Let's pray. Father, thank you for the opportunity, the blessing of gathering together in your name to worship you, to have a meal together, to study Jeremiah 23 and the fellowship, Lord. So we just commit this night into your hands and ask that you bless mightily. Just pour out your holy spirit upon us and to be glorified. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. Alright. Thank you. Okay. We're in Jeremiah 23, but let's have Marlene give us a little praise report on her trip to Lahaina. Yeah. Do you need the microphone? She's got one. It was emotional for me. We have we used to live there. The spot the last place we lived is gone. Our kids' school is gone. Four friends lost their home. But it was it was good to see things coming in from all over, volunteers coming in from all over The US and I think and there's a South Africa no. Australia person was there. I met her. And just some miracles happening. I knew about a few of those, so that was great. And the one group that Susan and and we were with, that's a church group at Calvary Chapel. And then the church that we used to attend in Lahaina, they are also have a really big outreach. In fact, they were saying, please, no more donations. They don't have any place to put a lot of the donations. But, yeah, it was I couldn't get down. Nobody can get in on the actual burn areas. It's all guarded, National Guard there. There's three schools in Lahaina, not the one that the two that burnt, but the other ones that are up the hill, they are busing them. Our old church is hosting a school, and then they're busing them to the other side of the island. They are hoping to be open maybe next month. Structurally, when I walk by them, you can't see anything. But I guess one guard said, you know, some trees have fallen down, and then there was some vandalism as people were trying to get in and and get help and water and stuff. And so, yeah, it was a very powerful time to be there and just prayer and stuff. A lot of prayer going on. Alright. You wanna pray for him now? Sure. Okay. Lord, I just thank you for the opportunity to be able to be there, Lord, for those that I know and those that I didn't know, Lord, that you are could just feel your presence. Lord, I just thank you for that time there and just to thankful that I was you could use me, Lord. I especially wanna pray for Joni. Couple weeks after the fire, she was diagnosed with cancer, and she's one that lost her house. So and when I asked her what she we could do, and all she said is just she needs prayer. So I just pray, Lord, for her healing. Lord, pray for her strength. Thank you that her children are there and able to help her. And pray for those many, many homes, Lord, that there would just be a rebuilding and that many would just come to you for the ones that don't know you. And as they come through the church and get the food and the different things, Lord, that they would just be moved to just accept you as savior and not be blaming you, Lord. Lord, just pour out your spirit on that island and Yes, Lord. Give you all the praise in Jesus' name. Yes, Lord. Amen. Amen. Alrighty. Okay. Jeremiah 23. Let's pray. Father, we come before you and we lift up Mike Ford as he's going to a reunion tomorrow in Tennessee with guys he served in the military fifty years ago. We pray for you to bless him, give him open doors of utterance, and share the good news of your coming kingdom. Watch over and protect him indeed while he's gone. Lift up Jason. Pray that you continue to heal Jason. He's coming home possibly tomorrow, and we pray for Robin and him, and pray for Mike Goodson. You continue to thank you for the update on his heart that it's getting stronger, and that he's improving and growing and being restored. And we lift up Daryl and Kim, Lord. Thank you that he's overcoming and Nick. And, Lord, we just pray for anybody else in the fellowship or people we know that are been challenged physically. We thank you for your healing touch. Thank you for your the comfort of your holy spirit. Thank you, Lord, that we don't need to go through all this alone, that, Lord, we're a body of believers, and we have the help of your holy spirit, the comforter to lead and guide us, Lord. So thank you so much. Bless this bible study tonight. Bless Rob and Vicky, Brandon in this home, and all that they do to host this time. Bless our friends on Facebook, Lord. So just move by the power of your holy spirit in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Alright. Jeremiah 23. Amen. Woe be under the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture, saith the lord. And I want you to pay close attention to personal pronouns. Who do these sheep belong to? Right? And when we speak of shepherds, we're talking, you know, first and foremost spiritual leaders, but also God considers the kings and the people in the government to be leaders, and they are accountable for the way that they lead the sheep and what they do with the sheep. And those that are the most vulnerable, the children, certainly God is very, very long suffering and watching what's happening to the children in this country and children around the world. And it's not gonna be too long before God intervenes. He's always intervenes when a culture reaches a place where the most innocent, the most weakened are preyed upon and the predators no restraint against the predators, and so it won't be long. And in this case, it's not gonna be long before God brings Nebuchadnezzar in to deal with this apostate corrupt nation, the nation of here it is Judah. Israel's already dealt with in July, but the corruption is so great, and God's recording all the different appeals that he's making through the prophet Jeremiah, and the message that Jeremiah is to bring is repent. The message of the false prophets is what? It's the same message today. Same message today. Nothing changes. All is good. All is well. All is well, Rob saying to Vicky. All is good. So you have somebody trying to bring alarm, trying to sound the alarm, watchmen, watch women, and they're sounding the alarm. They're saying repent. The message repent, the same message John the Baptist, same message Jesus had, you know, repent for the kingdom of heavens at hand, and the false prophets are saying all is well. What else? What are some other things that false prophets are saying today? You're gonna be blessed. You're gonna be blessed? Yeah. All is well. You're gonna be blessed. Yes. That's what they're saying. Anything else you can think of? The border's closed. What's that? The border's closed. The border's closed. The border's wide open. Yep. Plenty of food. Everything's gonna continue as it always has. The scoffers that Peter speaks of, you know, when we speak concerning, you know, the soon return of the Lord, there's another prophecy that's fulfilled that Peter alludes to is that they're gonna mock us, and they're gonna say, well, where is the promise of his coming? Everything continues at a as it always has. Do we need to stop for a second? No. Need to break tilt tilt it a little bit. Tilt it? Okay. Is that okay? Is that better? Wanna bring it in front? No. No. Is that okay? I don't know what she's asking me. Alright. Well, we can stop. Oh, it's buzzing. We can stop. Oh, there's a little buzz in it, so I know. We don't wanna buzz. I don't wanna buzz. I gotta buzz. Alright. Gotta buzz. That's K. Sorry. This is the first time for That's alright. I blessed are the flexible. They won't be broken. I mean, if I can if I can preach through people setting their alarms off at twelve noon, you know, beep beep beep beep, you know, I can preach through anything. What are they trying to tell me at twelve there, Steve? What are they trying to tell me? Wrap it up. You know when they're doing this? And the beeping going on? Alright. We just got started. Alright. So I might have to do part two. Alright. So, basically, the message that Jeremiah is bringing is for forty years is repent. The message of false prophets are bringing is he's crazy. Just be at rest. Just enjoy life. Everything's gonna continue as it always has. Where is the promise of his coming from the very beginning? You know? Tim LaHaye and the left behind series. Well, it never happened, you know, and not gonna happen. Pre trade rapture. Oh, it never happened. Not gonna happen. You guys are escape artists. You know? And why why are you always trying to escape? And what I wanna say to all of them that moved away, you're the ones that are trying to escape. I'm I'm still here. So and and the other thing is, I do wanna escape the tribulation period. No doubt about it. Amen. I I do not want to suffer needlessly during the time where God pours out his wrath upon a Christ rejecting world. So the blessed hope and glorious appearing of my great God and savior is just that, a blessed hope. If you take away the pre trib rapture, there is no blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and savior. There's the second coming at the end of hell, at the end of Armageddon, but there is not the watching and looking and waiting in in anticipation for his bride. There's no point in John fourteen one through three of him going and prayer preparing a place for us, that if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, receive you to myself that where I am, there you may be also. And I don't think he's talking about bringing us up in the clouds and then coming right back at the second coming. You know? I think he's talking about a marriage ceremony, the bride of Christ spending some time at the at the father's house in the marriage ceremony. And so whole lot of false teaching going on, whole lot of just a huge smorgasbord of false teaching presently. And Jeremiah has to deal with that too. His heart is breaking because there's so many YouTube prophets, and they're having dreams and visions and all other sorts of things. And none of it comes to pass, but they get a free pass. Because if you're a false prophet, you're supposed to be taken out and stoned, stoned to death. But these guys get a free pass, you know, and they write books, and everybody buys their books. And it can be blood red moons, and it can be Rosh Hashanah, and it can be feast of trumpets, and it can be the trumper. It can be all these different things. And people going crazy, you know? And and so we have to sit there and just bide our time, bide our time, bide our time, and watch it not come to pass, watch it not happen, watch it not, you know, whatever. And and then when when finally judgment starts to come, maybe God will get people's attention and they'll be looking more to God's word instead of the false prophet's word. So he says, woe be unto the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture. And David said, the Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul. Jesus said, fear not little flock for it's your father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Jesus is the chief shepherd. Jesus is the good shepherd. Jesus is the great shepherd of our soul. And so fortunately, even though men fail, we have Jesus, he never fails. And so he's gonna come for us. So therefore, thus saith the Lord God of Israel against the shepherds who feed my people, ye have scattered my flock and driven them away and have not visited them. Behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the