Live from Bremerton. It's Monday night. Welcome. We are studying Daniel chapter 12 tonight and we want to announce that Lord willing if we finish this chapter tonight or when we do, the next book that we're gonna be studying is the book of Revelation. So be ready for that. And Daniel ties right in with the book of Revelation. And so we're gonna worship the Lord. We've had a meal together. We're gonna pray. So Father we come before you Lord and we lift up Sally and Lord we pray that you'd heal her body. We pray that you would heal Joe. We thank you that you're helping Mike here to do better and Thomas. We pray for Steve's sister, her feet, her her legs and stuff, Lord, that you help her, that you continue to help Thomas with his legs, helps Steve with his knee, and, Lord, you're a God who heals. We thank you for you being the great physician that we can go to you. And, Lord, our greatest need is to know you, Lord, and we pray tonight that you would reveal yourself to us to a greater measure than we've ever known you, Lord. And, Lord, we not just accumulate knowledge about you. Even AI has that, Lord. Even demons have that. But, Lord, intimate knowledge, relational knowledge that you would speak to us, Lord. Give us ears to hear and lead and guide us in all truth. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Praise the lord. Thank you, Rob. Alright. We are looking at Daniel chapter 12. So excited to be with you tonight to study this book. Father, we come before you, Lord, and we ask that you'd be our teacher once again, that you'd open the scriptures to our understanding, that you would build us up and strengthen us, Lord. Help us to be aware of the times in which we're living, Lord. Help us to be able to warn others and to have the facts, to have the prophecies, to have the word of God ahead of time, the more sure word of prophecy as a proof text Lord of a God who's the Alpha, the Omega, God who's eternal and wants us to know ahead of time of where we're going, of what's happening. So Lord, we thank you for the gift of your son, we thank you that he's coming again for us, and we thank you as your bride, the church, Lord. We have a responsibility, a duty, a privilege, a blessing of going to making disciples, of helping people. We need to first receive from you in order for us to teach others also, Lord. So help us, Lord. Teach us. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. Alright. So he says, and at that time shall Michael stand up. The East and out of the North shall trouble him. Therefore, he shall go forth with great fury to destroy and utterly sweep away many. So the antichrist has a couple of cities he's working on, and one of them is mystery Babylon The Great, which isn't a mystery. Revelation seventeen eighteen says it's the city of Babylon. So the city of Babylon is going to be rebuilt, and it's gonna be one of the places that the Antichrist sets up his political and economic center. His military cap over the three. And then according to Revelation 17, the remaining seven are gonna hand over their sovereignty to the little horn, which is which is the eighth. And so he's gonna have complete ruler ruler over this empire, the rebirth of the Roman Empire. And oh, look at that. Let there be light. Okay. And so Daniel chapter seven and the 10 horns that were in the head of the other came before whom the three fell. So the three fall, and and he's rushing back to Jerusalem with his armies, and he's really angry at at the Jews because at the same time, there's there's a war in heaven taking place at the midpoint of the tribulation period. And the two witnesses in chapter 11, they're executed, lying in the street for 3.5, and then ascend up to heaven. Well, in chapter 12 of the book of Revelation, when we tie it into Daniel 12, there's war in heaven, and Michael is gonna thrust and get rid of the devil. He's cast down to the earth. Remember? And one third of the stars are cast down to the earth with him. So he's down on the earth and he knows his time is short. Right? And we're gonna look at that. So the timing of all this, there's war in heaven, he's cast out of heaven, no longer able to have access thrown to God to be the accuser of the brethren to accuse everybody. And so as we're looking at Ephesians chapter six the principalities, the powers, all that we wrestle against, now Satan is cast out of the of heaven and two thirds of the holy angels you know stay with God, one third of the unholy angels are cast down to the ground and Jesus said in Luke's gospel that he saw Satan fall to the earth as lightning. Right? So he was predicting ahead of time, letting us know ahead of time that it's gonna fall and and a mouth that spoke great things, whose look was more in Daniel 12 tribulation period, and particularly the the the last half of it. And shall Michael stand up? The stand up is a military term. So he's gonna stand up militarily against the devil and the fallen angels. So turn to turn to Revelation chapter 12 now, and let's get a picture of the battle that that Michael Michael is the archangel in his sphere of responsibility just as we saw the angel in chapter 10 as Daniel was praying, and the angel that came to him, some say it's Gabriel, but an angel came to him and said, Daniel, beloved, you know, very first time that you began to pray, you know, your prayers were heard twenty one days he's praying, but I was fighting against the prince of Persia. So Persia has a fallen angel that's over them so to speak, but the true living God has an archangel named Michael in his responsibilities over the nation of Israel. And so so as we get into chapter 12 here, so we're watching we're watching the angel at Daniel know telescoping to the end of what's gonna happen. In Daniel, there's John the revelator one day that's going to write the book of Revelation, and he's going to prophesy of of the time of the tribulation period and the return of Christ and the millennium and the eternal state. And and you don't know him yet. You don't have all the knowledge yet, but you got enough knowledge, Daniel, to keep you busy for a while. And and so I said, there there appeared great wonder in heaven, a woman clothed with the sun. The woman here is the nation of Israel. So John's getting a picture of the woman, the wife of Jehovah, clothed with the sun, the moon, and under her feet, and upon her head a crown of 12 stars, so the 12 tribes of Israel. She being with child cried travailing in birth and pain to be delivered, and so the woman's gonna bring forth the seed of the woman, the Genesis three fifteen, the son of man, but also what God told Abraham, Abram, in Genesis chapter 12 that a near seed all nations of the earth would be blessed. Speaking of the Messiah, the Messiah is gonna be a Jew, the Messiah is gonna come forth from this woman. So you can you can see and understand why the devil hates humanity, the devil hates God's word, the devil hates the nation of Israel because the Messiah is a Jew, the savior of the world. And so and there appeared another wonder in heaven, and behold, a a great red dragon, having seven heads and 10 horns and seven crowns upon his heads. And so this red dragon is called the serpent in Genesis, he's the dragon here, he's the devil, he's a deceiver, He's Lucifer in Isaiah 14, a fallen angel. He's not the opposite of God. He's a counterfeit, and he's our adversary. And he these crowns, these 10 kings give their he's being led. These 10 kings are being led by the AC, which is the second person of the unholy trinity, and, and so there's authority there. And his tail drew the third part of the stars. So third part of the angels, the Lucifer somehow his five I will statements there in his coup against God, know, before creation, before the creation of the earth. The sons of God and Job, they watched God create the earth. So these angels were created before the earth was created, before Genesis one one. And and so there was a coup in heaven, and we see the coup in Isaiah 14, we see it also in Ezekiel 28, a description of what happened. So he drew a third part of the stars of heaven, and you think, how could he pull that off? How could they this this happen? And then you gotta think in terms of the millennium, how could he pull it off again to get the people that are living during a perfect thousand years to get them to rebel against God? How is that? How could that happen? I mean, to me, it's to me, unbelief is the greatest mystery I've ever encountered. How could you not believe? I just don't understand unbelief. I mean, what do you have that's better than what we have? You know? If we're wrong if we're wrong, you can go back to your miserable life, you know? But why don't you why don't you just ask Jesus in your heart and find out, you know? What are you so afraid of? And there appeared another wonder in heaven, and behold, a great red dragon having seven heads and 10 horns and seven crowns upon his head and his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven and he cast them to the earth and the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to be delivered to devour her child as soon as it was born. So we remember in Matthew chapter two that Herod the Great was trying to destroy and the wise men came from the East and they said we're come to see the Christ, know, we've come to see the king of the Jews and all. And so we remember with Queen Esther there was a period of time where Haman was, being used by the devil to try and destroy the Jews. We saw with Adolf Hitler in the previous century, trying to destroy, completely wipe out the Jews. And, so he hates, he hates, he hates, he hates the Jews. And she brought forth a male child who was to rule all nations. Who is that? That's Jesus. And Hebrews one said, you know, he's not an angel. He's a man. He's the son of man. His favorite description of himself is son of man. He wants to identify with you as the god man, fully god, fully man, the last Adam, the one who would fulfill the law, fulfill all the demands of the law, who would offer his own life up as the price of redemption, so that he could purchase you and I. And so the adversary, the devil, he's really angry that he can't be God. And, and so he's gonna take as many people to hell as he possibly can. And, and so the male child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron, and her child was