't it your body? Isn't that their argument for, you know, abortion, having abortions? It's my body. Well, isn't it your body? Well, why why can't you say no to the pharmaceutical companies? The means of changing your DNA and introducing the mRNA. I mean, isn't there anybody gonna keep them away from my meat? Who's introducing these ticks that make you allergic and even die if you eat meat? How can Bill Gates get get away with this stuff? Why isn't he in jail? How can George Soros get away with it? Why won't the church talk about this? So we look at if if they come up with anything anything that exalts itself against against God with their imagination and high ideas on on YouTube, profits and all, we take every thought. That truth or that deception that they're trying to bring through, we take every thought captive. Why? Because as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. It's indoctrination. It's brainwashing. It's sorcery. They're trying to get you to believe a lie. And once you believe these lies and they build, then your whole frame of reference, the way you view the world to make decisions is based upon a foundation of lies. And you're not gonna be free. You're headed toward bondage, tyranny, great tyranny. And so we we fight the devil with the truth. All sorts of truth. Wouldn't it be great if if you and I, if we owned the airwaves? If we could have radio station and television stations and and a means of educating, not indoctrinating, but in educating people with the truth of the gospel and all facets of truth. Wouldn't that be wonderful? And yet the the globalists, their billions of dollars control the media, the newspapers, the magazines, the television, all the social media, the Zuckerbergs, all of them, they own it all, and people are addicted to it, and then they you can't wake them up. You can't get them you can't get them away. You can't help them. And so the 911, James Corbett is a great place to go. The big pharma. The another one is the purpose driven. The purpose driven is another litmus test for me. If you understand the purpose driven movement, how it's decimated the church over the last twenty five years, where the churches all of your churches used to be bible teaching churches. You'd be a Baptist church and Assemblies of God church. You could be any kind of church out there, and you had a pastor that would teach you the bible. But when Rick Warren came along with his purpose driven book and his purpose driven churches, he discovered as he as he surveyed the apostasy was taking place, people weren't interested in bible study. They wanted to be therapeutically entertained. They wanted their best lives now like Joel Olsteen and such. So he studied under Peter Drucker. Peter Drucker was the one The US used to go into, Japan after Hiroshima and Nagasaki to rebuild the industrialization of Japan. And so he's a thinker in in regard to government and business and all. So Rick Warren was mentored by Peter Drucker and also by Robert Schuller, the power, the hour of power, and Norman Vincent Peale. And your president has studied under Norman Vincent Peale. Much of what Trump does, as he repeats his phrases, he'll say them three, four times in a row, that's sorcery. It's brainwashing. This positive confession, the promulgation, the ex the exaltation of self is sorcery. It's demonic. It's the spirit of antichrist. Statues, all these things. Make America great, the phrasing and all, is sorcery. It's a religion of antichrist. It's anti Jesus Christ. And the pastors, as I said, they're starting to come out and say a few things, but I'm off of Facebook now. I know a lot of you have been groan. I got too addicted to it. It's too addicting. The guys that develop Facebook and the social media, they don't let their children go on these platforms because it's so addicting. And I just I just don't wanna do it anymore. So it but as they control this media, it can be used in a good way, and I tried to use it in a good way and get the bible studies out there. And other people will post the bible studies and interact with people like Mark's doing and battle for truth for flat earthers and all this kind of stuff, and it's a great great fight and that sort of thing. But it it can be such a time waster. You know, it can develop where you have so much time wasted, And and so I had to I had to back off of that. And that's that's me. You might wanna stay there, but I'm noticing the pastors on there, Brendan House and and Brendan Holthaus, and a few of them are mentioning the beast system. Billy Crone mentioned it, and I gotta applaud Billy Crone because here's what I put on there last week before I got off. Say his name. Just say his name. Why are these pastors afraid to say the name Trump? They'll they'll agree now we're moving in a direction of a beast system, but somehow, I can't say Trump's name or people are gonna hate me. I I can't say it or I'll lose people. 50% of the church are Trumpers, they're mega people. The pastors have said if you don't vote for Trump, you might not be a Christian. They don't dare wanna admit they've been deceived. Radically deceived. Irrefutably deceived like nine eleven, like like COVID, like the Purpose Driven Life, the three legged stool of Rick Warren. If you understand the three legged stool, the three legged stool is government, business, and religion. That's the beast system. And it's came into the churches as they quit teaching prophecy and quit teaching God's word. And then what comes out of that apostasy, that fall away from truth, is a pseudo Christianity led by Paula White and president Trump with his bible that you can have. It's the spirit of antichrist. And now we've got bread and circuses. The UFC gonna be on the the government lawn at at the White House. The same the Romans did to to distract people from the crash of the economy that's coming, the reset that's coming. Everybody knows it's coming, but don't mention his name. Don't say his name because you'll be hated. How many people hate me because I said his name? I don't care. You gotta mark them. How are gonna set people free if the pied piper, the priests, and the priestesses of this sorcery are the ones leading people with their phrasing and their their whole empty promises and such. It's gonna be too late by the time people ever wake up. He's a Judas goat leading people to the slaughter. So if you continue in my word, then are you to my disciples indeed in actuality, and you'll know the truth. The word of God, as you study God's word, you have discernment. You won't have discernment about any of these things I said unless you're a man or a woman of God's word. Unless you contend, earnestly contend for the