Lord. So whatsoever a man sows, that shall also reap, and you're gonna you're gonna have it come back upon your own head, you you guys that are supposed to be in a place of leadership. In Jesus' first coming, how did he look upon the multitudes? With compassion. And how did he see them? Sheep having no shepherd. Right? Mhmm. The religious leaders of the time did not tend and care for the sheep. They were simply making themselves wealthier and wealthier. Judaism was a huge business. And even the time of the Passover or any of the the feast as the law prescribed various offerings and such, these guys made a huge business out of producing kosher lambs and doves and animals for sacrifices. So anybody that would try and bring their own animals to be sacrificed, unblemished, you know, animals, they weren't allowed to offer those. They'd find a fall. They'd find a blemish. So you had the money changers there, and you had this huge business. Enormous amount of blood would come out from the temple down in the Kidron Brook, Kidron and all, and enormous amount of sacrifices. And so Jesus goes in there and he throws over the tables of the money changers and such, and my father's house a house of prayer, but you've made it a den of thieves. And so the merchandising of people, exploitation of people, and not really caring for the people. And Jesus illustrated the lack of care with the parable of the great Samaritan. Right? The story of the great Samaritan. So who comes on one side and who comes on the other side? Priest. A priest and a Levite. Right? And so they didn't care. They didn't they didn't care. They just stepped over them, kept going. So a hated Samaritan comes along and puts medicinal wine into the wounds and bandages them up and takes them to a a place. And so Jesus illustrated the religious leaders that you don't care for anybody except yourselves, you know, and, you know, who is my neighbor? Who should I care for? So he gives an illustration of a good Samaritan. And I will gather, and I will and again, the personal pronouns, my and I, and I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries. So now he's telescoping. He's telling them in the verses one and two presently what's happening. Now he's telescoping prophetically of what's gonna happen in the last days when he's gonna regather his remnant. He says, and I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries. So how do they get in all the countries? It's taken in captivity. Yeah. And then Dispersia the Aspersia. Mhmm. So they're spread all over. And May when Jerusalem was destroyed, you have a remnant come back after seventy years. Zerubbabel and Ezra and, you know, Nehemiah and all, they rebuild the wall, and so they're back in the land. But they didn't they weren't independent anymore. They were they were subservient to various empires, the Babylonians, the Medo Persians, the Greeks, the Romans, and and then in seventy AD when Titus surrounded the city of Jerusalem, when the nation officially rejected Jesus, they're dispersed all over the world, And but the Jews never lost their identity. Never lost their identity. They're Jews. They don't have a lineage to prove who they are, but they know based upon their names and oral oral handing down orally, you know, verbally that they're Jewish and their mother's heritage and all. And so on 05/14/1948, Ezekiel thirty six and thirty seven, they're regathered in unbelief. God's gathering them all over. Now after the tribulation period toward the end, how is the lord in Matthew 24, how is he gonna regather that scattered remnant that's all over the world? Gonna send angels. Right? Gonna send angels in Matthew twenty four thirty one. He's gonna send angels out to gather his elect from the four corners of the earth. Now that's a proof text that the earth is flat because it's the four corners. Right? Right. Right. Yeah. Not really. Okay. Alright. Okay. But they're all in West. Alright. There are a lot are coming back that since '48, right, to Israel? Pardon me? Right of return. They have that that's their main claim because they were nowhere for them to go. The whole world rejected them. Right. Right. Zionist Aren't there a lot of people flooding back in there since Yeah. Absolutely. There are about 16,000,016 Jews in the world today, 7,000,000 of which live in Israel. Another six and a half million live in The United States, and then the rest of them are still scattered. And so God knows who they are, where they are, and there's gonna be a remnant that flees to the area of Basra, and we know about that. We have a 144,000, 12,000 from each tribe. And at the end of the tribulation period, as the time of Jacob's trouble, the Jews going through that fiery trial, there's gonna be a one third remnant that's preserved. There's also gonna be people all over the planet dispersed all over the globe, and God's gonna send his angels in Matthew 31, and he says, except those days be short, no flesh would be saved. But for the elect's sake, Jesus is gonna intervene, and then he's gonna send angels to regather them, bring them in, and come into the millennium. And then no longer is Israel gonna be subservient to anybody, they're gonna be dominant. So it'd be a time of Jesus ruling and reigning as king of kings and lord of lords, David as his prince, and the nation of Israel being dominant over the Gentiles who are gonna be allowed, those who are believing Gentiles that believed, separation of the sheep and the goats in Matthew 25, those who believe and treated Israel properly, indicative of those that believe will be allowed into the millennium. And so that's the picture there telescoping further. God says, I'll gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries to which I've driven them, and I'll bring them again to their folds, and they shall be fruitful and increase. So he's promising blessing. He's saying, you know, even though you guys have rejected me, even though you've gone after Baal and Astereth and all the false different deities and such, even though you're committing spiritual adultery, my love for you is an undying love, and I'm gonna I'm gonna gather my promises that I've made to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are yay and amen. The gifts and the calling of God are without repentance, and so I'm going to preserve a one third remnant. Now, it's a believing remnant that he's going to bring eventually, and that believing remnant in Isaac shall thy seed be called. It's those who believe, not just being a Jew, but those who believe are the true Israel of God that are gonna enter into the millennium. And, and I'll and I'll set up shepherds. I'll set up shepherds over them who shall feed them, and they shall fear no more nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord. And so, they're gonna go through cataclysmic times during the tribulation period of famine and pestilence, of war, of sword, and so too when Nebuchadnezzar comes, and so too when Titus comes in their history, but Romans eleven twenty six and Micah five twelve and Micah five verse four and Jeremiah 31 verse 10 speak of a a regathering. God's going to regather the nation of Israel and no regathering of Philistines, no regathering of Moabites, no regathering of Ammonites or Amalekites or none of them. They're all gone. They're gone throughout history. They're never coming back. When Yasser Arafat tried to say that the Palestinians are the ancient Phoenician Philistines. That's just it. They're Phoenician. They're not Arab. Okay? So he's lying, and and so it wasn't substantiated. So they're the Palestinians are Arab Arab Arab people in the region. So they could be an offshoot of Abraham from the sense of Keturah or Ishmael, but not Jews from the loins of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. So so you don't see any regathering of any of those people groups coming back, but you do see God restoring the nation of Israel. So there's a famine for the word of God. No more dismay, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord. The number one thing that we're lacking in America is not money, it's the word of God. Mhmm. There's Bibles, plenty of Bibles everywhere, and Shannon alluded to the fact that Bibles are being printed and translated and changed and chat GPT and AI and everyone's gonna have a million kinds of Bibles out there, but but people don't read them. People don't know the word of God. We're biblically illiterate. The pastors are not teaching the word of God. What is the job description of a shepherd, of a pastor? What is the job description? The number one most paramount important thing for a mother is to feed her baby. Right? And God even equips her so she can feed her baby. Right? It's it's it's not a God hasn't equipped men to do that. Right? But he's equipped the women. Right? They need the milk of the word. And I don't know how that came out, but in any event, job description is feeding, to feed the babes, to feed the the adolescents. Did you see with that Nancy posted a freak at Brownsville Elementary School that teaches music there. Did you see the freak? Freak. You guys didn't see it? No. Oh, they have a transgender man that's there as a part of the the Has a beard and wears a dress. Has a beard and wears a dress, and he's the music teacher. That's at Brownsville? Brownsville Elementary. Yeah. So now we get rid of a coach that prays Yeah. With high schoolers, and he doesn't force the high schoolers to pray. They have the privilege and the blessing and the free will to exercise prayer. So the guy goes to court, coach Joe Kennedy, and he wins, and he doesn't receive any monies personally that his attorneys are repaid. And he comes back to Bremerton and the news cameras and everyone are and and the other thing about him winning, he he won for everybody else. Free speech is wide open for anybody else that wants to pray. Deion Sanders, if he wants to pray with his college team, everybody not everybody, but a whole lot of people are excited because Deion Sanders is a Christian and he prays, and he's providing some good spiritual leadership and other types of leadership with his men. But coach Joe Kennedy comes to Bremerton, and guess what? He's not even invited to the team meetings or team meals. Nothing. And, boy, what a welcome back. Welcome back. None of the churches. Nobody's welcome them back. And then he's demonized. I saw some guys demonize him on Facebook, so called Christians, you know, saying, my tax dollars gonna have to pay for all that and everything, you know. But then you're gonna pray to transgender in the elementary school, and there's no outrage about a man with a beard teaching children at Brownsville Elementary and as a music teacher. You know? They had a bomb scare at that school today. They had to send everybody home. That's what I I read. Yeah. So I wonder who did that. Yeah. Did you call? They trace your call? They trace your call? He did it. He did it. It was him. Oh, boy. Don't say that on me. I know. I'm thinking it was some of the weirdos that that when they found out about the teacher that they wanted to make a a a proof statement. Yeah. Said that that person said that? Yeah. I didn't know he was a wordle. Well, he what if you were wearing a dress, Thomas, the way you look? Would that be weird? We can't hear you. We can't hear you. You could be