Ezekiel 7
Pastor Rick Beaudry guides us through Ezekiel 7, sounding a solemn call that the end has come upon the land and that God’s judgment is real and imminent. He connects Ezekiel to Amos, Daniel, Revelation and Matthew 24 to explain the tribulation, the rapture, the abomination of desolation, the role of the 144,000 and the imperative to have oil in the lamp by enduring to the end. He contrasts Christianity with other religions by affirming the resurrection as the decisive proof of Christ’s deity and stresses that salvation is the free gift of Christ’s finished work so believers need not fear final judgment. He warns of coming economic and geopolitical upheaval including digital tokenization of assets, urges repentance and deeper knowledge of God, and reminds us that the church is a restraining influence holding back God’s wrath.
