Thank you so much for another chance to get together in your name, Lord, to study your word, to worship, to have a meal together. Thank you for yesterday, the celebration for Ronnie and Fred. We pray you help them, get to the finish line, get down to Phoenix, and and enjoy that sunshine and everything, Lord. And, we lift up Jeremy. Jeremy. Jeremy, a friend from work's brother that needs prayer for depression and We lift up Jeremy, a friend from work's brother who needs prayer. He needs hope, Lord. He needs to come through the depression. He needs to come to know you and be in fellowship with you and surround him with people that can keep pointing him to Jesus. And we pray for all that the enemy means for evil, Lord, that you'd snatch, Jeremy's, friend from the fire, Lord. Save him, Lord. And bless this night, we pray in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. This is the last chapter. Yeah. Woo hoo. You guys enjoy Jeremiah? Oh, yeah. Jeremiah's here. Oh, shit. Feel like you know him? Yeah. Anybody want a ministry like Jeremiah's? No. Thank no. Thank you, Lord. Does it take him fifty two weeks? Fifty two weeks? A year. That's been a year. What are you doing next? What's the next book? Lamentations. So so more of Jeremiah in Lamentations. Oh, no. No. Galatians. Yeah. Lamentations. So we're going through the whole thing. Yeah. Well, just to get to pick one. Do do you want me to pick one? Want me to do a topical teaching? What's your topic? I thought we were Does the lord cover all the topics? The lord cover all the So on on Sunday, did he cover some of the topics you're thinking about? Oh, yeah. Sure. With your friend that came to town. Oh. You handled it well. I sent him back. Yeah. You handled it well. But he he loves Jesus. He does. Just that's what all accounts. Alright. Well, let's pray. Father, thank you so much that we as disciples are learning, ever learning. We And don't wanna ever learn and not come to the knowledge of the truth, Lord. We wanna mind. We wanna dig in. We wanna grab hold of the nuggets, Lord. We wanna grab hold of all that you have for us. We pray that you give us ears to hear and eyes to see in the spiritual realm, Lord. Pray that we would, as we look in the mirror of your word, that, Lord, we would see ourselves in relationship to who you are, and that you would change us, Lord, from glory glory into, excuse me, into the image of your dear son, Lord. So move and work by the power of your holy spirit. Allow our lives to be lives that are pleasing unto you in these last days, that we'd walk by faith and not by sight. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Amen. Alright. So this chapter is about vindication. This is a chapter that it's kind of I told you so. Jeremiah is able to put this in here at the end. All that he prophesied, all that he said for forty years that was gonna happen, it has happened. And false prophets like Hananiah and the others kept undermining him. And because because this is over forty years, you as a prophet, you gotta wait a long time to be proven right. And so you just you just keep plugging away, doing the right thing, no shortcuts, keep telling them the truth, keep hearing from the Lord, fellowship with the Lord, And ultimately, be not deceived. Whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap. The nation is a sick nation. The nation has been in the land for eight hundred years, a little over eight hundred years. And they've enjoyed from the time that Joshua led them in a battle against Jericho to the present here, and and now they've lost their country. They've lost the city of Jerusalem. They lost the Solomon's Temple. They all the spoil that's coming back to Babylon and all. And and it's the reason is is because they underestimated the holiness of God. Mhmm. They thought that, hey, love your neighbor. Just love your neighbor. You know, go to temple and continue to worship idols. Continue to put God on the back burner, and do whatever you want in your own eyes. There's never a day of judgment. There's never a day coming where we're gonna be held accountable for what we've been doing all these years. So eight hundred and sixty years from the time of Jericho to present, they started out having victory because of faith. They circled the children of Israel weren't trained in the art of war, and they went up against those in Jericho 13 times and then blew the trumpet, and the walls fell outward. And they went in and they had a great, great victory, and then they began to go on the promised land, the land that God was giving them that he told Abraham he was gonna give them. And as long as they, according to Deuteronomy 28, as long as they followed the Lord and walked in obedience to him, he kept giving victories. Victories. Victories. Victories. And but in disobedience, you can see the long suffering of God. You can see that he didn't just hammer them the very first time they, you know, they backslid. God always gives space for repentance. God always gives you time to evaluate what's happening, and God will always send preachers, teachers. He'll send the word of God to you, and then it's a come out upon you of what you're going to do with it. And if you blow it off, you're ripening yourself for judgment. Moses said, be sure of this, your sin will find you out. Now I don't want my sin to judge me. Don't I don't want to continue in sin. First John, the emphasis upon continuing in sin. I sin, but I wanna keep a short account. When God convicts me at church, when God convicts me putting together a sermon or I'm listening to the word of God be taught, I wanna make sure that I'm not a selective hearer. I wanna make sure that I have ears to hear. Jesus said to the seven churches, he that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit is saying to the churches. Whole lot of people have tuned out. They've tuned out and they've kicked Jesus out of the church, the old Laodicean church. Laodicean means people rule. So what happens is Jesus doesn't have authority over his own church in Revelation chapter three. He's kicked out of his own church, and he's knocking on the door and he's saying, let me back in. I desire fellowship with you. Give him another chance, church of Laodicea. And they have a false sense of security. They have a false delusional sense of, I'm doing pretty good. I'm rich and increased with goods. I'm in need of nothing. So what you have to wait for to get the attention of people today is a stock market crash, dollar crash. Nobody's gonna listen until their money, their idol is taken. And when the idol's taken and then food's hard to get, all of a sudden, a whole lot of people are gonna be going, you know what? Maybe I better go back to church and listen. Maybe I better open the Bible up and study prophecy. Maybe some of this is in alignment with what Daniel had said long ago was gonna happen or Jesus in Matthew 24. But right now, you can't get them to you can't even get the pastors to teach it because the people don't want it. So that's the predicament that Jeremiah had, but ultimately, Jeremiah is vindicated. And this is this is a chronicling what had what had happened. So it says in about May, there's fulfilled prophecy here, and king Jehoiachin is released in verse 31. We'll see what what that takes place. So king Jehoiachin, he reigned for about three months, and he did that which is evil in the mind of the Lord. And the Lord allowed Nebuchadnezzar to take him and bring him back to Babylon and imprisoned him. He's gonna wind up being imprisoned for thirty six years. When Nebuchadnezzar finally dies at the end of this chapter, evil Moradoc, the son of Nebuchadnezzar, is going to release Jehoiachin, and we'll see some beautiful things that depicts. So although God's judging Israel, he always provides hope of restoration. Mhmm. So he's he's saying, call unto me and I'll answer thee and show thee great and mighty things which you know not, you know? I know the thoughts that I think towards you, Israel, thoughts of peace and not of evil to bring you to a future and a hope. So in spite of their disobedience and God's necessity of judging because he's a holy God, he has a plan to restore him, And the church does not take the place of the nation of Israel. In fact, Nehemiah and Ezra are gonna go back and rebuild the walls after the seventy years that the children of Israel spend in captivity in Babylon. And and so you're gonna see Zerubbabel's temple that's called the second temple period where the Jews begin to rebuild the temple and begin to inhabit, you know, their land once again. They're they're under the authority of the Medes and the Persian with Cyrus, and Cyrus allows them to go back. And then then you