faith. Unless you're one that proves all things and hold fast to that which is good. I reached a place when I realized I was being lied to, I got angry. I got real angry. I I hate being lied to. And boy was I it was it was such an eye opening thing when I realized so much of what I believed that I heard even in the church among the leadership was a lie. It radically affected me. And so I spent years, and I still spend time, great deal of time researching, digging in. And I told you people to, to use to vet. Whitney Webb is not a Christian, but she can teach about Epstein. You wanna know about Epstein, you read Whitney Webb's deep dive into that whole sordid affair. The media doesn't wanna talk about it anymore. Right? But she's put her life on the line. You wanna learn about the vaccines and such? Doctor Sherry Tenpenny, Peter McCulloch, there's many of them. Doctor Judy Melissavic, a lot of these people are willing to end their careers, jeopardize their careers to teach you, to get you to understand how dangerous these vaccines are for you and your children, the pharma companies. And they're not backing down, are they? They're throwing it into your food, the toxicity of the whole thing. And James Corbett, as I said, for nine eleven, that's a huge one. People forgotten about nine eleven. Rudy Giuliani. Where's Trump's hometown, home city? New York. You think these guys don't all know about 09:11? And nine eleven symbolized the banking system. The towers symbolized the banking system that they were taking down to reset for 2030. That's what they symbolized. And as I told you last week, Donald Rumsfeld said we're missing $1,200,000,000,000. The next day, a missile hit the accounting department of the Pentagon, and nobody ever talked about $1,200,000 trillion dollars missing. The put bets of American Airlines, where you can bet against an airline that's gonna lose money, lose, in the stock market. Enormous amount of push put bets placed before nine eleven happened. People got rich off of nine eleven, betting against American Airlines with a picture of those airplanes. And we, at the time, didn't know photoshopping and video type stuff. Now we do. Now people will look at it and say, that's fake. That's fake. That's not real. But it was sorcery, bewitched, deception. And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. And there's people here in the room here that went through similar things as I am and they're free. And a lot of times, it takes you losing everything you have before you investigate. Believe me, if they attack your comfort zone, the place of denial, the place you don't want anybody to to wrestle with, your four zero one k, your retirement, Social Security, your equity in your home, if they don't touch any of that, you're you're gonna go along to get along, most of us. But if they come after that stuff, now you're gonna investigate. You're gonna say, what? What just happened? How did that happen? Who let that happen? And now you start to research. Now you start to realize the Rothschild's at the top of the banking system and how the politicians are just simply bought and paid for puppets. And they're actors. They're actors on the stage, but yet they get you to hate Democrats and love these Republicans and get you going against each other. And it's even bigger than that. They get you hate in Russia and hate in Iran. Putin is a member of the of the Klaus Schwab, you know, school of young global leaders. Clinton. I mean, excuse me, Putin. And Zelenskyy in in Ukraine. And it wouldn't surprise me if the leadership of Iran is also tied in some way, shape, or form with the globalist. But the fastest growing church in the world's in Iran, but we're taught to hate Iran so we can justify boots on the ground pretty soon. It's a SIOP. So when we believe and act upon a lie, we are neutralized. Our enemy has eliminated us as a threat. And so so much of my life early on, and I wanna say this too. This is a hard pill to swallow. Ignorance is bliss. It's great when you live in Orange County as I did, you grow up, and it's all working in front of you. It's all working. Everyone's getting blessed. Lots of money flowing. Even a poor guy like me can make a decent living working for rich people. And right along the beach, and the sunshine, and all the stuff, you know, my twenties, my thirties. And the church is just dominant, and so exciting to be a Christian, and how harvest crusades and all of it, you know. That's why the guys wanna keep it going. It's it's amazing, but it's waning. It's it's fading. Adolf Hitler used the church. He said it was a corrupted wall that he could topple at any time, but he wanted to use it because he can get the allegiance of the people to follow him. How can you have a a a German soldier loading Jews onto trains heading for Auschwitz? And these guys are Lutheran Christian soldiers. They don't dance or drink, and they go to church on Sunday. And the pastor says, sing louder so we don't have to hear the screams of the Jews heading toward Auschwitz. It's sorcery. These people are deceived. They were taught that the Jews were just rats. They developed hatred. And everybody that complied, if you're a soldier or a police officer or a part of the German government, you get a paycheck every week, and you're not gonna jeopardize that paycheck. You're gonna milk it as long as you can even though your conscience is violated in what you're watching happen. And if you're a pastor and you stand up like Dietrich Bonhoeffer or Niem Ruhler, you're put in jail. You're you're targeted for assassination. The majority of the churches put Hitler's cross, replaced Jesus' cross. Today, they'd have a Trump bible, a Trump statue, a golden statue, a $250 bill with his face on it, A new ballroom that goes down six stories deep with a hospital there, ready to go underground. It's crazy times. K? I'd like to live in the past too. Ignorance was bliss. The belt of truth secures our sword. So the soldier has this belt, and he's got the sword there. He's got a knife. He's got ammo. He's got grenades. Right? Love to throw a grenade. And some of you have. You know all this stuff. You got a flashlight. You got handcuffs in the back. You might have pepper spray. You might have a taser. And then you've got a little clip over here for a donut. Right? Gotta have a donut on your belt. But that belt's essential. And Paul's looking at that belt, and he says that's a belt of truth. It's gotta be true. It's gotta be there can't be any lies with that belt. It's we've gotta be able to rely upon that belt to hold my pants up. Right? Hold everything up or I'm not gonna have freedom of movement. I'm not gonna be able to, deal with these crazies over