Live from Bremerton. It's Monday night. Hey. Sorry about last week that we succumbed to influenza, the flu install stuff, but this week, we're doing better. Pray for Rob. He's still trying to overcome it. Vicky's still not up quite up to speed, but here we are today. And if you've been sick, we're praying for you too. And we thank the Lord for the work he's done in Ronelle who had deng fever, Cora's nephew, and with some blood transfusions and prayers, he's doing much, much better. He did not die. He's still alive to fight another day. So thank you, Lord, for your mercies that are new each morning, and we're gonna open in prayer. We're gonna be tonight in Ezekiel chapter 33, and we welcome you to study the bible with us, those of you that are on online on Facebook and all. And so let's see. Bernie, you wanna open us in prayer? Alright. This is Bernie here. Gonna open us in prayer. Are we live? We're live, buddy. They're all over The US. They're gonna hear you pray, man. Heavenly father, thank you for allowing us to come to your presence, Lord. We worship and praise you, Lord. Please watch over us. And you give pastor Rick a divine anointing, Lord. And we pray that you'll sync him up with you and your holy spirit. And, Lord, please bless us and guide us tonight. And thank you for the blessings of the wonderful food. Thank you for this household that Robin and Vicky are presenting each week. We are enjoying our fellowship. Yes, sir. Our brothers and sisters in Christ, and we thank you so much again for all the blessings and places in this country at this time on this timeline of yours, Lord. We're just looking up. We keep looking up, we're waiting for you, Lord. We can't wait to be face to face with you and and get our crowns and we so much love you, Lord. Please give pastor Rick the wisdom and give us biblical wisdom through him, through his spirit, through your holy spirit. In Jesus name, we pray this evening. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. And Rob's gonna lead us some worship. Amen. Amen. So I'm gonna share a song that we're that's from in in relations to the scripture we're reading tonight. The song is called Blow the Trumpet in Zion. I'm not sure if you've heard it, but I'm gonna just start out two and give one. You can turn to Joel. Yeah. Two one. They rush in the city. They run I sing the simple song of love, my loving savior, my precious Jesus. Me still, holding me near in your arms of love. My heart Alright. Praise the lord. Great job, especially with being sick. Alright. The lord bless us. Alright. So before we get started, have you connected any prophetic dots this week of things that are happening with the birth pangs with the tachometer? Behold, I come quickly. And speaking of quickly, once the domino first domino starts to fall, it's gonna happen real quick. So we're watching the one world governmental system. We're watching the one world economic system and the one world religious system. The pope might die today. We might see some squiggly smoke. I don't know where it fits in. But squiggly gray or black or if it's two puffs, it's this guy. If it's three puffs, you know. So I don't know how that works, but I really covet his car. I'd really love to have that car. But Aw. Yeah. I do too. Oh, man. I'll tell you. But Can you imagine riding through? Hey. I got some moves. You got the Abraham Accord, development of Judaism, Islam, and Christianity or a Khrislam. We've got martyrdom in Africa with 70 Christians being killed by ISIS and the Boko Haram and stuff. And so there's still a lot of persecution coming. We see a Jockeynim for position. We see Ukraine. Are they gonna have peace? That whole thing. What's gonna happen to Europe economically? How much longer is this present economic system going to continue before all things AI, artificial intelligence, the data centers, everything's being moved in that direction. And the technocracy that we talked about on Sunday that is it Peter Wood? Oh, what's his name? Peter Thiel? No. Not Peter Thiel, but Patrick Wood. Patrick Wood wrote a book called Technocracy, and he recently spoke describing how as you're watching government being called, you know, being reduced and cleaning house with USAID and all that. The technocrats want all government to go that way, the constitution to go that way, everything to go that way. So right now, it's a righteous indignation toward the waste and toward the democrats and toward, you all the bad stuff. But ultimately, as it builds momentum, what the technocrats want is a technocracy with only one king. And so they wanna be able to do a feudal system of corporations owning everything like BlackRock, the big the big guys, and they're gonna track and trace and everything. So Ezekiel or excuse me. Revelation thirteen sixteen through 18. The or thirteen sixteen through 18. The no man can buy or sell without a mark on the right hand or their forehead. So they want to implement the digital ID, the digital wallet, the digital currency, digital surveillance, and also in our health in our health system, AI to be used to determine need of life or end of life, if you're worthy of a surgery or not. The insurance companies work in conjunction with the hospitals with AI. AI will make that determination without human emotions of whether or not you get that surgery that can save your life or not. If your life is is there a baby here? Yeah. Paula's here. Oh, yeah. Hello. Wow. Praise the lord. Man, I thought I we're I thought we're in heaven there. Hi, Paula. Hi, Paula. I love babies. I love babies. Aw. Everybody welcome Paula. Yeah. Thank you. Get some food. Oh, praise the lord. That's a good sound. Alright. So anybody any anything you've been studying that you would like to let people be aware of prophetically. So we do study prophecy. We're exhorted to study prophecy. We're exhorted that when you see these things begin to come to pass, then look up knowing that your redemption draws nigh. So anything that you've been made aware of this week? I've just been watching the red heifer stuff. The red heifer? Yes. Okay. How close are they getting to have some legitimate, sincere ashes of the red heifer? Yeah. They're I mean, they're talking about doing it this Passover. Passover. Wow. So And we're hearing that they might get some help to rebuild their temple. Yeah. Right? Our secretary of defense. Right? Hegzek? He said that not only rebuild Gaza, but we'd like to help rebuild the temple. So in order for the antichrist to be able to go into the temple and declare himself to be god, demand to be worshiped as god at the midpoint of the tribulation period, there needs to be a temple. Yeah. Right? So we're getting close. Right? So very good. Any anything else you're hearing? Just a second, Thomas. We're gonna do Jim first. Go ahead. Earthquakes. Earthquakes. Or everything. Increasing in places that you don't normally see them, volcanoes going off, and that's just one of the signs. You know, know that was mentioned in Matthew and other places. If we get one of ours to go off here in the Cascadia region of Washington, I read where it'd be more like a big mudslide and probably not gonna reach us. Not gonna reach us. We'll be fine. Thomas. Yes. I was thinking YMCA used to mean Young Man's Christian Association, but now it's called Yoga Meditation Christian Association. Oh, wow. Yeah. Now, Thomas, you have a friend, a woman that you ministered to at the Burger King at Silverdale, and she expressed that she wanted prayer because her husband committed suicide. Yes. Yes. Wanna pray for her and her other friend? Yeah. Father, we ask in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. In the name of Jesus, demons are gonna have to flee. I just pray, heavenly father, that you might not not get rid of all the torment that she might be going through, the past memories that that the devil's playing on. I ask you, Lord Jesus Christ, you might give her peace Yes, and her children peace. Yes, Lord. As children, when their father dies, it's devastating, Lord. Yes, Lord. You, Lord, that you might be with this lady. I just pray, Father, I just thank you, Lord. I was able to distribute a couple Bibles there. I just ask you, Lord, also, I met her her friend the very next day. I didn't think that meeting her friend was a divine appointment. I just ask you, Lord, that you might save anybody that needs save. I thank you, Lord, that there's children who were involved in Nawana. It just and that means I wanna Jesus. Amen. Amen. Our Lord bless, Lord, in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Amen. Alright. Thank you, Thomas. Anybody else? A prophetic prophetic sign, wonder, something that connects with the bible, that the bible's prophesied of. Anything else you're seeing? Nation of Israel? There's a lot of talk on different avenues with all the stuff going on. And again, I don't know the timing, but they're saying there's different peace treaties that are being discussed. Right. Could that be Peace treaties. But shouldn't there be some war first to have peace, or can they have peace treaties first? Seven year, ten year one, they're talking Mhmm. Yep. I don't know. And on what grounds would it be Right. A two state solution that Jared Kushner and president Trump had tried before, the Abraham Accord? So if they go Tuesday Tuesday, we're in trouble. Yep. Don't wanna do that. Zechariah 12. Don't mess with them. Right? It sounds like they're trying to avoid that this time. He wants to get them all out and pushed into other countries. Okay. All the Palestinians. I don't know if that's gonna happen. But Yeah. So do we get Canada yet? Do we get The Gulf Of America in Greenland and the Panama Canal back? No? The North American Union. Right? So that's it's fascinating. It's very, very amazing. Because the central digital currency. Yeah. The central digital currency, Vicky Sand. Yeah. So we don't know which one. We don't know what how they're gonna do it, but Bitcoin's been kind of a a test run. They got hacked big this week, like, $442,000,000 out of one of the digital currency accounts. I I read about that. