Live from Bremerton. It's Monday night. We have a bible study, study in Daniel chapter 12 tonight from verse four to verse 13, Lord willing. And then next week, we're, Lord willing, gonna start Revelation chapter one. So, you can read ahead of time and Daniel was was finishing up the book here. Couple angels talking to him and giving some real clear dates, you know, date setting and it's going to seal the book up because it's for the latter days. It's for the end of the days and that's the time that we're living in and we have the advantage of the New Testament especially with the Book of Revelation to tie in with what Daniel's being being taught here and so so let's pray. Father, thank you that we can meet tonight and have a meal and pray and worship you lord and study your word and fellowship. We just pray for all those that are at home who are sick, that you'd heal their bodies, help them to feel better, help them to stay nice and warm, get them some real good chicken noodle soup, Lord, and oregano or whatever whatever whatever, Lord, whatever. Just heal them. And, Lord, we just pray that you bless tonight, that you inhabit the praise of your people, you pour out your holy spirit upon us, Lord, that we just manifest your love. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. Amazing love. How can it be that you, my is glad that you call me your own. There's no place I'd rather be. My heart is glad that you I sing this simple song of love to my savior, to my Jesus. I'm grateful for the things Alright. Thank you, Rob. Alright, Daniel chapter 12. Daniel 12. Father, thank you for the sweet time of worship and now as we study your word, lord, again, we ask that you would be our teacher, that you'd open the scriptures unto us, lord, that by the power of your holy spirit, you would give us ears to hear and hearts that are pliable in your hand to apply these truths to be students of prophecy, to study, to show ourselves approved unto God, workmen that need not be ashamed, and lord, cause all this to burn within us as as your word burned in the heart of Jeremiah, lord, to not refrain but to proclaim the good news, to point people to you in your soon return, lord. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen. Amen. Alright. Anybody know the day of the rapture? Anybody? It's soon. It's soon. It's weird. Okay. Just checking. Alright. So at that time, shall Michael stand up? We're gonna do a little review here. Okay? And we won't spend the whole night on these first three verses. Alright. Okay. So at that time, shall Michael, Michael the archangel stand up, the great prince who standeth for the children of thy people, and there shall be a a time of trouble, so the tribulation period. Time of trouble that Jesus said the world has never seen nor ever see again. We're promised tribulation, pressure, trouble in our lives. God's testing in our lives. But this is a definite article. The time of trouble. The great tribulation period. Which is a specific period of time. What's the time of the tribulation period? What what's the duration? How long? Seven. Seven years. Seven years? And some would say the second half is the great tribulation. From the midpoint, twelve sixty days in, when the two witnesses die and they lie in the street three and a half days, they're given power by god to operate as his witnesses for twelve hundred and sixty days from the signing of the Daniel nine twenty seven confirmation covenant with the confirming of the covenant and the treaty that the Antichrist is going to make with the nation of Israel. And then the nation of Israel, according to Daniel chapter 12 verse six, is gonna come under attack as we see in Revelation 12, Daniel twelve six, Revelation twelve six. I'm gonna come under attack by the Antichrist and he's gonna try and destroy them and they're gonna have twelve hundred and sixty days from the midpoint, twelve sixty, and then twelve sixty more is the end, which is forty two months, which is a time and time and a half times, which is three and a half years, and and they're going to flee to the area of Southern Jordan today or of Moab or of Petra and god's going to sustain them there for three and a half years and at the end of that three and a half years, the antichrist is still gonna try and get at him and stop Jesus from returning with all of his armies. And there's going to be what's called the battle of Armageddon, a 200 mile region at this battlefield. The blood is gonna be as high as horses bridle, four and a half feet high, and Jesus is going to destroy the Antichrist according to second Thessalonians chapter two with the brightness of his coming and the sword of his mouth. So the Antichrist and the false prophet are gonna drop dead, and they don't get a burial. They're taken to the Lake Of Fire, both of them. The devil's grabbed hold of by Michael, and and he is don't know why this guy's calling me. Dude, don't call me. Alright. Alright. So the devil's grabbed and put into the abyss for a thousand years. At the end of that thousand years, he's loose during the millennium, and he's going to be used to show the free will of men who've had a perfect environment, a perfect hood, a perfect all the EBD cards they can spend and all the food and all the fruit off the trees and a and a fig tree in a house and and just everything you could think of, and still they want to rebel against god. The the filthy fallen nature of man that all of us have but we've been rescued from ourselves because of the blood of Jesus Christ and the salvation that's a free gift by grace through faith alone in Jesus and so praise the lord and how many saw the Dodgers win the World Series in that? No, just this is. Alright. Where'd that come from? Alright. Oh no. Okay. So a time of trouble which never there was a nation to even that same time. And at that time, thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book of life. And so you and I, our names are written in the lamb's book of life. The lamb slain before the foundation of the earth. And then we come to the resurrection chapter two. And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake. Some to everlasting life. We saw in John chapter five, some to everlasting life and the wicked to everlasting damnation. Jesus has the power. He's the resurrection and the life and some to shame and everlasting contempt and and they that be wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament. I think the wisest people in the tribulation period are the 144,000 because they spend their time sharing the glorious good news of Jesus Christ and there's an angel flying overhead sharing the everlasting gospel and innumerable multitude of people are getting saved during the tribulation period and and maybe you're sowing seeds right now and watering seeds and people haven't come to receiving Christ in their hearts and lives but Bernie's got a book for you. If you'd like to put some of those in your house for people that are left behind so that they can come to a saving knowledge in Jesus Christ. God's saying that Bernie's wise because he's using his time to let people know about Jesus. Are you letting people know about Jesus? And they that be wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament and they that turn many to righteousness. I've got so many marks on my on my belt. How many I've turned around? I I've lost count. I got so many belts. As the stars forever and ever. So, you're going to shine bright. You're gonna shine bright in a in a, you know, before the before the lord and before the the all the old testament saints and everybody, they're gonna say, hey. Who's that glowing over there? Oh, that's Rick. He led so many people to Christ. He just he's like a light bulb now. He's like an LED light. You guys are all gonna shine light. You're a city set on a hill. You're the light of the world and you're wise and you make good use of your time. You take the time out for a bible study. Mhmm. You take the time out to pray for people and to give tracks out and to share the gospel. We can't convert anybody. Do you know that? Yeah. But we're called to go and spread the seed, you know, to proclaim the good news. And we have to leave the the results up to the Lord. Right? One man sows another waters, and God brings the increase. And I can't think of anything wiser, anything better of of the use of our time, talent, and treasure than that of trying to reach the lost with the gospel. It's life changing And the 140,000, they are sealed and the devil's so mad, the Antichrist because they can't touch him and can't touch me. They're singing it with MC Hammer. Can't touch me. And it's happening. And so they're going all over sharing the gospel. 12,000 each tribe. Now, verse four, but thou, oh Daniel, shut up the words. So, during the tribulation period, knowledge is going to increase. We we're going to see here and many people like to say the knowledge is that of technology. People run into and fro But those in the tribulation period, those 144,000 and people that are there in the tribulation period, they're going to have an exponential growth in information about the Bible. They're going to understand they're gonna be able to read the book of Daniel and understand it. They're gonna read the book of Revelation and understand it. In real time, it's happening. And they're the presently, blindness in part has happened to Israel. They don't understand. They can't see it. It's kinda sealed from them. But when the eyes of the Jews start to open those 144,000 and the one third remnant is hearing about it for three and a half years of Petra and all, and then, the innumerable multitude of people beneath the throne of God who, according to Revelation 20 verse four, they give up their heads. They give up their heads as a testimony of faith in Jesus Christ. They refused the mark of the beast. How long are the lines do you think are gonna be when people when it's mandatory, as Karen said, the government makes it mandatory that you will have a mark on your right hand or your forehead or you can't buy or sell without it? How long a line do you think it's going to be? Just huge long lines. People signing up, right? But there's going to be innumerable multitude of people in Revelation six and seven beneath the throne