there by Fred Meyer that are all drugged out coming out of the mental hospital behind there, and they're coming out over to Fred Meyer giving these police officers such a terrible time. Gotta wrestle them to ground. And, man, they're on so many meds and stuff, they don't feel pain. Gotta do it. In Acts chapter 13, the apostle Paul and Barnabas were on a missionary journey where the holy spirit said, separate me, Barnabas and Saul, for the work whereof I've called them. And, they were confronted by a guy named Bar Jesus, son of Jesus. And he was a Jew, but he was a sorcerer. They called him Elimus. And, and they were given the apostle Paul and Barnabas trouble. And, and Paul had to deal with this guy, and he caused a mist a mist to come down and blind the guy because Paul and Barnabas went to the island called Paphos, and there was a guy there, a deputy of the the island community of Paphos, you can read about in Acts 13, named Sergius Paulus. Isn't that a great name? Sergius Paulus. Just rolls off your tongue. And Sergius Paulus was interested in the gospel, and as Paul and Barnabas were trying to share the gospel, Elimus, bar Jesus, interferes and tries to counteract what Paul and Barnabas are saying to Sergius Paulus. So Paul deals with him. Boy, it'd be great to have this power of authority. And he calls he calls him out. He exposes him. That's what I said. Say his name. Call him out. Put a jacket on him. Mark him so that everyone that's been deceived by him and his sorceries can see him for who he is. Jesus said, you'll know them by their fruit. Doesn't matter if they say they're a Christian. They're wolves in sheep's clothing. Expose him. Do the fact check. Don't just go along to get along. So the apostle Paul caused a mist to come upon Elimas, bar Jesus, and he was blind, it says, for a season. And then Sergius Paulus, when he saw this, he was he was like, this is radical, and, he gave his heart and life, you know, unto Jesus. Think of the amount of people that would think Christianity is authentic and real if they saw that sort of discipline, if that sort of exposure. Why do you think so many people, young people, don't believe in Christianity? Because you and I are still carrying on with the lies. They don't wanna be a part of their parents' or grandparents' church. They're looking for authenticity. They see through the purpose driven churches. My grandson and his friend, we had Judah Day this week, and we went out to to breakfast at Oak Table, and I got had a chance to talk to Tim and Judah, and they go to a youth group of a church in our community, and I began to ask them about the youth group and all. And they told me that following after Harry Potter is acceptable, that the kids actually bring wands and cast spells and stuff. And and I said, do you guys understand that's witchcraft? Do you understand that's sorcery? That's entry level witchcraft like Dungeons and Dragons and Minecraft and many of the games the kids are into and they're playing. They're being introduced to witchcraft, to sorcery. And here's the sad part, the adults in the church see nothing wrong with it. They're clueless. They don't care. I care. I'll be a crazy man in this regard. And you know, oh, pastor, you're just you're crazy. Why do you care about that? Because it's it's demonic. It's gonna enslave these kids. It's entry level. It's window that allows them the drugs and the other occultic experiences and things. And down the road, no matter how many verses of the bible they know, they're gonna be influenced by the occult. They're not gonna see that Christianity was able to stand up against that that that that error, and they're gonna embrace the the power of the world because at least my career will advance if I go by way of the world. A dirty soldier, a dirty cop, a dirty Christian has lost the moral high ground and becomes a liability. King David became a liability to the kingdom of God when he sinned with Bathsheba. When he killed Uriah the Hittite, one of his mighty men, her husband. When he reneged with Ahithophel, Bathsheba was Ahithophel, David's counselor. It was his granddaughter. What would you do to somebody that seduced your granddaughter and ruined her life? And David being the king, he tried to cover it up. Huge cover up. Let's cover Epstein up. Let's cover it all up. We got the authority. We we can cover it up. David dropped his guard and he gave as Nathan said, great occasion for the enemies of the Lord to blaspheme God's name. David had to hide behind dirty lies, dirty secrets, dirty covers up. Proverbs twelve thirty two three says, when I kept silent or Psalm thirty two three, David wrote this, a penitent Psalm. When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. He was unstable. He was weakened. A weakened soldier, a weakened mighty man that slew Goliath. Now he's weakened because of the the immorality, the compromise of his heart, the compromise of his doing. He needed to get right with the Lord. The dirty lies begin to build up your your I was looking at it this week of America and what's happening. It's it's that phrase, it's a house of cards. And when one card starts to be pulled, the whole thing's coming down. It's built on lies. The greatest measure moving forward is corruption and lies. Think about it. Is there where is there truth? Is there truth in the colleges? Is there truth in mathematics? Is there truth in medical? Is there truth as lawyers? Is there where is there truth? Where are we following truth? Where is truth preeminent? I hope if I'm laying there getting a surgery, they're following truth. I hope they're not making it up as they go. Hope they're following real strict guidelines. If I'm flying on an airplane, I don't want the existential humanistic, well, I think we'll get there. We'll do our best. He that covers his sin shall not prosper, but who so confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy. Proverbs twenty eight thirteen. So put that belt of truth back on if you've fallen. Get back into the fight. Psalm thirty two two said, David said, blessed. Blessed means oh, how happy. David's coming back around through repentance and confession of sin. Blessed is the man under whom the Lord imputed not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. That word guile means deceit. If you're living a lie, get right with God. You're morally compromised. You're spiritually compromised, And you don't have the power to face the enemy on a daily basis because you're a coward, because you're living a lie. You wanna be bold again? Confess your sin to God. Get right with God. Put that belt of truth back on. Live the truth in your marriage. Live the truth in your home as a husband, a