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Very exciting times. Very, very exciting, exciting times. Now in Ezekiel 33, one of the one of the main parts of it is an exhortation to be a watchman, especially for pastors to be watchmen. And who in the military guarding the city knows what the watchman is? You got a big city. Right? And the people inside the city, you wanna keep them safe. Who's up on the walls in the towers? Watchmen. Watchmen. And what is their function? Treasury. So if you're if you if you're in the military, if you fall asleep on your watch, they call it your watch. Right? You're in trouble. Yeah. What if you fall asleep on your watch? Yeah. You get trumpet. It's not good. Yeah. So if you don't blow the trumpet as the enemy's approaching the city, you're in trouble. Right? And you see it and you're like, oh, that's not the enemy. That's those are friends. You know? And and there's no hell. You know, there's no hell. Don't worry about that. Just be good. Just do better next time. You know? Alright. Let's pray. Father, please help me as we study through Ezekiel 33. Please open the scriptures to all of us, Lord. Give us eyes to see, ears to hear, not just our natural senses and faculties, Lord, but spiritually. Give us our spiritual eyes, spiritual ears, our heart to be entwined, connected with you, Lord, that you'd speak to us, that you'd minister unto us, build us up, strengthen us. We love your word, Lord, and we thank you, Lord. It's sweeter than honey. And we're just at times, Lord, we love your word. We desire your word more than our necessary food except tonight, Lord. Thank you for the food we had that we ate. It's great. But but nourish us spiritually, Lord. Help us now in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Alright. There's a famine in the land for the word of God. Right? And we're so thankful that we have the word of God and that we can study. And the Lord, I I I just love how he fills us to overflowing. You know? It's and I'm very thankful for Calvary Bremerton that the Lord has surrounded me with people that love God's word, that love him, and allow me to teach the word of God even if it takes me an hour and a half to do it. You know? It's pretty exciting. So again, the word of the Lord. Whose word? The Lord's word. Not man's word. Not man's word. You don't wanna listen to man's word. Right? And you go on YouTube, you're gonna get a lot of man's word. Every now and then you get a real good bible study on on YouTube and it's because they're sticking with the word of God. So again, the word of the Lord came unto me saying, son of man, speak to the children of of thy people and say unto them, when I bring the sword upon the land, if the people of the land take a man of their borders and set him for their watchman so the people have someone they've commissioned to be a watchman. And your job is to be up in that tower, up on the wall, walking back and forth. Hopefully, you've got some binoculars or something to look out there. Nowadays, obviously, they have AI AI type ways to do it, but you still need human beings. And if when he sees the sword comes, so there's there's enemies. We've got enemies that we have to deal with. And we just read the song in Joel Joel two one, blow the trumpet in Zion. So Zion being Jerusalem, you're you're in jeopardy. So the Assyrians destroyed the 10 northern tribes in July. They tried to destroy Hezekiah. They tried to destroy Judah, and there were over 40 forts. So a fort was an outlying area of a military garrison equipped and armored and everything ready. So to slow down an invading force that would try to get to Jerusalem. So you not only have the wall and the watchmen, but you've got the outlying forts, other military bases, if you will, to try and preserve the heart of the empire, would be the capital city of Zion. And the Assyrians were able to subdue up 40 something of the of the forts, but they weren't able to overthrow Judah. But Babylon is. In May, Babylon is able to destroy, to invade, to to carry them captive back to Babylon, and so the people back to Babylon. And so they need to blow the trumpet of watchmen. So from a spiritual standpoint, we fight not against flesh and blood, but against spirits and principalities of the air. And so a pastor today should be a watchman, should be watching for the enemy trying to infiltrate the camp with heresy, should be aware of what the truth is, and also should be schooled in what is a wolf. How do you recognize a wolf? Sheep, in many cases, sheep don't recognize wolves, especially if the wolf is dressed up like a sheep. As Jesus said, wolves in sheep's clothing. Right? Mhmm. But you'll know them by their fruit. So they come along saying they're Christians. They come along saying they got a new book. They got a new this, new that. And and you're looking for the fruit thereof, the fruit of the spirit which is love, but also truth. So some people want unity without truth. You can't have unity without truth. You have to it has to be based upon truth because Jesus said, am the way, the truth, and the life. So there there isn't unity out of love based on lies. You know? It's a faulty foundation and and will not will not stand the test of time, the test of of storms that come against it. So the land take a man and their borders and set him for their watchmen. If when he sees the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet and warn the people, How how effective are you at trying to warn the people today? Do the people listen to you when you blow the trumpet in your family? When you say, hey, you really need to get right with god because judgment's coming. Do you know the Bible talks about a one world government coming? Do you know the Bible talks about a one world religious system, a one world monetary system? Do you know that they're phasing out the dollar, the facto global currency, and that they're wanting to bring in a digital currency that you can't buy or sell, you know, without their permission? Do you know that? Who listens to you? Anybody wanna listen to you? People listen, but they don't respond. They don't act. They don't act. Complacent? Do any of them ever get mad at you because it's doom and gloom? No. They just listen. They just listen. But they don't respond. They don't respond. Okay. So they just listen but don't respond. In Vicky's case tell her teeth are in their skin. Okay. So you're looking at the horizon. You can see things coming. What are some things you see coming that is that is dangerous? What are some dangerous things that you see in the spiritual realm that's happening that could very well lead people to hell, lives be destroyed? Do you see famine coming? Do you wanna eat crickets? I don't wanna eat crickets. So do you see the Bill Gates and these guys calling, using fake viruses and laws and stuff to destroy whole herds of cattle and culling the the chickens and and getting rid of food supply. Does anybody listen to you when you say, hey. That's just like COVID, man. That's just like COVID. There this is a engineered crisis. Are they listening to you? My family could listen and agree, but they still went along with it. Like COVID. Many of them just go along with it. My family thinks I'm crazy. They think you're crazy? Yeah. So if you kept your mouth shut when you stand before God, is that okay? You just kept your mouth shut? Mm-mm. No. No. Can you convert somebody? Can you force somebody? Can you make them listen? Can you make them respond? So once you warn them, where's their blood at? On you or on them? Not on you anymore. Not if you warn them. Always say, Right? Alright. So so we we we are not paid by commission. Okay? You're not paid by commission. You're paid a salary. Right? Mhmm. And you just do your duty, be faithful to do what God's called you to do to share the gospel and warn the wicked. Right? And when you see the Lord, he's not gonna say, you know, how many notches are on your belt? How many people did you lead to Christ? And look at Rick over there. He's got 10 belts, man. He he couldn't even fit them all in one belt, you know. It doesn't work like that. It doesn't work. It's faithfulness. It is faithful. And many of you share Christ, you know, far more than many pastors. You know? It's part of who you are. You just love to share Jesus with people. And when one responds, it's even more fun. It's like Paula bringing her little baby tonight. Hey. We got a baby. We got a baby. We got a newborn. You know? And it's so fun to see a newborn. And so there's a saying that within Christendom that says a church that doesn't evangelize fossilizes. Have you ever been to a church where everybody's getting old? I don't pastor a church like that, but I heard of one. I heard of one. And and so they they are not attracting or evangelizing, you know, the young couples, the young people, and watching, you know, reproduction. So a healthy church is a church of all different ages. We need the elderly, we need the middle age, we need the babes in Christ, and we need a good healthy body of believers. And so then whosoever hears the the sound of the trumpet and takes not warning, if the sword come and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. And so he he was told. One time Kathy and I were in a hotel, and there was big banging at the door. And they were saying, everybody's gotta get out. Everybody's gotta get out. There's a fire. There's a fire in one of the one of the units. And it was a unit beside us, and we just stayed in bed. We stayed in bed. They just kept, you know, the whole place was doing that. And so I hope we'll just stay right here. And they're yelling at us through the door. And but had the whole place burned down, the blood to be upon us, we didn't heat them. But apparently, was just a little fire, they went in there and stopped it. But I didn't have to get out of bed. So sometimes sometimes you listen, sometimes you don't. And you'll have to confirm that story with Kathy because that was a true story. And so how do I know it's not a false alarm? You know? So people are always talking about the rapture, the rapture, the rapture. Oh, the rapture, the rapture, the rapture. I've been a Christian forty some years and I keep hearing about the rapture the rapture the rapture. Know what? I'm just going back into the world. I'm just gonna go back into the world. You know? Will come when he comes, you know? And I'm gonna just give my heart to him in the tribulation period, but I don't wanna give it to the world now, you know. You hear people say that. And then the the pastor say back to him, well, if you can't live for Jesus now and things are good, what makes you think you can live for him when