got Alexander the Great that comes through, and he builds a city called Philippi, the book of Philip Philippians that we read. That city was built in honor of August of Caesar Alexander the Great's father, Philip Of Macedon, Macedonia. So he built that city. So the see the influence of the Greek empire. Then the Roman empire comes through, and they defeat the Greeks. And in that period of time, they establish the rule of law, which subdued the Greeks broke into four groups, and so is radical chaos. So there's a break about four hundred years be between the end of the Old Testament, the start of the New, but God was preparing the way for the Messiah to come, preparing the way for Jesus to come. And so he used the Romans to provide a a powerful, you know, Pax Romana subduing everybody else so that the Jews could be inland and that the Messiah could be born at the very day that God said he would would and place he would and all the prophecies being fulfilled and such. And then we see in seventy AD, again, once again, the Jews rejecting God and the Diaspora where in seventy AD when Titus surrounded the city, put a siege upon it much like Nebuchadnezzar's here, the Jews were scattered all over the world. But still, God is not done with Israel. So 05/14/1948, Israel is reborn according to Ezekiel thirty six and thirty seven, reborn as a nation. And God prophesied that in Ezekiel. Now Ezekiel, when we get to him, he's a prophet contemporary with Jeremiah, but he's in one of the waves of of, deportation. And so he's there in Babylon prophesying in Babylon. In the first wave of deportation, Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and and they went. So they've been already spending time in Babylon. And, toward the end of here, we're gonna see a couple more, efforts of de deporting people from Jerusalem. But, so this is vindication. Now you and I, we can take God's word to the bank. I don't need to, be confused or wonder if there's gonna be a rapture of the church. I absolutely know because of God's word that God is gonna rapture his church. No confusion. No backpedaling. No mocking. Like Peter said, in the last days, scoffers would come saying, where is the promise of his coming? I don't care what they say. Their fulfillment of prophecy, the rapture is a glorious doctrine, and it's the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and savior. And I don't know when it's gonna take place. Now I do know it's gonna take place before the signing of the peace treaty. So sometime between now and the signing of the peace treaty, what would bring in the need for a peace treaty? War. We would see Ezekiel thirty eight and thirty nine, five nations coming from the North to, take the spoil away from Israel. God's gonna put a hook in their jaw. Five out of every six of those invading army is gonna be defeated, and God's gonna be glorified, the whole world is gonna know the true and living gods, the god of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And then a a pretender rider on a white horse comes along, Revelation six, and that's the start of the tribulation period when he signs the peace treaty of Daniel 09/27. And there could be a little gap there before some of the the seals' judgments are open, But, that's what we're looking at, and I don't doubt it. I don't, hem haw back and forth. It causes me great stability to be a student of prophecy and to know that God's telling me ahead of time of what's gonna happen. I'm not surprised right now about a central bank digital currency because I know according to Revelation chapter thirteen sixteen through 18, God prophesied almost two thousand years ago that no man would be able to buy or sell without a mark on the right hand of their forehead. Right? And I'm not confused about a one world government. And I see America the same way as I see Israel here. America is sick. America is a sick dog that God is putting down. And we have, as Catherine Austin fits, if you watched it with Greg Hunter, USA watchdog, boy, they had a good argument, didn't they? But she basically says it's the sane against the insane. It's basically the saints against demons, and, that's what we're up against. And it's the uniparty. They're all on the same. And this is something I've been saying to you over and over and over again. It's the globalist against the people, all the people on the planet. And so don't think they're one of us. Don't think that they're gonna save you. That's a false hope. So I have no delusion about America coming out of this. I have no delusion. I know that America's going down. Yep. And I quit presenting a false hope to people. Now it may take a while. We may be able to fight. We may be able be able to grow our own food. Catherine Austin Fitz pointed out that the growing of food is essential because that can circumvent the central bank digital currency. But if they get control of the food, then you're gonna only only direction you can go is the central bank digital currency to get food. So but by having food production, you can barter and you can have your own currency. So that's that's one way. And and here's another thing. Here's a reason to move to Tennessee. If you're looking to move to Tennessee. If you're looking to move away from here with Bob Ferguson coming on the scene, the government has signed the World Health Organization treaty. Right? Right? For any kind of epidemic. Pan you know? Right? So let's say there's a bird flu coming and all that. So each county with a sheriff in each state can say no to the international groups that are gonna wanna come in here, invited in here to implement their World Health Organization. So they're gonna use lies, and they're gonna say, for the environment, you guys can't grow any food because your animals have bird flu. And your septic tanks, you guys living out in the in the sticks with your own well, your septic tanks are defiled, and, they're a threat to the rest of everybody. So we're gonna come out here with, you know, semi trucks, and we're gonna start vaccinating everybody out here. And and you're gonna have to be put into the cities to stack and pack. And but in Tennessee, they passed legislation saying, no. Not here. We're going to raise our own food and continue to use our own medical system and our own doctors and our own everything in regard to, you know, no medical tyranny here in in Tennessee, not Texas, Tennessee. And Louisiana. And Louisiana. Yeah. So that's something to look at. That that is a reason to relocate for food alone, just to make sure that you have a government in place that otherwise, you're gonna have to fight to keep growing your food. And and anyway, it's much better to be in a favorable place. And the other word they use is community. You have to develop a community. Saat and Seabeck, we have our Seabeck community, and we need to be able to protect our community, provide food in our community, and, and pray that, the sheriff, like we did with COVID, they were rock stars. They didn't implement anything the governor or any governors tried to do. So that's where America's at. America's going down, but what I'm saying is is there are things we can do to slow down the corruption and, live to fight another day. Now these guys, they've exhausted every avenue. They've exhausted every avenue of rebellion against God and rebellion against king Nebuchadnezzar. Now it's crunch time. So what is the shelf life of a nation? When will America finally succumb to the corruption that are we gonna make it to the election? Are we gonna make it that far? What do they have planned for us? So you don't need to focus on that. You focus on the Lord that this is all happening prophetically according to his plans. And and so we we continue to share the gospel with people that are losing hope. Quote, unquote, mental illness is off the charts now. People are losing hope. Why? Because they weren't prepared in the church. Faith comes by hearing, hearing by the word of God. They don't have any faith. They can't walk by faith. And so so consequently, they don't have their best life now, when they lose their job, when their money doesn't go far enough, when somebody gets sick, they're not like the early church that counts it all joy to go be with Jesus. You know, they can't cope. They they can't deal with it. And so it's it's very tragic to watch, like I talked about on Norway where there's a 28 year old lady who doesn't know Jesus, and Jesus isn't presented. But the health department in Norway has a woman that's got autism, 28 years old, a boyfriend and some dogs, and loves her dogs, but she's got depression. And they told her, you're gonna live the rest of your life with this depression. There's no hope of changing