of god who've given up their lives and according to Revelation chapter 12, how do they overcome the antichrist? Testimony. Testimony. Say it again. The word of their testimony. The blood of the lamb. Right? And one more thing. And then they give not their life unto death. They love not their lives unto death. So we're in love with ourselves. And they love not their lives unto death because for me to live is Christ and to die is gain. Right? And so they don't try to hold on to their life by taking the mark. Right? I gotta do it. I don't wanna lose my job. I better take the jab. That's a test. That's just your job. What about when they make it your life? You you do this or, you know, the Obama administration, they've got, I read again today, 30,000 guillotines stashed away. You know? Why were they stashing away guillotines? Do they think he was gonna be the antichrist and ushered in, you know? The guillotine supposedly stashed all over our country, you know? What what are they gonna use those for? Mister Muslim Muslim Muslim o Biden, what are you gonna use those for, you know? Yeah. And and so and praise the lord that president Trump is gonna get some troops there in Nigeria and a whole lot of Muslims cutting people's heads off there and innocent people. The part that always bothers me when I see these brave Muslims, these terrorists, whatever you want to call them, they're the ones that are armed, and they're killing unarmed people. That's just so bizarre, isn't it? They're acting so bold and putting their foot on their chest and cutting heads off and all that, you know? Ask what they do. It's just bizarre to me. It's just like, why doesn't somebody arm these Christians? Why why can't can't they defend themselves? You know? Jesus said, if you don't have a sword, go buy one. You know? We live in an evil world. Most of Europe. What's that? Most of Europe. Yeah. They disarmed them. They disarmed everybody. Right? The Muslims are. Swords and knives and and just everything. So and and very aggressive and so we're living in a very evil time. Mhmm. Very very evil time. And We're to be wise as serpents and gentle as doves. There's nothing immoral about defending yourself and defending your family and your children. I've again, I'm thankful that at least there's talk about raising up a standard against that wickedness. I remember in Syria just recently, the people were crying out to the West to send somebody to save them from ISIS, you know, just killing all these Christians in Damascus, all over Damascus. So when you destabilize a region, then the minority people are no longer protected from the crazies. So We as Christians, we don't force people to believe in Jesus. Right? We don't cut their heads off if they say no. That's not who our god is. But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book even to the time of the end. And so, Daniel, the people aren't ready for this. Daniel, you're not ready for this. But, Daniel, you're privileged to be a part of me being a god that's eternal. I'm going to let you know ahead of time prophetically what is concerning your people, the nation of Israel and so it's the time of the end which is the time you and I are living in. The time when Jesus first came, he rebuked his generation because they didn't know the time of their visitation and he said they could discern the weather but they couldn't discern the 300 prophecies that spoke of his first coming that were fulfilled. They had plenty of chances, didn't they? And we live in a time where only 2% of the churches teach prophecy, 2%. You're in one of the churches in the 2% that love and teach prophecy. 27% of the Bible is prophecy. And and when you're witnessing to people and you share the gospel and you share and testify in a courtroom of law, the evidence of his death, his burial, his resurrection. And Peter and John, James, and the others, they were eyewitnesses of him, eyewitness testimony that you can use, and and they handled him. They touched him. So he wasn't a ghost or anything. Right? And even after the resurrection, Thomas put his finger there where the centurion spirit pierced the pericardium in his hands and his feet. He said, look. And so they handled him, but then Peter goes on to say, that's great evidence, a proof text for to base our faith upon that we're not just blindly following anything, but we have the more sure word, even greater witness of prophecy, the more sure word of prophecy. So when a pastor stands before god and god says, why didn't you tell them about my coming? What's that pastor gonna say? Why didn't you educate them and let them know at the end when the book is not sealed any longer? Because the book of Revelation is not sealed. There's a blessing to even those who just read it. If you can't teach it, pastors, just read it. Read it out loud to your people and just go slow. Just read it. There's a blessing in them just hearing it. And then go back and study it in your spare time when you're not clowning around. You know? They need a real stiff rebuke is what they need. And and, you know, the people allow them to get away with it because there's a famine in the land for the word of god. It comes down to the people don't want it because the people say, it's doom and gloom. Can you imagine the second coming of Jesus being doom and gloom in the heart of a believer? Jesus, delay your coming. Delay your coming. I'm having a really good time right now with with trying to buy food without my EBT card. You know? Why don't you delay your coming? You know? No. That's that isn't how it works. When when finally our comfort zone is invaded, we're crying out for god to come. But in time of pleasure, in a time of prosperity, in a time when things are going well and we're wanting to make America great, nobody wants to learn about the soon return of Jesus Christ because, you know, hey, that that might be doom and gloom. And well, I think you've got your priorities wrong. I think I think you misunderstand what's really good. You know? You're not having your best life now. It's it's unless you're going to hell later than you are. Alright. So, seal up the book even to the time of the end and many shall run to and fro and knowledge shall be increased and so, the running to and fro, it's now open to us. We're able to glean in in Daniel chapter 12 and we have the book at the end here. We've got the book of Revelation to tie in with the book of Daniel and as we're going to see like in Revelation chapter 11 verse two, the the the two witnesses, their service under the lord during the tribulation prayer was 12:60 days And as we move on through this chapter, we're gonna see that term twelve hundred and sixty days, and we're gonna see twelve ninety days, and we're gonna see twelve hundred and thirty five days. And so very exact in telling what's going to happen to the very day, right? Ain't that exciting? And why wouldn't you want to follow this road map? And then we've got the book of Zechariah. We got the book of Joel. We got all the, you know, the the major and the minor prophets. It all ties together. It all ties together tight like a glove. You know? And and it's so exciting to connect the dots and to teach the Bible, to study the Bible literally, to not gloss over it, and do it allegorically unless it says it's an allegory or a type and so then I, Daniel, looked and now, this knowledge shall increase though some would say that it's the technology that's increasing and because the technology is increasing, that's the beast system can be developed and all the and that the devil is not omniscient. The devil is not omnipresent. He's not omnipotent, and so the technology allows him to see. The technology allows him to track and trace, and, and his lying signs and wonders allow him to appear to be, you know, all powerful, the unholy trinity where the devil is god the father, the antichrist, god the son, and the false prophet god the holy spirit and so knowledge to increase. In fact, I heard I heard I read an article a couple days ago that the technology presently with the AI, with how fast it's advancing, that there's a company right now that's getting ready to release a chip, and I think it's NVIDIA. Might not be, but it might be. Anyway, theirs makes the present stuff obsolete because it's so much faster. So it just keeps exponentially building and building and going, and and that's the dream of the demons. That's the dream of the antichrist. And so those are there's there are those who are working and trying to develop this, and demons are teaching them and helping them to develop this beast system and for it to be in place for the seven year tribulation period. And it's because our god is omniscient. He knows everything. And our god knows everything about you. He knows your every thought. The antichrist is not gonna be able to know your thoughts. They try to say they might, you know, with chips and things like that and behavior in a generalization, in a general way. They may guess like the psychics do. But the psychics never, when you walk into the room, the 1900 psychic or call them or walk in, they they never say, hey, Rick. How you doing? You know? They they don't know my name. They they begin to what's your name, sir? And then they type in your name, and then the person in the back room is googling you and finding out who your parents are and who your family is and everything about you. Then they come out, oh, you know, that's how they do it. But then also demons maybe given some generalizations too. Alright, so we don't discount. They have some power. But but it's a line signs and wonders. So then I, Daniel, looked and behold, there stood two others. The one on this side of the bank of the the rivers. This is the river Tigris and the other on that side of the bank of the river and in first Peter one verse 12, Peter reminds us that the angels desire to look into the things that you and I are learning, the things of we as human beings. Now how intriguing it would be for angels to be all holy angels and then to see Lucifer, an archangel like Michael, around the throne of god, a beautiful, wonderful worship leader, cherub angel, and then just exalted at the top And according to Isaiah 14, he wants to go even further. He makes his I will statements. He's got