things get really bad in the tribulation period, you know. This is the best it's gonna get. The easiest it's ever gonna be to believe in to believe in Jesus. And so so their blood's upon their head. And who wants to read acts chapter 20 verses start with verse 26. Let's turn there. Acts chapter 20. They were come to him, he said unto them, you know from the first day that I came into Asia after what manner I have been with you at all seasons. Serving the lord with all humility of mind and with many tears and trials which befell me by the lying and weight of the Jews. So Paul talked about how he fought with beasts at Ephesus. So the Jews, the Judaizers, they would follow Paul when he's trying to plant a church in a place, you know, like Ephesus, and and they would try to undermine him and destroy the work that he was doing and try to make proselytes that you people need to become Jews. There's no such thing as a Christian. And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but I've shown you and have taught you. So he's talking to the pastors. I've shown you and I've taught you. I did it. I didn't just theoretically speak. I've been actively doing, demonstrating, modeling the Christian life. So I've taught you publicly and from house to house, and that's a blessing to know that the church in Ephesus had home fellowships like this, and then it would also have times of, you know, publicly testifying both to the Jews and also to the Greeks, repentance towards God and faith faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. So I've taught you that it's it's imperative that the gospel is a repentance. You turn one eighty from the way you're going, and then you turn unto Jesus in faith. And now behold, I go bound in the spirit under Jerusalem not knowing the things that shall befall me there. So there's a prophet named Agabus that says the guy that owns his belt is gonna be bound up, gonna be, you know, incarcerated, and that's Paul. But he's bound in the spirit. He's also bound in the sense that he's gotta go there. He he can't he cannot go there. He's got to go there. He's got a huge burden on his heart to preach the gospel. Another chance to preach the gospel to his countrymen even though they won't listen. He goes, except that the holy spirit witnesses in every city saying that bonds and afflictions await me. So pain for sure. No way of avoiding pain. There's gonna be a lot of pain. Bonds and afflictions await me in every city, and he still wants to go. But none of these things move me neither count I my life dear unto myself so that I might finish my course with joy and the ministry which I have received of the Lord Jesus to testify the gospel of the grace of God. So the threat of bodily harm, the threat of death, as I've evaluated it and I've counted the cost, it doesn't cause me to not go. I'm focused on the joy and the blessing of being called and the joy and the blessing of fulfilling the ministry that the Lord has given me. And what's the ministry? To testify the gospel, the good news of the grace of God. So the Jews have an opposite view. Theirs is of the law. They emphasis upon doing. You guys do. Paul's saying, that's who I used to be, but I wanna emphasize and testify of Jesus upon the cross saying it is finished. What's finished? The work of salvation, the keeping of the law. And I wanna testify the good news that Jesus fulfilled the law and that he can extend grace towards us because the father is just, because the father punished sin in the person of his son Jesus, poured out his wrath upon him as a substitute. And he says, and now behold, I know that all that you all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, So go and make disciples. We preach and we teach. We preach to the unbeliever and we teach the believer. Preaching the kingdom of God shall see my face no more. So this is it. You guys aren't gonna see me anymore. Wherefore I testify unto you this day that I am pure. Here we are. Ezekiel 33. I am pure from the blood of all men. For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God. I did my job. I didn't hold anything back. I didn't sugarcoat it. I didn't water it down. You guys know the ball's in your court. Take heed. So now here's a warning. Plus, I did my job. And as a pastor, I wanna make sure that that I give you the full counsel of God, that we hold nothing back, that we go from Genesis to Revelation through the word of God verse by verse, line upon line, precept upon precept, that we don't hide anything, we don't no fear of man. No fear of man. If the word is repentance, we teach what repentance means. If it's if it's confessing sin, we identify first of all what sin is and what it means to confess. You know? We point people to the cross. Point people to Jesus. And so take heed, therefore, unto yourselves. So a warning, a caution. And to all the flock over which the holy spirit has made you overseers. So a pastor, you're just an under shepherd. Part of being a pastor, the function is an overseer. A bishop would be an overseer. And and so you're gonna you're gonna you're gonna lead the flock, you're gonna feed the flock, and you're gonna guard and and direct, you know, direct the flock. You're gonna oversee them. To feed the church of God. So the church of God. It's his church. The ecclesia. Those that are called out. What is the food that you feed his church? Not psychology. Not philosophy. Not anything new under the sun. Right? He's the same yesterday, today, and forever. It never grows out of style. Peter said he's given us everything that we need for life and godliness is found in God's word. You don't need to go to the Christian bookstore and find a new little titillating nuance of something they've just discovered about wives submit to your husbands. Husbands love your wives as Christ loved the church. It's as old as old as old. Men need to be respected. Women need to be feel loved. If a woman doesn't feel loved supremely, she's not gonna respect her husband. But if the woman feels love like Christ loved the church, she finds it easier not easy, but easier certain days, some days, some days to respect her husband. And and the husband needs to feel like he's leading, that she looks at him as a leader, one that she can trust. And and she needs to feel secure enough that that he's not a man of wandering eyes. That his eyes are only upon one woman and that's her. Take heed therefore under yourselves and all the flock over which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers to feed the church of God which he has purchased. So these sheep belong to Jesus. Right? And he purchased them with what? Blood. His blood. These are blood bought with his own blood. So they're precious to God. These are precious to this little flock. And Jesus said in Luke twelve thirty two, fear not little flock, It's your father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Right? So Jesus is my shepherd. Jesus is the great shepherd. Jesus is the chief shepherd. And the shepherd, the good shepherd, lays down his life for the sheep. He says, for I know this, that after my departing so Paul's saying, after I leave here, shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Now this is an indication that from the outside from the outside, outside the church are gonna be some new people. They could be false prophets. They could be sent from Jerusalem. They could be anybody, but they're wolves. And as I've discovered, very, very seldom does a flock of Christians recognize a wolf. Hopefully, we're maturing and growing that we heed what Jesus said, be not deceived, that there'd be many false Christ, false prophets, false messiahs, false everything. Mhmm. And he said in Matthew seven, you'll know them by their fruit. And and so we we need to see the fruit of their lives, not just their silver tongue. And Peter reminds us that one of the ways you know they're a a wolf is there's always an emphasis on money. Filthy lucre. They're wanting to make merchandise of you. So that's one of the quickest ways if you need to leave Calvary Bremerton and want to go somewhere else, you know, you're gonna evaluate the church like, hey, did they teach the word? Hopefully, that's a value to you. It's not a value to very many people. They they attend churches that don't teach the word. But the irony of that is then they also attend churches that are always begging for money. So they're sitting under a false prophet. They're sitting under a wolf. And but they don't care because they have an agreement, an unwritten agreement with the wolf that the wolf will let them live as carnally, as fleshly, as immorally as they want as long as they give him a tithe. And and he won't offend them by teaching the word of God line upon line, precept upon precept. He'll pick and choose and come up with topics that tickle them, make them feel good, and they give them warm fuzzies, you know, butterfly kisses. And so also of your own selves. So from outside, but also from within. So when Paul's not there to watch, there's some guys already there that are waiting for their shot, waiting for their chance. Also, of your own selves, shall men arise speaking perverse things to draw away disciples after them, after themselves. So we don't want disciples following us. We want disciples following Jesus. Therefore, watch. So here you are, watchman. Here you are, watchman. Therefore, watch and remember that for the space of three years, I cease not to warn everyone. So Paul's a watchman. He's warning. Warning everyone night and day with tears. Breaks his heart. He even loves the Judases. He loves the Judases. And he doesn't understand why the Judases are Judases, why they backstab and gossip and slander and and say all manner of evil. It breaks his heart. And it breaks his heart to see the lives that are destroyed. When somebody comes in like a pied piper comes in like a like a a false prophet and they're able to cause people to go astray, the shepherd's heart is broken. It's like your children. You know, they're they're impressionable and they're transitioning from as adolescents to adults. And in that interim period, they're they're very impressionable. A guy told me recently that his daughter was groomed for four years from 14 to 18 by someone online that the parents didn't know about. Didn't know about it. And then when she turned 18, she ran away with him and got caught up in in