this. So they took her hope away. They stole the hope. Maybe there's a solution. So they said, but there is this. We can give you assisted suicide. So she's scheduled to be offed, you know, by the government. And that's what happens when you remove Jesus from your culture. When you remove hope, the hope of the gospel from people. So Zedekiah was one and 20 years old when he began to reign. And and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem and his mother's name was Hamuthal and and the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah. And so you can see this second Chronicles 3six eleven twenty. And so now Zedekiah, he becomes king as a result of Jehoiachin or his name also. There's three different names he goes by. One is Koniah and Jechaniah. And here, he's called Jehoia Chin. Now he's gonna go into jail for thirty six years. Now what happens is when he goes into jail, when Daniel tells Nebbe about the dream that that Nebbe had and that, oh, king, the your enemies told you this dream. And when in chapter four of Daniel, when when Nebbe comes out there and says, is this not great Babylon which I have built? And the words are barely out of his mouth and the watchers grab him and take him for seven years, you know, into the field. Well, his son, evil evil takes his place and begins to kinda boast. He's kinda pumped up that he's this young new buck, you know, this young new king and that his dad's lost his mind. So they're all over there laughing like Noah naked. You know? Oh, wow. Look. Noah's naked. You know? Dad's dad's crazy. Look at his hair. Look at his so kinda mocking dad. Well, when dad wakes back up after seven years, dad hears about it, knows about it just like Noah knew. You know? Right? Noah knew they were that Ham was dissing him. And because Noah got drunk, and he was naked drunk laying there after the flood. Right? Can you believe that? Great Noah, preacher of righteousness. That ever happened to you? Killed millions people. Well Okay. He he tried to save people. Tried to save people. He tried to save them. So in any event, Nebuchadnezzar as a punishment to his son puts his son in prison. And so his son is in prison with Jehoiachin and gets to know him. So then years later, you know, thirty some years later, when dad's gone, dad dies, Nebuchadnezzar dies, and Jehoiachin was in prison. At the end of this book, we're gonna see Jehoiachin released from prison because he made friends with evil Meroldak while in prison, tradition says. I have a question. Okay. You know how they say, like, kings is, like, four books? I think it's the the one Sam Sam First and second Kings, first and second Chronicles? No. Sam is it Samuel will be her king? Samuel? First Samuel, second Samuel, first Kings. Is there a way to see chronologically who was all these kings then? Yeah. You can do that, and that's a very good way as an apologetic. If you were to type that in, I wanna see the kings of Israel in chronological order. You have the history of every single nation, you know, over over history. So the historians will be recording their history of Egypt, the history of Babylon, history of, you know, Syria. And because of the names of those kings, you can date the bible because these kings, their names are in the secular historians account. And so it's a very powerful way to prove the Bible, to prove that that this in fact happened. So like Caesar Augustus when he's calling the taxes. You know? Well, we can look at Roman history. There is a guy named Caesar Augustus, and he declared a census. You know? And so it's not just the Bible saying this. You know? Secular history has recorded the names. So the the names of the kings is one of the best ways to prove the historicity of the Bible that it's it's a I think in Kings also, it says I think it's Kings that keeps referring to another book that is about the Kings. Oh, there's some big there's some books we don't have. Yeah. Oh, I was wondering Like a book of Jasher and exist. Jasher, I think is one. But, yeah, there's a there's a couple of them that we don't have. You know? So the the Jews might have them, but it didn't make it into the canon of the Old Testament. So 66 books. Right? 39 in the old, 27 in new. Alright. So here we go. And he and he did that which was evil in the eyes of the lord according to all that Jehoiakim had done. And so Zedekiah is doing evil just like Jehoiakim had done and rebellious leader, ripe for judgment. For though the anger of the Lord for through the anger of the Lord, it came to pass in Jerusalem and Judah till he had cast them out from his presence that Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon. So now there's a problem because Nebuchadnezzar allowed Zedekiah to stay in Jerusalem as long as he would not rebel, as long as he would be kind of a puppet king. And you can stay there and and kinda keep order, but he had the the problem of rebelling against king Nebbe. So when Jeremiah would keep coming to the king saying, hey. Cooperate with Nebuchadnezzar. If you cooperate with Nebuchadnezzar, it'll go well with you. He won't kill everybody. But they said Hananiah, the false prophets would come. No way, man. We can whoop them. We're we can we can get an alliance with Egypt. We can get alliance with other countries, and we can defeat, you know, Nebuchadnezzar. And Jeremiah kept telling the truth, tell him the truth, tell him the truth, but the other guys were telling them smooth things, the things that people wanted to hear with their itchy ears. And so so he rebelled against the king of Babylon, Jeremiah 32, one through five. And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he and all of his army against Jerusalem and encamped against it and built forts against it roundabout. So he's gonna be here eighteen months or a year and a half here. This is on January fifteenth five eighty eight BC. The city is destroyed in May ultimately. And so eighteen months of a siege. Now a siege, you know what that is. There's no no food in, no people in, starve them. So when the globalist go and they burn all the food processing plants, they're basically putting the siege on you. They're basically not allowing the flow of goods, of food processed to reach the grocery stores and for you and I to be able to purchase the food. So a consolidation of food that they control completely. And and so we're gonna have to get back to growing food. Right? And so they wouldn't allow any food in. And when you're in the book of Lamentations, they would reach a place of cannibalism. It would reach a place of the Israelites will wind up killing themselves, each other, because they're so aggressive toward food. So any food in the city, you're gonna have gangs. You're gonna have people fighting, killing each other to try and get at that food. They're very desperate. So that's the same thing that would take place here. Now loose lips sink ships. If you're storing food, if you have anything in prep, you do not want to tell everybody. Right? Yeah. You don't wanna tell anybody because Right. Everybody goes, well, I know where I'm going. Yeah. So if you if you if you get hungry, just go you bringing? If you get hungry, just go to the Mormon church. They've got plenty of food stored up. Find a Mormon. They got they got all the food. Alright. In Jesus' name. Alright. So it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign in the tenth month and the tenth day of the month that Nebuchad nezzar, king of Babylon, came and all of his army against Jerusalem and encamped against it and built forts against it roundabout. Now fort would be these these, like, tall things higher than the walls. So the walls, they're gonna they're gonna get up above the wall so that they can push those things forward and begin to shoot arrows down into the city. They can't penetrate the walls yet, and then you got archers and people on the wall shooting back at you. So you gotta have a way to make these engines, these forts, these things that they can climb up. And if you watched what's those cool movies that kids all want watch? Legos. Legos is awesome. No. No. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. Not. Legos. No. Tolstoy. Toy Story? Tolstoy. Tolstoy. Tolstoy. Tolstoy. Tolstoy. The Christian the Christian Brandon knows. You've seen the engines, the catapults Oh. During war? Trebuchet. Trebuchets. Trebuchets. Trebuchets. Trebuchets. But it's, you know, the stone precious and all that. What's that? Oh, Lord of the Rings. There you go. There you go. There you go. You see all those war machines? You see all those war Yeah. Siege. Yeah. They're precious. Okay. Toys. I I once bought a barbecue from Lowe's that was a stainless steel barbecue for the barbecues we were doing, you know, during the church and the concerts and stuff. And I was so enamored with it. I called it precious because it was Oh my god. It's really it's really special. That's that's how important it precious. Yeah. It was it it it paid dividends. It was so nice to me. So the city was besieged under the eleventh year of king Zedekiah. And in the fourth month, in the ninth day of the month, the famine was great. And the city so that there was no bread for the people of the land. Now in the tribulation period, there's gonna be a day's wages for barley, for an ephah of barley. So if you're surviving during the tribulation period, you're going to eat the Bill Gates and all these guys that are making meat. You can't have any meat. You only have bugs. They're gonna be on their jets, and they're gonna have all their best foods, best of everything. And and a day's labor is gonna be for an ephah of barley. Barley is the poor person's source of source of nutrition. And so the rich are gonna have the wine. They're gonna have the the Caviar. The caviar and all that. So in the fourth month and the ninth day of the month, the famine was great in the city so that there was no bread for the people of the land. So incredible famine. Now what's the quote of Henry Kissinger that they're implementing now? I posted it for you. Bury you, and they won't even fire a Well, said control oil Oh. And you control nations. Control Food. Control the people. Control the money. Anyway, it's on my Facebook page. So they the the the strategy is to control you by taking control of the food, control all the people. And that's eighteen months old. Pardon me? That's eighteen months long. Yep. All those Yeah. And and there and we'll see in Lamentations. So July eighteen five eighty six BC comes down, and and I put famine, and then I put next to it, they're saying eat bugs. Eat bugs. So in the French revolution, what did Antoine what did she say? Let them eat cake. Yeah. So the people don't have any bread. Right? And what'd she say? Let them eat cake. Let them eat cake. Oh. And did they cut her head off? Yep. Yep. Boy, we could pray for that, can we? Get some guillotines and do some public executions. Alright. So this famine in first Kings twenty five two, second Chronicles 36, and Jeremiah thirty nine one through 14 describes this. Then the city was broken up and the men of war fled and went forth out of the city by night by the way of the gate, between the two walls, which was by the king's garden. Now the Chaldeans were by the city roundabout, and they went by the way of the Arabah. So Zedekiah with his with his guys, they break open the the walls, and they have a spot that they're ready. And, Jeremiah 38 chapter 38 verse 14 through 23 let him know that, this wasn't gonna work. He predicted it wasn't gonna work. But the army of the Chaldeans pursued after the king and overtook Zedekiah in the Plains Of Jericho, and all his army was scattered from him. So the very place of Israel's first victory by faith and trusting in God, Jericho, and their defeat here because of rebellion and because, basically, because of unbelief. So if we were to look at the seriousness of the sin of unbelief, How serious is the sin of unbelief? Is it worse than adultery? Yes. Yeah. Is it worse than murder? Yes. Show forgiveness. So Hebrews eleven six says, without faith, it's impossible to please God. For they that come to him Must come to him. Believe that he is Believe that he is. And that he's a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. The opposite of faith is fear. And when the rabb shekha, when the government propaganda mainstream media starts lying about bird flu and all that stuff, and there are lies upon lies upon lies upon lies, we're gonna need to walk by faith. And we're gonna need to fact check and make sure that, you know, we hold them hold them accountable because those that believe the lie aren't gonna have the faith to to endure. They're gonna be filled with anxiety, suicidal, and and they're not gonna be able to spend money or or anything to to alleviate the problem. It's gonna be a huge crash that our generation, we've never ever ever ever seen on a scale that's coming. We've never seen it before. So you understand that our federal government, with the help of the bankers, are spending so many dollars purposely crashing the dollar, and over 50% of the nations are already transitioning into the new system already. And so as the world, loses its confidence in the dollar, America is going down, baby. It's going down. But that's not real popular at church to say that. Okay. But the army of the Chaldeans pursued after the king and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho, and all of his army was scattered from him. So he almost made it. He thinks, oh, we're free. We we made it. But, no, God directed him there just as Jeremiah said they would. Then they took the king and carried him up under the king of Babylon at Riblah. So Nebuchadnezzar has a base camp at the at Riblah in the land of Hamath where he gave judgment upon him. So because of your rebellion, got my hands on you now. And the king of Babylon slew the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes. He slew also all the princes of Judah in Riblah. Then he put out the eyes of Zedekiah, and we saw this in Jeremiah chapter 39. And the king of Babylon bound him in chains and carried him to Babylon and put him in prison till the day of his death. So sin does what? Sin blinds, sin binds, sin grinds, grinds you away. Now who wants to read Ezekiel? Remember, Ezekiel is in captivity, but he's in Babylon, and he has a prophecy concerning Zedekiah. Ezekiel twelve ten through 13. Who wants that? Anybody want it? You want me to read it? No. I'll dig it. Gotta say it loud. This is a really good prophecy. I mean, very, very clear. Now the disciples were eyewitnesses of Jesus. They handled him, but Peter said we have the more sure word of prophecy. This is a proof text to prove that our god is eternal, and he knows the beginning and the end. He's the alpha. He's the omega. So chapter 12, Greg's gonna read it. George. Excuse me. George. Sorry, George. Ranger George. Ezekiel twelve ten through 13. Woah. Say to them, thus saith the Lord God. This birth concerns the prince of Jerusalem as well as all the house of Israel who are in it. Say, I am assigned to you as I have done, so it will be done to them. They will go into exile into captivity. And the prince who is among them will load his baggage on his shoulder in the dark and go out. They will deviate hole through the wall to bring it out. He will cover his face so that he cannot see the land with his eyes. I shall also spread my head over him, and he will be caught in my snare. And I will bring him to Babylon in the land of the Chaldeans, yet he will not see it, though he will die there. Ain't that amazing? Mhmm. So for me as a pastor, when when I meet another pastor or another Christian that's a student of prophecy, it's it's heartwarming. So Jeremiah, if he knows of Ezekiel's prophecy, God's prophesying these two men. Daniel was learning about their captivity from the book of Jeremiah. So it's always exciting to be around other students of prophecy, students of the Bible, comparing notes, and then then being able to stand upon because, you know, you're not crazy. This really is happening, but there are times where you feel alone talking about the rapture, talking about the tribulation period, talking about, the book of Revelation, which nobody knows, nobody studies, you know. But when you finally when you finally meet somebody that is a student of God's word, it's so exciting as you glorify God and talk about the prophecies that are that are taking place. When I was growing up as a Christian at Calvary Costa Mesa, we had regular prophecy nights and prophecy and all the teaching. Chuck would in fact, I listened to Chuck today, and he's talking about, you know, the plight of Israel back in 1999 and Iran building these nukes and all that kind of stuff, you know, way back then and, and how, how horrible it was. You know? And then after that, we know nine eleven happened, and after that, we had desert storm and all these these military going into Iraq and and wiping out these terrorists, so to speak. And, you know, Chuck bought right into it. He believed everything the mainstream media told just as most people have right up until the, you know, the recent recently. Some people are questioning it now. So very exciting to see these prophecies taking place. When I read in the gospels of Jesus being crucified, or I read of Jesus being born in Bethlehem, and I know I can go to Micah five verse two, or I can go to can