an eye problem, and and he wants to be god. He wants to be as god. And and for him, according to Revelation chapter 12, he's able to draw a third of the stars of the other angels with him. Now if you're the holy angels that didn't bite, that didn't take the bait, that stayed with god, And Job tells us that the angels, the sons of god, were worshiping god as he was making the world. You know? So Satan's fall was before god made man and before he made the worlds. Right? Before. So now god makes man out of the dust of the ground from Eden. Right? And you've got Adam there, and the angels are scratching their head like there's no plan of redemption for Lucifer, Lucky Lucy, and and all his friends. You know? There's no plan of redemption for them. And these men are made lower than the angels as beings. You know? They're not as powerful as the as the angels, but there's no gospel message for angels. There's they know their destiny is hell, the fallen angels. So the holy angels look in at this, and they're like, these human beings crucified your only begotten son. They turned on you, god. We remember when Lucifer turned on you when he rebelled and all the angels rebelled and and but then you take and you have your son go back or come down, the second person of the trinity, not as an angel in Hebrews one, but made a little lower in the angels as a human being, the son of man, the seed of the woman. And and so this whole plan of salvation is very intriguing to these very, very, very intelligent beings that god made that we call angels and they're looking at this and they must be scratching their head like I do. You, I'm sure you do in the time we're living right now. Have you ever lived in such a time of such stupid people? The angels just scratching their head going, you idiots. You're as dumb as stumps. Do you know what he has intended for you? Why do you fight him so? Why do you keep fighting him? Do you it's just it's just just mind boggling. It's mind boggling. People drinking their bath water. They're just so stupid. And the angels Frustrating. I know. That must be frustrating too. Yes. That's good, Shannon. We talked about that yesterday. You know, how'd you like to be Noah? Preacher. Hundred and twenty years, he's a preacher of righteousness. There's billions of people on the planet, lots of animals and everything, and the animals have enough sense to get in the boat. And that's why a lot of you have such close relationships with your dogs. You try with your cats, but they're not into that because animals sometimes are far smarter than the people you're around. You get tired of being around I watched the World Series the other night. Eric called me up, my buddy. I've never watched the World Series in about twenty years. The first five minutes into it, I had to watch these commercials. I haven't done this in twenty years. There was five solid minutes of the greatest stupidity on stage that you could ever imagine. And I'm like, I'm getting stupider as I'm watching this. Is it really worth it? You know? And so imagine the angels. These angels, they're watching Daniel according to first Peter one verse 12. They like to look into. They like to watch as we talk about Jesus. And I just know that our guardian angels and those that are assigned unto us, we've got a lot of explaining to do when we get there, you know. And Lucy, you got a lot of explaining to do. Alright. And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, how long shall how long shall it be to the end of the wonders? Everybody's wanna know how long. How long? They're asking the lord. How long? What's what's and as far as the rapture goes, the rapture is imminent, and so Jesus says, no man knows the day or the hour except my father. Right? Now he says, and I heard the man clothed in linen who was above the waters of the river when he held up his right hand and his left hand. So this is an angel lifting his hands up to heaven. Right? Lifting both hands, left hand and right hand. And do you ever do that? Do you ever worship God like that? What's that signify to you? The hands up. Surrender. Surrender? What else? Surrender is good. Submission. Submission. Submission, surrender. What else? Worship. Praise. How about your little grandkid? Papa, pick me up. Yeah. Pick me up. Yeah. Right? Pick me up. I love when they do that. They run to you about three feet away from they jump. And you gotta catch him. You gotta catch him. I love it. They wanna jump up on papa's lap. Right? And so, in in that great that he's not so stuffy, our god, that he's even describes himself as a father. The papa, abba, intimacy. You have no access to kings and queens and royalty and important men and women around the world, but, man, you have access to God the father. Except you become as a child, you'll no wise enter the kingdom of God. Right? What father would deny his son or grandson access? You know? And they can burst into a meeting and have immediate access. Right? Other people have to make appointments, but not not to us because he's our father. So he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven and swore by him who lives forever and ever that it shall be for a time, a times, and a half. What's that mean? Three and a half years. Three and a half years. Now how do you know that, Vicky? Where'd you say that before? Daniel 725? Yeah. Yeah? Daniel 725? That's right. And then also, you tie it in with twelve hundred and sixty days, forty two months, three and a half years, and we'll see it laid out that way, but it's it means the same thing, the three and a half years. So time time and a dividing of times, Daniel seven twenty five in Revelation eleven two. It's going to be twelve hundred and sixty days, which is equivalent with the Jewish lunar calendar of three and a half years. And and you also have forty two months. Sometimes it's mentioned as the same thing. And so the midpoint of the tribulation period. Midpoint. So from the signing of the peace treaty, Daniel nine twenty seven, there's gonna be a time, a time, and a half a time until the abomination of desolation, until the two witnesses are are executed and lie in the street three and a half days and then go on up to heaven. Yeah. It's that's the point where the nation of Israel, according to Revelation 12 verse six, the flea, the one third remnant flees to Basra, and they're kept, and they're they're preserved by god for twelve hundred and sixty days and and a half and when he shall have accomplished the breaking up of the power of the holy people, so the intention of the tribulation period, what is the intention that what does god intend to do to the holy people, to his people? Purify. Purify them. So, he's going to break their will, right? He's going to break em because they're obstinate. They're abdurate. They're stubborn. They're Jeremiah would say, you're stiff necked. You know, Stephen, remember how Stephen talked to him? You know, which of your fathers did you not kill the prophets and everything? You know? You stiff necked people and they picked up stones and stoned Stephen. And so, the holy people, god's going to break up the power of the holy people and all these things shall be finished. So, the holy people are very very intelligent. They're very wealthy and they have a a propensity with technology and all of it. And David in Psalm 69 and Paul, the apostle, in Revelation chapter 11 talks about how their table has been made a snare to them, and that table speaks of their prosperity. They have so much on their table, and it's become a snare because they don't need God. So it can really stand in the way of their spiritual development, their need of god. So what god's gonna do is god's gonna bring them to the very brink, the very edge, three and a half years there at Petra, running from the Antichrist, having to leave everything. And Jesus warned those, Matthew 24, when they see the abomination of desolation, flee. Flee to Judea. Right? And the wise ones are gonna flee. They're gonna get out of there. And and when they go, these people are gonna go down to Petra and the Antichrist and his armies are eventually going to chase after them and come after them, and they're gonna be at the point where there's only one thing they can say, and Vicky's ready to say it. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the lord. That's it and when they do that, they're broken. Now, they're crying out and now according to Zechariah 12 verse 10, they're they're starting to mourn and they're starting to realize that they crucified their Messiah. They're starting to realize that Psalm, you know, Isaiah 53 pertains to not the nation but pertains to their Messiah. They start to read Psalm 22 and realize, my god, my god, why has thou forsaken me pertains to what Jesus said, you know, in the gospels when he was, you know, upon the cross. You know? And, they start to connect the dots. Salvation's coming. It's starting to flow. It's starting to happen, but god had to break him. God had to put him through the time of Jacob's trouble. And Jesus said it was an unprecedented time of history to take them and bring them to the end of themselves. Now how far are you willing to go with your prodigal children? So, she says, Karen says, to the end I want to kind of control it with my prayers. Right? I I never want to say, lord, whatever it takes. To me, it's like, I'm more benevolent and kind than god. If I say, whatever it takes, gosh, you might get who knows what to what length god might go to save her, giving her over to Satan. You know? It's hard for a parent to watch that. It's hard to watch the consequence of drugs and illicit sex and all these different sins that start out looking so cute. But if our kids aren't rescued from it, it's going to destroy them. It's going to take them all the way down. One of the Calvary Chapel guys that was mightily used of God wound up dabbling in homosexuality, and then he died of AIDS. And he came back to the Lord on, you know, his deathbed. You know? He he confessed his sin, and he's in heaven. But that's a guy that that went backwards, that backslid, that didn't overcome the flesh. And so Paul said give them over to Satan for the destruction of the body, for the saving of their soul. And we look at it as that chastening in Hebrews 12 