the music teacher with all your musical gifts. You just gotta wear a dress. It'd be kinda weird, wouldn't it? Bremerton that coach Kennedy versus Bremerton, it's getting that case is being quoted all the same price now. Just not here. Well, it it They don't care. They're gonna have to They don't care. Well, they're gonna have to abide by it. So Oh, I know. I know. I know. But they're they're angry they that they have to. And they're gonna be because it's gonna it's it's huge what they did in that case, what SCOTUS did that case. And it was Far reaching past Bremerton. They can't just stuff it down. Mhmm. Yeah. The joke's on them. Right. Right. And and that's how Bremerton is, though, is is it's just this place that wants to grab people that are winning and starting to starting to do right things and just wants to pull it down. Just pull it down Jack McCartney. And rather than building up. So now in regard to the Brownsville School, what parent would put their kids in school today in a public school? What parent would subject their kids to that? How is that parenting? So that's that's where it really comes down to. But it's the same sort of freak show here in the time of Jeremiah. You've got people engaging in homosexuality. God's saying it's like Sodom and Gomorrah. There's adultery. There's all sorts of immorality. Jeremiah is sounding an alarm. He's trying to wake people up. It's a message real simple message of repentance, but you got the false prophets that are deceiving the people and just an unwillingness of the people to stop doing what they're doing, and yet the lord is is presenting hope. He's presenting the future that there's gonna be hope because he's gonna send the chief shepherd. He's gonna send the great shepherd. He's gonna send the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life, you know, for the sheep. And so I'll set up shepherds over them who shall feed them, and they shall fear no more nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord. So part of the job of the shepherd in John 10 is to lay across the sheep gate. Right? Lays across the threshold and no wolves can get in there. Right? No heart the hireling is gonna flee as soon as there's danger. So we're talking about David with Goliath. David was prepared as the son of Jesse, killing a lion, killing a bear. Sheep don't fear when they have a shepherd that's willing to take on a bear or take on a lion. But the hireling, he just flees. He gets he gets out of there, lest he be, you know, eaten by the predator or whatever. But a true shepherd, greater love is no man than this than the man laid down his life for his friends. And so Jesus laid down his life for us, and he destroyed the work of the devil, the work of all the wolves, all the false falsehood that's tried to entrap us. So behold the days come saith the Lord that I will raise unto David a righteous branch. So in the previous chapter, we saw where Koniah, there's a curse upon the lineage of Koniah. We talked about the legal lineage through Joseph and Matthew, and the physical through Nathan, not Solomon, where the Lord still had the Messiah be born, Jesus be born in Micah five verse two in Bethlehem, but also be born lineage wise through David. David wanted to build the Lord a house. God said, David, hands are too bloody, and so I'm gonna build you a dynasty. So the Messiah is gonna be the root and the offspring of David, and that David's going to come forth from as a root out of the tribe of Judah, but also the Messiah is gonna come forth later in Micah five verse two in the house of Bethlehem later on. So Jesus, the root and the offspring of David, behold the days come saith the Lord that I will raise unto David a a righteous branch and a and a king shall reign and prosper and shall execute justice and righteousness in the earth. And so the Davidic covenant, second Samuel seven fifteen and sixteen, and this righteous righteousness in the earth, so there's this corruption, huge amount of corruption, and Jesus said in Matthew 24, except those days be short and no flesh should be saved, but for the elect's sake, also Paul tells Timothy perilous times would come, men's hearts failing them and all, and also in Luke 21. And so the world is gonna reach a place of perplexity which that Greek word means no way out. No way out of the problems that man is creating for himself, being inspired by the wicked one. So a destruction of food, a destruction of fertilizer, destruction of soil, destruction of energy, destruction of the sun, they wanna block the sun, They wanna cut down all the trees, so you're gonna room you're gonna ruin the environment. And it's not the people doing it, it's the shepherds. It's the leaders. It's the trillionaire globalists that are doing all this. And and except those days be shortened, there wouldn't be anybody left on the planet with their nukes and all the other stuff they're doing. So so the the problem is not a problem that we can fix politically. We don't have any leadership. Zero. There is nobody that's presented that we can vote for and and and deal with these guys. We have no spec ops. We have no military. We have nobody that will take them to Guantanamo and triumph. They parade their homosexuality in our face. They parade their pedophilia in our face. They parade Barack Hussein Obama who's not even a citizen in our face, and and we're being taught a learned helplessness that you're helpless. There's nothing you can do to stop what's happening. And so it's a destruction of our whole society, corrupt, and I believe again, the problem is a spiritual problem in that the shepherds, now we we shift gears and we go from the political side where we don't have any leadership politically. We have no leadership militarily, no leadership in our schools, and we have no leadership, very little leadership in our churches. And so because the churches have dropped the ball, specifically the pastor's not teaching the word, the people are dummy down. They don't know right from wrong. They don't care to know right from wrong, and and so that's that's where the problem lies. And so the communists, the Luciferian, the demons, they know it's gonna take generations. It's gonna take generations to infiltrate our churches and our schools and our society to dummy people down to the point, a demoralization that will reach a place where we have no power. The salt has lost its savior. It's good for nothing but be trodden under the foot of men. The good news is for us, we're two or more and gathered in his name. There he is in the midst, and that's a passage that speaks of authority, but it also speaks in terms of fellowship. We're able to have fellowship. We're able to be part of the 7,000 that haven't bowed their knee to prophet Baal. As far as dominance, dominion theology, taking over the planet, making everything get right so that we can take over government, that's not gonna happen. It's instead that what's happening is an apostasy, a rebellion in the hearts of the people, a departure from the truth, a departure from what's right, and that's prophetically spoken of as part of the reduction of power. The restrainer, the influence of the Holy Spirit through the church is waning, eventually gonna wane completely when we're raptured out of here, but it's allowing wickedness to raise its ugly head. It's allowing wickedness to exalt itself on steroids, the enormous amount of oppression that's coming. I got a phone call today, and I'm noticing that more and more people are sensing oppression. The oppression that's coming against all of us as human beings, the oppression that's coming against you and I when we come to bible study or go to church. And and the beautiful thing is if we persevere, we always break through. But there is an attack. There is an enemy. There are principalities and powers that are targeting you because you love God's word, because you speak the truth, because you're still following. Now the devil doesn't need to send his demons, you know, against those who are already locked in as zombies, locked in clueless. They get left alone for now. But for those who are still resisting, who are still standing up, who are standing for righteousness, there's going to be a greater and a greater attack against you and your children and your families to try and neutralize you. It's not me. It's Thomas. What? It's Thomas'. He's got it. It's never gonna stop. It's never gonna stop. I'm talking about it. It's just part of my ministry. It's just part of my ministry. I'm the Rodney Dangerfield of pastors. The trying of your faith works patience. Yeah. Sunday morning, Monday nights. It's never gonna stop. Oh, boy. Alright. We're on you. Sorry about that. I get no respect. Alright. But I can laugh about it. It's a lot of fun. Alright. It's the guy that I crave with all the time. Yeah. I'll blow you butterfly kisses. Alright. There we go. I'm just all ears. You can pray for Jacob. Okay. So here we go. Execute justice and righteousness in the earth. In his day, Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely. So presently, we're dealing with Judah. The northern tribes have already been dealt with in July. Right? The 10 northern tribes. So now we have the southern area of Judah, that of Jerusalem, and the Lord saying in his days, Judah shall be saved and Israel shall dwell safely and this by his name whereby he shall be called the Lord our righteousness. So who's he speaking of here? Jesus. The Lord our righteousness. So there's a day coming where the chief shepherd, the great shepherd, the good shepherd. Mhmm. Any other names for Jesus, the shepherd? The lord is my shepherd. So now Stephen's gonna point out he's called Jehovah's tesidkenu right here. Some of your Bibles, the lord our righteousness, Yahweh. Right? Jehovah our righteousness. And and so you got the lord our righteousness here. Yahweh says, How is the lord? Paul says this in first Corinthians let's see. First Corinthians one verse 30 and also second Corinthians five verse 21. The lord our righteousness. Well, so when you're feeling condemned, the devil's condemning you, wiping you out, and you're trying to and you get caught up. You you slip and you get caught up in evaluating your behavior, evaluating pluses and minuses, evaluating good and bad, And then you come to that place where you're just broken. You're broken once again. And the Lord says, hey. You're dead. Reckon yourself dead. Mortify the deeds of the flesh. It's no longer you living, but me living through you. I'm your righteousness. Guess what? Walk by faith again. Quit trying to perform. Quit trying to approach me based upon your performance because your walk with me will be a roller coaster. You don't need to ride the roller coaster anymore. I'm your righteousness. Right? And once we understand that, we don't we don't have that up and down, up and down, and we're not trying in our flesh to live the Christian life in the power of our flesh, and then surprise when we fail. Instead, it's kinda like it sneaks up on you. The Holy Spirit is changing you from the inside, and you're not as angry as you used to be. There's words you don't say anymore. You're more loving toward people that that don't respect you. You know? And the Lord's the Lord's the Lord's able to change you right before their eyes. Right? Now there are people close to you that