go and I can go to Psalm 22 or Isaiah 52 and Isaiah 53 describing what's happening to him. And in Psalm 22, it even says there, my God, my God, why has thou forsaken me? So a thousand years before Jesus is hanging on the cross, what comes out of his mouth? My god. My god. Why has thou forsaken me? Why art thou so far from my roaring? I mean, if people don't get excited about prophecy, they're dead. There's there's not a pulse. There's not a pulse in them. And, so don't let anybody. Rick Warren told his guys, don't teach prophecy. He told them. The return of Jesus, he said, is none of your business. He said it's it's deeds, not creeds, meaning stop the teaching. Just do good works. Do good works. Be like a Catholic and go feed the poor, the homeless, and all, which we should do as Protestants, as a church, as Christians, but not at the expense of the word of God. Amen. Not at the expense of being students. The Bereans were more noble because they searched the scriptures to see whether those things were so. Right? And I don't see any place where Jesus says, don't don't study the book of Revelation. You know? Don't study it. Don't study prophecy. It's none of your business when I come back. Crazy guys. Now in the fifth month, in the tenth day of the month, so August seventeen five eighty six BC, which was the nineteenth year of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuchadnezzaradan, captain of the guards. So this guy's the the slaughter. He's the executioner and who served the king of Babylon into Jerusalem. So second Kings 20 five:eight, seventh day arrived, tenth day it was burned, and burned the house of the Lord and the king's house and all the houses of Jerusalem and all the houses of the great men burned he with fire. So it stood for four hundred years, Solomon's temple. Now imagine Nehemiah and Ezra coming back to this when Cyrus says, alright, you get to go back and rebuild. What are they coming back to? Ruins. Yeah. Walls all broken down. Everything. Temple's not there. Everything's just ruins. So it's gone. And what's so amazing is Nehemiah, he's a butler. He's a cup bearer. And the Lord moves upon Nehemiah's heart to be with the people of the of the that are being allowed by the Persians to go back to back to Jerusalem. And he asked Artaxerxes in chapter two. And, so from the time the command to restore and rebuild Jerusalem unto the coming of the Messiah of the prince shall be, sixty nine seven year periods of time or four hundred and eighty three years. And so March fourteenth four forty five BC, Artaxerxes gave the command to go and restore and rebuild Jerusalem. On April six thirty two AD, Palm Sunday, Jesus wrote in to Jerusalem. And he said, on this thy very day, if you'd have known the day of your visitation, but you didn't, and so your cities left here desolate, Jesus could see forty years future that Titus, the Roman general, would surround Jerusalem. And, forty and six years in the rebuilding of the temple with King Herod the Great and Herod's temple. It's called the second temple period. And and Jesus said not one stone's gonna remain upon another. Mhmm. You know? And god. Now trying to get the ashes of the red heifer and rebuild another temple, but it's not a temple for the lord. Yeah. No. It's a temple for the antichrist. Right? It's a temple of rebellion against god. Right? Rebellion against God. The whole time of the tribulation period is a time of rebellion and deception, great deception. But there is, as Daniel said, the abomination of desolation spoken by Daniel the prophet, Jesus said. And so at the midpoint of the tribulation period, the antichrist is gonna go into that temple twelve hundred and sixty days after signing the peace treaty. He into the temple, declare himself to be god, demand to be worshiped as god. It's prophecy. Do you like prophecy? Amen. Yes. I like prophecy. Is that what Jason was asking you, Wes? I can't remember. Last week. He's something about a red heifer. Yeah. Ash is the red heifer. They're trying to develop the heifer. The ashes of the red heifer to get one pure enough, they're from Texas, and to start the sacrificial system again with with the ashes of the red heifer and the cleaning of the instruments and all that. So but I heard that it's they're struggling with it. And the government of Israel said, no, you're not gonna do it. So we'll have to see what happens. Okay. So they burned the house of the Lord. Think about this. The Lord's house. They burned my house. And the king's houses and all the houses of Jerusalem and all the houses of the great men burned they with fire. So all the mansions, all the nice, beautiful, rich people, all their everything is just burnt to the ground. And all the army of the Chaldeans that were with the captain of the guard broke down all the walls of Jerusalem roundabout. And so, like I said, Jeremiah 22 verse seven, then Nebuchadnezzaradan, the captain of the guard, carried away captive certain of the poor of the people and the residue of the people who remained in the city and those who, fell away who fell into the king of Babylon and the rest of the multitude. So this is a third wave of deportation, grabbing hold of these guys, taking them to Babylon. But Nebuchadne, the captain of the guard, let certain of the poor of the land, remain on the land as vinedressers and to be farmers. So they're gonna get to be able to hang back and, still be there. And we see in Jeremiah 41 that Gedaliah was the governor there, but this guy named Ishmael remember Ishmael came along and killed Gedaliah? And so also the pillars of bronze that were in the house of the lord. Now these are somebody Google right now and ask the question, what were the names of the pillars of Solomon's temple? So the pillars of the bronze, they were in the house of the lord. Shannon's on it. Yeah. Alright. We'll keep going while you look for that. Alright. So the pillars of bronze that were in the house of the lord and the bases and the bronze sea that were in the house of the Lord, the Chaldeans broke and carried all the bronze of them to Babylon. So Jeremiah twenty seven nineteen through 22, Jeremiah prophesied this. So they're taking the spoil, taking the booty. They're like pirates. The cauldrons also so here we remember Daniel chapter five, Belshazzar, the grandson of Nebuchadnezzar, having a party in Daniel five using these implements, drinking, getting drunk with some of this stuff. So the cauldrons also and the shovels and the snuffers and because you got a big, big enterprise of sacrificing animals, burnt offerings, sin offerings, snuffers, and the bowls, and the and the spoons, and all the vessels of bronze which they ministered, they took away. And the basins and the fire pans and the bowls and the cauldrons and the lampstands and the spoons, the cups which was of gold, in gold, that was of silver. So when the second temple period came back and king Herod was able to rebuild, they didn't have the money of Solomon, the money that David stored up and saved up for Solomon. And so they it wasn't as ornate, the second temple period, although there was gold. And now Hananiah, the false prophet, said that the people that are taken captive would return in two years, and it didn't happen. Wasn't gonna happen. Didn't happen. So after eight hundred and sixty years of being in the land from the time of Jericho to the present eight sixty years, but because of unbelief, because of idolatry, they're being wiped out. So they took the captain of the guard away. The two pillars, one c, 12 bronze bowls. So they'd have these bowls at the base, and then they'd have these, like bay a bath on top of it for the washing of, purifying of the offerings and stuff, and that were at the basis which king Solomon had made in the house of the Lord. The bronze of all these vessels was without weight. So enormous amount of weight without calculation and so much bronze. And concerning the pillars, the height of one pillar was 18 cubits. You know what a cubit is? Cubit is from your elbow to your wrist bone here. So 18 inches. So it's 18 inches, and everybody's, you know, it's close. So this was 27 feet high, the pillars, and made of bronze. The bronze was four inches thick and 18 I think it's 18 feet round. So these these pillars were huge. 18 feet round, 27 feet high, and the bronze was four inches thick. It was hollow on the inside. And anybody get the names of them yet? Jacob and Boaz. Yep. Jay Jay say it again? Jacob and Boaz. Jacob and Boaz. Oh, that's pretty cool. Any meaning behind it? Can anybody tell the story of it? Jacob and Boaz. We know Boaz and Ruth. Right? Jaken and Boaz. That's a good that's a good homework assignment. Jaken and Boaz. I want you to teach