caught up under God, to his throne. And so you got two different advents here. You got the first advent, he comes, he's cut off, Daniel nine twenty seven, you know, 26, 27, he's Messiah is cut off, and and you have this whole period of the church age, and then you have the second coming of Jesus, and and he's gonna rule and reign for a thousand years after his second coming, and he's gonna rule and reign with a rod of iron. Right? So the thousand years excuse me. Rod of iron and her child was caught up unto God unto his throne, and he has and and the woman fled into the wilderness. So now you have the picture of the midpoint of the tribulation period where the antichrist comes with his armies. And as he's coming with his armies, in chapter 11. I'll I'll read it for you. And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious Holy Mountain, yet he shall come to his end and none shall help him. So the antichrist is going to put up a military tent in Jerusalem. He's going to make his military headquarters there like a like a, you know, ready to do battle on the ground against the Jews. And and so that's what we're reading here. He's so the war in heaven, now the war upon the earth. And the woman fled into the wilderness. We talked about that last week. It's Southern Jordan, the area of Moab, of Mount Seir, of Basra, and this is one area that's off limits to the Antichrist. And so the the woman, the nation of Israel, that one third remnant, they are able to flee from the Antichrist and his armies that are trying to wipe them out. And and so they're able to the woman fled into the wilderness where he has a place prepared. So if we went to Israel, we'd say, you know what, pastor Rick? We wanna also go to see the seven churches of Turkey. We wanna study the seven churches of the book of Revelation, chapters two and three. And we'd also like to do an extended trip over to Jordan to see Petra. We'd love to see the high walls of Petra, and we'd love to bring our drones. We'd love to throw our drones up and have our drones go through there and show us all the caves and all the stuff that's happening over there and record it. Boy, wouldn't that be great, pastor Rick? Yeah. It'd be great. Let's go. Let's go. Alright. You guys wanna go? DiCatzaVision? Let's go. Alright. I'm a poor pastor, so I I haven't been able to do that. The first year that I was here, I tried to put together a trip to Israel, and I was so excited because my frame of reference was every pastor takes his church to Israel. Pastor Chuck must have went a 100 times. And so I put it out there, and I had the brochures, and I had all the stuff ready for everybody. And in order for Kathy and I to go, we needed to sign up 20 people. And that would mean that the pastor and the pastor's wife get to go for free because we're gonna work. That's a working trip for us. We're gonna take you all the sites and tell you about it, the whole thing. And nobody signed up because we're poor Bremerton. It's it's it it I'm not in Kansas anymore, and so it's a rude awakening. And it's been like that ever since, you know, trying to understand where it is I am. And so frame of reference, real glad to be here tonight. But as far as going to Israel and going to Petra and going to those places, you're gonna have to wait till the millennium. Okay? But you could go you could go with other Calvary Chapel pastors. If you wanna go, you just go on the Calvary Chapel list and and check it out of who's going, and they're always looking for people to sign up. And so there you go. Probably pastor Tom Hughes goes quite a bit. Pastor Barry Stagger, a lot of these guys go quite often. You might check out pastor David Hawking, hope for today. He loves to take take tours there. And so I don't know if he'd do an extended one for you, but I'm just getting really excited about going. I'm gonna be there someday. I've never seen Petra. So it's a real place. And and his tail drew okay. So he's ready to be delivered to devour her child when it is born. And she brought forth a male child who was to rule all nations, rod of iron, and her child was caught up to God and to his throne. And the woman fled into the wilderness where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her. They're a thousand two hundred and threescore days. So twelve hundred and sixty days, forty two months, three and a half years, a time, time, and a half a time is if we reckon time. And so at the midpoint of the tribulation period, she's gonna flee. The Antichrist is there, and the Antichrist, one of the things he's going to do at the midpoint of the tribulation period is what? Going to the temple. He's gonna desecrate the temple. He's gonna go into the temple according to second Thessalonians chapter two. He's gonna declare himself to be God, demand to be worshipped as God. He's going to stop the covenant that he signed with the nation of Israel twelve hundred and sixty days earlier, seemed to be a a confirming of a covenant, which allowed the rebuilding of the temple, which they're trying to do right now. Right? Which they've got the ashes of the red heifer. They got all the priests. They got all the implements. They're waiting for the for the go go for it. And the thing that starts the tribulation period is the rapture. I wanted to see if you're listening. Not the rapture. It's the signing of the peace treaty. Right? The rapture is imminent. Our rapture can happen at any time. Rapture can happen ten years before the signing of the peace treaty. The rapture, you and I waiting for the rapture, we could see the global government develop. We could see the global economic system develop, but not the implementation of Revelation thirteen sixteen through 18, where every man's gonna receive a mark on the right hand of the forehead. That's the midpoint of the tribulation period. But we could see a real ID in a blockchain technology and the currency going to digital in anticipation of the Antichrist taking control of of everything. But that still doesn't mean that the rapture hasn't happened. So the world can be divided into 10 regions in a heartbeat, and that man of sin can be among them and then, you know, wind up being the guy that signs that peace treaty or that com that covenant with the nation of Israel. Alright. So so and they should feed there in a thousand two hundred and threescore days. Now you don't want to be antisemitic. You don't want to be a hater of Israel. And you hear politicians and a lot of people citing Genesis twelve three, Rubio and others, where they're debating about, I'm gonna bless those that bless thee, curse those that curse thee. There's those who are of replacement theology from Augustine and Martin Luther forward thinking that the church has replaced Israel. So I want to remind you of another point in time where people better be really careful. And that's during the Matthew 25 separation of the sheep and the goats. The nations are going to be judged of how they treated the nation of Israel. The sheep are going to be favorable. They're not going be anti Semitic during the tribulation period. The goats are going to be those that were antagonistic to the anti Semitic. And so, there's another proof text that behooves you to treat Israel good. Does it mean Israel's good? No. Immoral, ungodly. Some of the most godly people in the planet in Tel Aviv right now. But that's not the criteria. The criteria is God's saying, I'm gonna purify a remnant. And I'm gonna purify that remnant during the time of Jacob's trouble, during the tribulation period. And and they're going to be beat on. They're going to be mistreated double what any other nation's been treated. And we'll show you that in Isaiah in a few minutes here. And so be very, very careful. Even if God uses the Babylonians to judge his people, be very careful because he'll come through and use the Persians to judge the Babylonians, and he'll use the Greeks to judge the Persians and he'll use the Romans to judge all of them and so be very careful how you treat the apple of his eye, the nation of Israel. God's promises to them are unconditional promises. They're not gonna have all the land until the millennium from the Nile to the Euphrates, right, and the Mediterranean Sea. But so I wouldn't wanna be a part of dividing the land right now. I wouldn't wanna do that. And so the woman fled into the wilderness where she has a place prepared by God, again, by God, God will feed us. If the EBT cards stop, if everything stops, God's prepared, he's three steps ahead of the devil, he's gonna take care of us, and they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days, So exact. And again, at that point, the abomination of desolation. He goes into the temple, declares himself to be God, demands to be worshiped as God. And a little side note, when we were looking at chapter 11, and we saw a type of the Antichrist, that of a Tiochis Epiphanes, the parallel in the time between the Testaments, you remember when the Syrians were going back and forth with kings with Egypt and all, Ptolemy and all, one of them toward the end there is Attachees Epiphanes, we had the revolt of the Maccabeans, Joseph Maccabeus. And Attachas, when he desecrated the temple with the pig blood and all, in his revolt, his revolt lasted twelve hundred ninety days until the abomination that he put there was removed. We're gonna see that the abomination of desolation is gonna be removed twelve hundred ninety days after it's putting it into the temple, a parallel, thirty days after Jesus returns. We're also going to see the death of Actaeus the thirteen hundred and thirty fifth day. So as we study through Daniel 12, we're going to see that the twelve hundred and sixty from this point, from the midpoint, go forward and you'll know the moment of the second coming of Jesus. You'll know the day. So we talk about the rapture, the rapture is imminent. No man knows the day or the hour only his father. So all of these post tribber guys that try to tell you that Jesus is gonna return at the end in his second coming and before he before he sets foot on the earth, he's going to the dead in Christ are gonna rise first, and the weeds remain to be caught up together with him in the clouds, social whatever be with him. Right? And then in their eschatology, we come right back down with him. That's a that's jump up, jump down, jump up, jump down. K? But