father, a wife, a daughter, a son, whatever. Live it as a Christian. Don't do 10% Jesus, 50% Jesus, even 90% Jesus, and 10% a lie. Don't do it. 100%. Come a 100%. Come all the way. Confess your sin. He's faithful and just to forgive your sin, to cleanse you of all unrighteousness. A poor man is better than a liar. In first John two four, he that sayeth I know him and keeps not his commandments a liar and the truth is not in him. Wearing the belt, but not the belt of truth. You're a poser. So you're studying martial arts. You're gonna go to the UFC. Jiu Jitsu fight in the White House. President Trump's a WWE World Wrestling Federation. You know, he's with the guys. You know? What if Trump rolled out there wearing a black belt? I've got a black belt in Brazilian jujitsu. He could do it. You can you can wear a black belt. You can run around with a gi and a black belt around your waist. Are you really a black belt? We don't know till you get down on the mat. Mike Tyson said everybody has a plan until they're hit in the face. I'd pay to see that if he'd do that, let me tell you. I'd pay per view it, man. Watch watch one of these girls from my gym go over and whoop him. Watch his hair get all out of whack and everything. Think he's gonna allow that? Or King Charles, I'd love to see him try it. They're posers. They're living a lie. They're bombastic. They're loud. They're boastful like the antichrist in Daniel seven. Proud like king Nebbe. Is this not great? Babylon, which I have built? Gonna build a big arch. Look at this arch. I'm doing it for the American people. What a pretender. I got a friend, Ken Gabrielson. He's a he's like a forty years in the Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Over forty years. He's the real deal. He's a master, he's a teacher, and he's he's eight degree black, I think it's they call it a coral belt. There's red that comes off of it. He's the real deal, And he's humble. He doesn't need to be out there boastful trying to exercise sorcery and Norman Vincent Peale positive confession all the time and saying it over and over again, looking in the mirror, I'm a winner. I'm a winner. I'm a winner. Take your little post its and put your post its on your mirror in the morning. I'm a winner. It's embarrassing to be a human being around these people. And yet the rich of this world in Revelation eighteen twenty three, they deceived all the nations through their sorceries. The people buy it. The people love it so. In Jeremiah chapter five. The Christian soldier has been issued a bell. The Christian soldier's been issued a breastplate and having on the breastplate of righteousness. So the breastplate covers the front and the back of the soldier. From the waist to the neck, protecting the heart and the vital organs. The heart is essential. The vital organs are essential. If the devil can get in through lies and deception and change your heart, as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. From the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. And a lot of times, it's interesting, we when we're in public, we put on our best face, and we're in our best behavior. But Christians, as it's been said, are like tea bags. You don't know what flavor they are until they're put in hot water. The worst of who we are comes out in a time of crisis, or the best of who we are. The best can come out because it's the fragrance of Christ. We're already dead. And it exposes. People are able to see and smell and and know that, hey, this is a real Christian. How do I know? Look what he's going through. They're not blaming God. They're not fighting God. They haven't quit. They're still fighting the good fight. They've got a smile on their face. They they're hurting. They're hurting really bad. The pain is so deep, but they are like Job. They remind me of Job. Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him. They have faith. He knows the way that I take and when he's tried me, I'm gonna come forth as gold. The Lord's put a song in their heart. They're being anxious for nothing, but in everything through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. They're letting their request be made known unto God. And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding is guarded in their hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. He that keeps his mind stayed on thee shall walk in perfect peace. The battle's in your mind. The devil's trying to destroy your mind, and he's trying to allow from the mind to go to the heart, to pollute your heart, to poison your heart with bitterness, with rage and fury and unforgiveness. Guard your heart. Don't allow the lies of the wicked one when he says, God doesn't love you. If God loved you, then why do you allow this to happen to you? Proverbs four twenty three says, keep thy heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life. So guard your heart. The breastplate of righteousness speaks of our positional and practical righteousness that of being right with God and right with men. I know that I'm right with God positionally because I've been justified just as if I've never sinned. Because of the finished work of Jesus Christ. It's not my righteousness, it's his righteousness I'm confident in. I'm not gonna allow the devil to condemn me when I sin, when I fall. I know that I'm a sinner. I know I keep falling, but I'm gonna get back up and put that belt back on, put that breastplate back on. I'm gonna get going again with the Lord because I'm miserable. I'm absolutely miserable in a backslidden condition. I gotta get right, Lord. I gotta get right with you, and I thank you for the finished work of you upon the cross. I don't need to go get saved again. I just need to to enjoy and appropriate and and walk in that newness of life, not go back into bondage. In the practical outworking, I need to treat people around me right, to be right with God and with men. And so Satan seeks to pierce this armor, penetrating our hearts with condemnation. And I know that there's now therefore no condemnation of those that are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit. And I know that in Revelation 12 verse 10, the bible says the devil has access and he can be the accuser of the brethren. He can be the prosecuting attorney that that condemns me before God, but I have a great high priest and advocate with the father that says, father, dad, Rick's one of mine. He's one that I died for. And he shows dad his hands, the scars, the pierced hands. And that's all dad needs to hear. That's all the father needs to hear. He's been purchased. Rick's been purchased. Not only created, but purchased. Purchased by blood. He's blood bought. And the devil's