whom the Lord loves, he chastens. And there's there's nobody going to receive a greater chastening than the nation of Israel. People today, they hate Israel because of how immoral they are. They try to say, how could they be God's chosen people? How could we sit there and and pray for them and bless those and bless them and curse them and curse them when they're in charge of all the banks and they're the most evil people on the planet and Tel Aviv so immoral and the enormous amount of abortions and terrible things they're doing and and we say, well, god's not done with him yet. God's going to purify him a remnant. And his promises to them are unconditional. And if you can stop the sun from coming up, if you can stop the light from the stars and the moon, then you can break the covenant that God has made with his people in Jeremiah 31. It's an unconditional covenant based upon God's faithfulness, not the nation of Israel's faithfulness. So he's made these promises to the Abraham, Isaac, to Jacob, and it continues to the present day. So blindness in part Romans eleven twenty five. Blindness in part has happened unto Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. And so, there's a day where the Lord's gonna open their eyes, the scales are gonna come off, and they're gonna mourn as one mourns for his firstborn. And so so the breaking up of the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. And so by the time the lord returns and comes and gets him, that's the end of the tribulation period that it's all finished. All of the the what the angels are showing him here, the 77s of Daniel, the seventieth seven, that seventieth seven period of time called the great great tribulation period is gonna culminate with the return of Jesus Christ except those days be shortened. No flesh will be saved, but for the elect's sake, for the nation of Israel, he intervenes and he saves them before they're completely wiped out. And and so and I heard, but I understood not. You ever had that kind of thing happen? You hear, but I don't understand. And I found it's just it's it's really good to very quickly say, I don't understand what you're saying. Could you say that again? And could you make it so a small child can understand? Because I still don't understand. And keep it simple. So when I heard, but I understood not. Then said, I owe my lord. What shall be the end of these things? And he said, go thy way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. And in the book of Revelation, John's told us, seal it not. Revelation twenty two ten eleven. It's not sealed. It's open. It's available. No pastor today should say, it's a sealed book. You can't interpret it. It's all symbols. There's no way to interpret it. No. He tells you right at the very beginning, chapter one, the first couple of verses that there's a blessing for those who just read this book. So many shall be purified. That's what Rob said. Purified. They're gonna go through the fire like a silversmith, like a goldsmith, like a person that works with metals. And they're gonna go through the the fire, the fiery trial of the tribulation period, and they're gonna be purified. So many shall be purified and made white, not all of them, but many. One third remnant, and and tested. Now notice three times he uses the root word wicked, which means the lawless ones here. So there's a contrast. There's a contrast here. So many shall be purified and made white. And you and I, on the church side of this, not the nation of Israel, but on the church side of this, Revelation 19, we got clean, white linen garments. We've been made white. And how are we we've been made white? In Revelation one, we've been washed in the blood of the lamb. We've been washed. All of our sins have been washed away. And in Isaiah chapter one, though your sins be as scarlet, be white as snow. Right? They'll be red like crimson. They should be as white wool. Right? Amen. And only god can do that. You can't you there's no place. There's no laundromat that can wash away your sins. Only the blood of Jesus. And a lot of us, we try to cover our sin with fig leaves, with good works, with stories, philanthropy, whatever it may be. But God says that your righteousness is as filthy rags. It stinks the place up. And so you need to wear you need to walk like Adam and Eve out of the garden with coats of skins, clean, white, woolly garments, you know, nice and warm. Something had to die, typifying, pointing to Jesus, the lamb of god, would take away the sins of the world. So the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. And you and I should be rejoicing because it's the time of the end. It's almost over. History is almost over. And history, all of it's his story. It all pertains to Jesus. Everything that happens that has happened is about Jesus, about his soon return. He made the world. He was in the world. The world was made by him and the world knew him not. Right? He came unto his own and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he the power to become the sons of God even to them that believe in his name. Now why did you believe? Why didn't your friend believe? I went to church with several, you know, guys that that and people that had the same opportunity I did, but wasn't mixed with faith. And Jesus said, you didn't choose me, but I chose you. So there's no boasting. Right? There's a there's a humility like, wow. He really got a hold of me. He gave me a faith that stuck, and and he's never let me go, And he's not going to let me go. How tragic it would be to be a Christian thirty five, forty years and then to fall away. It happens, doesn't it? To fall away. Now I'm not saying you're gonna lose your salvation, but just fall away. How tragic. But he keeps his promises. He'll restore us. So the time of the end, and many be purified and made white and and tested, but the wicked shall do wickedly. That's what wicked do. Wicked people do wicked things. Why are we surprised? Why why do we think we can impose a standard of righteousness upon people that are not born again? The wicked need the law. Paul told Timothy, that's what the intention of the law is, to guard us from the wicked, to protect us. The law is there to stop wickedness. Right? But for you and I as Christians, we live on a higher standard of love. And so we walk by faith wanting to please God, wanting to respond to his love. And so we don't need to be enforced by the law, so to speak. We live on a higher plane. And that's the life of the spirit, yielding to the holy spirit. So they do wickedly and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand. And so during the tribulation period, those that are wise, the one third are gonna be saved. During the tribulation period, knowledge is going to increase for them. They're going to start to study and start to get it. They're going to start to be purified, and God's going to give them a new heart, and he's going to write his word on the tablets of their heart, not on tablets of stone. Right? And it's a beautiful day when the light bulb goes on. It's a beautiful day when we we see a child, a person being birthed, the new birth. Somebody raises their hand at church or you lead them in prayer and you actually you know, sometimes when I see new people come to the church and and they they invite Christ in their heart and life. Now, we need to disciple them but we need to observe them. We need to observe and see, did it really take? Did it take? Is there any changes taking place or any transformation change taking place? Then as time goes on, you start to see the fruits like, I think we got a real one here. I think we got a real one. I think I think it took, you know? And because so many people profess, then they fall away. Right? There's no change. And if there's no repentance, no change, no transformation, Jesus said, you'll know them by their fruit. So it's but it's exciting when to see new babies be born. So Zechariah thirteen eight nine, a one third remnant's gonna go through that fire and gonna be purified. Two thirds are gonna die. Two thirds are gonna perish, and they're not gonna enter into the millennium. They're not gonna enter into heaven. They're gonna die as unbelieving Jews. So God all of us come the same way by grace through faith, whether we're male, female, barbarian, Scythian, bond, or free, Jew, Gentile, all of us come the same way by way of the cross in faith and trust in Jesus Christ. They can't rely or depend upon having the natural posterity of being a Jew. The true Jew is the Israel of god, those who believe. That's the true Jew. And we don't mix the Jew with the church. The church is Jew and Gentile, but the church does not replace Israel. God is going to save Jews who are the nation of Israel. The church has already been raptured. The church is not there. And those who believe during the tribulation period are going to be what's called what's called tribulation saints, which are which are gentiles that believe during the tribulation period. And the 144,000 are saved. And then you've got the one third remnant of Jews that are purified and they believe, and they're they're not a part of the church. They're the nation of Israel. And you have the Old Testament saints also who are going be resurrected and who believe. And then you have a fourth saint is those in the millennium. So you're going to have Gentiles and you have Jews in natural bodies going into the millennium and repopulating the planet like you saw in Genesis where they lived Methuselah and them at 900 years old and all. They're gonna live and keep having kids and repopulate the planet in the Garden of Eden condition, the curse reversed, and the animals aren't gonna be at war anymore. And Isaiah 11, the wolf and the lion, the lamb being led by a child and not carnivorous anymore and complain near the adder's den or like a snake and you're not going to get bit or poisoned by the serpent and so god's going to bring everything back to the addendic condition but the thing that's missing is the heart of man is still lost and ungodly and so they have till they're 100 years old to come to Christ. There's going to be death during the millennium, and those in their natural bodies have till they're 100 years old to receive Christ. If they don't, then