the problem is you'd have to remove the doctrine of imminency because if you're in the tribulation period, you can count twelve hundred and sixty days from the day the antichrist goes into the temple, declares himself to be god, demands to be worked up as god, and you can say, hey, gang, gang, we're gonna be raptured. When? Twelve hundred sixty days from now. What happened to eminency? What happened to the blessed hope? What happened to all the, you know, the Jesus saying no man knows the day or the hour? What happened to that? What happened to the 10 virgins? The picture there of five wise and five foolish where the groom comes at a time where they don't know. You know? Coming like a thief in the night. Right? And, so what happens to all that? So it's, it's removed and and, and you so you look at the twelve sixty days, which is half of the tribulation period, the seven year tribulation period, the seventy seven of Daniel, you come forward forty two months, three and a half years, a time, a time, and half time, or twelve hundred sixty days. That should be good for people to to calculate. And and so in chapter 12 again, And he says, verse seven, and there was war in heaven. So we see the war in heaven. Michael, now in chapter 12, it says, and in that time shall Michael stand. That word in the Hebrew, he's standing to do battle. He's saying, are you ready to rumble? That's what he's doing. It's time to fight. It's time to deal with the devil, with Lucifer, and all these fallen angels. Time to deal with them. And so, God allows the devil and the fallen angels, to be the little g god of this world, the prince of the power of the air. But now watch. He's gonna be cast out of the air and thrust down to the earth, and he knows his time is short. Okay? And God uses Michael the archangel at the Trump. Did you hear the Trump? The Trump of God. Yeah. Yeah. I heard it. I heard the Trump. I'm looking up, man. I'm looking up. Okay. Okay. And so there was war in heaven. Remember Daniel in chapter 10? There was war, war in the heavenlies, prince of Persia, these angels fighting against each other, the principalities and the powers. And somehow somehow our prayers matter. Somehow when we pray, the Lord can dispatch angels to help us and angels to counteract the demons that are trying to overthrow us. Right? And we have authority in the name of Jesus. Right? Just as Michael demonstrated when he was contending for the body of Moses, the body of Moses that was on Mount Nebo. For some reason, the devil wanted the body of Moses, probably gonna make it some sort of shrine for the Catholics or somebody, you know, and some sort of a some sort of mausoleum. We got the body of Moses here. We got the Shroud Of Tern. We got Mary. We got them all here, you know? Make a lot of money off this. And and so Michael was sent and grabbed the body of Moses and buried it somewhere nobody knows, but he said, the Lord rebuke you to the devil. The Lord rebuke you. And so we see the authority, and and we can have that same authority in the name of Jesus, and we can pray the privilege of prayer, and God, in many cases, dispatches angels on our behalf, our guardian angels and others, and he raises up a standard against that spiritual battle that's coming against you and your family and all. And and I just so encourage you to pray for little Calvary Bremerton and pray for these people that are that are your brothers and sisters in this body and recognize there's a spiritual battle against you and your marriage and your family and your kids and your grandkids and the whole thing. Don't lose sight of it we're a part of this and that's what Paul said stand he said be strong in the power of the Lord and in his might you know and doing all having stand and to withstand right and so put on your armor get your armor on and get ready to rumble with with Michael and the other angels and spiritual warfare man are we ignorant of spiritual warfare And his angels and so Michael's got some angels and they fought against the dragon. Now I gotta stop a second. One angel was used to killing a 185,000 Assyrians when they were coming against Hezekiah. Right? Just one angel. And Jesus said, Peter, watch me. I'm gonna put his ear back on. Right? Don't you know that I could call down 12 legions of angels if I wanted to? Can you see Michael and the guy's ready? Is it time? Do we get to go? Do we hit you know, coach, put me in, put me in. And and they're being held back. The holy angels are being held back and they gotta sit there and watch the devil and and the fallen angels, you know, just wreak havoc upon people. One of the greatest weapons the devil has is he's the deceiver. He's a liar. And people believe his lies and give him permission to wreak havoc in their lives. It's just you know the truth, the truth will set you free, baby. Alright. So Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, so another name for the serpent of Genesis. And so this is a flying serpent. Would you like to see a dragon? Dragons all throughout antiquity antiquity, dragons are found all over the world. The Bible uses doesn't China use a dragon as their mascot? You know? And so I fought against the I think they got little movies and cartoons to tame your dragon. I don't know what that means, but but I don't have a dragon. I've got a pink unicorn. That's what I got. So his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon fought against his angels. Boy, what a battle. And prevailed. Not not the devil lost. He's a loser. He loses. And when we get to chapter 20 verses one through three, it's one angel that comes and grabs hold of him and throws him into the abyss. It it's an angel that grabs hold of the antichrist and the false prophet at Basra and puts them into the Lake Of Fire. They're the first two people that go into the Lake Of Fire. They're gonna be there for a thousand years. And then the ant then the devil is gonna be loosed by an angel. He's chained in the abyss. That's a hole real deep in the earth. Right? And I heard the Russians can hear people in hell. They got some radio stability, something like that, howling. And there's different chambers of hell, remember? There's some of the really bad angels, bad to the bone, who are a part of the Noahic time of Noah's flood and they're being held back. And a whole host of those demons are gonna be released upon the planet in Revelation chapter nine. Right? So you got a place that Peter talks about called Tartarus. Right? You've got to hell or shield a holding compartment for the dead. And prior to Jesus' resurrection, the Abraham's bosom was a double compartment. Right? The rich man of Lazarus in Luke chapter 16? And and so that double compartment, Jesus, according to Ephesians four, he loosed the captives. Jesus told the thief on the cross, this day you'll be with me in paradise. And Jesus emptied that compartment out. But the wicked dead are awaiting transfer, and they're still awaiting the second resurrection at the end of the millennium, according to Revelation chapter 20 verse fifteen, eleven through 15. The wicked dead are gonna be bodily raised from the dead. They're gonna get bodies, and they're gonna stand before the great white throne of of God, and they're going to give an account of what they did while they're in their body, whether good or bad. And God keeps great records. Every injustice that was was done in secret is gonna be shouted from the rooftops there. Nobody's gonna get away with anything. And then they're going to be sent to the Lake Of Fire to meet up with the Antichrist and the false prophet that are already there. And their punishment, according to Luke chapter 12, is going to be a graduated punishment, which means different levels of punishment. Some are gonna be beaten with few stripes, some with many stripes, because knowledge brings responsibility. And those of us that are raised in America with the Bible and with the church and Christian television, well, maybe he won't hold that against us. Yeah. But in any event, knowledge brings responsibility. And and we're gonna see that. Ain't it great to know the future? Isn't it great to know your destiny is heaven, the eternal state, a new body, all your sins washed away, you know? And to know the wicked dead, their life is but a vapor. It's like it's it's so short lived. And, you know, Voltaire would give all this money, these wicked atheistic people at the end of their lives when they're dying, they'd give everything they have if they could live just a little bit more, a little bit longer. And contrary to what Jared Kushner and no evil Harari and evil Harari and and, Elon Musk and these guys, they believe the lie of of because they reject the truth, god's gonna give them over to a strong delusion that they would believe the lie back in the garden where where the devil told Adam and Eve, you shall not die. These guys think through technology that they're going to be able to circumvent death, and they're they're kidding themselves. And so I love the fact when I hear that stuff, I'm not sucked in by it. I know it's a lie. I know it's appointed unto all men once to die, and then the judgment. I know that God limited man after the flood to a hundred and twenty years. You know? And so these guys are they're nut jobs. And, man, I'm so glad that God saved me, and I'm so glad that he saved you. And Hollywood should make a good movie about this kind of stuff because this is pretty radical. So he prevailed not, neither was there any place found anymore in heaven. So presently, the devil is the accuser of the brethren. He has access to the throne of God as the prosecuting attorney. And when he looks at your life, he uses the letter of the law. He doesn't have to lie about you. He can tell the truth about you and I. We're sinners. But Jesus, your defense attorney, he ever lives to make intercession. We have an advocate with the father. Jesus steps forward and says, father, that Rick's one of mine. And father, there's no record or wrong in the ledger because I paid. And he just shows the the scars on his hands and his feet, the scars on his face, and that's the price. That's what he paid to redeem you and I. And Satan has shut up. But you and I, we seem to let the devil keep talking. He likes to talk. He's such a talker. There's now therefore no condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus. Why