still call you a dumbass, but but gotta get over that. You just gotta get over that. But no. We're gonna get to that. It's my did you look at the bible you put? It's in the It's in there. It's in there. That was in there too. I'm the one that told you it was in there. Alright. Praise the lord. Praise the lord. But those are I was thinking all day about that. You know, those are those pet phrases you have for married couples. You know? Those pet rebukes. And it could be much worse. I mean, I don't I don't mind it. And, I mean, a lot of it's probably true. Right? So in his days, Judah shall be saved and Israel shall dwell safely. And this is his name whereby whereby he shall be called the lord our righteousness. So Jehovah Tasidkenu and one of his one of his names. What name did God reveal himself to Abraham as in Genesis 22 when he told when he told Isaac, god will provide himself. Jehovah Jireh. Yeah. Yeah. Jehovah Jireh. You sing that song Jehovah Jireh? Mhmm. Jehovah Jireh? Because the lord will provide. Right? Yes. He's gonna provide. A great Jewish song. Right? Okay. So and you can go through there, and you there's lots of names for God like that. Right? Yes. And and it's a good study, you know, to make. And so he's our everything. He's our righteousness. Right? Amen. Therefore, behold, the days come saith the lord that they shall no more say the lord liveth who brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt. So that's a pretty big thing. They, the people around like Israel. How did Israel how did Israel even become a nation? You know? What happened? Well, God took a guy named Joseph who was a really good guy. Right? And you had the 70 with Jacob living outside of Egypt, and God took from the loins of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob. Now you got Jacob with his kids, and they've grown about 70 people. They're not a nation yet, but to form a nation, God's going to bring them down into Egypt, Disney. He's gonna send somebody before them named Joseph. Right, Kathy? Tell us how that happened, Kathy. So she teaches Sunday school and they've been studying this. So Joseph sent ahead and Joseph doesn't have a clue. He's a type of Christ and he's about 30 years old when he finally comes to that place of ministry just like Jesus did when he's 30 years old. But in the interim, as as a 17 year old, he's unjustly treated by his brothers, and he sold out just like Jesus was, just like penstem, you know, for 20 pieces of silver. Mhmm. And Jesus penstem out for 30 pieces, and and so he sold to a Midianite ish caravan that's heading down into Egypt. And as he's heading down in there, he's unjustly accused. He's accused by and he's sold as a slave. He becomes a slave. So Potiphar's wife says, lie with me. He says, no. And he's, you know, imprisoned and all that. So he spends the next thirteen years unjustly treated, and that's a season of preparation. That's where God's preparing him to become a leader to only second to that of only pharaoh. And he's able to interpret dreams. He's he's got some real charismatic abilities in his leadership and all. And and then he's and then he's raised up to that point, and now they're gonna go down into Egypt, famine develops, and so Jacob's drawn in, Benjamin's drawn down, Benjamin's the one child that's from his mother, Rachel, and the others are from Leah and the other concubines and all, and so he disguises himself. He's got an Egyptian bride and all that. His brothers don't recognize him. They're down there to get some meal, to get some food and such, And so Joseph begins to draw them closer and closer, but not quite revealing himself just yet. And the objective is to get dad and all of them down into Egypt so that Joseph could care for him like a shepherd. Right? The Egyptians hate sheep, so we're gonna send you over the area of Goshen. Goshen's an area where there's a lot of good grass and everything, and so they're cared for and they're down there for four hundred and thirty years, but then Joseph dies. Joseph says, you know what, you guys? When you finally leave here after four hundred and thirty years of being here, don't let leave my bones here in Bremerton. Take my bones and take them out, and bring my bones out of this place, and and because you guys are gonna leave here one day, and you're gonna leave here miraculously, and that God is creating a nation. He's creating the nation here in Egypt, and I'm gonna give you some signs. I'm gonna show you in the Passover lamb that one day John the Baptist is gonna say say, behold the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. And so this picture here in the Passover is if you take the blood and you put it in the shape of a cross on your door, the angel of death is going to pass over your house. Right? And so those that were of faith, they survived. All those from the plagues, the very last plague being that of the death of the firstborn. And so finally finally, pharaoh is willing to let the people go. Let my people go. Right? And so Moses and Aaron, they wind up leaving. You know, we're not even talking about Moses yet. Moses drawn forth from the Nile and raised for forty years there in the house of Pharaoh. There came a time where there's a Pharaoh that knew not Joseph, but you still got Moses later, and so Moses, you know, in this time where people are rejecting the Jab, remember how I tried to keep bringing up to Shiframpua? There's two midwives that refused the edict of the pharaoh. Right? Said no. Not on my watch. And then you've got the mother of Moses. She says no, and and so Moses is raised there at at the court of of pharaoh, but when he's about of age, he felt the calling upon his heart that he would be a deliverer. And so God began to move on his heart, and then he tried in the flesh to slay an Egyptian that wasn't gonna work. So he's gonna go spend forty years out in the deserts of Midian, and he meets his wife, and he's a son-in-law to Jethro, a Midianite priest, and he's got his wife and two kids, Gershom and and forget the other guy's name, but in any event, he comes back and he sees a burning bush, And from that burning bush, the Lord begins to speak to Moses, and Moses says, you got the wrong guy. Go get somebody else. I can't even speak anymore, you know, according to Stephen. Stephen told us that he was once a very eloquent man, but by the time the Lord gets a hold of him, he's been emptied of Egypt. He's been emptied of all the confidence that he had in his flesh and all the best schooling and everything, and he's he's like content to just be a nobody out there in the desert tending another man's sheep. I'm not a shepherd, I can't lead a whole, I can't lead a flock, you know, I'm leading somebody else's flock, I'm not gonna have my own flock, and so the Lord, you know the story, the Lord says, you're gonna go, and who made the tongue, and I'll speak through you, and I'll let your brother come with you, He's gonna make a golden calf as soon as you're up there getting a, you know, whatever. But I'm a let let him go with you. And then so the next forty years, Moses is gonna be one that leads the children of Israel out of Egypt, and that nation is created out of Egypt. Right? So let's go back to our text. So he says, so everyone's talking. All the nations around them are talking because now they're they're whooping on Canaanites. Right? They don't know the art of war, the science of war, but God's given the victory over all the nations around them. Later when Joe's when when it's time for Moses to go be with the Lord and Joshua is gonna lead them, they're able to subdue nations around them, and also everybody's got a buzz around them about this nation that came forth out of Egypt. Who is this nation? And so the Lord liveth who brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt, but the Lord liveth who brought up and who led the seed of the house of Israel out of the North country and from all countries to which I had driven them, and they shall dwell in their own land. So you have the notoriety, you have the fame of God bringing the nation, birthing the nation out of Egypt, but now you got the notoriety that's gonna be even greater, God gathering the nation from all over the world. So he's the creator and he's the redeemer, and the redeemer is gonna regather them, and so to you and I, the Lord's created you and I, but there's a greater message, the Lord redeemed you and I. Amen. Right? And he's gathered us unto himself. Right? So there's gonna be an even greater work of God's spirit and regathering them in belief. In Jeremiah chapter 30, God's going to put his word in their heart, this remnant. They're gonna come to know him. He's gonna write his law in their heart. And so this nation's gonna be born again. But the Lord liveth who brought us up who led the seed of the house of Israel out of the North country and from all countries to which I had driven them, and they shall dwell in their own land. And God told Abram, Abraham, in your seed, all nations of the earth are gonna be blessed. The Messiah is gonna be a Jew, and if you could number your seed, the posterity, so seed singular in that in Isaac shall thy seed be called, but in the plural, in the sense, if you could number, if you look up at the stars, that's how big the spiritual posterity of you is going to be about Jew and Gentile believing in Jesus. Right? And so I'm gonna gather them. And so after twenty five hundred years later, after losing their independence, two thousand years later, after being subdued by Titus in seventy AD, on 05/14/1948, the nation of Israel is regathered according to Ezekiel thirty six and thirty seven, Jeremiah thirty two thirty seven, Ezekiel eleven sixteen, and so God prophesying ahead of time that he was gonna do this. Now this is unprecedented in the history of the world. If you wanna know that you're in the last days, one of the greatest measures, one of the greatest signs if you're looking for a sign is a nation of Israel in the land. They're getting ready to build the temple. Right? They're getting ready to build the temple. The temple needs to be there before the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet can take place. When does that take place? That takes place during the tribulation period. It takes place twelve hundred and sixty days after the antichrist signs a peace treaty with the nation of Israel. Peace treaty, why? Because there's gonna be war. According to Ezekiel thirty eight and thirty nine, a coalition of nations from the North are gonna come in and to try to take the spoil from the nation of Israel. God's gonna wipe out five out of every six of this invading force of this powerful Russian, Turkey, Iran, Germany, and and Sudan, and other nations are gonna come against Israel wanting to take the spoil. What's the spoil energy? Food. They're being blessed. Right? So you have the Leviathan, the enormous amounts of natural gas. This whole experiment of being electric, it's it's non sustainable. It doesn't work. The world needs energy, cheap energy. Right? Oil, natural gas, and hopefully, there's technology that's being made that there's an even greater source of energy, maybe from hydrogen, from from water, or even something we haven't even thought of, you know? But in any event, energy is a commodity. The as we're heading into winter, we're starting