human trafficking. Deceived. Four years of grooming. Predators. It's horrible. So I said yesterday I think I said it yesterday. I do remember Gloria's name. I do remember that now. But I think I said, what what's your name? No. I think I said, learn to say the word no. Just say the word no. It's a hard word to say. But our kids really need to learn the word no because there's so many predators out there. It's an important word. So therefore, watch and remember that for the space of three years, I cease not to warn everyone night and day with tears. And now, brethren, I commend you to God I commend you to God and to the word of grace which is able to build you up and to give you an inheritance among all them that are sanctified, set apart, made holy. So I'm commending you to God now. God's gonna watch over you. I'm commending you to him and to his word, and if you stay in his word, you're gonna be protected. I have coveted no man's silver or gold or apparel. That's important. You have yourselves know that these hands have ministered under necessities to them that were with me. So Paul's a tentmaker. He's been working. And I've shown you all things how that so laboring ye ought to support the weak and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus how he said it is more blessed to give than to receive. And when he had thus spoken, knelt down and prayed with them all and they all wept much and fell on Paul's neck and kissed him sorrowing most of all for the words which he spake that they should see his face no more and they accompanied him under the ship. So they're gonna have a reunion in heaven. Right? But, man, that's a heavy passage. Paul's using Ezekiel 33 to let that light shine and to let the word of God go forth. The most loving thing you can do is to let the light shine to dispel the darkness, to dispel the sin. That's it. So now we're back here in Ezekiel 33. Hear the word of the trumpet and took the warning his blood shall be upon him, but he that taketh warning shall be delivered of his soul. Now in Hebrews eleven seven, it speaks of Noah. Somebody Somebody wanna read that one and somebody read Isaiah fifty six ten and eleven. Hebrews eleven seven. He said Isaiah fifty six Fifty six ten and eleven. This is fascinating about Noah. Now let's establish the groundwork. Noah is a preacher of righteousness. Right? And he's preaching for a hundred and twenty years. And while he's preaching, he's building a boat out of gopher wood and using pitch to make it seaworthy that it that it doesn't get soaked in with water and that it would be buoyant. And it's like an arc, big big arc, we call it. Right? And multi storied, I think five stories tall or more. And he's gonna bring animals into it, two by two male, female, also of clean animals, seven. Some are gonna be used for sacrifices. And and so go ahead and read Hebrews eleven seven. By the which he condemned the world and became the heir of righteousness, which is by faith. So he feared God, which means he had faith. God told him what was gonna come. Nobody ever seen it before, that the earth would be flooded, that the waters of the deep would come up, and the waters of the firmament would come down. Whole world would be flooded. Nobody ever seen anything like that. So he's preaching, letting people know, get in the boat, get in the boat, get into Christ, because judgment's coming, judgment's coming. And the very act of the flood, the very act of him obeying, the very act of getting his family in there, they people condemned the world because he was a watchman. He was warning them. And their rejection of the gospel, their rejection of the truth that he was bringing brought condemnation under themselves. Right? And if they believe not, they're condemned already, you know, in John chapter three. So he's a he's a watchman. He's letting them know. Let them know. Let them know. And you think of Jeremiah, forty years of warning, warning, warning, warning, and just one guy got saved, you know, the whole forty years of ministry. Man, he's warning, warning, warning, warning. Right? And and again, he gets paid salary, so don't worry. It's it's it's not like Jonah's gonna get more reward than Jeremiah because everybody in Nineveh repented at the preaching of Jonah. And a greater than Jonah's heard Jesus said. And they didn't all repent at the preaching of Jesus. You know what I mean? He's but he's rejected. The spies are rejected. Okay. Isaiah fifty six ten eleven. His watchmen are blind. They are all ignorant. They are all dumb dogs. They cannot bark, sleeping, lying down, love loving to slumber. Ye, they are greedy dogs, which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand. They all look to their own way. Everyone for his gain from from his quarter. Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink. And tomorrow shall be as of this day and much more abundant. So if I, as a pastor, stand up there and I use this kind of language, they're greedy dogs. They're dumb dogs. Am I gonna get in trouble? It's the truth. But they'll sue me for slander. I I can't I can't use words that are descriptive of how idiotic things are. And he's using words here. These are dumb dogs. They're dead dogs. You know? They're greedy shepherds. You know? That's what word surrounded when people are introducing, you know, heresy. It's it's mind boggling how overly sensitive people are. You called him a dead dog. You know? I'm a start crying. Greedy dogs. Brood of vipers. So when you were growing up, a lot of us were growing up, those that were doing the discipline didn't do a whole lot of talking, did they? They just grabbed the switch and went after you and smacked you. And if you spoke up, they'd smack you some more. They'd figure out what motivates you and take it away from you. And you'd be on restriction, didn't get the car keys. My dad used to say, if you don't shape up, I'm gonna I'm gonna yeah, I'm gonna take your hair down to bare metal, whatever that means. Bare metal. Is that something he learned in the in the navy? Take you down to bare metal. That would have been social suicide. Oh, that would have been suicide. That would have been I'd I'd had ugh. I can't imagine. I shaped up. I listened. I feared god. What's that? Yeah. Something like that. You wouldn't have been able to serve as well without the counterweight. Yeah. There you go. I'd wear a beanie. I'd wear a beanie, a head thing. Beanie boy. They call me beanie boy. Alright. So his blood are required at the watchman's hands. So upon him, but he taketh warning shall deliver soul. But if the watchman see the sword come and blow not the trumpet and the people be not warned, so he's gonna let everybody keep sleeping. How many people are sleeping in the church today? False sense of security, thinking they're exceptional. Now there's no judgment coming. There's no rapture coming. There's no tribulation coming. Everything's gonna continue as it always has. Now that's a fulfillment of prophecy. Right? Mhmm. They're called scoffers. Peter warned of scoffers would come. Right? Everything continues as it always has. And Peter uses the instance of of Noah. You know, they're willingly ignorant, you know, not understanding that god's long suffering, not willing that any would perish, but that all would come to repentance. Right? So that's the reason of the delay. God wanted more people to get saved. I thought the Lord was gonna come back for me in 1981. I got saved in 1980. And pastor Chuck and them, he wrote a book, and everybody was saying, hey. The fig tree the fig tree, man. Look at the fig tree. The fig tree means that the nation of Israel. And that generation wouldn't pass away till all these things be fulfilled. So 1948 of May 1948, Israel became a nation, and a generation is forty years. So we're gonna we're gonna go ahead to 1988. Now we're pretribbers, so subtract seven years of the tribulation. Jesus come back 1981. I got saved 1980. And there was, like, this huge pressure. Like, I don't know if there's time to get married, have kids. It's like, maybe we shouldn't get married, Kathy. Maybe we no. Maybe we should. Maybe we shouldn't. You know? But a whole lot of people left their plans on hold. And then when the lord didn't come back in '19, you know, '81, and another guy, I think it's Harold Camping. Forget his name. But he had a book, 81 reasons why Jesus is coming back in 1981. And then when he didn't come back in '81, '82 more reasons why Jesus has come back in 1980 to. You know? He tried a couple more times. And so date setting is always dangerous. But we're looking at the times and the seasons. The rapture is eminency. It's a no man knows the day or the hour of the rapture. But the second coming can be calculated from the signing of the peace treaty. Daniel nine twenty five through 27, there's going to be a peace treaty that's signed with the nation of Israel, a seven year peace treaty by the Antichrist with the nation of Israel. And you can count twelve hundred twelve hundred and sixty days from the signing of that peace treaty or three and a half years or forty two months to the midpoint of where the two witnesses, Revelation chapter 11 there, and where the antichrist goes into the temple, declares himself to be god, demands to be worshiped as god. And then you go twelve hundred and sixty days after that midpoint, and that's the second coming of Christ in Revelation 19. And so I will require it at your hand. So when I say unto the wicked, oh wicked man, thou shalt surely die. If thou doest not speak to warn the wicked from his way that the wicked man shall die in his iniquity but his blood will require it at your hand. So have you ever warned the wicked that they're gonna die in their sin if they don't stop doing what they're doing? Mhmm. And what was the response when you did that? Judge not, man. Judge not lest you be judged. Who are you to judge me? Get that beam out of your eye, man. Yep. Go something like that. For quite a few of them. And now the other one is, that's not love. Where's the love? Wait a minute, man. We're supposed to love. We're not supposed to judge. Right. That's hate. You're hating that homosexual? You're hating that pedophile? You're hating that adulterer, that fornicator, the thief? Herod took his brother Philip's wife and John the Baptist lost his head because he warned the wicked. What thanks did he get? He's a party favor. The rich