do you listen to his condemnation? He's a liar. He's pointing to the pit of hell, and the Holy Spirit is pointing to the cross. So you let the Holy Spirit you take every thought captive and bring it back to the obedience of Christ, and you don't tell yourself, oh, I'll do better next time, devil. I'll do better next time. No. You remember it's the blood. You mentioned the blood. They overcome him by the what? They overcome him by what? Blood. And what else? And they love not their life unto death. So one of the things the devil's gonna do to people is threaten to kill them. Well, if you're a Christian, he's not gonna get you to capitulate and take the mark of the beast to save your life. They overcome him how? They love not their lives unto death. They're ready to go. Hey. You're doing me a favor. Soon as you as soon as you cut my head off, I'm with Jesus. Immediately, I'm with Jesus, my new glorified body. So Jesus said, don't fear him who can kill your body because that's what we're gonna threaten. I'm gonna take your job away. You're gonna lose your job if you don't. Well, they're gonna escalate that threat. We're gonna take your life. Right? We're gonna shut your bank account off. You're not gonna have any food. You're gonna have a huge, terrible, terrible social credit score, and and we're gonna tax you to death with our phony climate change laws. You know? And and so they're just a bunch of liars, and I'm so glad that they're pie in the sky, they're golden age, they're seven mountain mandate. It's all a bunch of baloney. And because I know the truth, and the truth has set me free. And the great dragon was cast out that old serpent. So there's the word reaching back to Genesis called the devil and Satan. So he's an adversary. He's your he's your enemy who deceives the whole earth. Look at that. I don't know what truth is anymore. I'm like Pontius Pilate anymore. What is truth? That AI is putting out so much stuff, and I bite and I believe it and I think, oh, oh, well, that's terrible. And somebody writes me back and says, that was AI. Oh, I better be careful next time. I better have Mark Dinsmore fact check for me because, man, I was really sucked into that one. And makes me skeptical like Pontius Pilate. What is truth? He's standing right in front of you, Pilate, called the devil and Satan who deceives the whole world. He was cast out under the earth and his angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, now has come salvation and strength and the kingdom of our God and the power of his Christ for the accuser of our brethren is cast down. Accused them before before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb, by the word of their testimony. And they loved not their lives. And they loved not their lives unto death. Therefore so with that knowledge, with that understanding, he says, therefore, wherefore, rejoice ye heavens. There's look at how happy the angels are to get rid of those clowns. There's rejoicing in heaven. Finally. Finally, we got rid of those guys. Therefore, rejoice ye heavens and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth, the earth dwellers, and of the and of the sea. You can't even be so rich that you build a bunker in the sea. Submarine. A lot of guys are trying to go underneath the water so they can't be detected. Right? For the devil has come down unto you, having great wrath. We've got God's wrath, we got man's wrath, and now we got the devil's wrath because he knows that he has but a short time. The two at the Gadara, the two that were cutting themselves and chained and no chains could hold them, they were demoniacs. They were a legion of demons inside of them, and the demons said, we know who you are, Jesus, the just one. Have you come to torment us before our time? They have a greater sense of timing, a greater sense of the days they're living in than the people that we're with on this planet right now. The devil knows he's got a short time. And when the dragon saw that he was cast under the earth, he persecuted the woman. He comes after Israel. I know how much God loves Israel. I know how much God loves Christians. I know how much God loves the children, the little kids, the babies. I'm gonna go after the most innocent. I'm gonna go after, you know, the greatest plan, the greatest the greatest love that God has. I'm gonna go after the woman who brought forth the male child, brought forth Jesus. And to the woman, we're given two wings of a great eagle flying on eagles' wings. There was a few years ago where the Israeli government sent huge jets to Ethiopia to rescue Jews who were in Ethiopia, maybe the Ethiopian eunuch when he went back after meeting with Philip, he went back to Ethiopia and shared the gospel. And the people there under persecution cried out to the Israeli government, and they airlifted him on angels' wings, eagles' wings, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place where she is nourished for a time notice this this code here. The unbeliever's not gonna understand this. You understand it. You've seen it used in Daniel. Daniel chapter seven. A time, a time and a half time. 70 sevens, a dozen eggs, a dozen donuts, a baker's dozen. 70 sevens is seven grouping of years. 69 sevens already already lived out one final seven year period, the time of Jacob's trouble. For a time, a time, and a half time from the face of the serpent. So three and a half years, Daniel 07/25. And the serpent cast out of his mouth water like a flood. So here comes the ground assault. This is the ground assault. This is the the devil has the antichrist at Jerusalem with his tent up there, his military, his armies, and now they're going to try and wipe out the Jews. He defeats the Jews in Jerusalem, and they have to flee. Those that are are left have to flee. And as they flee, they flee toward Basra, towards Southern Jordan. And and so and the serpent cast out of the mouth like like a flood after the woman that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood, by his army. And now watch this. Then the earth remember Coradathen and Nabiram? And the earth helped the woman. I don't care what kind of weapons man thinks he has. If God has the ability, and I use that word ability loosely, to open the ground up to swallow somebody, boy, you haven't come up with that one yet, have you? You know? The Lord holds the atoms together, the protons, the nuclear, the pro the all the different types of weapons, hydrogen and all. By him, all things consist. As soon as he lets go of his holding together those atoms, that's a neutron bomb. That's an atomic bomb. That's fire that melts people. You know? There's no limit to just the brightness of his coming, the Shekinah glory of his coming destroys the antichrist and the sword of his mouth. Right? And so he's using here, like like with pharaoh, he used the Red Sea. I'm gonna divide the Red Sea. Not the Reed Sea, the Red Sea. And I'm gonna take pharaoh and all of his armies who already endured 10 plagues, the last one being the firstborn, and I'm gonna draw Pharaoh in the Gulf Of Aqaba. They they say the archaeologists, they found the round wheels to the chariots. Still there. Mhmm. Much of the stuff's still there. And so Noah's Ark up at Mount Ararat. They don't let you go there to check it out and all that. And and so he causes, like, the the red the Red Sea to be split and and wipes out that invading army. God can cause dust during Desert Storm, during Jimmy Carter's just just the most I used to think he was the worst president until, you know, Biden and Obama, but just ludicrous, you know, the hostages that were there, and and we are gonna go in and try and rescue them. And and just a dust storm compromises our our helicopters and such and and things like that. And so weather has a great God can cause it to rain, and the invading army can be way more advanced than you and all of their chariots and all their tanks and all their stuff just soaks into the mud and they can't move, you know? And so he opens up God, 100 pound hail bombs. If God opens up the heavens and starts dropping a 100 pound hail bombs, if Russia and a coalition of nations, Ezekiel thirty eight and thirty nine, go into Russia I mean, go into Israel to take the spoil, and that spoil's in Gaza. That spoil that the world wants is in Gaza. It's Leviathan. It's the natural gas and oil just off the coast there, and they want it. And the hook in the jaw drawing them in, and the Lord's gonna cause hail bombs to come on these guys. Five out of every six of that invading force at the peak of all technology are wiped out by hail bombs, whatever else the Lord comes up with during that time. So the woman, the earth opened her mouth and swallowed up the army, the flood, which the dragon cast out of his mouth. And the dragon was angry with the woman and went to make war with the remnant. So now he got the one third remnant. You got Zechariah thirteen eight nine. There's a one third remnant that's gonna be saved. Two thirds are gonna die. So in that battle in Jerusalem, they're they lose, the nation loses, and then they flee, those that are alive and remain. They flee, and that's that one third remnant and or with the remnant of their other seed who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Okay. So back to Daniel chapter 12 now. Are we gonna finish verse one? Okay. We will. And at that time, the time of the tribulation period, at the midpoint, shall Michael stand up military term, and the great prince who standeth for the children of of thy people, he's the one that watches over Daniel, your people. He watches over the nation of Israel. So Daniel's in a conquered condition. He's in Babylon. He's he's got the Babylonians and the Medo Persians. He's reaching the end of his age, but the Lord said, I gotta still have a great plan for Israel. God's promises to Israel, yay and amen. There's no replacement theology. I'm not gonna replace the nation of Israel with anything. Promises I made to Abraham are gonna be kept. The promises that I made to Jeremiah, Jeremiah thirty one thirty one, are unconditional promises. I'm gonna write my word in their heart. There's a day coming in the future, Daniel. There's a day coming in the future that they're gonna enter into everything that I promised for them. And so these are these are your people, Daniel. And there shall be a time of trouble. A time