that in Sunday school on Sunday. Okay? Right. And concerning the pillars, the height of one pillar was 18 cubits and the band of 12 cubits did compass it, and the thickness of it was four fingers. So four fingers, four inches, and it was hollow. And a capital of bronze was upon it, and the height of one capital was five cubits with network, so seven and a half feet, and pomegranates. Anybody love pomegranates? Mm-mm. So these pomegranates are like little bells. And one of the things they would do with the priest with their outer garment is they'd have this these pomegranate bells at the base of their gown. And on the day of the great day of atonement, Yom Kippur, the priest would have to go through all the washings and preparation to go into the holy of holies and to sprinkle blood, you know, on the mercy seat from the goat, one of the goats. And and if the high priest did not prepare himself right, you would hear a thud. And the bells of him in there moving, you'd quit hearing the bells, and you hear a thud. You know what they did? Because nobody could go in there to grab him. They put a rope on his ankle, and you better be ready. You better be ready. You know? And you get pulled out. So George knew that. He just pull them out. The thud is him falling? Pardon me? What's the thud? God killed him because he came in unprepared. Oh. Yeah. He came in. He didn't go through the prescribed means of coming into the holy of holies. The the guy could only get go in one time a year. Mhmm. Nobody could approach. So here's why this is so important. Because when Jesus was crucified, what happened to the veil of the temple? Torn in two. 15 feet high, rent. What is that communicating to us in Hebrews? Rob's reading Hebrews. Hebrews four, we can what? We have access. We boldly have access. We can boldly come before his throne of grace, not of judgment anymore, of grace to find help in our time of need. Right? Amen. So we have access now. It's like my grandkids have access to me. Right? They don't need to make appointment. You gotta make appointment, but my grandkids can just blow through the door and come up on my lap. Right? Yeah. Okay. Because I'm really important. You know? So And be and before that And humble. To go into the temple one time a year, and that that priest would be talk that bully bully would talk to God or get Well, he would go in there and he'd have hyssop, a little branch, and he'd take the blood and he'd sprinkle the blood of sprinkling and symbolic of of God washing away our sins with that blood. So if he didn't do But it's a covering kefar. It's a car it only only covered sin, not washing away. It covered sin for one year. And then part of what would happen to the Jewish community is everybody right before that would confess their sins, and the priest would take the sins and confess it upon the scapegoat. There's another goat called the scapegoat. You ever been a scapegoat? So the scapegoat illustrates forgiveness. You separate the sin from the sinner, and so you confess your sins on that scapegoat, and they send it out into the wilderness with a guy like me, a fit man. A fit man. And then they they they so it's an illustration of the sin being sent away. So he's taken our sins and he cast them east to west. He remembers them no more. But the other one is the the judgment seat. And and so the reason the Old Testament saints couldn't have the holy spirit dwelling within them and is because Jesus hadn't died on the cross yet. So righteousness imputed them by looking future that one day the lamb of God would come and die for the sins of the world. He's a lamb slain before the foundation of the world. Right? So they're looking future where you and I are looking back to the cross. And and so in Ephesians four, before he ascended, he first descended to the lower parts of the earth. It was a holding compartment. Right? It's called hades or sheol. Right? And it was a double compartment. Jesus told the thief on the cross, this day will be with me in paradise. The rich man and Lazarus in Luke 16 both died. First Lazarus died and he was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom. It was a place of comfort. The rich man died and he was carried in a different place. There was a gulf. He was carried into hell, grievous torment. And he lifted up his eyes and he looked across the gulf, the other side of the room, this compartment, and he saw Lazarus there and he saw Abraham. And he said, Abraham, you know, send Lazarus over here. Rich guy's still bossing around a poor guy. Hey, dude. Those days are over. Send him over here and touch water, you know, touch his finger in the water to cool my tongue because I'm in grievous torment. And and Abraham says, no. There's a huge gulf between us and you. You can't come over here. We can't go over there. And he says, well, send somebody back to, tell my five brothers, lest they come to this grievous torment. And then he said, Jesus said, they have Moses and the prophets. You got the Old Testament. If they believe not Moses and the prophets, neither will they believe the one be raised from the dead. You see? And so he that ascended first descended, he led those captives free. So all those that were there because the the cross took place, they're able to be released from there, all the Old Testament saints. And to be asked and so they I don't believe they have their new glorified bodies yet, but their spirit are able to be in the presence of of God. And they're awaiting their resurrection after after the tribulation period before the millennium. John the Baptist is the last of the Old Testament saints, and he's the friend of the bridegroom. The bridegroom in that the nation of Israel is the wife of Jehovah, the church, the bride of Christ, and the nation of Israel will be there at the marriage supper of the lamb, and and then Jesus is gonna rule and reign and set up his king to rule and reign for a thousand years. Okay. So I don't know how we got over there, but we we did. And talking about the talking about the temple and The pillars. The pillars. So concerning the pillars, the height of one pillar was now I wanna write down the names of those. One of them is Boaz. See see my notes in my bible? This this this Okay. Now there's meaning in this. I don't know what the meaning is, but you guys should look it up. K. I know Boaz was married to Ruth, kinsman redeemer of Ruth, the Moabites. And concerning the pillars, the height of the one pillar was 18 cubits and the band of 12 cubits did compass it around. So 18 feet round and thickness of it four fingers. How many of you guys used to measure your pot with two fingers or three fingers? Four. Your bags. Know? Just gummies. I did. Oh, just gummies. Okay. Alright. Just gummies. Alright. That's how you felt. That's what you know. And the capital of bronze was you sinners. The capital of bronze was upon the height of one capital was five cubits, and the network and the pomegranates upon the capitals round about all the bronze. The second pillar also, the pomegranates were like unto these. And pomegranates, I have stop and talk about pomegranates. The people used to grow them in California. You'd be walking along the sidewalk and be hanging over the fence, and you'd grab those things. And all that all that juice and everything that wouldn't come out of your clothes if you got it on you. But it was so unique, such a unique, you know, fruit, and and now pomegranate juice is so good and healthy for you. Roundabout. And the captain of the guard, verse 24, took Sarah, the chief priest Wait. Let's get 23. No. I would never do that. And there were ninety and six pomegranates on his side, and all the pomegranates upon the network were a 100 and roundabout. I read it silently. And the captain of the guard We are talking about. And the captain of the guard took Sarai, the chief priest, and Zephaniah, the second priest, the three keepers of the door. So the doorkeepers. Remember, Nehemiah was a doorkeeper. He's a butler. And he took also out of the city a eunuch, who's the secretary of defense who had charged the men of war, and he's the secretary of defense. And, you know, that's who he was. But had the war charge of the men of war. He's a eunuch. I don't know what our guys today are. I don't even wanna go there. And seven men of them who were here the king's person. Now Sunday, we're gonna talk about being eunuchs and celibacy and, you know, being being able to be used of the Lord, if you wanna be used of Lord. Is somebody without any private parts? They snipped. Get snipped. Right? You? No. I mean, it could be, but they don't have to be. So there's some eunuchs angels with no private parts? No. Go to Matthew 19, and Jesus will tell