they're gonna die. And that's in Isaiah chapter about 65. You can see that. And and so they do wickedly. So if we also look at the wicked, the wise are gonna understand. The wicked are gonna go on not understanding, and and the wicked are gonna be bodily resurrected in Revelation chapter 20 verse 11 through 15 at the great white throne judgment, And they're gonna give an account of what they did while they're in their body, whether good or bad. And then according to Luke 12, their punishments can be based upon knowledge bringing responsibility. Some with few stripes, some with many stripes, and they're gonna be taken out of hell, bodily resurrected, stand before almighty god, the great white throne judgment, and then they're going to be sentenced to an eternity in the lake of fire. Now, the lake Of fire was made for the devil and the fallen angels, not made for man. But man, if he persists in rejecting god's love, and he can do that a whole lifetime, he can make it to hell but god's gonna make it really hard for him to get to hell because god is long suffering, not willing that any would perish but that all would come to repentance. That's the heart of god. Men that go to hell choose to go to hell by rejecting Jesus Christ. Do you understand that? Okay. So and and from that time so notice the word time. We got time, time, and a half time. Halftime, is it halftime? And then you got verse nine time, and you got verse 11 here, time. What time is it? That's a good question. What time is it? What time are we living in? Are you watchmen on the wall? Are you watching? Do you see the signs of the times? Are you looking up knowing your redemption draws nigh? Or are you those of first Thessalonians five where the days can overtake you unaware? Are you like the five foolish virgins gonna be overtaken unaware when the groom comes for the bride? The five wise have the oil. They're ready. They're watching. They're ready. The groom's coming. Rapture's coming. Are you wise? Are you foolish? What time is it? What what's the times you're living in? Isn't it exciting time to see the things coming together? The one world government coming together, the one world monetary system. Run on the verge. There's a there's a a liquidity crisis in the banks right now. While everybody is watching something else, the Fed had to pour, like, 29 or something billion dollars into major banks to keep them afloat. And so all over the world, the banks are teetering right now with a lack of liquidity and means which means is they're in enormous debt. And not just normal kind of debt, but what's called derivatives. And so derivative type debt where they where they bet they make bets, and it's all come and do. The whole thing's come and do, and we might not make it to the first of the year before we see a stock market crash, and we might not make it to the end of this month where we see something worse than the nineteen twenty nine stock market crash. It has to crash so they can roll out the new one. They're gonna roll out the new one, the new digital. Larry Fink of BlackRock's been talking about it all week long for months. A tokenization and digitalization and a reset, they call it. You know? And the great reset. Well, in order to have the great reset, they gotta take it all down. And we so that's the time we're living in. And Gehazi didn't know what time it was in second Kings five. He thought it was a time to have Babylonian garments and and talents of silver to you know, when he went after Naaman, the Syrian, and said, hey. Two prophets have come down the school of ministry and school of the prophets. And, you know, my master didn't want anything, but now he sent me to go get some stuff. And when Naaman when Gehazi came back to Elijah, he said, Eli he said, Gehazi, where where have you been? Kinda like what Job what God asked Job, the devil, or what God asked the devil in the book of Job chapter one and the devil said, neither here nor there. I'm just walking to and fro and god says, have you considered my servant, Job? No, we want, we don't want to be there. Let's go back to second Kings five. So second Kings five, Elijah says to Gehazi, where you been? And he goes, oh, neither here nor there, you little devil. He goes, did not my heart go with you? Elijah knew what Gehazi is up to. He had a word of knowledge. Right? He could see it, a vision. And then he said to him, is this a time? We're in a time of apostasy, bro. The nations turned its back upon God. And you want to play games right now? Don't you see the seriousness of the time in which we're living? And so he told them, behold the leprosy of Naaman the Syrian is upon you and upon your children. Brutal, Just brutal because he didn't know what time it was. Do you know what time it is? Church is lukewarm. Church has kicked Jesus out. That's the time you're living in. A time of apostasy, Rebellion against god. Rebellion against his word. And the reason? Because their table was a snare to the Jews. Their prosperity. The lukewarm Laodicean church says, we're rich. We're increased with goods. We're in need of nothing. And where's Jesus? Revelation three twenty. He's outside the church. He's been kicked out of his church. He's knocking on the door saying, if you let me in, we can have some fellowship. Now, we don't need you. We're rich. Increase with goods and needed nothing and that's the church incorporated of today. It looks so big but it's so shallow. It has no depth. It has no knowledge that Jesus is sick. You make me sick, he says. I spew you out of my mouth. Pretty sad. And yet, in his love, he's given him a chance. He's saying, Judas, Judas betrayest thou the son of man with a kiss. I'm giving you a chance, Judas. You still got a moment before you go into perdition. Judas. So sad. Times we're living in. People don't know what time it is. And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, so the antichrist in Daniel nine twenty seven makes the treaty and he helps the Jews rebuild their temple. It could actually be rebuilt before he signs the treaty. President Trump right now is wanting to help the Jews rebuild their temple right now. The Jews right now in Israel think president Trump Cyrus, they think he's the like a messiah type figure. He's the greatest leader they've had, public leader since, you know, Alexander the Great maybe, you know, from a Gentile standpoint. And yet I think he's converted to Judaism Trump. And so, that whole Gaza area is made of golden Trump area with gold and statues of Trump and everything. I mean, he's really going to town. And, they get that temple started in a spot for it to be put in, and the ashes of the red heifer and the priest that are there and all the implements, that could go up real quick. And they got those cranes that pick up those big big huge rocks and start stacking them. You know? My grandkids could build it. They they do Legos. You know? And it could go up quick. And so from that time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. And so Matthew 24 verse 15, the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet. That's where Jesus is speaking of that here. Let's turn to Matthew 24. So Dan Jesus is authenticating what this prophecy of the time of the end. More information's gonna come, Daniel. And Jesus authenticates because there's a lot of people, textual critics that say, oh, no. Daniel's so accurate. It had to be written after the fact. And verse 15, when you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation. So think of chapter 11 of that guy, a Tiakes Epiphanes. A Tiakes Epiphanes desecrated the temple. He's a type of the antichrist. Right? And he desecrated the temple and his desecration came at of a period of time of twelve ninety days just like here. Twelve ninety days. Tell Joseph Maccabeus, the Maccabean revolt when they overthrew a teak, his epiphanies, and and got rid of the pig blood and the pig and all that that he brought into the temple to desecrate it. Then on the thirteen hundred and thirty fifth day, which we'll see here in a second, Atikis Epiphanes, by way of parallel, he died on that day. So back to verse 15. When you therefore shall see the abomination of desolations spoken of by Daniel the prophet, that's where we're at. So what happens? Second Thessalonians two, the antichrist goes in the temple, declares himself to be god, and demands to be worshiped as god. So, the religious system, the first three and a half years of the tribulation period, the one world religious system is an apostate ecumenical seven mountain mandate, all religions of the world morphed into one. And you have the Abraham Accords right now. Bernie will tell you what the Abraham Accords are. What are they trying to do, Bernie? Trying to merge all the religions, Catholicism, Christianity. All the the Abraham Accord. Right. They're trying to like Judaism, Islam, and Christianity. Right? The three major major religions, and they're trying to bring them together as one religious system. Get the religions so they don't fight with each other. We got one religious system. And in that religious system, Jesus can be a prophet. He can be a good guy. Mohammed can be a good guy. And Justice Smith a good guy. Buddha, Mohammed, Confucius all be good guys. The only thing you can't say is I'm the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the father but by me. As soon as you point to Jesus as being God and he's the only way, those are fighting words. So the Catholics, the Protestants, the Baptists, all of them have to water down who is Jesus and they have to allow, like president Bush said, we all worship the same God. Right? All the different peoples. And we don't. We don't. Right? There's only one God, father, the son, the holy spirit, one God and three persons. And so Jesus made it clear, I'm the only way and he proved it. Destroy this temple three days, I'll raise it up. So the abomination of desolation spoken by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place. Whosoever reads, let him understand. Remember, understand? The wise understand. Then let them who are in the Judea flee. So the wise get to flee. If you know if you're a student and knowledge has increased and you read the book of Daniel and you read the gospel of Matthew and you read the book of Revelation