Revelation 13

He situates the chapter at the tribulation midpoint and outlines the unholy trinity of the dragon, the Antichrist, and the false prophet while linking the beast imagery to Daniel 7 and a reborn Roman world empire with ten kings. He walks through the Antichrist's deadly wound and counterfeit resurrection, the false prophet's signs and wonders, the image and mark of the beast as instruments of enforced worship and economic control, and warns of massive deception. Beaudry emphasizes the Holy Spirit and the church as the present restraint, urges us to study the whole Bible especially the Old Testament to rightly interpret Revelation, and challenges us to ensure our names are written in the Lamb's book of life.