just made him a party favor. Bring here John the Baptist, his head on a charger with a Hemi in it. No. Just a charger. So what happened with you, Jim? Family member? Who are you to judge me? I remember you and you and and you, and then everybody starts bringing up everybody's sins. You know? Yeah. This one hits close to home. I won't tell you how close, but it said something to the person, very close to me, by the way, about their lifestyle and what was happening. And you're telling me they came back. Are you telling me I've sinned? And I went, well, read read the Bible. Read Romans. You're claiming to be a Christian. What your your lifestyle that you're living goes against god's word, I guess, it's sin. Right? Yeah. And it's the most loving thing you can do. Mhmm. And not only that, you're here to please God, not man. Right? So John the Baptist has started his ministry, repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Jesus in the start of his ministry, repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. In the book of Acts, the early church went through the book of Acts, repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. The word repent is still in the Bible today, but it's left out of the churches because we have nothing to repent of. Because God loves us just like we are. And who are you to judge us? Right? So there's a whole lot of pastors with blood on their hand. And when they stand before God, they're gonna give an account of so many people in the churches that aren't saved. They gave them a false sense of security that they were good people. And the bible says there's none righteous, no, not one. That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. The bible says if you keep the law in every point except one, you're guilty of all. James. Right? So you could be the most perfect guy around and then finally sin, and you're guilty of everything. And the wages of sin is death. You're going to hell unless you cry out to Jesus for his righteousness. Right? So the nevertheless if thou warn the wicked of his way and turn from it and he do not turn from his way he shall die in his iniquity but thou hast delivered your soul. So there's a responsibility to be warning the culture. And a church can be a church that's acting like watchmen, that's warning the culture. Or a church can be immersed in the world, become so carnal and lukewarm and have no power to transform and change lives. Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel. This speaks saying, if our transgressions and our sins be upon us and we pine away in them, how should we then live? The answer is to repent. Repent. Say unto them, as I live, saith the lord god, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked. So I love this passage. I preach this passage all the time when I'm sharing the gospel. I love this passage. No pleasure in the death of the wicked. God takes no pleasure in seeing people go to hell, and God sends no people to hell. Hell was made for the devil and the fallen angels. Right? People choose in their free will to reject Jesus. What is God to do if somebody's been warned, they persist in their obstinance and in their rebellion, and doesn't heed the warning? There's a train wreck up ahead, but they just don't care. You're headed toward a train wreck, and they just won't repent. So they have free will. But that the wicked turn, that word turn, repent. That's what God's praying for. Turn. That's what he's wanting. Jesus is interceding. He never lives to intercede on our behalf. Jesus is praying. He's praying for us. He's praying for your kids. He's praying for your loved ones. He's interceding with you as you're praying. Lord, bring him to repentance from his way and live. Turn ye from your evil ways for why will you die, oh house of Israel? God God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his wicked way. He's long suffering, unwilling that any would perish, but that all would come to repentance. In Luke fifteen twenty, the father is looking out the window for the prodigal to turn toward home. Right? Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, the righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him. So the good people people think they're really good, their righteousness, not gonna deliver them. They have a false sense of security. They're in a false system. They're in a work system. And that work system, they're thinking that God grades on the curve. That Bernie here is better than Sean there. So Bernie's gonna get in heaven because certainly he's not as bad a sinner as Sean. And Sean's gonna get into heaven because certainly he's better than Rick. You know? And they and God says, no. You're all guilty. There's only one guy I'm looking at, that's my son. You believe in him or you don't get in. Right? And so all are guilty so God can be gracious so that you don't have to try to earn it. Right? Working your way there. The work is done. It is finished. The work's done. So get it. Right? It's so liberating. So therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, the righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgressions. As for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turns from his wickedness neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth. When I shall say so we're all gonna have to repent. When I shall say to the righteous that he shall surely live, if he if he trusts to his own righteousness, you don't wanna trust in your own righteousness. Remember the Pharisee and the publican when they prayed? And Jesus said in Luke 18, the Pharisee prayed thus with himself. And what did he pray? What was his prayer? I thank you that I'm not like This guy. This guy. That I fast, you know, that I tithe, and that I'm not like this publican. And then the publican, how did he pray? Have mercy on me, Lord. Didn't even look up. Didn't even so much as lift up his eyes to heaven, but smote his breast and said, God, be merciful to me, a sinner. I use that when I share the gospel a lot too, that picture there. And and what did Jesus say about the publican? He went away justified. And what's justified mean? Justified. I never said. That's it. That's it. That's it. He's free. Right? But the pharisee was still in his sins. Uh-huh. Still in the self righteousness, the blindness of pride and self righteousness. The people Jesus was most angry with, and yes, Jesus got angry Mhmm. Was self righteous pharisees. Prideful self righteous pharisees. And for the iniquity that he has committed, he shall die for it. When I shall say to the righteous that he shall surely live, if he trusts to his own righteousness and and committed iniquity, all of his righteousness shall not be remembered, but for his iniquity, he that has committed, he shall die for it. And so we could go to Ephesians two eight and nine. We could go to Titus three five. We could go to Hebrews ten thirty eight, Philippians three nine, Romans ten three. All that speaks of faith, faith, faith, faith, faith. Right? Titus three five, not by works of righteousness which we have done. Right? But by his mercy, he saved us by the washing of regenerate regeneration and renewing of the holy ghost. Right? And so, Ephesians two eight nine, for by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves, it's a gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. And he says, verse 14, again, I say unto the wicked, thou shalt surely die, if he turn from his sin and do that which is lawful and right. And so big if there though. Big if. Out of mercy, I've not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance in Matthew nine thirteen. And so it's it's the intention of the law is to stop every mouth and to make every self righteous person guilty, And then they can understand the gospel as a free gift. Now verse 15, an if. Big if. Big if. If the wicked restore the pledge, give again which he has robbed, walk in the statutes of life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live. He shall not die. Big big if. Big if if he can do that. Right? So it's let's see here. Galatians Galatians three verse 10. For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse, for it is written, cursed every one that continues not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. So if you wanna go by way of law, you're gonna have to continue in all of the law to get to heaven, and you can't do it. And Right. And James two ten says, if you keep it all but are guilty in one, you're guilty of it all. And so the 613 precepts of the old testament law is it makes you guilty. It doesn't save you. And it's not that the law is bad, it's that we're bad. The law is holy and good. And so the law points to, points us to Christ. The law backs us into a corner where your only solution is Jesus. So you quit trying and you start trusting. Right? And you keep trusting. Right? And none of his sins that he has committed shall be mentioned unto him. He has done that which is lawful and right. He shall surely live. Yet the children of the people say, the way of the Lord is not equal, but as for them, their way is not equal. And so there when the righteous turns from his righteousness and committeth iniquity, he shall even die for it. But if the wicked turn from his wickedness and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live by it. So eternal security and human responsibility, it's up to us to respond to the grace of the Lord and to you know, like like once saved always saved. Let's say somebody saved and then all of a sudden they decide to walk away from the Lord. Were they even saved? Did they lose their salvation? See, if the righteous turns from his righteousness and committeth iniquity, he shall even die for it. So that's a big argument there. That's a big argument Theologians and churches and pastors and everybody's been arguing for a long time. Can a Christian lose their salvation? Let me phrase it a different way. Can a Christian walk away from their salvation? Isn't that what the prodigal son is? A saved person. God's got us in our hand, but that's the reason we can't jump out of his hand. Like a bunny rabbit. Yeah. Christian bunny rabbits. Mean, god's not gonna He's not that fast. He's not gonna wrestle us. Him by the ears. He gave us by choice. You know? Okay. So some say that this fight is to get to heaven. You know? So who wants to read second Peter two twenty through 