of trouble. What time do you think that is? And notice the next part. Such as never was since there was a nation, even to that same time. And at that time, thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book. So let's look at that trouble. Let's look at that. This is the tribulation period. You remember what Jesus said about this? Matthew 24? Is it twenty one and twenty two? Somebody wanna read? Somebody else? Isaiah 30 verse seven. Come on people. Alright. You guys went to sleep while I was teaching. Zechariah three eight? Anybody? How about Luke twelve forty eight? Luke twelve forty eight. Okay. Isaiah forty one and two. Okay. K. And Hosea thirteen fourteen. Well, we'll wait on that one. We'll wait on that one. Alright. The tribulation period, the time of Jacob's trouble. Let's go with Jesus first. Matthew twenty four twenty one and twenty two. For then shall be great tribulations such as not since the beginning of the world to this time nor ever shall be, except those days should be shortened, there should be no flesh saved, but for the elect's sake, those days shall be shortened. So we need to define our terms. First of all, what's it mean tribulation? Sorry. In the seventh. In a general way, tribulation is pressure. Jesus promised us that we will experience tribulation in a general way. Right? Pressure against us. This is a specific epoch of time. It's the seventieth seven of Daniel. It's the it's the the tribulation period. The seventy seven of Daniel. The time of Jacob's trouble. So it's not just tribulation in general. This is a specific time that Jesus is tying in with Daniel and saying this is a time unprecedented. Nobody's ever suffered to this degree nor after this. And except those days be shortened, if Jesus didn't intervene, if he didn't come back to rescue Israel, no flesh should be saved. But for the elect's sake, again, that's not the church. The elect is the nation of Israel that he's describing in Matthew 24. For the sake of Israel, with the devil coming after him to wipe him out, Jesus intervenes. You got that? That's so important for your eschatology, for your understanding of last days things to make those distinctions because so many of the guys don't use the bible to teach the bible. They don't cross reference. They don't take Daniel to understand revelation or Matthew 24. And because of that that because of that, many of them allegorize and they make it symbolic. They make it dance and do what they want it to do. And and it's very, very poor hermeneutics, which is is proper laws or rules of interpretation. And and so we wanna we wanna look at it from a a literal standpoint of literally what's happening. What's what's the holy spirit letting us know that's happening? Now when we come to allegories or types, we're gonna look grammatically for a word that says like. If it's like something, then it may not be literal. Right? It doesn't have to be literal. It's like a flood. So we saw that word flood and and we we applied it to an army coming after him. Right? So delivered out of okay. Who's next? Bueller? Bueller? Alright. What was the scripture? Jeremiah 30 verse seven. K. While she's going there, do you know what preterous means? What? Past. Okay. So the local churches, when I heard they were teaching the book of Revelation, how'd they teach it? It all happened in seventy AD. It's already happened in the past. They allegorized everything, blew through the book of Revelation just to say they taught it. They didn't teach it. They just blew through it. Right? Read is not Really, really poor scholarship. Okay. So let's see here. Jeremiah 30 verse seven. Sorry. Can't get quick enough on the thing. Alas, for that day is great so that none is like it. It is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it. So a remnant's gonna be saved. Zechariah three eight. Zephaniah three eight. Zephaniah. Zephaniah. Oh, Zephaniah. Alright. I'll come back to you. Isaiah forty one and two. Isaiah forty one and two. Forty and two. Yeah. Comfort you. Comfort you my people, saith your god. Speak you comfortably to Jerusalem. Yes. And cry unto her. That her warfare is accomplished, that her inequity is pardoned, for she hath received of the Lord's hand double for for all her sins. Do you hear that double? Double for all her sins. So God is says, hey. They're my people. They're the chosen people. And if you like fiddler on the roof, he says, why don't you choose somebody else? You know? And telly, you know? And because they're under so much pressure. In Deuteronomy chapter four verse 30, it says, when thou art in tribulation and all these things are come upon thee even in the latter days, if thou turn to the Lord thy God and shall be obedient unto his voice for the Lord thy God is a merciful God. So God's purposely putting them into this time of Jacob's trouble to purify a remnant. They're going through the fire and Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego are a type of the nation of Israel going through the fiery tribulation period. Right? Yeah. Okay. And they got a double. It's double upon them. Why is it? Luke twelve forty eight tells us why. Too much is given, much is required. They have a greater responsibility. To them we're given the oracles of God, the word of God. They were to be a light unto the Gentiles, that the Gentiles would be drawn toward the seed of the woman, the virgin born son of God. Thomas got something to do. Luke what? Luke twelve forty eight? Yeah. There you go, buddy. But he that knew not and did commit things worthy of of stripes shall be beaten with with few stripes for unto whomsoever much to is to given of him shall be much required. Unto him men have, committed much of him, they will ask for more. Praise the Lord. Thank you. Thank you, Thomas. Right. Alright. So Zephaniah three eight, Rob. Therefore, wait ye upon me, saith the Lord, until that day that I rise up to pray. For my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms to pour upon them my indignation, even all my fierce anger, for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy. Ain't that amazing? I love to quote today when we're watching the beast system be developed. I love to quote Revelation seventeen seventeen where the stage is being set. The Lord's saying in that Zephaniah passage, I'm gonna gather all the nations there the Lord is setting the stage in Revelation seventeen seventeen it says that he puts in the hearts of these kings of the earth these technocrats what he wants them to do according to his will He's setting the stage. He's setting a trap for all of humanity. God's setting a trap that he might be glorified. And I just love it. God's completely in control, and it looks like the church has lost its mind. And I get so frustrated trying to wake people up, and then I have to come back to, hey. It's all according to plan. Everything's everything's gonna go okay. I don't know how we're ever gonna wake people up. And now, Romans eleven twenty five, for I would to brethren ye should, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits that blindness in part has happened unto Israel during the church age. The Jews don't get it. They crucified Messiah. There's still some Jews in part that believe in Jesus. Right? Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. Daniel's being taught concerning the times of the Gentiles that we see in Luke's gospel, Luke 21 that or 19. The times of the Gentiles, what we read about in Luke chapter or excuse me, Daniel chapter two of the four dominant global empires. Right? The Babylonians, the Medo Persians, the Greeks, the Romans, and then the rebirth of the Roman Empire is the final Gentile Empire, the Empire of the Antichrist, which is the end of the times of the Gentiles, which ends with the second coming of Christ when he comes. Now the church age ends with the rapture, and and the rapture happens when the fullness of the Gentiles has come in, which is the Lord knows the last one that's gonna believe. Then it goes on to verse 26. And so all Israel shall be saved as is written, there shall come out of Zion the deliverer and shall turn away the ungodliness from Jacob for this is my covenant unto them when I shall take away their sins. As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes, but as touching election, they are beloved for the father's sake. For the gifts and the calling of God are without repentance. No replacement theology. God's gonna keep his promises that he made to the nation of Israel, and in Isaac shall thy seed be called, meaning those who believe. The ones that believe are going to be the remnant, the 144,000, 12,000 from each tribe, and then also that remnant that's fleeing Jerusalem, but they gotta be prepared. God's gotta God's got to break their will because they're going to resist him to the very end. And what is it? Jesus said that they wouldn't see him till what, Vicky? Blessed is he who's not in the name of the Lord. And they don't say that till the Last day. Last moment. That is stubborn. Yeah. Some people resist the Holy Spirit their whole life long. And my mom my mom, I believe she's gonna be in heaven, but man, she resisted. She resisted her whole life. And God used cancer, lung cancer, to break her will, to bring her to the place where she softened toward her eternal destiny. Right? And and she didn't live a godly life after that or during it or even before. But salvation is by grace through faith alone. It's Christ's righteousness. Alright. So did we get everybody? Everybody have a chance? So we see this, we established this time of trouble is unprecedented time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation even to the same time. Now why would you wanna go through the tribulation period and prove to anybody that you're super Christian? Because I I can't. You're prepping for it. You're prepping to go into the tribulation period. No. And you're you're poo pooing the rapture. You're you're saying that they're all there's no pre trib rapture. Oh, that was Darby. That was that was McDonald. That was something that they just brought back in in the eighteen hundreds. No. No. No. No. No. Jesus talked concerning the rapture of the church, and so did the apostle Paul, and John did. And the early church fathers believed in a pretribulation rapture with Arrhenius and all. But with three thirteen, with Constantine, this doctrine