our our wood burning stoves and setting our heaters back on. In Germany, with the Nord Stream pipeline wiped out last year during the war with Ukraine, we're gonna find out that this whole pie in the sky sustainability operating on electricity doesn't work. People are gonna be cold, and they're gonna need heating fuel and all that. But in any event, it's a commodity. They try to come after it, and they're wiped out. So now you need a player. You need someone to come on the scene that's able to negotiate a peace treaty with the nation of Israel, and the bible describes him as the as the antichrist, Daniel nine twenty five through 27. And so everyone's gonna just be blown away at the nation of Israel being regathered. He says verse nine, my heart within me is broken because of the prophet prophets. So Jeremiah is describing his heart being broken, there's a sadness. I I experienced last week a foreboding, if I could use the word foreboding. I experienced Saturday a foreboding, just a sadness. And not sadness for myself or for anybody, but just a sadness as I was preparing my message, getting ready for Sunday, just a sadness of the condition the world's in. Sense from the holy spirit just how dire the times are in which we're living, and you and I have the antidote. We have the solution. We have Jesus to present the people. And a lot of people don't want Jesus, and they don't want the simplicity they don't want the simplicity of the gospel, the simplicity of our Jesus. People wanna complicate things and try to figure out a way that we can get America back and get the world back to normal. And so it's it's a it's a trail. It's a pathway of trying to fix everything that's being broken right before our eyes, and that's a complicated avenue. Another way is revival. We're we're gonna we're gonna create revival all over the globe, you know, and and so we're watching that approach. We're watching the approach of the false prophets and people giving people a sense of false hope. We're not addressing the root issue which is sin. We're not addressing the elephant in the room which is sin and calling people under repentance, you know, calling them under the gospel. So he says, my heart within me is broken because of the prophets. All my bones shake. I am like a drunken man and like a man whom wine has overcome because the Lord because of the Lord and because of the words of his holiness. So I'm dealing with a contrast. I'm dealing with so many pastors, so many people that call themselves Christians living an incredibly immoral lifestyle of corruption, of reprobate mind, and reprobate, you know, messages and such, and the message God's given me is repentance. And they're given the message of relax. Relax. Everything's gonna continue as it always has, and it's overwhelming. Jeremiah, the contrast. You ever felt like an alien? You ever felt like you're a stranger? I have very few pastor friends, people that I can fellowship with. It's getting stranger and stranger and stranger. I'm very encouraged because guys like JD have emerged just in the last few years. Tom Hughes and a lot of the Jim Raquel guys, I'm on the same page with many of these guys. I'm going with my buddy Kevin to a pastor's meeting next week on Tuesday. I'm gonna go with him and go see some of the Calvary pastors around here. Traditionally, historically, a lot of them and I are not on the same page, but we look for fellowship because we are on the same page concerning Jesus. So you look for a way to to have fellowship, but as far as the times in which we're living and the approach and the strategies and ministry, philosophy of ministry and all, I've been unable to have meaningful fellowship with people that won't address the elephant in the room. They just don't wanna go there. They know their people be upset. The people don't wanna hear it. So they choose to to go along to get along. They choose to milk the cow for a little bit longer until it becomes so incredibly as John MacArthur said, the days of pragmatism are over, but they're still trying to be pragmatic. They're still trying to you know, Kevin told me one of them or last time when I went there to this meeting a couple years ago, they were in this room, this big room during COVID where they were all, like, six feet apart. And a lot of them were masked up, and they were going through the whole a lot of them closed down and took the PPE money and the whole how can I fellowship with guys like that? What am I gonna do? So rather than getting a fight with them and insult them or whatever, I choose to stay away from them. Well, Kevin told me that one of them that was wearing the mask one day there took the jab because his doctor told him to take the jab, and his doctor took the jab. Now they're both sick. Mhmm. They both regret doing it. Mhmm. Well, you got discernment now. You're not gonna do it this time. You know? Can we have some fellowship now? Is there enough truth on the table that we can actually talk about something that matters, you know, about the times in which we're living, the prophecies being fulfilled and such? And so Jeremiah, he doesn't have any fellowship. Just him and the Lord. For the land is full of adulterers for because of swearing, the land mourns the pleasant places of the wilderness and dried up and their courses evil and their forces is not right. And so there's just this incredible demonic darkness that's enveloping the nation, a nation that they love, a nation that Jeremiah loves, that Isaiah loves, that Ezekiel loves, all these prophets, they love their country. They're patriots. They love their country. But but they're also prophets, and they can see what's happening, and they can't shake the people free of their idolatry. Now there's a verse that we're gonna come to. It's in chapter five, but we'll wait when we get there. In Jeremiah chapter five, I think it's verse 31. People love it so. Let me let me go there. Jeremiah chapter five. The last verse in chapter five. Watch this. Verse 31. The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means, and my people to love to have it so. And what will you do in the end of it all? It's gonna take the end of it all to finally convince them. Reality bites. It bites hard. But the people love to have it so. So if I'm a pastor and I want a house and I wanna live normal and I want send my kids to college and do everything that's right, everything as good as an American, how can I be successful as a pastor in a time of apostasy? I've got a compromise. Amazing. Like you said. I got a compromise. But that fish can go and I've I've gotta give in to the mores of society. And where's the pressure coming from? From the people. The people don't want Rick Bodrey telling them the truth week in and week out. They don't wanna be convicted. They don't wanna be told to repent. They don't wanna be told to stop. They don't want to be told women aren't supposed to be in the pulpits as pastors. They don't wanna be told it's wrong to smoke pot and be drunks and that we're not gonna ordain homosexuals and transgenders and fairies and stuff like that. They don't wanna hear it. They don't wanna hear it. They wanna be told smooth things, things that make them feel good, feel good messages, and they wanna sing for about forty five, fifty minutes very emotionally, maybe even draw them to tears. And then they wanna be told how incredibly beautiful they are, how incredibly important they are, and, you know, they're gonna use psychology counseling, and they're gonna bring nine new people on staff to be counselors to charge people a $100,150 bucks an hour to 75 an hour, whatever it is, to talk to them because all during COVID, we were shut down and people really need to talk right now. You know, we never had to form a ministry like that. You know that? Never had to do that? We learned if there's a rib eye in front of pastor Rick, he'll listen. Right? It's just real simple. It's real simple. Everybody's got their methodology. Alright. For both prophet and priest are profane. Now profane means to be the opposite of holy. Prophet and priest are profane. I mean, you you put a fork in it. There's there's there's no political solution to that because the politicians mirror the religious leaders. They're simply a reflection of who we are. They they don't they don't get to do what they do without the consent of the people. So we get leaders after our own heart. When we turn our backs upon God, he gives us leaders after our own heart. When we reject the king, when we reject Jesus, the Lord the Lord tells Samuel, Samuel, they haven't rejected you. They've rejected me. They had a theocracy. They had me leading them out of Egypt, you know, with a pillar of fire by night and a cloud by day to keep the heat of the sun off of them, but they don't want the Shekinah glory anymore. They want a king to be like all the other nations around them, and so there's that profanity. Ye in my house have I found their wickedness saith the Lord. So there's tremendous amount of corruption. They're unholy. Wherefore their way shall be unto them like like slippery. So here's where we get the term backslidden. It's so slippery you're gonna slide backwards. You're gonna fall further and further into your demoralization that the Luciferians wanna bring against your culture. We don't need to invade you with armies. You're gonna do it to yourself. You're gonna be like Rome. You're gonna just fall in upon yourself. Slippery paths in the darkness. Now I'm gonna walk the straight and narrow. I wanna walk circumspectly. I don't wanna walk on slippery paths. I don't wanna walk on ice this winter. You know? If I do, I better get my my hook shoes that make me so I don't fall. You know? It's hard to walk on ice and slippery places when you wear flip flops all the time. It's really hard. They shall be driven on and fall into them for I will bring evil upon them. How are you gonna fight against God if he's the one bringing the evil upon you? You know? You you've made God your enemy. The Luciferians, they're fighting against God, rebellion against God, Klaus Schwab and Noah Yulal Harari and the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, and Bill Gates, and all and it's rebellion against God. And the people the people don't seem to be pushing back like we should against the evil. So I'll bring evil upon them even the year of their judgment, saith the Lord. And so and I have seen. Lord has seen. People act like God doesn't see, like God's blind, like he doesn't know what's going on. And so Hebrews chapter four, what are we told about the word of God? About verse Sharp as a two edged sword. It's as sharp as a two edged sword, but verse 13, everything is naked and open before the eyes with whom we have to do. So if we use the word of God, if we learn to use the word of God as a sword, we're gonna see in a little bit, he's saying his word is like a like wheat or his word is like a hammer. I love a good fight. I love a debate, a really good debate, but nobody wants to fight me. They all wimp out. I love to take the word of god and slam their ideas down with the word of god because I know the word of god stronger than their ideas. But they know it too, so they won't allow they won't allow somebody that's very skilled in creation explaining, you know, biblical creation to debate an evolutionist in a