22? Second Peter. How about Second Peter what? Two twenty through 22. How about Job 40 verse eight? How about Revelation sixteen seven? Second Peter. Okay. Jim can have Hebrews ten thirty eight. Oh, ten thirty eight. Yep. Who wants Micah seven eighteen and nineteen? Let me see that. Gonna find out? And people Micah seven eighteen and nineteen. Alright. You can. Micah seven eighteen and nineteen. Alright. So we've got eternal security. How secure am I? Once saved, always saved. Can a Christian be an evangelist for the country of Canada and be the Billy Graham of Canada? Can he see tons of people come to Christ and serve the Lord for a couple decades and then come to a place where he walks away from it all? Is he walking away? Will God respect his free will and let him walk away not wanting to be and live like a Christian? Or is he still saved and just backslidden? The guy you're talking about that worked with Billy Graham, he pretty much rejected everything. That's the guy? Yes. He rejected it also. I mean, I don't know. I mean, I don't wanna judge him. Mean, it's a Doesn't the Lord say that, blesses you who the Lord doesn't blot out his name of the of the book of life? That means his name was there, and they can be blotted out. So you're saying he could be blotted out. He could walk away. I like how in Timothy it says, if we deny him, he remains faithful. He cannot deny himself. I like that one. I like in first Corinthians five where you're given over to Satan for the destruction of the body for the saving of your soul. Mhmm. Mhmm. So even if you're really disobedient and try to walk away from the Lord, he plays for keeps. Right? That's I like I like that. I like that. Even I can't screw this one up. I wrecked everything else, but I can't mess this one up. Alright. Job 40 verse eight. Okay. Will thou also disannual. This Dissonol. Dissonol. Thank you. Will thou also disannual my judgment? Will thou condemn me that thou mayest be righteous? You're gonna judge what I call righteous? You're gonna judge me? Revelation sixteen seven? Sixteen seven. Yeah. I don't remember you saying that. See read that. John five twenty nine. Read that one. What what I'll get that one. What was the revelation like? Sixteen seven. Sixteen seven. It's like, who are you to judge me? They're saying there's a there's unfairness with god. The way of the lord is not equal, they're saying. Revelation sixteen seven? Sixteen seven. And I heard another out of the altar say, even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous, are they judgments? There you go. True and righteous are his judgments. They're they're not unrighteous. His ways are equal. Hebrews ten thirty eight. He's got it. Jim's got it? He does. Oh. Thomas got it. Jim's got it. Yep. You can have John five twenty nine. I do. I don't I don't care. Go ahead. I got 1038. I thought What's your name? Alright. I'm afraid to read that. Jimmy Lee. Now the just shall live by faith, but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. So drawback is to apostatize. So what's the great apostasy that's taking place right now? People falling away from the faith. What's that mean? Right? Mhmm. Turn their back. So are they professors and not possessors? Did they possess? Did they never really possess? Did they confess or like they had like a dog going back to its own vomit? Second Peter two twenty through 22. Second Peter. For if they, after they escaped the pollutants of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and savior Jesus Christ, are again entangled therein and overcome, the latter end is worse than that for them than the beginning. Keep going. For it, it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness. Then after that, they had known it and turned from the holy commandments delivering unto them. But it has happened unto them according to the true proverb. The dog has returned to his own vomit again, and the sow has washed herself while, wallowing in her mire. Let's study that. Have you ever seen a dog return to its vomit? No. Yeah. Yes. I have. Oh, yeah. What kind of picture is that? Ew. Gross. I saw a wolf doing it in the in the Cleveland Park Zoo. Wow. What about a pig? You've cleaned it up, brought it to church, bought a new dress, put a bow on it, put some lipstick on it, scratched his belly. And then as soon as you turned your head, where did the pig go? Back the bar. To the Back to the Back to the bar. Alright. And they said, I'm Hillary. I'm Hillary. Alright. John, 529. Did someone have that? You got it, buddy. 529 24252627. I have to probably turn the page. I would try that. Okay. Right. Okay. It's at the bottom of the page. Ten seconds here. And and shall I come forth? They have done good unto the resurrection of life, and that they that have done evil, the resurrection of damnation. So those are good. Those are bad. So what are the works that I must do in John chapter six? This is the work that you believe on him whom he has sent. Right? Believe. The rich young ruler, what must I do, Lord, to enter in kingdom of God? She said, you know the commandments. Keep the commandments. I've kept them all for my youth. One thing you lack, go sell all you have, give it to the poor, and come follow me. And he went away terrible. Yeah. So what was it he was lacking? Trust. Humbleness. He was he was he was self righteous. And Jesus Jesus was tickled by this guy because he's really trying really hard. Right? And Jesus identified for him his sin of covetousness. Mhmm. It wasn't the money and the stuff that was wrong. No problem there. But your heart was set on it. Right? So he identified that for him, let him know, and so he could come in a in a humble way. Alright. We're not gonna we're not gonna definitively solve that argument there. Can a Christian lose their salvation? What I like to say is I know that I know that I'm saved, but I don't know about you. Okay. You'll know them by their fruit. Right? Right. Yeah. And so as long as I abide, pastor Chuck loves to teach it this way in John 15. If I abide, which means stay close to the Lord, then I'm gonna bear fruit. Of course, there'll be some that If I drift and I'm not bearing fruit, then he cuts them off and throws it into the fire. Right? Okay. Is that loss of salvation? Or is it a cultivating, a pruning of my life that helps me that so those roses that we cut back, they grow greater later. Right? So he'll fertilize and prune, lift the lift the branches up, wash them off with the water of the word so they don't hang down into the dirt, you know, greater production. So there you go. That's the best we can do. Alright. Verse 21. And it came to pass in the twelfth year of our captivity in the tenth month and the fifth day of the month that the one that had escaped out of Jerusalem came unto me saying, the city is smitten. This is a whole new section in this January ninth five eighty five BC. Now the hand of the lord was upon me in the evening before he was escape came and had opened my mouth until he came to me in the morning. And my mouth was open and I was no more dumb. So in chapter three verse 26, Ezekiel's mouth was made dumb. It was shut up. Much like in Luke chapter one verse 20 where Zechariah doubted the angel that came and spoke of Elizabeth being pregnant and he was made dumb, but then he was able to speak again. Then the word of the lord came unto me saying, son of man, they that inhabit those ways of the land of Israel speak saying, Abraham was one and he inherited the land, but we are many. The land is given us for inheritance. So anybody debating over Israel right now, the land's given to them for an inheritance, you know, for forever. So Gedaliah is left behind as a governor with a small group of people, poor people in Jerusalem to maintain and stay there if they want. Ezekiel's been deported. Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, they they've been, excuse me, deported and taken to Babylon. And but there is a small group, a small remnant that's there in Jerusalem. Wherefore saying to them, thus saith the Lord God, ye eat with the blood and lift up your eyes toward your idols and shed blood and shall ye pass possess the land? So just because you're there, if you're living in disobedience, doesn't mean that you're actually gonna continue to possess it. Ye stand upon your sword, you work abominations, you defile everyone his neighbor's wife, and ye shall possess the land, question mark. Disobedience. And in that disobedience, it makes you weak. The Lord says, in your disobedience, I'm gonna discipline you by taking you out of the land. I'm gonna give it to the Babylonians for a time. Say thou thus unto them, thus saith the Lord God, as I live, surely they that are in the waste shall fall by the sword and him that is in the open field will I give to the beast to be devoured and they that are in the in the forts and in the caves shall die of pestilence. So there's no escape except Jesus. For I will lay the land most desolate, and the pomp of herd strength shall cease, and the mountains of Israel shall be desolate that none shall possess possess through. Then shall they know that I am the lord they have laid the land most desolate because of their abominations which they have committed. So again, because of disobedience. And then in verse 30 speaks of the exiles. Also, thou son of man, the children of your people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses and speak one to another, everyone to his brothers saying, come, I pray you, and hear what is hear what is the word that cometh forth from the Lord. And so these people got itching ears and they're they're the I wrote down here, they're these guys are the garage profits, the YouTube garage profits, you know. They think they know. The guy was in a garage band and because everybody's so ignorant of the word of God, he becomes a pastor. That's what happens. And they come unto thee as the people come and they sit before thee as my people and they hear that just laugh. Because you know guys that are garage band guys, you always tell them don't quit your day job. Alright. But because they're no good at anything. Alright. There you go. I'm so hard on them. But anyway, it's okay. It's okay. I'll get it. What was her name? You know? And they come unto thee as as people come and they sit before thee as my people and they hear thy words but they will not do them. So they're hearers of God's