Ezekiel 47
Pastor Rick Beaudry expounds Ezekiel 47, portraying a river flowing from the temple's holy of holies that grows until it heals the Dead Sea and lines its banks with trees whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. He ties that river to the living water of the Holy Spirit, cites parallel passages in John and Revelation, and challenges us to progress from ankle-deep faith through deeper spiritual growth until we are swimming in the flow of the Spirit and bearing ongoing fruit. Rick blends biblical prophecy with practical reflections on archaeology, stewardship of water and creation, the future allotment of land among Israel’s tribes, and the role of Gentiles repopulating the millennium. Throughout the study he prays for specific needs, urges disciplined Bible study and service, and calls us to hunger and thirst after righteousness for personal and communal healing.