because it's already there and you're in the tribulation period and you know, don't take the mark and now you're near Jerusalem, flee. So, in seventy AD, when Titus surrounded Jerusalem and put a siege upon it, the Christians that knew that were wise, that were living at that time, they fled. The Jews stayed in there and over 2,000,000 Jews were, you know, killed by the siege. There was a fire that was let loose in the temple. Jesus said, not one stone remain upon another. That fire melted all the gold that was, you know, there. So, the gold went down into the cracks and then the Roman soldiers took pry bars and pried every single stone to get the gold out of the cracks. Not one stone remained upon another, right? Okay. And so, they're going to run. So, now we're back to Daniel. The word blessed. So, notice twelve hundred ninety days. So, Jesus returns after twelve hundred and sixty days. That will be the three and a half year period. Time, time, and a half time. So there's a seventy five day interval here. And in that in that inner interval there from the twelve sixtieth day of his return, and when he returns, he returns to Basra, Isaiah 63. We disagree with people that say he's gonna return to the Mount Of Olives. Why do we agree disagree with that? Because the angel said, not location. This angel told him in acts one, he's gonna come back in like manner. How did he leave, Rob? In the clouds. And how's he gonna come back? In the clouds. In like manner. But it doesn't mean he's setting foot at the Mount Of Olives because the nation of Israel is where? They're not there at the Mount Of Olives except those days be short and no flesh should be saved. He's coming back in Isaiah six 63 to Basra, which is Petra where the Jews are. That's right. And he's trampling out the vintage. He's trampling them. The blood's as high as the horse's bridle, it says in Isaiah 63. Then he comes across the plain, comes across the battlefield, and he makes his victory, triumphal entry of a king. His triumphant entry up the Mount Of Olives into Jerusalem and it splits splits. Water comes out, goes to the Dead Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, and he comes into the city, and and there's gonna be judgments during that time, the seventy five day interval. There's gonna be resurrections during that during that period of time. You've got the tribulation saints that are gonna be resurrected. You got the old testament saints that are gonna be resurrected at that time because they're a part of the first resurrection, right? And you've got the two witnesses in Revelation 11 gonna be resurrected and that will complete the first resurrection getting ready to go into the millennium and so but there's some cleaning up that's gotta be done. So, there's going to be the removal of the abomination of desolation and so blessed, blessed, oh how happy. Blessed is he that waits and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. So the thirteen hundred and thirty fifth day. So this is at from 12:60 to thirteen thirty five is a seventy five day interval there, and it doesn't mean just we're we're not doing anything. You and I are gonna be there because we come with him on the December day. So, when you talk about eminence, if I'm a student of Bible prophecy and I'm there in the tribulation period, I could calculate the second coming. I can know the day that this peace treaty was signed and I'll know twelve hundred and sixty days future when the tribulation's gonna end. So, there would be no imminency if the rapture happened then. But that's not the rapture. That's the second coming. Don't make that mistake. The rapture precedes the tribulation period, and it can precede the tribulation period does not start with the rapture. It's not it starts with the signing of the peace treaty. The rapture could happen a year, two years, five years, ten years before the signing of the peace treaty. It's eminent. Eminent means heaven at any moment. No man knows the day except my father who's in heaven. So that keeps us purified. He that has his hope, first John three, purifies himself. You're you're ready. You don't wanna be caught off guard. You don't wanna be, you know, surprised. And, like in Luke 12, they begin to, oh, where's the promise of his coming? Like like with Peter, where's the promise of his coming? And you start to go back to the world and all. And so so that that refutes, that negates the idea of a post trip rapture at the end of the tribulation period or even a mid trip or even a pre wrath, man's wrath differentiate in in chapter six of Revelation between the god's wrath and and man's wrath and so we see the only one worthy to open the scroll and lose the seals. Revelation five is Jesus and those seals are opened up in chapter six. That's the start of the tribulation period. Those seals start opening And it goes all the way to chapter 19, the book of Revelation, the tribulation period. In chapter 20 is the millennium. Chapter twenty one and twenty two, the eternal state. So we're gonna talk next week about the outline in the book of Revelation to help us understand the various parts. And it's not as complicated as Vadi Bachman. A lot of these guys make it with their allegorical, symbolic interpretations of things. And a lot of confusion comes in there when they do that. They butcher the text. They impose upon the text what they think. And I discovered a reason why a lot of the guys do it is they really think they're really smart. And because they're so smart, they find stuff that nobody else ever found. Or they're really stupid and they rely upon history, Catholic history, and so they can't interpret it properly because they're looking historically as a preterist. Preterist means in the past, so they're looking at seventy AD as a point in time where it was all fulfilled. That's a Catholic dogma doctrine. And so Augustine and Martin Luther thought that the church replaced Israel. So if you don't understand Israel in the book of Revelation and in Matthew and in the all the way through, if you've replaced them, nothing fits. Nothing works eschatologically. Last day study of last day's things. None of it works. None of it fits. You got a whole you you can't use the bible and prove your view. You use a straw man argument, straw man, and you try to say, hey. This rapture teaching, pre trib rapture, it came along in the eighteen fifties with McDonald and Darby and the witch and, you know, and she was riding on a broom and all that. And and so it's it's a it's a straw man argument. You're just trying to get rid of it. But really what happened with the pre tribulation rapture teaching, it was rediscovered in the mid eighteen hundreds. It wasn't originated. Didn't originate there. So, we go back to the early church fathers with Arrhenius and first couple centuries, Jesus himself and and just the first Thessalonians and first John three. We look at all the different passages that speak of a pre trib rapture. We are real clear where we're not subject on to god's wrath. We're not appointed under wrath. The wrath that we deserved was imposed upon Jesus at the cross and the tribulation period is a time where god pours out his wrath. Why would he pour out his wrath upon his church, his bride? You know, makes no sense. So, but the nation of Israel so obstinate, he's used in that time of Jacob's trouble and that wrath to judge the world but to also purify his people. So, the sun that beats down that hardens the clay, it also softens the wax. So the Jews are gonna be brought to a place where their heart's gonna be softened. And the world, they're like the clay that gets harder and harder. And at the midpoint of the tribulation period when the two witnesses are executed, they're gonna throw a satanic party, a satanic Christmas and celebration because their hearts are so hard against god. Don't wanna be there. So, blessed is he that waits and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days but go thy way till the end be for thou shall rest. Daniel, you're gonna rest. You're gonna rest on the dust of the ground. You're gonna your soul to be asked in the body to be present with the Lord. In fact, Daniel, you're gonna be with Abraham in paradise. You're gonna be with Abraham in Abraham's bosom in Luke chapter 16, where the rich man of Lazarus dies and there's a double compartment that Jesus talks about, and the rich man's on the place of grievous torment. But Lazarus, he's over there in Abraham's bosom, And Jesus told the thief on the cross, this day you'll be with me in paradise. So Daniel, you're gonna be in paradise awaiting the death of Jesus, the burial and the resurrection of Jesus. And Ephesians four says, he that ascended first descended in the lower parts of the earth and grabbed hold of that place and emptied it out. Daniel, you're gonna be waiting there. You're gonna be waiting till that day. And and you're gonna stand thy lot at the end of thy days. Stand in the in thy lot. So, Daniel, you're gonna enter into your inheritance. You're gonna enter into all that's coming to you in that day. You're gonna be rewarded and that's a Bemacy judgment for all of us. We're going to be rewarded by the lord for our faithfulness and our position in the millennium is going to be predicated upon our faithfulness now. If you're a faithful prayer warrior now, god says, hey, I can use you. I want faithful people and those that didn't quit. And stand in thy lot at the end of thy days and so you're going to see the Old Testament saints resurrected, the tribulation saints resurrected, and you're going to see some judgments. So what's going to happen on the 1,330 those 75? Number one, the abomination's going to be removed. Verse 11, gonna be removed. Shall be taken away. Jesus is gonna have priest somebody go in there and remove the image of the antichrist that he put in there. Remember the image that everybody bows down to in Revelation 13? Image of the beast. Now think of holograms. Think of AI technology. Think of robotics. Think of demons inside of a robot, you know, The merging of demons with technology. Something something really strange. Idolatrous like an idol that talks. And one of the things that god does is he makes fun of man's idols because eyes they have, they can't see. Ears they have, they can't hear. Mouse they have and throats, but they can't speak. Right? So the primitive aspects of making idols, men make idols in their own image. And sometimes four footed beasts and creeping things and stuff like that. But, you know, you you cut down a tree and use part of the tree to cook your food, use another part of the tree to shingle your roof and put sides on your house or whatever, and then you got a little piece left over and now you're gonna make your god. You're gonna whittle and make your god. God's like, see how stupid you guys are? You see how stupid? So, the antichrist comes along with an ingenious plan of of some sort of idol that can speak. Can hear, that acts like it's alive, and the false prophet's gonna compel people to worship the image of the beast. 