word but not doers. And we remember in Matthew seven, the Lord talking about the wise and the foolish builder. Right? Who are the foolish ones? Who are the wise ones? And how are they described the wise ones? They're doers of the word, not hearers only. And Jesus spoke in Matthew 15 verse eight, these people do draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. That's like 18 inches, you know. So people hear, but they don't apply it, the application to their life. You know? And so they're given what we would call lip service. Yeah. There's this lip service. Man, they sing, they raise their hands and all that. You know? But they don't mean it. They don't mean it. You know? And obedience is better than sacrifice. So Jesus said, if you love me, what? Keep my So it's not a legal relationship. It's a love relationship, but it's expressed in obedience That you wanna live a life that's pleasing under the lord. And I don't I don't wanna live a life that's displeasing under the lord. I believe a whole lot of depression and discouragement and anxiety and mental problems where we can't cope, where we lack peace is because of disobedience. Because we're conflicted. We're double minded. We're trying to live in two different worlds. But when we come back to square one, we come to bible study and read God's word and worship the Lord in spirit and truth. It's amazing how the circumstances don't change, but we change. I'm able to cope. I'm able to deal with the adversity and the circumstances in my life rather than being overwhelmed by them mentally. And that's the peace that God can only give. It's the fruit of the spirit. And so there's a there's a desire to not lose that peace. I don't wanna lose my peace. Well, do I lose my peace? Disobedience. Now I'm conflicted again, convicted, and I'm kinda tormented until I come back to square one and confess my sin and turn from that sin and begin to practice obedience again. And the Lord, you know, the Christians borrow soap. He washes it off and sends it to the East, the West. And it's not a sin that hasn't been dealt with at the cross. They've all been paid for at the cross. It just hinders fellowship. It hinders our fellowship with God. We're out of fellowship when we sin against him as Christians. And so the application, heart goes after their covetousness. And I'm sorry. I'm almost done out there. And lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that has a pleasant voice. Are they describing me right there? And can play well on an instrument for they hear thy words, but they do them not. So I'm gonna have Jim read James one twenty two through 25. Sorry? What page is it on? 47. Oh, I'm checking off. The Schofield King James. Oh, not that one. Blasphemy. I can't find it. Just take your time. I know it's in your Okay, Brenda. My name's Gloria. My name's Gloria. Sorry. I'm Gloria. I'm Gloria. Hi, Gloria. I know your name tonight. Hi, Brenda too. I stared you down, but I still couldn't get it. Still couldn't get it. Oh, no. They're okay. But what chapter again? I forget. I forget. James one something. James one twenty two through 25. I apologize for that. Anyway Yeah. You're good. But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any man be a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass. For he beholds himself, he goes away, and straightway forgets what manner of man he was. But who so looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues therein, he being not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this man shall also be blessed in all his deed. Bingo. Law of liberty. Nice. Good job. Endures. Looking in the law, looking in the word, not forgetting what kind of person you are by the time you get out to the car. You forget from that far. Right? That's quick. And so you you keep coming back for more fun. Alright. So here we go. But they do not do them. He says, and when this cometh to pass so we're trying to warn people. We're trying to be watchmen. We're trying to let them know what's coming. Right? And we're not we should never speculate or give our opinion. It should always be like Jim did tonight. He knows that earthquakes are gonna increase. So now you have historically, we're able to record the amount of earthquakes over the last hundred years. And now with the recording ability, we see that they're greater in frequency and intensity. Right? And we again, we know that there's gonna be a one world government. The bible says in Daniel two and Daniel seven and Revelation thirteen and seventeen and ten kings. We know the club of Rome, which is not biblical, but the club of Rome, which is the think tank, an organizational group, has the world divided into 10 regions. And if president Trump is starting to move in a direction of bringing Canada and Mexico and and it looks like he's look moving in direction of what they've called the North American Union and a technocratic thing. So anyway, we take the things of the world that are happening and we try to use the bible, what the bible says about that. For here's another for instance. Before 1948, there were a lot of Christians, a lot of commentators that never thought that Israel would repossess their land. But some bible students said, yes, one day Israel's gonna repossess their land. But the Jews were scattered all over the world, And it was like impossible. There's no way that could happen. But on 05/14/1948, they were reborn according to Ezekiel thirty six and thirty seven. God prophesied it. So now you're able to like in acts chapter two when Peter's hearing everybody speaking in different tongues, 16 different dialects, and somebody speculating on YouTube saying, oh, these guys are drunk. They're drunk. They're drunk in the spirit. And Peter says, no. They're not drunk as you suppose. It's only nine in the morning. These guys don't start drinking that early in the morning. They're not like you guys. This is what the prophet Joel spoke. This is that. So he's looking back. He's looking back after the fact. He doesn't necessarily have to speculate about the future. It's happening. And now he knows his bible, and he says, no. This is that which was spoken by. I'm gonna connect the doubt for you in the book of Joel. Right? Right. And so that's what we're that's the safest way for you and I to be watchers of prophecy and point people to prophecy. So he says, oh, when this cometh to pass, lo, it will come, then shall they know that a prophet has been among them. They're gonna say, hey. I remember when Jim told me that. He he must be a prophet. Ron must be a prophet. Bernie must be a prophet. You know? Because I remember them telling me this was gonna happen. Right? And and now check this out. Some of you have what's called rapture ready handbags in your house. And you've developed these handbags with an energy bar and a bible and a tape from pastor Rick Bodrey teaching on the rapture and stuff in there. And and you and maybe my book, 74 reasons why it happens. You know? Picture of me. And T shirt? Yeah. T shirt. The whole thing. They got the T shirt. T shirt? The golden promise. And now they're gonna be able to say, yeah. I remember my mom and dad. I remember them, you know, dragging me along to watch that Tim LaHaye movie, Left Behind. I watched that Left Behind series, and and I got the book. And I remember Hal Lindsey, if they're older. I remember Hal Lindsey's, you know, the late great planet Earth. You know? And they're in the tribulation period, and that's enough information for them to say, I'm not taking the mark. Amen. I'm not taking it. And they realize that you are a prophet. Amen. That what you said was true. You know? So don't hold back. Now turn. We're not done yet. We're done when I say we're done. Alright? And you guys. Can I say something? No. Okay. Yeah. Go ahead. Yeah. Anyway, I think the end times is like a jigsaw puzzle. I mean, like, for instance, like, twenty, fifteen years ago, it was to distinguish, but nowadays, the pieces are able to fit fit fit together. It's coming together. Gonna put the mountain in the water. You know? Right. Right. Right. The world's not falling apart. It's falling into place. Right. Alright. Now as watchmen, turn to first chronicles chapter 12. First chronicles chapter 12. You guys are watchmen. First Chronicles chapter 12. Alright. Okay. It's very important. And we're gonna call out Mark and Shelley because I know this is one of their favorite verses. Mark and Shelley have been good watchmen on the wall on the island they live on, and their heretical pastor used it as a negative against them saying, you guys think you're watchmen? There's no such thing as a watchman in the bible, you know, stuff like that. And so Mark would try and point out things that are wrong scripturally. So you ever heard of the children of Issachar, the sons of Issachar? Chuck Missler bring that up all the time. So in verse 32, now I wanna give you guys some other verses. Who wants second Kings five twenty six? Okay. Who wants Esther four verse 14? I think that's a Shannon one. Yeah. I'll do that one. Okay. Who wants Luke 19? Looks like 41 through 44. Okay. Bernie's got it. And one last one, Matthew sixteen one through four. I got it. Okay, Thomas. You get over here with your best prophetic voice. Alright? Alright. Now look at look at first Chronicles 30 12 verse 32. And of the children of Issachar who are men who had understanding of the times to know what Israel ought to do. The heads of them were 200 and all their brethren were under their command. That's who we should be as watchmen and watch women. We should be able to see, to discern, have an understanding that'd a good radio show, understanding the times. Is. Oh. It's already Yeah. So have an understanding of the times. What time is it, Gehazi, to know what Israel ought to do? So we should have an understanding of the times we're living in. We should be students of prophecy. 