of the rapture was part of the dark ages. So there's a resurgence not a new doctrine just a resurgence like the Protestant Reformation of people rediscovering the doctrine of the pre trib rapture. And it fits like a glove. It fits so slick as we're studying the Bible. If you try to prove a mid trib or a post trib or any post toasties or whatever, you have a hard time. You don't have the scriptures necessary to make your point. You have to impose upon the text your ideas. So for example, in Revelation chapter six, there's guys that say that we're already, you know, in the tribulation period, that the seals are opening. And then they try and say that we believe in a pre wrath, a pre wrath rapture that that the Lord's gonna come before his wrath, but what about man's wrath? And so they take in chapter six here and they start to say that, oh, man, there's a famine. Oh, we're already seeing some of the seals open up. Oh, man. The man has sinned. War's breaking out, if you look at the seals of chapter six here. And and then they come all the way down to verse 17, and they say, that at verse 17 is when God's wrath is poured out. For the great day of his wrath is coming, who shall be able to stand? So all that other stuff before verse 17, that's man's wrath. That's the globalist coming up with war and famine and food reduction. All that stuff's true that men are of suiciding the the planet, But the reason we know their interpretation is not true is because in chapter five, who is worthy to open the scroll and loose the seals? They can't open the seals in chapter six. The seals are opened by Jesus. They're not gonna be open. The tribulation's not gonna start till chapter six when Jesus starts it with the opening of the first seal. Alright. I should get an award. Alright. Alright. So here we go. But I gotta hear that stuff, and then I gotta hear them say, give me one verse. One verse. Give me one verse that proves the pre tribulational rapture. And we're one verse? We got lots of verses for you, not just one verse. What what are you talking about? It's cohesive. It's it fits. It all fits. Well, Revelation three ten if you want one verse. Okay? There's one verse. Okay. Let's move on. So the rapture is important because we're looking at the tribulation period here. We're looking at time. And we're to be we're not to be ignorant of the time that we live in, and we gotta be we gotta be looking at the birth banks. We gotta be looking and aware of the beast system being built, which is the tribulation period, because the devil is not omniscient. He doesn't know everything. He's a great student. He's very smart, but he needs the technology to provide a an AI, maybe demon possessed AI. I don't know. But, a level of intelligence to try and track and trace everybody and have cameras and audio and the whole thing. And he's not omnipresent either. The devil can't be everywhere as we see. He's just a fallen angel. So he's gotta have a whole set of demons to help him in the in the in the, you know, the spiritual realm. But on on Earth, when he's thrust to Earth, he needs the technology of the Palantir and the Peter Thiel's and the Elon Musk and the Stargate and all the stuff that Golden Dawn helped them purchase the very first day in office when he signed the Stargate Stargate Bill. And then the Genius Bill. Any pastor clueing in? Nobody will connect the dots. It's Don, Golden Dawn that's doing this. On our watch, we as Christians are allowing this because we've been disarmed in thinking that he's gonna make America great again. Our idolatry is being exposed. And I'm a patriot, but my citizenship's in heaven. And I can see the strategy of the devil so clearly. And I don't care how many people walk out the church when I try to connect these dots. It's it's it's ludicrous to me to be a pastor of a church of people that are deceived. Why would I wanna be a pastor at church like that and keep them dummy down so they like me? I could wear a mega hat. I could carry coins around with Cyrus, Donald's face on there. I could play the game. It's stupid though. It's it's deceitful. It's deceitful. He can't even move past Warp's pay jab with me. I've never let him get past that. And he's still boasting about how he's the guy that brought it out. And he doesn't even let you know the Department of Defense is the one that developed years before they rolled it out. He just rolled it out and tries to take all the credit of the lives he've saved, which is a bold faced lie. There's a fax from morticians, from insurance companies, all the way down medical records. People are dying from the jab and continue to die. And and how could Christians let a guy get away with that because they so want to overcome the Democrats. The Democrats have made him insane and watching them destroy America. And this guy will go in and he'll fix it. He's Donnie the chaos guy. He's creating so much chaos in the whole world that we're gonna see troops. We're gonna see the national guard in our cities and martial law. That's what we're gonna see. And will any of the big name pastors besides JD Frog connect the dots and be honest. I don't need to worry about it. It's all and and don't do this to me either. Well, pastor, it's all prophecy. Yeah. Prophecy I tried to teach you about ahead of time. Why don't you come back and say, you were wrong? Well, that would mean we're wrong. And we still think Don can do it. We're gonna keep giving chances because when he's wrong, he's genius, Don, but but he was deceived. Somebody tricked him. It's not his fault. Oh, then we're bigger idiots than I ever could realize. You know, we deserve what we're getting. So the time thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the books. So now we come to a distinction here. Only those whose names are written in the books, that that one third remnant. So we've got the books, a general sense of books that God keeps. We've got the book of life, and we've got the lamb's book of life. And if your name's not in the book of life, guess what? You don't get into heaven. And so so too with these. These are the believers, those that believe. And let's see here. Who wants Exodus thirty two thirty two? Come on, come on, come on. I got a lot to go. I got a lot to go here. Alright. We're gonna have to finish up this chapter. Alright. Psalm sixty nine twenty eight. I'll get it. Revelation thirteen eight. Revelation seventeen eight. Seventeen eight. Revelation twenty fifteen. I'll do twenty fifteen. Revelation twenty one twenty seven. Bingo. Alright. Twenty one twenty seven. Did anybody get it? You get it. You get it. Okay. Way back in Exodus thirty two thirty two, there's a book. The Bible, the book. Who's got Exodus thirty two thirty two? I got it. Okay. Yet now if thou wilt forgive their sin, and if if not want me, I pray thee out of thy book which thou hast written. So God's eternal, and God knows those who are gonna believe in him before they believe. Jesus is a lamb slain before the foundation of the earth and Moses recognized that God keeps records of the saved and the unsaved. He knows the future. He knows who's gonna believe in him and who's not gonna believe in him. We don't like that idea. Right? So Moses is saying, and the apostle Paul will use the same sort of sentiment in that he's he's willing to allow damnation. He's willing to allow his name to be taken out of the book of life if God will save the nation of Israel, if he'll save those people. And Paul said the same thing in Romans, and God says, no. You're not you're not gonna do that. But point being, there's a book of life. Psalm sixty nine twenty eight. Let them be blotted out of the book of the living and not be written with the righteous. So the book of the living with the righteous. God keeps a book. Revelation thirteen eight. And all who go on the earth will will worship it. Every everyone who has whose name has not been found written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the lamb who was slain. It's no surprise to God. Your name's written in the lamb's book of life before the foundation of the earth. And the ones that are gonna worship the devil are the ones whose name's not in the book. Right? God, it bothers me. It so bothers me to watch people be deceived. It really, really rocks me when I watch people being seduced, under a spell, walking like zombies, and you can't wake them up. It's so frustrating. Now what's the methodology that God's given us to wake them up? Or message? The gospel. Now many of them think they already believe, and they're so incredibly deceived. And so what do we do with that gang? Alright. Revelation seventeen eight. Revelation seventeen eight. The beast that thou saw was and is not and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit and go unto perdition and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder whose names were not written in the book. You gotta turn the page. Okay. Of life from the foundation of the world when they beheld the beast that was and is not and yet is. Was and is not and yet is. So a false ungodly resurrection. Revelation 20 verse 15. And whoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Revelation twenty one twenty seven. Nothing impure will ever enter in nor will any anyone who does not, does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose name names are written in the lamb's book of life. Hallelujah. So praise the lord in the eternal state. The only ones that get to go in the new heaven, new earth, new Jerusalem are those whose names are written in the lamb's book of life. I'm so glad that the lord knew me, predestined me. He foreknew me, predestined me, called me. And the aorist tense in the book of Romans, Romans eight is justified me. And then he goes further, glorified me. I'm already glorified. God sees me in my new glorified body with this huge head of hair, my new glorified body, you know? Glorified. Big old ring around my head, bright, shining, glorified. Alright. Alright. There we go. So so we covered that. The books, we wanna be in that book. God keeps great records. And now that was verse one. And this book has so much. There's so much in this book. Oh, and many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting condemned. So many of those who sleep in the dust. So in the book of Genesis, part of the curse is from dust to dust. You're gonna go back in the