silenced. But if the devil can lie to you, if he can sneak into your heart and convince you that you're worthless and God's done with you and you're discarded, you're disqualified, and you might as well you might as well drink antifreeze. A friend of mine at the gym had a had a buddy of his that hung himself two weeks ago. Devastating. And when they got into his computer, the last page in the computer was how to fashion a hangman's noose. And he wrestled with depression. He wrestled with a lot of different things. Young guy, 23, but just so incredibly heartbreaking that the devil ripped him off, that he believed so many lies, that he couldn't hear the voice of God, that he couldn't hear God's love. My heart goes out to people who are that estranged from God. So susceptible to lies. So susceptible to the deception of the wicked one. If you're ever doubting God's love, just remember the cross. The cross of Calvary demonstrate God's love for you. For God so loved you that he gave his only begotten son. For you. For me. Lord, why would you choose me? Why would you die for me? That's the better why God question. Why me? Why'd you choose me, me and not some of my friends? And and your foreknowledge of me, in writing my name in the lamb's book of life before the foundation of the earth, in your foreknowledge of me, before you even formed me in my mother's womb, you knew me and you ordained that I'd be a Christian, and that I'd marry Kathy, and that I have Brittany and Jessica, and that I have grandkids, and that I get to be in Bremerton for thirty one years, Preaching the everlasting gospel, Lord, why me? Why would you give me that privilege? That privilege of life. That privilege of function and purpose in my life. To bring forth the unsearchable riches of Christ. Why me? Because God is merciful. His mercies are new. Every morning, Job, the miserable comforters that would come to Job and point fingers at him and all. The guys that would bring a woman caught in the very act of adultery in John eight. The law says that she should be stoned. The men didn't come. Just the woman. And Jesus said, he that is without sin cast the first stone from the eldest to the youngest. They walked out of there. And Jesus looked at the woman, he said, where are thine accusers? And she said, nowhere, Lord. And he said, neither do I condemn thee. Go and sin no more. You're free. You're not that person anymore. You got a new beginning, a new start. If any man be in Christ, he's a new creation. The old things are passed away. All things have become new. You're better than that. You're better than adultery. You're much much better than that. God has a much better purpose for your heart and life. God can use you. He's the potter, you're the clay, and he's fashioning you as a vessel of honor. And you say, well, Oprah told me just follow my heart. Well, Jeremiah seventeen nine says, the heart's deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. And who can even know it? I can't follow my heart. I gotta follow Jesus. I need Jesus to give me a new heart. I need Jesus to transform me by the renewing of my mind because there's so many lies and so many things that the world has taught me that I thought were true. God, I need you to transform me and make me new. Make me like you, Lord. I need help. Jesus said, out of the heart, in Matthew fifteen nineteen, out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. In Luke six forty five, he says, a good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth that which is good. And an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth that which is evil. For the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. David cried in Psalm 51 verse 10 as he's just hating life. He's hating life because he's been living a lie. He was once the giant killer with a little slingshot. He had his belt on and all, his everything. He had it all. The confidence, the boldness of a child of God, knowing the battle belonged to the Lord. And now he has prosperity. Now he has victory over King Saul. He's got the kingdom. He's got the palace. In a time when kings go out to battle, he's idle. He's having a midlife crisis. And he's looking for a red sports car and a new play thing, and she's over across the way there bathing. Don't think the devil doesn't bait you and put them temptations right in front of you there. He should've walked away. Right? He had a harem of women. He had lots of beautiful women in the palace, but he had to have the one woman that wasn't his. He took the bait. He shouldn't have. And then later, as he came around, and the Holy Spirit didn't censor or edit this out of the text, the Holy Spirit leaves Psalm 32, Psalm 38, Psalm 51 in there, so that you and I can see the way of freedom, the way back to God. The way back that we can reengage. A time when kings go out to battle. David's AWOL. David's retired. David's not engaging. If you're not growing, you're backsliding. You're missing church. You're missing bible study. You're missing time in God's word. You're backsliding. You can't live off of yesterday's manna. It corrupts. You gotta go out and gather Christ each and every day and and and feast upon the freshness of Christ each and every day. If the Lord gave me a million dollars of spiritual dollars, I wouldn't go back to him till I lost the million spiritual dollars. But he keeps me like a teenager going to grandpa, papa, can I have five bucks? Can I I know they're gonna keep coming back? And candy? I keep candy in my pocket. I know if they get angry at me, and their mommy and daddy said, no candy, papa pulls up. I keep them coming. I don't give them 20 pieces, I want one at a time. Because I know they'll keep coming back. And that's what the Lord wants with you and I. A dependency upon him. A reliance upon him through prayer, and study, and spending time with him. And David said, create in me a clean heart, oh God, and renew a right spirit within me. Yes, Lord. Create in me a new heart, a clean heart. Wash my heart out. Wash the fill. Wash this stuff away from my mind and heart. Give me a fresh new start. Because I've gotta engage. There's a lot of battles up ahead. I've got Absalom. He doesn't know it. I I got Absalom. The swords are not gonna depart from my household. In my own household, Amnon, my son is gonna rape Tamar and Absalom's gonna be so angry about it. He's gonna kill Amnon and and and Ahithophel's gonna make a coup with with Absalom and he's gonna stand at the gate for five years and gain the hearts of the people. And I've got a big coup. I got a big problem up ahead. I gotta get right, Lord. There's some big battles up ahead. And I'm gonna make the biggest blunder of my own life is I'm