27% of the bible's prophecy, but only 2% of the churches teach prophecy. How could they understand the times they're living in prophetically? They can't because they don't have a biblical worldview looking things through the lens of the bible. So people are left in the dark. They don't have a clue of what's going on, and they're not looking for the blessed hope and the glorious appearing of our great god and savior. So we can be. We can understand the times, and and we and we can know what we ought to be doing and what the the solution to America is. The solution of the world is to call the world back to Jesus. Right? It's pretty simple. Alright. Now second Kings five twenty six, what did Elijah say to Gehazi? Then he said to him, do not didn't not my heart go with you and the man turned back from this chariot to meet you? Is it time to receive money and to receive clothing, olive groves and vineyards, sheep and oxen, male and female servants. Therefore, the leprosy of Naan Naan shall cling to you and your descendants forever. And he went out from his presence in leprosy as white as snow. So Naaman the Syrian was the Syrian general, a mighty soldier, and he had leprosy. And there was a maiden who was taken and was in his household. She said, oh, if you knew the prophet of Israel, if you knew Elisha. And so the Ben Hadad, the king of Syria, made a an inquiry, and Naaman the Syrian went with his his big group of guys in their limousines and their chariots and stuff. And they came there to the house of Elijah. Elijah wouldn't even go outside to see him and send his servant Gehazi and told him, go dip in the River Jordan seven times. And he was angry, and he said he named the river Pythar and there's another river. There are better rivers than this river. Our rivers are better. What do you mean bring me out here and have me go dip seven times? And his guys that were with him said, hey. If it was a big thing, you're guy you do big things. You're a hero. If it was a big thing, you do it. This is a little thing. What do got to lose? Just go try it. So he went there and that's by faith. You have to become as a child. So he had to humble himself as a child and go dip himself seven times and he came out his his skin, you know, just totally clean like a little baby and everything. So then he wanted to gift Elisha. He wanted to give gifts of clothing and gold and silver and all that. And and Elisha said, no. Keep keep your keep your gifts to yourself. Freely we receive. Freely give. You know? But Gehazi, the servant of Elijah, he went and ran after Naaman's chariots and said, hey, my master sent me to you. We have a school of the prophets up here, and we're lacking some food and and monies and clothing and things like that. So so it'd be good if you offload a few to me. So he went and he grabbed that stuff, and he buried it. And then he came back and his master asked him, hey, Gehazi. Where have you been? Oh, nowhere. Like the devil? Nowhere here and there. No. Nowhere. And he goes, did not my heart go with you? See, the prophet could see. And the prophet revealed what was in Gehazi's heart. And he said, is this a time to receive you know, because it may be an appropriate time to buy a house, to buy an olive yard, a vineyard, to build and to do all that stuff. Right? There's times where it's a good time to do that. In this time was a time of apostasy. And he said, is this a time to buy olive yards and vineyards and have men servants and maids servants and all these things? We should be about our father's business calling the nation under repentance, you know, but you're wanting to settle in like the luke warm Laodicean church where you're rich and increased with goods in need of nothing. You have no concern about the people perishing around you. You're, you know, you're blinded. So he didn't have an understanding of the times in which he was living. And then queen Esther, her uncle Mordecai, let her know. Esther at 14. For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall their enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews to the Jews from another place, but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed. And who knows whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this? Ain't that amazing? Amen. Bernie and I were talking about before the bible study that how amazing it is that we're alive at this time, that we're alive right on the cusp, right at the edge of of the church age. This is the end of the church age, ends with the rapture. We're close. Why? Because we can see the beast system, the tribulation period coming, which means the lord Jesus is gonna return very soon here. And we got Israel in the land. That's one good indicator, right, that we're we're pretty close. And and so it's very exciting to know that we're living during this time, and we ought to be about our father's business. We're to occupy until he comes. And and so Mordecai is letting her know that, you know, you should seize this opportunity because, you know, Vashti, she lost, and the other ladies lost the beauty contest. You're you know, you won the beauty contest. You're the queen with her hashrisks. And Haman, this terrible, terrible guy, is built to gallows, and he's plotting and scheming to kill all the Jews. The devil's wanting to kill all the Jews. And how do you know that you haven't been called and raised up for such a time as this? And know this, that if you don't act properly, you're gonna die with us, but God's gonna raise up somebody else to deliver us. So this is your opportunity. Right? So seize the opportunity. Know the times that you're living in. Prioritize. And then Bernie, Luke nineteen forty one through 44. Which one? You get the last one, Thomas. Okay. 14? Last Practice your voice. Practice I wanna hear the right voice. Alright. Luke 19, Jesus speaking, 41 through 44. Are you a garage musician, Thomas? I'm good. I'm I am what I am. Alright, buddy. I like that. What's Thomas doing? I Oh, you're doing it. You're Luke Luke 19. He's waiting on you. You're a sailor, Bernie. Yeah. Jesus weeps over Jerusalem. Now as we draw draw near, he saw the city and wept over it saying, if you had known even you if you had if you know of even you, especially in this your day, the things that make for you peace. But now they are hidden from your eyes. For days will come upon you when your enemies will build and and brighten an embankment around you, surround you, and close you in on every side, and level you and your children within you to the ground, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another because you do not know the time of your visitation. How many people are asleep? Today is high time to wake out of sleep. Right? Today is the day of salvation. There's not much time left. Thomas. Alright. The Pharisees also with the sadducees came and they and and tempting him tempting desire to to him for okay. I got it. Would show him a sign from heaven. But answering, came and said unto them, where is the, evening even evening? It will be the how the foul weather anyway, they said they're gonna be the foul weather. You can discern when the sky is red, you know, whether it's gonna be good or bad. I'm out of living. Anyway, Jesus says, you hypocrites, you can discern the face of the sky, but but cannot discern the the the time appointed, I guess. I need a bigger King James Bible. Oh, boy. Anyway, but you basically We get the idea. They were able to tell the weather, I cannot discern the weather of God. Yeah. Okay. So when it is evening, you say it'll be fair weather for the sky is red. So they've watched the evening news. They heard Andy Wapler with the double Doppler say it's gonna it's gonna be good. And in the morning, it will be foul weather today for the sky is red and overcast and all you hypocrites, you can discern. So think of discernment during COVID. What did we have discernment in the churches? Did we know it was a lie, or did we get sucked into the many lies? Do we have discernment now? Fool me once, you know, The face of the sky. But can you not discern the signs of the times? The signs of the times. You know what time you're living in. Do we discern the sign of the times today? A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and there shall no sign be given unto it but the sign of the prophet Jonah. And he left them and departed. Alrighty. So let's pray. Father, we come before you. We thank you for the privilege of being your witnesses to testify in these last days. I thank you for Gloria. What a great witness she is, and she's got her testimony out there. She's been through some real severe surgeries and almost on the brink of death, and you brought her back to life. And she's living her life for you, And we lift up Cora and Alan in the same way. They've gone through horrific trials, and they're still kicking, Lord. And and they they're living and loving for you. And, Lord, we lift up others who have been through so many things, and it's just caused their their sight, their spiritual sight to to gain even greater clarity and a sense of urgency in their spirit of what time we're living in, seeing the future, seeing the things that are aligning, having ears to hear and hearts to serve you. And Lord, we pray that when you come that you you not come as a thief in the night unto us, that that they not overtake us unaware. That we being children of light, that Lord, we're watching. We're aware. We see that you're coming. We're watching. We're ready for your soon return. And, Lord, we don't wanna just bury the investment of of the gospel that you've made into our lives. We wanna spread the news. We wanna spread the seed and others water and watch you bring the increase. And, Lord, we pray that you'd raise up more and more people who understand the times, people who sense the urgency, and, Lord, that we can have fellowship with. I desire, I crave fellowship with people that can understand the times we're living in, Lord. It's so frustrating to find so few people that even have a clue of what's going on. And it's not that we're so smart. Lord, it's it's that you're revealing that you're if if anybody's willing, if they're just willing, Lord, you're gonna show them. You're gonna open their eyes, their ears, and all. And so, Lord, I pray you raise up more and more who say no to the world, let go of the rice, and not be squawking and get hit in the head like some dumb monkey. But but, Lord, let go of the of the world and the threats and all that the devil's trying to impede our progress. And, Lord, help us to grow in the grace and knowledge of you. Help us to be watching and be ready and be like the virgins with the oil ready and our lights burning. And so, Lord, blow a trumpet in Zion. Blow that trumpet in Zion, Lord. We're watching. We're looking. We're waiting for your soon return. So bless, Lord. Let us be good watchmen. In Jesus' name, amen.