dust. The Bible doesn't teach a soul sleep. Doesn't teach that when you die, you just go somewhere and you sleep. You're conscious to be absent the bodies to be present with the Lord for you and I. We debate we debate whether or not you have your new glorified body yet, or if you're there in the spiritual sense, but you're not in the grave, asleep in that sense. The body's asleep, but you, the real you, is with the Lord, is with the Lord already. That's in the body, present with the Lord, immediately with the Lord. Now because it's eternal, could it be that the dead in Christ rise first and we each remain should be caught up? Could it be that as the church is awaiting the resurrection, the first resurrection? Could it be it's already happened because it's eternal? Or do we think literally? We think sequential order. So Jesus is the first fruits of the resurrection. He's the first one in the first resurrection. There's also a second resurrection. The second resurrection is in Revelation chapter 20 of the wicked dead. They're gonna be bodily resurrected, and they're gonna stand before God, Revelation twenty eleven through 15, and they're going to give an account before God at the Great White Throne judgment of what they did while they're in their body, whether good or bad. So you have the righteous being resurrected, and you have the wicked being resurrected. Now when I'm in John chapter 11 and I see dead Lazarus and Jesus purposely waiting, so that Lazarus is cooked. By this time, Lord, he stinketh, you know. He's purposely waiting a long time. And and he tells Mary and Martha that he's the resurrection and the life, you know. And and that this happened for the glory of God. And he asked them, do you believe in the resurrection? And, oh, yeah. We believe in the resurrection. This is where they're referring to or maybe to Job. As Job said, I know not my redeemer lives and he stand upon the earth in latter days. And so you have Old Testament patriarchs believing in the resurrection, Mary and Martha believed in the resurrection and the general resurrection, but they didn't see that Jesus is the first fruits of the resurrection, that he'd be crucified, buried and raised from the dead. He told everybody as the sign of the prophet Jonah, same with me. As Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the fish, so shall the son of man be three days and three nights in the belly of the earth. A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign. No signs can be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. And he says, destroy this temple. In three days, I'll raise it up. So he's challenging his enemies and letting them know, the devil, everybody know that he's the resurrection and the life. Right? And so there's no fear of death because he's the resurrection life. So as many as of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake. They shall awake. That's the hope of all the Old Testament patriarchs. That's the hope of those who are believers. So let's look at some verses that speak of this in John five twenty eight and twenty nine. Somebody want that? Acts 24 verse 15. Acts twenty four fifteen. Okay. First Corinthians 20 through 23. Okay. First Thessalonians four sixteen and seventeen. I'll do that one. Okay. Revelation twenty five and six. Yes. Psalm sixteen nine and ten. Okay. Now this is gonna be the first resurrection. So when we're in first Corinthians, Jesus, the first fruits of the resurrection, and there's a picture there or explanation of a military campaign. You guys are marching in the military. It's gonna be in stages. The first resurrection is in stages. The first stage is Jesus. The second stage we're gonna find out is the church. Okay? The third stage is going to be the two witnesses in Revelation chapter 11. The fourth stage is going to be after the second coming before the millennium, you're going to see the Old Testament saints resurrected, and you're going to see the tribulation saints resurrected. And that completes what's called the first resurrection. And then you got a thousand years, and at the end of that thousand years, you've got the resurrection of the wicked dead. And and that starts with the antichrist and the false prophet who have been sent to the Lake Of Fire, and they're they're going they've been taken from Basra, that whole area, and immediately put into the, Lake Of Fire. And and so they're that's the first part of the second resurrection. And the next phase of it is the wicked dead who are in hell, who are now gonna stand before God, and then they come out of hell. Remember we talked about different compartments? And so they're gonna come out of hell general, a place a waiting place, and it's a place of torment. Weeping and gnashing of teeth. It's not a place of comfort. You're not meeting with miss Bud Light and all that stuff and partying with your friends. You're gonna go to a place of outer darkness, weeping and gnashing teeth where the worm dieth not and the fires never quenched. Gehenna is a perpetual dump outside of Jerusalem, a burning henna, Gehenna, and so it's a picture of the lake of fire. Perpetual never stops burning. And so the the picture is that of not of annihilation where you don't feel anything anymore, not of reincarnation coming back as something else, but but in that person you are. The soul is eternal and the soul the determination of your new glorified body going to heaven or your wicked body that God's making for you to spend all eternity in hell. And in that body, you have cessation of feeling, touch, taste, smell, all those things. And so where the worm dieth not, the fire is never quenched. Pretty brutal. And so to be when people talk about a loving God, well, he's too loving to do that to people. We look at it as the fire of hell being much hotter than your hell that just eventually just burns those people up so they don't have to feel it for all eternity. Now hell was made for the devil and the fallen angels. It wasn't made for man. So God is long suffering, unwilling that any would perish, that all would come to repentance. It's his desire that people come to repentance and go to heaven. The only way a person can make it to hell is to reject eternal life through Jesus Christ. So then the Lord says not my will but your will be done. So they have to choose hell. They choose hell. He doesn't send them. Alright so so let's look at those verses in John five twenty eight twenty nine, the authority that Jesus has. Marvel not at this for the hours coming in which in the which all that are in the grave shall hear his voice. All shall come forth. They that have done good under the resurrection of life and they that have done evil under the resurrection of damnation. So remember when Lazarus was in the tomb? Jesus could have said to all the people in the graves, come forth, and everybody would have come forth. Right. Right. But he named Lazarus by name. Lazarus, come forth. So only Lazarus gets to come forth. Right? Right. And I don't think he enjoyed it. Do you think Lazarus enjoyed being resurrected right then? No. Would you enjoy it? I'd be sick. Why would you leave paradise to come back to see all those ugly faces? You know? Alright. Acts twenty four fifteen. Okay. Acts twenty four fifteen. Twenty four fifteen. Okay. I got it. Twenty four one five. And have hope toward god which they themselves also allow that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust. Amen. That's accountability, baby. God didn't do this in a corner, o king Agrippa. You know. Command all men God winked in times past but now commands all men everywhere to repent. First Corinthians fifteen twenty through 23. Now is Christ risen from the dead and become the first fruits of them that slept. For since by men came death, by men came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. Amen. But every man in his own order, Christ the first fruits. Afterwards, they that are Christ at his coming, then come at the end when he shall have delivered up the kingdom of God, even the father, when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power for he must reign until he had put all enemies under his feet. And so praise the Lord. So the first phase, Jesus, the first fruits of the resurrection, which means more to come. He's the first fruits. It means there's more to come. He's leading the way, and that's why we follow him. I'm the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the father but by me. And that's why we don't follow Buddha, Mohammed, Confucius, or anybody else because they can't raise himself from the dead. He's the God of the living, not the God of the dead. Right? And so the next stage is the church. The the key phrase is those that are in Christ. That's the church. The church starts at acts two and continues until Romans eleven twenty five when the fullness of the gentiles come in at the rapture. That's the church age. So first Thessalonians four sixteen and seventeen. Well, the lord himself will come down from heaven with a loud command with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of god and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Amen. And so that's the church age, and that's a picture of it's a picture of the second phase of a Jewish wedding. The first phase is the betrothal, the engagement ring, the holy spirit, the earnest of the holy spirit, you know, marking, you and I. And, and that's that's arranged by the father with another father. Right? And so the father arranges and he gives the goel price. He gives the dowry. And and then so your bride that's been chosen by the father for the groom, and then there's what's called the fetching. That's why Matthew 25, the virgins, five have oil, five don't. The oil represents the Holy Spirit. You and I are saved. We're marked by the Holy Spirit. So we we've, been betrothed to him, and now we've been sealed. And then the next one, when he fetches us, that's the rapture. The third phase is in John 14, I go to prepare a place for you. So what would happen is the groom would build a house adjacent to the father's house so that when they go fetch the bride they bring the bride back to the father's house and the groom has a room addition, you know, prepared. So Jesus said, let not your heart be troubled. Do you believe in God? Believe also in me. In my father's house are many mansions. If it weren't, so I tell