gonna have Joab number the people. And then 70,000 of them are gonna die with the angel of the Lord over Jerusalem just in one swell food, one swell in a moment. I got a whole other battles awaiting me. And many of us were, we fought and we won and we're doing well and we're the baby boomers and they're building all these nursing homes all around us. Why do you think they're building all these nursing homes around you? Because the baby boomers are going in these nursing homes. We got bigger battles up ahead, and we're gonna lose our health. They're gonna stack and pack you. They're gonna put you in apartments. They're gonna get rid of your car. You're gonna have to take public transit. You're gonna be spoon fed. They're gonna put you on all the meds and the whole thing to manage you. And all that you earned, everything you have, all that stuff that you thought you want, they're gonna take it all away. Are you ready? Are you ready to fight? You're lose your mind? You're gonna lose your lose your heart? When the son of man comes, will he find faith on the earth? Is your faith gonna fail you? The next verse, we're gonna talk about next week, the shield of faith. Gotta keep that shield of faith going. Right? Because these things that happen to me can take me out. In Ezekiel thirty six twenty six, a new heart will I give you and a new spirit will I put within you nation of Israel. Jesus told Nicodemus, you must be born again. In Romans thirteen twelve, cast off the works of darkness, put on the armor of light, put on the Lord Jesus Christ. He's our righteousness. You've got the belt, You've got the breastplate. In Christian soldier, you need the boots. You need the boots. Verse 15. And your feet shot with the preparation of the gospel of peace. Boots on the ground. Go into all the world and preach the gospel. Go into all the world to make disciples of every nation. And, lo, I'm with you always, even the end of the age. We're at the end of the age. We're getting the end of the age. The Lord's still here, and we're still commissioned, the great commission, to go and make disciples, To preach the gospel to every creature. And we've been given the everlasting gospel. Those unsearchable riches of Christ in the tribulation period. A 144,000 are gonna preach. The two witnesses are gonna preach. And an angel overhead preaching the everlasting gospel. The greatest number of people in the history of all the Bible, innumerable multitude of people in Revelation six and seven, their life comes down to refusing the mark of the beast. And they refuse the mark of the beast. They will not worship the antichrist nor the devil. And they're gonna lose their heads according to Revelation 20 verse four. They're willing to to lose their life, to be asked in the body to be present with the Lord. And they've been getting the gospel out. You go. You move your feet. You don't just sit back. This word preparation means readiness. Today is the day of salvation. Tomorrow, it's too late for those who are perishing. D. L. Moody did a evangelistic campaign in the city of Chicago many years ago, one of America's great evangelists. And he was holding off, giving an invitation for people to receive Christ. And he told himself, I'll do it on the last night. On the last night, I'll build a build a climax, build a crescendo, and on the last night, I'll give an invitation for people to receive Christ. The great Chicago fire broke out. And he always deeply deeply regretted not seizing the moment, that today is the day of salvation. For many of those that heard the gospel, they perished in the Chicago fire. You seize the moment. Today is the day. Sleeping soldiers are easy targets for the devil who doesn't sleep. Samson was sleeping when Delilah had his hair shaved. Noah was sleeping and drunk after a great victory, you know, of the flood and all. He's sleeping and drunk, laying on the ground. Uticus, some of you can relate to this. Paul long preaching. That makes me feel good. Paul preaching long. And Eutychus is in the mezzanine. He's up there where all the hot air is, and it makes you really sleepy. And Eutychus fell, boom. And, know, had he not fallen asleep, he wouldn't have died. Paul went over there and raised him from the dead. Praise the Lord. I I don't have that power, you better stay awake. Now, if I ever pass out, the standard rule is, at the gym, all that, they got a defibrillator, they got all that stuff. Standard rule is none of you ugly men are ever allowed to put your lips on my lips. You leave me dead. If you're not a hot woman, preferably by my wife, you leave me alone. But Uticus, Paul went over there and raised him raised him from the dead. Can you imagine waking up to some ugly bearded man, you know? That would be worse. That would be worse than that. I can. I'm still a child, I know. In John four thirty five, say not ye there are yet four months and then cometh harvest. Behold, I say unto you, I lift up your eyes and look on the fields for they're white already to harvest. The harvest truly is plenteous but the labors are few. So pray to the Lord of the harvest that he sent forth labors into his harvest. There's many people that need to come to Christ today. There's still many people. There's much work to still do. In in Romans thirteen eleven, knowing the time that now it is high time to wake out of sleep. We know what time it is. It's the last days. And God's not willing that any would perish, but that all would come to repentance. It's his heart to delay the coming because there's people that still need to be saved. One man sows another waters and God brings the increase. And God has made you his soldiers, his foot soldiers. You are boots on the ground. You are the ones storming the beaches of Normandy. You are the ones storming the gates of hell. You're the ones in the shipyard where it's hard. You're the ones in Japan and San Diego and wherever the Lord sends you with the Navy sending you out, and you go with the glorious gospel. You're his missionaries, and you never ever ever ever stop. And it's a blessing, it's a privilege to co labor with you in this field here in Bremerton, knowing that God equips you and sends you out all over the world. And then you're online. You're on social media. You're sending the glorious teaching, and and you're interacting, and you're, indulging people with the gospel. You're trying to help people discover Christ, and you have a heart. You have a heart for evangelism. You have a heart to reach the lost. I mean, some of you are just so amazing. The heart you have to reach the lost is just so infectious. It's exciting. It's exciting to see your your labor and your love for those, you know, who are perishing, and