public school so the kids could decide. They won't allow that. They will not allow it because the holy spirit will help the guy that's bringing the truth. They want a stacked deck. They want a monopoly. They want to indoctrinate. And so too with with eschatology, with teaching the book of Revelation or any of these things. Just just, you know, just let me teach, but they don't wanna debate. They don't wanna hear about it. They they censor, but everything is naked and open before the eyes with whom we have to do. Moses said, be sure of this, your sin's gonna find you out. Paul told the church at Galatia, God's not mocked, whatsoever man sows that shall also reap. So don't think because judgment hasn't come yet, that judgment's not coming. God is merciful. He's long suffering. He gives us space to repent. So before it becomes public, repent of it privately. Confess it privately. Keep a short account. Don't allow the account to get so big that finally God says, alright, I'm gonna have to to judge you. I'm gonna have to I'm gonna have to spank you because you're one of mine, I'm gonna spank you. No. Don't because of don't think that God's indifferent to sin. He's not indifferent. He keeps score. He's keeping a huge log. He's gonna raise the wicked from the dead in Revelation chapter 20, and they're all gonna stand before him. They're gonna be bodily resurrected from the dead, and they're going to give going to give an account of all that they did during their lifetime at the great white throne judgment. God's going to give them account of what they did, whether good or bad, they're going to give an account. They're going to be judged according to their actions, according to what they've done. Why? Because they rejected Jesus Christ. And when you reject Jesus Christ, you're on your own. You're on your own. But if you embrace Jesus Christ and believe in Jesus Christ, the father's already judged your sin by punishing his son in your place at the cross of Calvary. And so I have seen the folly in the prophets of Samaria. They prophesied in Baal and caused the people Israel to So historically, I've seen this happen before. I've seen Adolf Hitler take control of Germany. I've seen the churches wimp out. I've seen Dietrich Bonhoeffer, and some of them try and resist, but the people became such incredible zombies, you know, in Europe. What happened? What happened in Europe that set the stage for a guy like Adolf Hitler to emerge? Well, he says, I saw it a hundred and fifty years ago in Samaria. I saw when the 10 northern tribes, you know, began to turn their back upon God and Ahab and Jezebel and all these different crazy leaders, you know, led them into worshiping Abel, and then in July, God used the Assyrians to come and, you know, and destroy them, judge them. But the root cause of it was they began to turn their back upon me. God's saying, I saw this. I saw the false prophets doing this, you know, and I sent Elijah and Elijah on Mount Carmel, you know, he he was able to call down fire and demonstrate the true living gods, the god of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and he slew the 450 prophets of Baal there and but the people didn't get it. You know, Judah should have been watching what was happening to their sister, you know, Israel and brother, Israel, Jacob, and and said, you know, I don't necessarily know everything I'm supposed to do, but I can learn. But one thing I do know is that didn't work for them. That's how I was raised. I I was raised in a good home, but there were certain things I knew by observation, even though I didn't know Jesus, that I knew was a dead end because I watched I watched them practice these things, do these things, and I knew it was a dead end. So for me, it was like, alright. I'm seeking truth. I wanna know the truth, And in a lot of ways, I'm deceived, but there's a whole lot of things I know not to do. I know that that drinking excess amounts of alcohol leads to becoming a drunk. And it starts out fun, and then later it turns into bondage. So I know even before I was a Christian, I knew that doing drugs and alcohol was a dead end. You know? So in any event, they didn't learn. We could learn from the past. We could learn from history. Did you see where they're taken in the in the libraries and removing all the books? Only books that have been written in the last eight years? So what is that what is that communistic strategy? What why do you break down all the statues and all the historical things of America? Why do you do that? I'm sorry. You're removing history. People don't have a reference point of what made them who they are. Right? You're gonna lose your identity. Right? So you're gonna take on a new identity that they're creating presently. Right? Which is what? Locism, communism. Right? Selfish. Yep. Me first. First. Yep. So with the Nazi thing, you know, with the through throughout history, when evil rises like that, is it a combination of people not speaking up or people not speaking up to allow evil to rise? There's always evil. But why does something like that two thousand years after Christ happen that bad that we lose, what, 16,000,000 people or something? So explain a little bit because we are all same thing. It was the weakness of the church in Europe. It's it's like To answer question, it was if no. It was the weakness of the church in Europe. The churches in Europe became increasingly more and more weak and and moving towards socialism, and there were only 700 churches that resisted Hitler. He was able to buy off all the rest of them. So you're you're turning your back upon God publicly in your schools, in your institutions, you're embracing evolution. You've taken God out of the classroom. You've taken him. You still have churches and they're going through like, for instance, you'd have soldiers that would attend church, Lutheran churches, and they would grab hold of Jews, put Jews in trains to go be gassed, but they'd go to church still, and they would go to events or whatever and not drink alcohol or do things that were immoral. But on the other hand, they're putting Jews in in boxcars and stuff. So their moral compass was such that they didn't see anything wrong with treat they were were indoctrinated and brainwashed that Jews' anti Semitism, which is a demonic thing, that Jews were just like rats. They weren't real people. They weren't they weren't worthy of The value of life. So so but they if they'd if they'd stayed away from evolution and all that and the higher, you know, German race and this whole thing, then they would have recognized that they're being lied to, and Bonhoeffer knew they're being lied to her, and Niemuhler and others, but there weren't enough people to counteract what was happening, and it was a spiritual problem. The churches caved into Hitler. He said, I know that the church in Germany is like a rotted wall that I can topple over anytime I want, but they're useful to me. So it's in the tribulation period, the Antichrist uses the apostate church for three and a half years. The church is useful to them. Why? Because the church can be filled with snitches. Snitches that are saying, he's not wearing a mask, and he's not this, and he's not that, and, you know, gonna their government run churches. And in Hitler's Germany, the churches took down the cross and put up Hitler's swastika, you know, in their churches and all. The the governments not only want to control and rule, the government wants to be worshiped. Mhmm. The government wants to take the place of God, and that's what the Antichrist is after. He's after what Lucifer wants, the unholy trinity to be worshiped. Mhmm. So eventually, the antichrist goes into the temple, declares himself to be God, demands to be worshipped as God. So that's that's where it's headed. It's it's it's Luciferian in that Lucifer in Isaiah 14, you know, he has his I will statements, and he's a fallen angel, but he wants to be his God. And so Klaus Schwab and the guys are gonna be given over to a strong delusion because they reject the truth, and they're gonna believe that lie, which is human beings can be his god. You can be gods, And that's what the Germany and that's what they've been trying to seduce the people with. So once you reject Jesus, once you reject the truth, man, you give yourself over to every single lie that comes along. So he says, so I've seen of the prophet Samaria and prophesize a battle and cause the people Israel to I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem a horrible thing. They commit adultery and walk in lies. They strengthen also the hands of the evildoers. So you look at the evildoers today, the they're all getting rich. Everybody that goes along with this system is getting rich. So it's it's graft. It's it's promising you a seat at the table when America falls, you'll be a part of the United Nations. You know? Whether you're military, whether you're no matter where you are, if you take the money, you if just keep your mouth shut, you'll have a golden parachute, you know? So they walk in lies. They strengthen also the hands of the evildoers and none does return from his wickedness. They are all so return means repent. So the message is repent, but they won't turn from their wickedness. They won't turn. They are all of them unto me like Sodom and its inhabitants like unto Gomorrah. So they're they're they're going homosexual. They're they're going radically corrupt, incredibly corrupt, and no repentance. And now notice what happens also. There's no repentance, and as a result of no repentance, there's no power. You have no power in the church. You can't you don't have the power to return people to God. How are you gonna return people to God if you have no power? So what what have we learned in the book of Romans? It's the gospel. It's the gospel that has the power to transform a person's life, but it's not a watered down gospel. Right? It's not just come in your homosexuality, come in your adultery, come in your drug use, come in your all that. No. It's repent. Turn from your sin and be born again. You know? Allow God to transform and change you from within. That's powerful. And that's our message. That's our message. And it's a powerful message. The message doesn't change. It hasn't changed. The church won't preach the true gospel. They preach a different Jesus, a different gospel with a different spirit. Right? So Paul says, hey. I'm jealous over you with a godly jealousy. I don't want anyone to seduce you if they do come along with a different Jesus. You know? I've espoused you to one husband even to Christ, you know, church at Corinth. So they have no power. They have no restraint. They can't stop the evil. The degradation is getting worse and worse and worse and worse in the schools and all through our culture. Therefore, thus saith the Lord of hosts, concerning the prophets, behold, I will feed them with wormwood. So they're gonna be be fed with bitterness, with poison, and make them drink the water of gall from the prophets of Jerusalem. His profaneness gone forth into all the land. And so the incredible apostasy turning upon God, the bitterness, the poison, the water turning to poison, the wormwood. And I I look at this as the crazy YouTube prophets. Everybody and their brother is a prophet or prophetess today. They're all having dreams and visions, and I think so, and I think so, and I think I don't care what you think so. What's the word of God say? That's all that matters. What's God have to say? And I don't wanna hear about your false prophets, you know? But, you know, a lot of the books that have come out in the last few years, the Jesus Calling, The Shack, The Harbinger, all the and and and tons of them have false doctrine in it, loaded with false doctrine, but very few people read or understand. They don't even know what's false about it, but it's it feels good. It, oh, it made me cry when I read the shack, you know. God's a woman. Oh, yeah. Well, I mean, come on. You're you're not gonna have any power. You're not gonna have the power to transform and change people by degrading God and diminishing God and who he is and allowing this stuff to, you know, to happen. You gotta stand against false doctrine. You gotta stand against it. You don't want the poison to get into your kids or into your own life. Thus saith the Lord, verse verse 16. Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you. They make you vain. They speak a vision of their own heart. So it's central. It appeals these messages appeal to your sensory. The the feelings, what I think, what I feel so. There's no absolute truth or or a dominance of this is what this word means. This word has meaning. And we just you know, we looked up a word here profane, the opposite of holiness. You know? We look up Jehovah Tsidkenu, the lord our righteousness. Words have meanings. We're gonna look up the word burden over here. It speaks of an oracle. It has meaning. There's a meaning there. There's context. We we've we've studied through chapter 22, and we're we're we're staying in the context of what's being said here. We're telescoping to seventy AD. We're looking back historically to July. We have a lot of things going for us here to interpret this properly. We're not going to the book of Revelation and teaching it as it all happened in seventy AD. We're not gonna do that. We're not gonna go to the book of Revelation and teach it like Origen in that it's it's all symbolic. No. There's some symbolism in there. It represents something, but we're but we're able to take the book of Daniel and Zechariah. We're able to take the Old Testament, and we're able to expose and to understand what the book of Revelation is saying because the prophets, the true prophets have been prophesying of the unveiling of Jesus Christ. The revelation of Jesus Christ. It it's not something that happened in seventy AD. Alright. But that's the way a lot of churches today don't even teach the book of revelation. And and if you're tired of me saying only 2% of the church teaches prophecy, you're gonna hear it over and over and over again. It's like it's it's a huge truth. It's a huge truth that needs to be said. I'm not saying it because I think we're better than anybody. I'm saying it because the evil needs to be exposed. Amen. Those that are in the 98% need to hear it enough from you that they'll start to tackle the other 27% of the bible they refuse to to to to read or to teach the people. The people need to know the times they're living in. They need to know what time it is. Jesus is coming again for his bride, for the church. It's not doom and gloom. It's glorious. And so so hearken not under the words of the prophets that prophecy unto you. They make they make you vain. They speak a vision of their own heart and not out of the mouth of the Lord. And so they're not giving you God's word. Evaluate everything. Take every thought captive, remember, To the obedience of Christ. Every high thought and imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and bring it into captivity to the word of God. Evaluate everything. Bring everything through the filter of God's word. Now there's some talking heads. There's some prophets in America and around the world. They're called the media. They're false prophets. And if you are mesmerized by these false prophets on television, you're being brainwashed. You're being seduced. You're being brainwashed. You're being lied to. You're being you're being dummied down. And they just drone out. They drone. They have the same talking points all over the world. The same script. It's scripted to deceive you. So be aware of that. Don't allow overwhelming amount of that. Take a little bit maybe here and there, but I can't even do you know to this day, I I refuse to hear the voice of Obama. Anytime that voice would come on, click. Yeah. I refuse to even hear the voice of Biden. Click. I won't even I won't even let that voice, any of it. Did you hear what the president no. I didn't hear what he said. He's a blooming idiot. You know? He's a drooling fool. Why would I listen to that fool? You know? I mean, get a clue. You know? Why would I allow that into my ears? You know? It's just ugh. But doom calling. Alright. So they say still unto those, verse 17, who despise me, the Lord has said, ye still have peace. And they say unto everyone that walks after the imagination of their own heart, no evil shall come upon you. Alright. So interpret that for me. There's two sides here. Two messages. What's the message of the false prophets? All as well. Your feelings will lead you. In Israel. Peace, peace where there is no peace. Right? Nebuchadnezzar's not coming. The Babylonians aren't gonna wipe you out like the Assyrians did to Israel 150 ago. You guys are special. You're special. And you you're gonna you're gonna have unicorns and butterfly kisses and cotton candy and and circuses and and dog dog and pony shows and and all the kind of entertainment that distracts you from the reality of the dollar crashing, you know, and everything's gonna continue as it always has, you know, so the false prophets are gonna give a false hope and peace, peace. Oh, there's no war coming. Oh, no. Everything's gonna continue as it always has. But Jesus said there are gonna be war and rumors of wars. Oh, he didn't know what he's talking about. For who has stood in the counsel of the Lord and has perceived and heard his word? Who has marked his word and heard it? That's a good question. Back down to verse 16, notice how he says, not out of the mouth of the Lord. Jeremiah is confident enough that he's hearing from the Lord. Are you confident that you're hearing from the Lord? Yeah. Do you know why I have such confidence in the pulpit? Confidence right now? It's not because I heard the lord speak to me today, like, audibly. It's because he's the logos. He's the written word. And as I study the word, I don't violate the meaning of his word. God's speaking to you and I through his word right now. And if I stay with his word, I have great confidence in his word, in him. But if I veer from there and I say I say I think I think, I'm setting myself up, man. I'm setting myself up that I'm gonna get a lot of trouble. So I'll preface it, and I'll say, well, you know, I'm not sure if this is true or not, but, you know, this is this is in my prayer time, this is something that's been been been stirring my heart. Now, I don't know if I'm really hearing from the Lord or not. We'll see up ahead here. But and then as time goes on, you get confirmation that the discernment that you're having, like like for instance, when COVID happened, my my discernment bells were ringing like huge, and there were some absolute absolutes absolutes. One is we're not shutting down. Two is we're gonna keep singing. Three is we're gonna keep doing communion. Those are absolutes. I don't even have to I don't even have to think about that. It's an absolute. Right? But a whole lot of people were saying you gotta shut down. You gotta stay away six feet. So what I did in a practical way is I said to everybody, alright. I'm gonna keep meeting. You guys wanna meet. You you you decide. But I want you to observe something, and that is if they can't stack bodies, this is not a pandemic. Got two weeks. Give it two weeks. Every time you hear a lie on the news, give it two weeks. Within two weeks, Robbie, Nancy, Vicky, Rob, all of you in here will catch them in their lie. You will catch them in their lie. You will have evidence. You'll have evidence of what happened in Hawaii. You got people on the ground. You got other people that'll tell you about the direct energy weapons and stuff, and you you you got enormous amount of information and truth. Now you have to determine if you wanna walk in that truth or not. Whole lot of us don't want to because it's it's it's it doesn't feel good. It hurts. How could my own government do this? You know? Why would they put a fence up around the place and put National Guard to guard it? Well, didn't Josh Green say he's gonna make a fifteen minute smart city out of it, you know, in Oprah and all that? I mean, there's so much corruption, but is it is it really true? Is it I I don't wanna believe that's true. You know? And and so that's that's what's that's what's happening right before our eyes. It's it's in our face. And, I mean, are they really going to destroy the food supply in America? Mhmm. Did did those processing plants really catch fire and burn down the last couple years? Did that really happen? Are these trains derailing that have fertilizer and chemicals that can help the farmers grow food? Is that really happening? Are the Dutch and The Netherlands really losing their farms? Are they really losing their farms? Are all the forests really catching on fire? Overwhelming evidence of evil. And yet the church, we don't wanna talk about it. We don't wanna talk about it. I can't talk about that. Well well, what can we talk about? What do you guys wanna talk about? You know what? It's like when they you know, you were talking about the golden parachute. And these people that think they're on this side, and they're just gonna be zombie and walk through this. In the end, they're not there for them. Right? They're like a gang leader. They just knock off the top one to be the next leader. Yeah. These people, can't trust them. So you know what the communist call them? It's so crazy. The communist call them the useful idiots. The communist they go after the first. Exactly. Followers They're the first ones killed. Because if you weren't loyal, you know what people how are gonna be loyal, you know, to us when they take over? Yeah. So yeah. They're the useful idiots, but they they get paid and they go along and they'll they'll betray and, you know, our own family members, Jesus said, our own friends and family are gonna eventually turn on us. Not all of them, hopefully, but but you've seen it during COVID. A lot of you grandparents, a lot of us weren't allowed to see our grandkids because our kids kept them from them. Right? Mhmm. You saw them getting real angry about this, and now it's proven that it's a bold faced lie, but how many have come back and said they're sorry? A few. You know? Yeah. Heard of it. Yeah. Very few. Overwhelming evidence. Okay. So it's just I'm trying to illustrate how people can be deceived and then double down in that deception and be unwilling to turn, unwilling to change. It's their pride. It's their pride. I'm I'm invested in this, you know, and we'll become uninvested. Invest in God. For who has stood in the counsel of the Lord and has perceived and heard his word? Who has marked his word and heard it. So Jesus said