you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prayer a place for you, I will come again and receive you onto myself that where I am, there you may be also. So Luke's gospel, pray always that you'd be counted worthy to escape these things, the tribulation period, and stand before the son of man, Luke 21. So location, location. We're in heaven during the tribulation period at the marriage ceremony, and then we get Revelation 19. We got clean white garments on. We get the the Bema Seat judgment, the gifts that the Lord bestows upon us, the blessings, the crowns, all those things come at the ceremony. And then we come back with him at the end of the tribulation period in the second coming. We come back, and we he comes to Basra. He's trampling out the enemies. He comes through Armageddon. He comes up the Mount Of Olives into the city. He the city breaks in half. He destroys the antichrist. He destroys the false prophet with the brightness of coming sword of his mouth. They're thrown into the lake of fire. The blood's as high as the horse's bridle. And then, after twelve hundred and after thirty more days, 12 sixties lapsed from the mid. Thirty more days, the abomination of desolation is removed from the temple. Another thirty five days, that's the blessed is he comes at thirteen hundred thirty fifth day. That's when he's going to inaugurate the millennium, which starts with the marriage supper of the lamb. And so the friend of the bridegroom is John the Baptist. The Old Testament saints are there, the tribulation saints are there, they've been resurrected, and the nation of Israel is there, the wife of Jehovah, but we the church, we're there, and so it's the marriage supper of the lamb. That's the fourth stage of the Jewish wedding. Doesn't it all fit? It all fits. Right? It fits. Are you excited? Yeah. Okay. So we see the resurrection. We got Revelation twenty five and six. Somebody went there? Twenty five? Twenty verses five and six. Yeah. We got it. The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrect resurrected. Blessed and the holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection. Right. We're such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years. And so the second resurrection is Revelation twenty eleven through 13, as I said, the great white throne judgment. Now Psalm sixteen nine and ten speaks of the resurrection of Jesus that the holy one wouldn't see corruption. Somebody read that? Oh. No? Alright. I guess I explained it. Okay. So back to our text. So written in the book, we've got the resurrection and many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake some to everlasting life and some to everlasting contempt. So again, no annihilation, no reincarnation, It's appointed on all men whence to die and then the judgment. And so there's no loophole. You're either saved or you're lost. You're either saint, you're an aide, you're either a believer or you're an unbeliever. There's no in between. There's no second or third or fourth. You know, like some people, some doctrines, the Catholics teach that there's a doctrine of purgatory and that in purgatory that the wicked dead are there in hell, and that you give the priest money that they can pray for you, your loved ones, and pray them out of purgatory, a holding compartment. And, the Bible doesn't teach that. It's refuted with Luke 16 where the rich man and Lazarus both died and the the rich man went to a place of grievous torment. So hell or Sheol, this holding compartment is a double compartment. One side, there's a great gulf between the two. If you read Luke 16, the rich man's in a place of torment. Lazarus is in Abraham's bosom or paradise as Jesus said to the thief on the cross. This day will be in paradise, a place of comfort. Once Jesus was crucified, he that ascended according to Ephesians four first descended to lower parts of the earth and he led those captives out of there. So Abraham, Moses, all these people were out well, Moses, he's on the Mount Of Transfiguration. We already know he's he's there. But they it leads those guys out of there. Right? And so what's awaiting in hell are the wicked dead awaiting the great white throne judgment where they'll be bodily resurrected from the dead after the millennium. And the the devil, he too is gonna be cast into the lake of fire where the antichrist and the false prophet already are, and then the wicked dead join all of them there. And so so people make doctrines about Dante's inferno and stuff like that. I don't know. Anyway, so there's a thousand year gap between the first and the second resurrection. So one day is a thousand years, and a thousand years is one day with the Lord. He's long suffering, not willing any would perish, but all would come to repentance. And we don't want anybody to go to hell. And that's our objective is to preach to the lost and teach those that are saved to go make disciples. And he says, and they that be wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament. This word wise here means believers. Those that are wise that receive Christ. The fool has said in his heart there is no God. The gospel is foolishness to those that are perishing. The unregenerate, the natural man understands not the things of God neither can he know them because they're spiritually discerned. And so it takes a quickening of God's spirit. I was dead in my sins and trespasses and God met me and he quickened me and so in my dead condition the Lord quickened me and the Holy Spirit came and revealed Christ. The paraclete came alongside and revealed Christ to me. And then at that point, I had a choice to receive Christ or to reject Christ. And and so as I received Christ, as I surrendered to him, I'm turning from my sins, which is repentance, and I'm turning unto God, and I'm crying out to God, God, be merciful to me a sinner. And as many as received him, to them gave he the power to become the sons of God. Right? To even those who believe in his name. And so that's the that's the the way that God saves us. And and so they'd be wise shall shine like the brightness. And the Lord said, you're the light of the world. You're the city set on a hill. You're shining bright. Your face is gonna shine bright like that of Moses when he went up to get the law. Right? And it's not gonna be a fading glory. You're you're gonna shine bright for all eternity. Go on. And they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever. So there's the there's the encouragement to be a soul winner, to share the gospel, to win people to Christ. You're gonna be shining bright. The Lord's gonna the Lord's gonna reward you in that way, children of light, not children of darkness. And so, he says, but thou, oh Daniel, shut up the words. The book's sealed, Daniel. Notice verse nine. Sealed to the time of the end. Now the book of Revelation, why don't the guys teach it? Why don't they teach it? Is the book of Revelation sealed? Is it shut up till the time of the end? Daniel didn't have the book of Revelation yet, did he? He didn't have it. So we're told in the book of Revelation that it starts out telling how there's a blessing to those who even read it. Right? Amen. And at the end of the book, a warning of adding or taking away from it. And and we're told in Revelation 21 that the book is not sealed. It's not closed. It's an open book for anybody to study. And I had a guy tell me, he's a dear guy, but he told me that that his pastor told him he never studied the book. So if any man take away from the words of this book by this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the tree of life and out of the holy city and from the things which are written in this book. And he who testifies these things say surely I come quickly, amen, even so come Lord Jesus, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. And so, this book is a is a book that is not sealed that is open. Let's see where's that? Think it's Revelation 21. There's so many notes here. You guys have to help me right in here. Revelation 21. I could read. I could find it. I can do it. So I got verse nine saying it's sealed. Revelation twenty two ten and eleven. Let's try that. Twenty two ten eleven. So and he saith unto me, seal not the words of the prophecy of this book for the time is at hand. He that is unjust, let him be unjust still. He that is filthy, let him be filthy still. And he that is righteous, let him be righteous still. And then he that is holy, let him be holy still. And behold, I come quickly, and my reward is with me to give to every man according to his work shall be. Is it 07:30 or 08:30? Oh, okay. We'll stop here. This clock says 07:30. I'm sorry. Okay. I'm sorry, guys. I didn't want you to groan. Alright. I want you to know you're going to heaven. Alright. So we're gonna stop there and we'll pick it up with verse four next week. And I'm just so excited. I thought I had like another half hour or something, man. Right. Right. Alright. So pastor Rick, he grinds. He just grinds, man. Just grinds. This shouldn't be a grinding. Okay. Father, we thank you so much that Lord, you've given us your word and you wet our appetite, and now we get to go home. And in this week read up again of Daniel chapter 12 and read, the book of Revelation and tie it together and and, Zechariah. And, Lord, we just thank you that that you don't want us to be a people that are unaware of the times in which we're living. You rebuked your generation and said they could discern the weather but they couldn't discern the times they were living in. And Lord it breaks our heart that only 2% of the churches teach prophecy and people close the book of Revelation they don't don't study the book of Daniel and just how sad that is Lord and I thank you for my pastor that he loved prophecy. He loved to take us through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. And Lord, I thank you for the full counsel of God. And and I just pray that you give us a great great appetite, a great desire to be students of your word Lord, to be lovers of prophecy, to be able to tell people of what's happening, of what's coming, the more sure word of prophecy as Peter said, that this more sure word great evidence great facts to prove to people to show people why their faith should be in you as you're the Alpha and the Omega the beginning and the end so bless Lord in Jesus name Amen.