you. Matthew 19, he'll tell you about about eunuchs. It's too personal. I I I can't I can't talk to women about it. Uh-oh. Okay. We us guys, when we hear about that being snipped, we we try to cross our legs. Even though we can't cross our legs, it's it's it's very uncomp uncomfortable. Matthew 19 what? I just have to look. Whole thing. Talking about marriage. Talking about Jesus said some men are born eunuchs. Some are made eunuchs by men. Some men choose to be eunuchs. Right? Paul chose to be a eunuch so that he could serve the Lord. So which means he abstains from sex, he used to be married, he became the apostle Paul, and he could go into the mission field without a wife. Peter chose to remain married. Right? Okay. So some are born that way, and they're very content to be single. And then there's a they have the gift of singleness. There's others that don't have that gift. And Paul, first Corinthians seven, he'll say, you need to get married. You need to get married. You priests and you nuns, you're blowing it. You've taken vows of celibacy, but you don't have the gift. And so now you're messing around with little children and all that kind of stuff. So, anyway, we'll get there Sunday. Okay. So so find it in chapter 19 there. I don't know. The Nineteen four. Are you gonna have your dog snipped? I did. Did his voice change? His bark bark change? Ever. No. He cried all night long. Yeah. Stuck on the floor next to your mind. Move Move on. Move Move on. Oh, had to wear a diaper. That's how I figured out. The soy dog. Soy dog. Alright. Can I read can I read verse 24? Is that okay? Yes. And the captain of the guard took Sarai, the chief priest, and Zephaniah, the second priest, and the three keepers of the door, so keeping order. And he took also out of the city a eunuch, don't say a word, who had charge of the men of war and seven men, them who were near the king's person who were found in the city and the principal scribe, of the host who mustered the people of the land and threescore men, which is 60, of the people of the land who were found in the midst of the city. So Nebuchadnezzaradan, the captain of the guard, he's the he's the defense Department of Defense. Right? Depart and the slaughter guy and the executioner. So Nebuchadne, the captain of the guard, took them and brought them to the king of Babylon at Riblah. And the king of Babylon smote them and put them to death in Riblah in the the land of Hamath. Thus Judah was carried away captive out of his own land. So all the prophecies that Jeremiah for forty years has saying was gonna happen has happened. And in verse 28, this is the people whom Nebuchadnezzar carried away captive in the seventh year, 3,000 Jews and three and twenty three twenty. So 3,023 were deported in the first wave. In the eighteenth year of Nebuchadnezzar, they carried away captive of Jerusalem, eight hundred and thirty and two persons, so eight thirty two in the next wave. So in the three and twentieth year of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadnezzar, the captain of the guard, carried away captive of the Jews. Seven hundred forty and five persons. All the persons were 4,600. So 4,600 total carried away. And then verse 31. And it came to pass in the seven and thirtieth year of the captivity of Jehoiachin, king of Judah, so the thirty seventh year of of exile, in the twelfth month, in the fifth and twelfth day of the month, that evil Merodak, king of Babylon so Nebuchadnezzar died. Evil Merodak's been released from prison, was in prison historically with Jehoiachin. And in the first year of his reign lifted up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah and brought him forth out of the prison. So this was on March twenty one five sixty BC, and brought him out. It's a jailbreak. And spoke kindly unto him and set his throne above the throne of the kings that were with him in Babylon and charged his prison garments, and he did continually eat bread before him all the days of his life. And for his diet, there was a continual diet given him by the king of Babylon every day portion until the day of the death of all the days of his life. So the name evil Merodak, his name means servant of the son of God. So we could look at this as a type of Christ. And there's six things that he did for Jehoiachin that we can look at that Jesus has done for us and and that we'll do. So notice the first one. Evil Merodah, king of Babylon in the first year of his reign lifted up the head of Jehoiachin. What's that mean to lift up his head? With the snakes. Read somebody read Genesis 40 verse 13 to lift the head up. Rob said give him hope. Here you got Joseph in prison. There's a baker and a butler, Joseph's gonna interpret their dreams. And in Genesis 40 verse 13, we see the phrase. Yes. Within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thine head and restore thee onto thy place, and thou shalt deliver Pharaoh's cup onto his hand after the former manner when you when thou waste his butler lost his butler lost his butler is that? What? I said it wrong. You did good. So read the other one about the baker. If you have birds landing in your head like it's a nest, what's that mean? Lift up the head, take off the head. Lift up the head means you're gonna be restored to your job as a butler. Right? You can be released. The other one, those birds landing on your head, you're cutting your head off, buddy. Okay. You're the problem. So so he so what Jesus does for us, he lifted him, so he's shown him kindness. So Evo Moradach showed kindness unto Joachim, and then it says he lifted up the head of Joachim, king of Judah, and brought him forth out of the prison. Jesus came to set the captives free. Right? Jesus releases us from the prison. And then it says, and he spoke kindly unto him. Jesus speaks kindly unto us. No condemnation. When you see people come and speak in condemnation, that's not of God. There's now therefore no condemnation of those who are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit. The devil in Revelation 12 is the accuser of the brethren. He's the one that condemns. So we can get convicted because of our sin, but God, by his spirit, always shows us what? Grace. He shows us the cross. The devil shows us hell. The devil says kill yourself. You're worthless. You're never gonna get it right. And that's what a lot of husbands do to their wives, and they psychologically try to break them down or wives do to their husbands. So it's evil. It's evil. Right. No. It's directly. It's just directly evil. It's just finding fault. Just rather than looking for the good and speaking kind like the Lord does to us, what if the Lord were to if the Lord were to mark iniquities, who could stand? If god's looking at me and saying, Rick, I'm gonna point out all your faults, don't worry. Lord Cathy's already shown me them. That's alright. His face is turning so red. It's the woman you gave me, Lord. Alright. So that wouldn't be very loving. That wouldn't be very kind. So husbands, take knowledge of your wives. You try to help them be who God's made them to be. Don't try to mold or force anybody. I don't like the word force. You don't force anybody. God doesn't force us except maybe Jonah. You know? Kinda make them willing. Right? Kinda made them willing. Give them free will, but made them willing. How's he make you willing? You know? Alright. Your choice, dude. You wanna keep riding in this fish? Your choice. Okay. Uncle. Uncle. Okay. First year of the rain lifted up the head of Jehoiachin, king of Judah, and brought him forth out of the prison, released him, and spoke kindly unto him and set his throne above the throne of the kings. So he rethroned him, elevated him in stature, and you and I are gonna roll and ring with Jesus as what? Kings and priests in the in the millennium. Right? We have an exalted position even higher than the angels. Right? Pretty we're gonna judge angels. I was gonna say, are we We're gonna judge them. Supposed to judge angels, or was that, like, a metaphor? No. No. We are gonna judge fallen angels. It's not a metaphor. For real. For real. We're gonna be judged from fallen angels, not the holy angels, the fallen ones. One third of the stars fell with Lucifer. So he spoke kindly unto him and is thrown above the throne of the kings that were with him in Babylon and changed his prison garments. So, you know, do you look good in orange? Do you wanna keep wearing orange? No. No? Do you want stripes? Do you want stripes like this? You wanna get rid of those garments? You know? White as snow. What's your favorite color? Purple. Purple. Okay. But it's Alright. You hippie. Hippie. Hippie. Hippies. Okay. So I want I want I want a Hawaiian shirt. Right? Hawaiian