666 is his number. And so the abominations can be removed. The antichrist is gonna be resurrected and cast into hell. So he's killed at Basra, and he's gonna be resurrected and cast into hell. Isaiah fourteen fifteen through 20 spells that out. The false prophets can be put in the lake of fire. Revelation nineteen twenty. So, the Antichrist and the false prophet are the first two that go into the lake of fire. Then Satan's gonna be put in the abyss in the abyss, Revelation 21 through three. The Gentiles are gonna be judged. Joel three one through three. And who wants to read Matthew 25? Is it too late? Are we getting late here? Oh, it's only 08:00. It's not even 08:00 yet. We got a few more verses here. So this is gonna be fun. Who wants Joel three one through three? Okay. Matthew twenty five thirty one through 46. I will. Okay. Let's do that. So this is the judgment of the the Gentiles and then I'm gonna turn to Ezekiel chapter 20 and there's a picture there of some sort of judgment for the Jews, and yet at Basra, all of the the Jews are saved. There isn't an unbeliever among them. But there's a picture in in Ezekiel chapter 20 beginning with verse 33. Let me read it. As I live, saith the lord god, surely with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with fury poured out, I'll rule over you, And I'll bring you out from the peoples and will gather you out of the countries in which you are scattered with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with fury poured out. And I'll bring you into the wilderness of the peoples and there will I will I enter into judgment with you face to face. So this is a tribulation period. They're come they're being drawn back, being gathered, regathered from all the nations. They go through the tribulation period. They're judged in that way. And as I enter into judgment with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so I enter into judgment with you, saith the lord god, to purify a remnant. And I will cause you to pass under the rod. So the shepherd's rod and you pass under and so it's entrance into the sheepfold by going under the shepherd's rod. And I'll bring you into the bond of the covenant, Jeremiah 31 covenant, that unconditional covenant where God's gonna save that that one third remnant. And I'll purge out from among the rebels. So all the rebels during that tribulation period, two thirds are gonna die. He's gonna purge them purge them out. And then that transgress against me, and I'll bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn and they shall not enter into the land of Israel and you shall know that I am the lord. And as for you, oh house of Israel, thus saith the lord god, go serve everyone as idols. So the as he continues, you guys continue in your disobedience but there's a day where I'm coming back and gonna restore a one third remnant. So, Joel, three one through three, the Gentiles. For behold in those days and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations and will bring them down into the Valley Of Jehoshaphat and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, where they have scattered among the nations and part of my land. They have cast lots for my people and have given a boy for a harlot and sold a brook for wine that they might drink. So the Valley Of Jehoshaphat, you got Armageddon, and way over here is Southern Jordan, Basra, Moab, and all that there. 200 mile battlefield. It's called Megiddo or Armageddon. Megiddo. Closer to the Mount Of Olives is the area of Jehoshaphat. And that's the area where the Lord Jesus going to be judging the Gentiles. And he's going to separate them as we're going to see as sheep from goats. The criteria is, how did you treat the nation of Israel during the tribulation period? So who has that? Okay. When the son of man shall come in his glory and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory. And before him shall be gathered all nations and he shall separate them one from another as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left. Then shall the king say unto them on his right hand, come, ye blessed of my father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundations of the world. For I was hungry and yet you gave me meat. I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was a stranger and you took me in. Naked and you clothed me. I was sick and you visited me. I was in prison and you came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him saying, Lord, when do we see hungry and feed you and when you are thirsty and give you drink? And when were we seeing you as a stranger and took thee in or naked and clothed thee? Or when do we see thee sick in prison and come and visit thee? And the king shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, insomuch as you have done unto the one of the least of these of my brethren, you have also done unto me. Then shall he say unto them, they're on his left hand, depart from me, ye cursed unto everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungered and you gave me no meat. I was thirsty and you gave me no drink. I was stranger and you did not take me in, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and imprisoned and you visited me not. Then shall they also answer him saying, but Lord, when did we see thee in hunger or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them saying, verily I say unto you, insomuch as you did it not to the one of the least of these, you did not do it to me. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into life eternal. Nice. Alright. And so that's the judgment of the Gentiles, the Valley Of Jehoshaphat, and he's gonna allow the sheep, which would be the believing Gentiles, to enter into the millennium, and they're gonna be repopulating the planet. They're gonna be in their natural bodies able to have children and all, and you and I are gonna be ruling and reigning our new glorified bodies as kings and priests as a part of the the part of the government that the lord has. The nation of Israel, the wife of Jehovah is going to be in the land. Jesus as king of kings and lord of lords ruling from Jerusalem. David as his prince, the 12 apostles serving the lord on on their thrones, and then there's going to be a Jewish arm of government that's going to be dominant over the Gentiles because the time of the Gentiles is over at the second coming of Christ. So when people say to me, are you a republican or a democrat? No. I'm a democrat. No. I'm prob I don't know. I'm a political atheist in that I'm looking for the king of kings and lord of lords. I'm looking for a monarchy. And the form of government, every form of government that we as human beings have eventually fails because we're human beings. We do the best we can and we pray for our leaders and we do our part in our constitutional republic, but we're reaching the end of cycle. And the next cycle is global tyranny with the greatest tyranny ever with the antichrist. Right? The thief has come but to steal, to kill, and to destroy. And and when the restraint is removed, the rapture of the church is removed, the second Thessalonians two, all hell is gonna break loose. The apostasy that's happening presently, the enormous stupidity in the church today is allowing the antichrist system to be developed and not a peep from the church people. They don't have a clue. They live in denial. They don't wanna know. It's doom and gloom. Had they known, had they spoke, had they spoke truth and and shed light on what's happening, it would have to slow down because we're salt and light, and we stave off the putrefaction. We slow it down. But when the salt is good for nothing, it can't even be put on a deer that you shoot and preserve that deer so it doesn't putrefy. Now we're going to use it to make pathways in the field. We're just gonna throw it down the ground so it'll kill the grass, and then men walk on it. So it's good for nothing but to be trodden under the foot of men. And that's where we're at today. That's where the church is a laughingstock. Hitler said that the church was useful for him. The Antichrist gonna use the apostate church for three and a half years. Useful. It's a rotted wall that he can topple over anytime he wants, and he will at the midpoint. So that's the picture there. And the Old Testament saints in Revelation are resurrected in Daniel 12 verse two which we read here and also in Isaiah twenty six nineteen, it says, the dead men shall live together with my dead body shall they arise and awake and sing. You that dwell in the dust for thy dew is like the dew of the herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. So Adam and Eve from dust to dust. You can go back to dust. So no soul sleep, but a euphemism, a picture of death as Daniel, your body's dead. Your soul's still alive. Your spirit's there with Abraham in Abraham's bosom, but we're gonna bodily resurrect you and get you your new body at the end of the tribulation period before the millennium starts and then so you got the Old Testament saints, Revelation twenty six nineteen and Daniel two. Then you have the tribulation saints, Revelation 20 verse four. Those that were beheaded are resurrected. They're a part of the the first resurrection, and you had the two witnesses there resurrected and they're ascended already to the lord and so that completes according to first Corinthians fifteen twenty two twenty three what's called the first resurrection. Jesus being the first fruits. So the