Revelation 6
Pastor Rick Beaudry walks us through Revelation 6, explaining how this chapter launches the seven year tribulation period and sets three purposes for it: to end wickedness, bring revival, and humble Israel. He distinguishes the counterfeit unholy trinity—the Antichrist, the false prophet and Satan—and contrasts the Antichrist’s white horse with Christ’s return on a royal white horse in chapter 19. Beaudry outlines the opening seals and the four horsemen that bring war, famine, pestilence and death, describes the martyrs under the altar and the cosmic signs of God’s judgment. He closes with a pastoral call to stand firm in faith, reminding us that those justified by Christ are not appointed to wrath and urging trust in the gospel amid coming trials.