your labor and your love for the saints, to encourage the saints and to help them keep going. And so like the boys, on June sixth and seventh in 1944, you're storming the deep the beaches of Normandy, and there's no retreat. In Matthew sixteen eighteen, Jesus said, upon this rock, I'll build my church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. That's a picture of you storming the gates of hell. You're saying, devil, you're not getting these guys. Devil, we're gonna expose you. Devil, we're gonna show them you're lying. We're gonna teach them the truth, and we're not gonna candy coat it. We're not gonna so candy coat it to make unbelievers comfortable in church by telling them there's no such thing as sin and no such thing as hell. No. We're gonna we're gonna scare them into heaven. We're gonna scare the hell out of them. If we have to, no watering it down, no false sense of security for people that are unbelievers, thinking they're gonna get there by being good or signing up, becoming a member and all. No. We're going with the everlasting gospel. Boots. Boots on the ground. How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publishes peace, that brings good tidings of good, that publishes salvation. He that winneth souls is wise, Proverbs 11 verse 30. In Daniel twelve three, they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament, and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever. You're gonna shine. You're gonna have a countenance that shines in the presence of God because you are a soul winner. He that wins souls is wise. What could what could could be more important? What could be more important than being in the Lord's army? Saying, here am I, Lord. Use me. Lord, I don't have much to offer. If you can use me, here am I, Lord. Use me. God's looking for availability, not ability. He can he can be your sufficiency. He can make you able to do what he's called you to do. He'll gift you. He'll empower you. He'll protect you. And he'll make you effective for his kingdom and his glory. Because he's ordained it. He's ordained that you as a human being are the very vessel that he's gonna use to bring the glorious gospel to a world that's perishing and to let them know that his son is coming. His kingdom's coming. You are those who study prophecy. You're gonna bring the full counsel of God. You're gonna bring God's word to people that are perishing. They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. It hurts. It hurts to watch people so deluded, so blind, so unwilling to yield their heart and life to God. He that goeth forth weeping and bearing precious seed shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. I can't tell you how many times my family has wept because people that we thought loved us, that were for us, that were with us, collectively, corporately, we had the same vision to reach this community. Now they demonize us. Now we're the enemy. What happened? We we're breaking sweat, sweet fellowship. We were breaking bread. We're we're we're serving. We got our heads down. We're digging. We're we're working so hard laboring. What happened? What what why why would you demonize and leave and all, and and it breaks your heart. But it's a picture of Jesus being rejected too by his nation, where one minute it's hosanna, hosanna, hosanna, save now. And four days later, it's crucify him, crucify him, let his blood be upon us and upon our children. Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem. Soldiers weep. Soldiers go into battle not because they hate, but because they love. Greater love has no man than this than a man lay down his life for his friends. You go to these foreign places to protect your mom, your grandma, your family from the the the advent or the possibility that if you don't go, that you might all be speaking German. You know for there to be peace, there has to be a powerful offensive force. We go on the offense with the gospel. The best defense is a great offense. Those prevent defenses when we watch football, I don't watch anymore, but they used to at the end of the game, the fourth quarter, the team that's leading would go into a prevent defense, so they'd loosen it up with their DBs and make this huge gap in the middle there, and, you know, any quarterback can just throw it over and boom, boom, boom, right down. It doesn't prevent anything. You know? And so you gotta go on the offensive. You gotta ram it down their throats. You gotta keep going, and the defense should've stayed hard. They should've made the quarterback, you know, be on his heels and not have time. But they thought their offense was so great. Hey, we're ahead and and that we can ease up. No. You gotta keep you gotta keep pouring it on. There's no lead big enough, you know. Don't don't put it on cruise control. Don't stop. Not till they return to Jesus. Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem. If you'd have known in this thy day the things which belong in your peace, now they are hid from your eyes, it was too late for them. They would soon perish. He could see the city of Jerusalem surrounded by General Titus and the whole city with a siege upon it, millions of people would die. 2,000,000 people estimated. And Josephus, the historian said that these boots that these soldiers would wear were like sandals, sort of, but they had nails protruding out so that they could keep their footing. And, very essential to have good boots, unless you get, your feet get get injured or your feet get turf toe or swamp toe or or frozen, you know. And I was out yesterday cutting some rounds. Kathy's got these steps that she's using over in the garden area, and so I've I'm a city boy. I have not much with a chainsaw. It's been ten years since I used one. And and so I resurrected it, got it going, and I went out there, and what am I wearing? I'm wearing my flip flops. And I got my surf trunks on. And I'm thinking this ground is really uneven, and I wonder what's gonna happen, and I'm I'm taking that chainsaw and cutting rounds, and and I'm wondering like, where's my grandson? He could help me, you know. They're gone. And so anyway, I'm cutting cutting rounds and I'm thinking, you know, I'm gonna be in the ER like Mark Dinsmore if I'm not careful. I'm gonna cut a leg off or just gash or, you know, whatever. And and then it's smoking. It's just smoking. Alright. I'm I'm burning the tree apart. I'm burning it apart. I kept pressing this button that I thought would give it oil and there's no oil and and I just and it took me forever. Two hours to even get the chain on the thing, you know. And I didn't give up and got the bar on and the whole thing. I'm just a city guy, just don't do this, you