first fruits means more to come. So he's the first one. I'm the resurrection and the life. He that believes in me, though you're dead, yet shall he live. Whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die. And so he's the first fruit. And then like a military sequential order. It comes in stages and the next stage after that is the church, the dead in Christ rise first, you know, with the rapture and then the Old Testament says, then tribulation saints, the two witnesses. So, that completes the first resurrection and the second resurrection is Revelation chapter 20 verse five and six of the second resurrection of the wicked dead, and and they're gonna stand before the great white throne judge judgment and give account of what they did while they're in their body, whether good or bad. So next, let's go to the marriage feast, would be number nine that happens under that thirteen hundred and thirty fifth day. So once all that's done, now we come to the fourth stage of the Jewish wedding. And by way of review, Vicky and Rob, somebody here, is going to give us the four stages of a Jewish wedding so that we understand the importance of the pre trib rapture. What is the first stage? Betrothal. And what's that mean? Engagement. Was Mary betrothed to Joseph? Joseph. Yeah. So a father, god the father, he makes an arrangement. The fathers that make an arrangement with a son and a daughter. And so the father pays the dowry. Right? And pays the dowry to the bride. And and that dowry is our lord's own blood. Right? He paid he's the goel. He's the kinsman redeemer, and he purchased us with his blood. And then that's the arrangement or the betrothal, the engagement period. And then he gives you and I, the Holy Spirit, as a as a ring, the engagement ring. Were sealed with the Holy Spirit marked out as belonging to the groom and the marriage ceremony hasn't come yet and yet it's still binding. Joseph said, when he saw that Mary was pregnant, he was going to put her away quietly because he didn't want her to be stoned. So it was binding. He could've made it public, and they had taken her out because they were, by law, already married, so to speak, binding in that regard. So so we have the engagement. Then what comes after the engagement? And the betrothal. What comes after the betrothal? We need to build the extra room. That's going on. Yep. The fetching. The fetching. So the I go to prepare a place for you. John 14, build that extra room off the off the father's house and then, the Matthew 25, the 10 virgins, they're waiting, right? So, it's called the fetching like Rob says, which they can come at any moment. So you gotta be ready. That's the rapture. No man knows the day or the hour except the father. Father gives the command of the son. Alright. Go get her. So then he comes, and so I go to prepare a place for you and if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again that where I am. There you may be also. So pray always that you'd be able to escape these things in tribulation period and stand before the son of god. Right? And so in heaven, so the marriage ceremony, the fetching, and then the ceremonies in heaven. And it's a small ceremony. Right? Maybe maybe bigger than we think with all the angels. And at the ceremony, he's gonna lavish gifts upon you. He's gonna be like Rebecca coming when Eliezer, the servant, brings her to Isaac and he's given a ring in her nose and he's putting rings on her and gifts and all that, you know? Then, they get there and she's got the gown, the whole thing, the ceremony and and then after the ceremonies, what comes then? It says three stages right there. Waiting feast. Now, he comes back, right? Second coming to the home of the bride for the marriage supper. Now, John the Baptist is a friend of the bridegroom. The Old Testament saints are going to be there. We're the bride of Christ. John's not the bride of Christ. He wasn't a part of the church. Right? He's a friend of the bridegroom. The nation of Israel, all the Old Testament saints are the friend that are gonna be there at the marriage supper. So you got the wife of Jehovah, which is Israel, and you've got the bride of Christ made up of Jews and Gentiles. Right? Made up all different and and so that's the the marriage feast. Now that's the that's the fourth stage. So, Isaiah twenty five sixty eight describes this feast. Isaiah twenty five six through eight, not 68. Six through eight. And in this mountain, shall the lord of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things. Oh, man. He's a carnivore. A feast of, you know, notice there's no soy. There's no soy here. A feast of wines on on on the lees and a fat things full of marrow. He he loves bone broth. Look at that. Of wine on the lees, well refined, and he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering, the body bag, the covering cast all over the people in the veil that is spread over the nations. So he's gonna cover all the bad stuff with a sheet like, and he will swallow up death in victory, and the lord god will wipe away tears from all their faces and the rebuke of his people shall he take. And so that's a picture of promise of the of the marital feast. And now turn to Matthew 21. Matthew 21. So unless you guys wanna finish this next week no. I'm just kidding. A couple more verses here. Twenty one one through 14. 21. And when they drew near under Jerusalem and were come to Bethphagia unto the Mount Of Olives, then said Jesus, two disciples saying to them, go into the village and opposite you and straightway you shall find a a donkey tied with a with a colt. Okay. So I'm I'm in the right place. 211 through 14. Yep. And take the Lord and have need of him, then straightway send them. And this was done that it might be fulfilled was spoken by the prophet saying, tell you the daughters of Zion, behold, your king cometh unto the meek and sitting upon a donkey and a colt, the full of a donkey. And the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them and brought the donkey and the colt and put them on their their clothes and they set thereon and and very great multitude spread the garments in the way and others cut down branches from the trees and spread them in the way. And the multitude that went before and followed cried saying, Hosanna to the son of David. Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord. So that's what they said when Jesus came to the rescue. And this is another Palm Sunday going into Jerusalem with you know, Jesus riding upon the donkey ushering in the marriage supper of the lamb. Okay? So, the the the feast. And when he was coming to Jerusalem, all the city was moved saying, who is this? And the multitude said, this is Jesus, the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee. And and Jesus went into the temple of God and cast out all of them that sold and brought in the temple and overthrew the tables of the money changers and the seats of them that sold doves and said unto them, it is written, my house shall be called a house of prayer, but you've made it a den of thieves. Now turn to Matthew twenty five one through 13. So there's this entry. Parable of the 10 virgins. Then shall the kingdom of heaven so the this millennial kingdom, kingdom of heaven shall be likened unto 10 virgins who took their lamps and went forth to meet the bridegroom and five were wise and five were foolish and they that were foolish took the lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. And and while the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept and and and at midnight there was a cry made, behold, the bridegroom cometh, go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps and the foolish said unto the wise, give us of your oil for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered saying, not so, lest there be not enough for us and for you, but go rather them and sell and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came and they that were ready went in with him, to the merits and the door the door was shut. And afterward also, the other virgins are saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered, Lord, and said, very I say unto you, I know you not. Watch you therefore for you know not the day nor the hour which the son of man cometh. And then down at verse 31 through 46. And the son of man shall come the glory of the holy angels. With him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory, and before him shall be gathered all the nations, and he shall separate them one from another as a shepherd divides the sheep from the goats. So this is what Rob Rob read, and that's the sheep and the goat judgment there. And then Revelation 19 verse nine. Blessed is he that's called unto the marriage supper of the lamb. And he said to them, right, blessed are they who are called unto the marriage supper of the lamb. And he saith unto me, these are the true saints of God, and I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, thou do it not. I am thy fellow servant. So John trying to bow down before an angel and have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. And so there you go. That's Daniel chapter 12 and the four stages, and the marriage supper is where we're headed. Alright. Well, let's pray. Father, we thank you that we can work through the scriptures tonight, study and to show ourselves approved under god, workmen that need not to be ashamed. Lord, we thank you that you helped us connect dots and tie things together and look and see the harmony, within the within the gospel that the volume of the book is written of Jesus. Search the scriptures, and then you have you think you have eternal life, and they are they which testify of me, you said, Lord Jesus. And so we see the the continuity, and we thank you for giving us understanding. We thank you for the wisdom to sit at your feet and allow you to give us ears to hear and to lord, we pray that we'd be wise and applying that which we learn to our hearts, lord. That you give us a peace that surpass all understanding that you would prompt us to be wise in sharing the gospel with folks. And, Lord, we ask for open doors of opportunities, Lord. Here we are, Use us for your kingdom and glory in these last days. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