shirt and some flip flops and change his prison garments. Now the lord the lord changes your garments, gives you a robe of righteousness. Right? Takes your filthy garments and gives you a robe of righteousness. Right? Right. Hey, baby. Alright. Better buy Kathy a new dress. Tonight. And and he did continually eat bread before him all the days of his life. So there's a guy, a son of Jonathan named Mephibosheth, and Mephibosheth was dropped as a baby and crippled his legs, couldn't walk. And, when David finally was elevated to taking the throne and king Saul had died, David asked the question, is there anybody in the house of Saul, meaning Jonathan also, Jonathan died, that I can show kindness unto? And there was a guy named Ziba that was working the fields and stuff for Mephibosheth. And they said, yeah. There's a guy named Mephibosheth, and he's lame in his foot. And David said, go get him. He's going to eat at my table. So we're gonna be eating at the king's table. It doesn't isn't that a great name for a smorgasbord, the king's table? Yeah. The king's table. Yeah. There you go. And and so we're gonna be continually eating bread before him all the days of his life. What's the matter, Vicky? What's the matter? Does does Jesus eat in his new glorified body? Does he? He does. Are we gonna eat? We're gonna drink. Nancy and Lee, we're gonna eat. Yeah. We're gonna eat. Yeah. I don't I don't think we're gonna have any drought, any any kind of discharge. I don't think we're have any discharge. So we're gonna have a new glorified body. Right? And it's just gonna be all burned up. It's gonna be all burned up. It's gonna be all burned up, man. Yeah. Not in my glorified body. Hallelujah. Purified body. That's it. That's all purified. There's no corruption. No corruption in that body. Yeah, baby. Yeah. Now we're talking. Eat eat bread before him all the days of his life. And and for his diet, there was continued diet given him by the king of Babylon every day a portion until the day of his death, all the days of his life. And so the bread speaks of communion, speaks of fellowship, and Zedekiah, his name means the Lord is righteous, so there's a righteous judgment. Remember Zedekiah had his eyes plucked out? His name means the Lord is righteous. Now in second Kings 24 verse seven, Nebuchadnezzar changed his name from Mattaniah to Zedekiah, and he proved to be according to that name, God judged the nation. God judged Zedekiah. The Lord is righteous. His righteous judgment that he brought upon his own people. Now Jehoiachin, his is hope of the future. Release of the remnant. First fruits is what his name means. Taken captive eleven years before Jerusalem fell. So there you go. This evil Meridaiah king, is it is his name has it was it always evil, or does it mean They started out calling him Elvis. It was Elvis. Oh, yeah. Because Elvis is the king. Elvis. Yeah. Yeah. He's the king. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Alright. Two more verses. Two more verses. Two more verses? Somebody read Galatians six seven. Pay close attention to this right here. That entire nation was deceived. The entire nation for forty years believed the lies. They continued to believe the lies. They continued to sow to the flesh. And then somebody else read first Corinthians six verse nine. Pay close attention to the be not deceived. Yay. Who wants to read it? Galatians six seven. Already the first person. It's right there. It's itty bitty, itty, teeny, tiny. Galatians six seven. Rob's gonna read it. He's got a microphone there. Be not deceived. God is not mocked for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. So if you sow to the flesh, you reap what? If you sow to the spirit I think so. You reap life. Eternal. So in your marriage, in your life, if you're sowing to the life of the spirit, you're gonna reap life. There's gonna be life in your home and in your life. But if you're a fornicator, an adulterer, you're sowing to the flesh, dominated by the flesh, what's gonna happen? Be not deceived. Once a man sows, this is what they're reaping. They're reaping judgment. They're reaping the destruction of their country because that's what they sowed for over forty years. Alright. Now first Corinthians six verse nine. Keep breathing. And such as were some of you, but ye are washed. Amen. But ye are sanctified. Amen. But ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the spirit of our Thank you. Alright. So we fall. We sin. These guys for forty years refused to repent. In acts chapter 17, the apostle Paul's there at Mars Hill, and the city was wholly given over to idolatry. And this is what's missing in the church today. Turn to acts chapter 17. Yeah. I'll show you where. Mars Hill. Okay. Verse verse 28. You guys there? So Paul's there and he sees the whole the city wholly given over to idolatry, and that was the problem of the nation of Israel. Right? They're idolatrous rebelling against God. For in him, we live and move and have our being as certain also your own poets have have said for you're also his offspring. So Paul is trying to connect with them, with the Epicurean philosophers, and he's quoting some of their philosophy. Foreseeing then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like gold or silver or stone or carved by art and man's device. So Paul's trying to teach him, we're the offspring of God. You you can't be taking these idols, this gold and silver and all that, and think that that's the offspring of the true living God. And watch this. In the times of this ignorance so there's a period of time before Jesus came, before he came, because knowledge brings responsibility. In the times of this ignorance, God and I like this. God winked at. Okay? Some of your Bibles will say overlooked. So God sees you in your ignorance. You're an unbeliever, and you're idolaters. You're doing those things. And the Lord the lord, in times past, before Christ came, he'd kinda give you some space. Right? Give you a little space. He wasn't so quick to judge. Gonna judge, you're accountable, but not so quick. And at the time of this ignorance, God overlooked. But now but now, that's the time we're living in. Now but now commands all men everywhere to repent. What's that word mean? Turn. Be not deceived. Be not deceived. Whatever man sows, that shall also reap. Turn. Don't think that God's just kinda winking at your sin and you're the exception, and, oh, you get to keep doing it. You know, you're gonna have him. You know? You're not. You're not. You're not. He commands all men everywhere to repent because he has appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he has ordained concerning which he has given assurance unto all men that he has raised him from the dead. So why are we he raised him from the dead, baby. So everybody who was crucified, buried, raised from the dead were all accountable for god's only begotten son. So it's appointed unto all men once to die and then the judgment. But you and I, our sins were already judged at the cross of Calvary. God punished his own son in our place. There's no fearful looking to of judgment for us. But if we sow to the flesh and we underestimate how holy God is and and the calling he's placed upon our life, we can we can greatly diminish our walk with him. So, he doesn't want us to live on the human level. He wants us to live on the in the spiritual realm. He wants us to live the life of the spirit, not the natural man, not the carnal Christian. He wants us to live and experience the life of the spirit. So if you wanna live the life of the spirit, sow to the spirit. Be a part of bible study. Read your bible. Pray. Listen to bible studies. Come to church. Find a church that teaches the bible. And, and you'll be taught, you'll be built up spiritually, and then your faith will grow. Faith comes by hearing, hearing by the word of God. And as the world around you is crumbling and headed toward judgment, you're gonna know the promises of God. You're gonna know that all this stuff was supposed to happen. This apostasy, this great falling away was supposed to happen because Jesus is coming again. Amen. You see? Alright. Father, we thank you. We pray that you keep us on the straight and narrow. I pray, Lord, for fellowship. We love fellowship with you. We don't wanna walk out there into the world and try and do this on our own, Lord. Every single day, we enjoy fellowship with you. And we pray, Lord, that you'd increase the intimacy that we enjoy, that we'd get to know you better and better and better each day, Lord, and experiencing your love. Thank you for your kindness, Lord, your mercies that are new each morning. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