know. And I'm cranking away and I got six of them done in my flip flops and and I laid them out there in the garden area and a little while later a little while later, Kathy comes through the door. I'm in the sugar shack and and I'm I'm studying and stuff. And she comes through bursting in laughter. Just bursting in laughter. And apparently, my rounds were one inch thick, three inches thick, four inches thick. Just just really, really unstable. I said, hey. Don't worry. I can dig I can dig the dirt, I can shove them suckers down there. Was laughing so hard. She goes, why are you laughing? I said, well, it was it was pretty crazy me doing that. It was crazy. But but I've been I've been through two weeks of ice, and you gotta walk down an embankment where we live, and and my flip flops, and they don't hold on ice, and I fell many times on on my shoulder, my back, and everything. I know how to fall, and so Wayne's dad, Gary, sent over some spikes like these Roman soldiers. So Alexander the Great, with his Greek soldiers, they could walk and they could march, and they had firm footing, and so too Julius Caesar for the Roman soldiers and all. They were prepared. They were ready, and they they had good boots. I hope you've got boots that are suitable for the work that God has for you. The people forgot their visitation. They forgot that Jesus had prophesied. He'd allowed in Daniel nine twenty five that that, four hundred and eighty three years after the, the command to go and restore and rebuild Jerusalem to the coming messiah, the prince, that it'd be, four hundred and eighty three years, thereafter. And, sixty nine sevens of days, or a hundred and seventy three, eight hundred and eighty days later, on March fourteen four forty five BC, in Nehemiah two, Artaxerxes gave the command to go and restore and rebuild Jerusalem on April six thirty two AD. According to sir Robert Anderson, Jesus walked right into the city as the Messiah. People crying out, Hosanna, Hosanna. And yet, they rejected him. He came unto his own, the world was made by him, and the world knew him knew him not. So why did Jesus weep? Why do soldiers go to war? Why do soldiers weep? It's because of love. They know the people are perishing. It's not hate. In John three sixteen and seventeen, God says that he gave his son, that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world, but the world through him might be saved. And so Satan declares war, but God has enlisted you and I to go door to door, boots on the ground, knocking on every single person's heart with terms of peace. These are the terms of peace that we present in the Lord's army. He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his sin. These are the terms. Complete surrender. If you will surrender your heart and life to Jesus, you'll be saved. He's offering terms of peace. There's no neutral ground. There's no terms of negotiating. These are his terms. We're here to bring his terms. And if you don't like me, if you hate me, if you leave here, it doesn't matter. These are the terms of peace. No compromise. Do you believe? Are you a soldier in the Lord's Army? Are you active duty? Are you retired? Are you AWOL? Absent, without leave. This is the June 2026. The June 1995 at Ili State Park, we ventured out in the faith to plant this church. Thirty one years later, here we stand, and we're still we're still boots on the ground, trying to win people to Christ, to teach God's word. And it's a privilege and a blessing to be yoked up with you in these last days, knowing that we have a mission, knowing that we have a purpose, that we know that we know that we know what we're doing. We're to present the gospel. We're also to make disciples, to take them from Genesis to Revelation, and build them up in the faith that they receive the full counsel of God, that healthy sheep reproduce. That they'll be able as they go through boot camp, as they eat right, as they exercise, as they exercise their faith, they're gonna be even stronger soldiers that the devil can't neutralize or defeat. Jesus said, don't fear him that can kill your body. But fear him who can not only kill your body, but cast your soul into hell. We know to be asked when the bodies be present with the Lord. We don't fear death. I fear failing my Lord. That's what I fear the most, is that I would fail him. That somehow, someway, I would fail the captain of our faith. And I know as long as we trust him, as long as we yield unto him, and receive first from him that we might give, that he's gonna cause our lives to bring forth fruit for his kingdom and for his glory. Greater is he that's in us than he that's in the world. Since God's for us, who can be against us? I'm gonna keep that belt on. I'm gonna keep that breastplate on. I'm gonna keep those boots on, and I'm gonna go where the Lord tells me to go. I'm gonna stop and stay when he tells me to stay. He says to the left, I'll go to the left. He says to the right, I'll go to the right. I've gotta engage with him each and every day to get the intel to be able to be effective in this world, and never ever ever yield with compromise or deception. Earnestly contend for the faith. Prove all things, hold fast that which is good. The battle's won in our mind. As a man thinking in his heart, so is he. Be not deceived. Let's pray. Father, thank you. Thank you for your love, Lord. Thank you for your steadfastness. Thank you, Lord, that you never give up on us. And Lord, we pray that we as a little body of believers, that we can make a difference. That you'd use our lives for your kingdom and glory to bring forth fruit. We pray for an open door that no man can shut, Lord. We know we have little strength like the church of Philadelphia, but Lord, we know that you're our strength. That you, Lord, can do great things with with little, with very little. Moses, all he had was a stick in his hand, Lord, and look what you did with that stick. Dorcas had a sewing needle. Look what you did with Dorcas with her sewing needle, Lord. The poor received garments to help shield them in the cold. God, pray for your empowering. We pray for vision. We pray, Lord, that you would give us an open door. We pray for Jillian today, Lord. We pray that Jimmy and and Tammy would have an opportunity to see her heart open to receive Christ this week. We pray for those that we've been sowing and watering, God, that you'd bring the increase. We pray that you'd bring the prodigals home. Lord, we pray that you would march out in battle, and that we would be following you in lockstep, Lord. And you'd show us, Lord. You'd demonstrate. You'd help us of how we can best serve you. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