to the seven churches, he that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the spirit saying to the churches. I do try to listen to the holy spirit. I do try to hear. I don't typically move in the direction of saying, thus saith the Lord. That's too serious. Mhmm. I'd rather stay with God's word. You know? Then I'm confident. You know? I try to cross reference. I try to see where the Lord said this in another spot. If if I'm thinking I'm hearing something, when I when I do the study here, the Holy Spirit is speaking to me, and the Holy Spirit's reminding me of other places in the Bible that he said this, then I know that my interpretation is spot on because it's not an isolated, you know, thing that I just discovered. You know? It's let the Bible teach the Bible. It's so safe that way. It's so safe. So behold, a whirlwind of the Lord has gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind, and it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked. So you sow to the wind, you reap the whirlwind. Right? Mhmm. And we looked at Jeremiah five thirty one already. Reality is gonna bite. They don't care. The anger of the Lord shall not return until he has executed, until he has performed the thoughts of his heart in the latter days shall consider it perfectly. Now notice in verse 17, the word heart. Notice here, heart. In verse 17, whose heart is it? The imagination of the people's heart. Everybody doing that which is right in their own eyes. Existentialism, humanism, I feels good. I this is what I think. I think. I'm just gonna follow my heart. Well, Shannon put up a thing about the heart. Right? Jeremiah seventeen nine. What's the heart? Can you trust the heart? Right? You can't trust your own heart. Right? Mm-mm. No. You can be deceived. Trust your own heart. So here he says, executed until he have performed the thoughts of his heart. Whose heart? God's. God's heart. Don't have your heart being contrast to God's heart. God say, now I'm gonna do to you what's in my heart. I'm a judge you guys. In the latter days, ye shall consider it perfectly. You know what? You guys aren't listening to me now, but there's a day coming. The Verizon guy is gonna be saying from the heavens, can you hear me now? You hear me now? Check your phone. Emergency broadcast. He says, verse 21, I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran. I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. So what would we call these guys and gals? False prophets. False prophets. Jesus warned us in Matthew 24 about false prophets and false Christ, and another word we'd use is wolves. These guys are wolves, preying upon sheep. You have to be sent. Now Jesus has sent you and I. He said to go. We're to go. We have a great commission to go and make disciples. We know that we're called, but I'm not taking on the office of a prophet, a YouTube prophet that I had a dream last night, and I'm trying not I'm not gonna write a book and prognosticate how I think Trump's gonna be reelected and get everybody to buy my book and make me think I've heard from the Lord and give them a false hope. Well, I could get rich doing that, couldn't I? But what happens when it doesn't happen? That would illustrate and expose me as a false prophet. But nobody cares today. I know. Nothing They they can they can nothing can happen, and they do it again. They double down. You know? They double down. Oh, all these people that said he was gonna win that last election, they're just like they're prophesying about it, you know. They one of them saw that was gonna be stolen. Not one saw that he would overwhelmingly win, but it'd be stolen. Nobody wrote a book about that. But now you got these prophets again saying he's gonna win in 2024. You know? It's like don't be that stupid. Stop it. And I and I got pastor friends that are in that mode still. They're still in that mode of rubbing elbows with the Republicans and everybody trying to fix this thing, and we just gotta get him in there, and and we we can get this country back. Well, you're duped. He's a false prophet. He's a Judah sheep. He's a part of the cabal. He's a part he's a globalist. His family he wants his family to have a place at the table. He's beholden to the Rothschild dynasty. They bailed him out when he was in Atlantic City. Okay? He he he had Rothschilds and Goldman Sachs and and BlackRock people in his cabinet all around him. Banksters. Right? Don't be duped. Well, he he prayed. He said he doesn't know if he has anything he needs to repent of. You know? Right? Yeah. Oh my gosh. Yeah. How can people be so and and they must be laughing at us. George Bush, the younger one, laughing at us. These people think I'm a Christian. You know, I just pulled down 09:11. I just pulled it off, you know, under my watch. But if they had stood in my counsel and it caused my people to hear my words, then they should then they should have turned them from their evil way. So, again, whose fault is it? Who has the greatest responsibility to affect change in people to to point people to Jesus? The pastors. The pastors. You guys didn't do your job. You didn't do it. Can any hide himself in secret place that I shall not see him? Saith the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? Saith the lord. So there's no place to hide. There's there's there's no place. In Matthew twenty four four and five, you know, Jesus take heed that no man deceive you. That's gonna be a good podcast, isn't it? Got a got a neon sign coming. You're gonna see it soon. Take heed that no man deceive you. Be not deceived. Mhmm. I have heard what the prophet said who prophesied lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed. I have dreamed. And I wrote in my bible right here, Trumpers. What do I mean by that? You know what I mean by that? People putting their faith in him rather than god. And it's always they substantiate it or they're trying to get some authority of, I had a dream. I had a dream. Martin Luther King had a dream. That was a good dream. Right? Mhmm. That was a good dream. I love that that what a great preacher. What a great message. Right? I don't know all the ins and outs of his message, but people are bewitched. People are seduced by demons. Mhmm. And how many times you've seen seasons in the church where people have a deliverance ministry? And, you know, I need you guys to pray for me because I've got the demon of the barking spider, and I need this demon cast out of me or the demon of burping or the demon of overeating, you know, the demon under every rock. Right? And these deliverance ministries. Right? And, oh, take me to the prophetess. Take me to the prophet. They're gonna lay hands on me and deliver me of this demon. What's wrong with that theology? They're looking to man. But Jesus greater than that. Something foundationally wrong with that. Foundationally. I mean, at the very heart of everything, they're wrong. Christ is the This is happening in churches, deliverance ministries. This is so simple. I can't believe. Kathy knows. She's reading my mind right now. She's thinking, god, if I could get that demon of barking spider taken out a rig, oh, man. No demons in the house where where Jesus was out there dwells. If you're a Christian, there are no demons in you. Cannot be in the sand. Wait. If you're a Christian I know. And you're in a church, there are no demons to cast out. Demon of gluttony. I got the demon of gluttony. I can't stop eating. You know? It's wrong. There are no demons in you. Do you get it? But how prevalent have you seen that false teaching all throughout Christendom and Kitsap County everywhere. Right? But maybe they're not real Christians and they do have to But why doesn't anybody stand up to the false doctrine? Why is there always people attracted to these dreams and visions and deliverance ministries? You know? It's like I have guys come up to me sometime and they say, hey, pastor. I can't stop smoking pot, and I can't stop doing this, that, and the other. Would you pray for me? Would you do a really deep prayer that'll go down real deep in me and deliver me from this? And I'm like, dude, just repent. Are you a believer? Just repent. Sow to the spirit. Walk in the spirit, and you won't fulfill the lust of the flesh. It's that simple. Amen. You know? Greater is he that's in me than he that's in the world. Why do I gotta pick out every flaw in my character and think it's a demon making me do it? That goes against what I've been teaching you guys out of Romans six. Sin shall not have dominion over you. Right? I've been teaching you, you've been delivered from the power of sin. Right? That's salvation. That's that's foundational. Why do these churches get away with these so called deliverance ministries? It's because they make a lot of money waving their coats and healing ministries and all that and parting their hair over here. You know? They're they're billionaires now doing this to people. It appeals to the flesh. And so I just I I can't. So how long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? Yea. They are prophets of of deceit of their own who think to cause my people to forget my name. You wanna forget God's name? This do in remembrance of me? What what Jay's saying, we can't partake of communion? You want me to forget about Jesus? You want me to exalt you, Jay? You want me to exalt you, Noah Yuval Harari? Are you guys better than him? Well, alright. Let me give you a contest. You go be crucified, buried, raise yourself from the dead three days later, you guys, that are boasting about how you're never gonna die. Well, let's try it. Jesus did. He said destroy this temple. In three days, I'll raise it up, and he did. Mhmm. Now you guys talk so big. Why don't we hold him accountable? Why don't we let him go be crucified? Why don't why don't they do it? You know? Because it's a lie. You let him get beaten really bad first. Beyond recognition. I would have. I wouldn't even stop it. God. I might even jump into hell. So you forget his name and you and you degrade him and and and, you know, you don't worship him, a blasphemy of promoting Baal, promoting false deities. Eyes they have in their idols that can't see, ears that can't hear. Now you got the artificial intelligence. How many people are gonna move in a direction of robotic artificial intelligence as part of their belief system? You know? Take the mark of the beast. He says the prophet that has a dream, let him tell a dream, and he that has my words, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat, saith the lord? I like a good challenge. You know, let the let the prophet that has a dream do the dream. Let's see if it comes true. If you're in Daniel two, Nebuchadnezzar has a dream, then he forgets the dream. He wants the Chaldeans, the priests, to interpret the dream. They said, well, tell us the dream. I don't know the dream. So if you're a real wise man, tell me what the dream is first, and then you can interpret it. And they're like, never in the history of the world has any leader ever asked his wise men to tell him the dream. You know? Because if you tell them the dream, they can lie to you. You don't know if they're telling you the truth about the interpretation. So he's gonna execute them all in Daniel two. And Daniel steps and says, hey. Give me a moment. Give me a moment to confer with my god, and I'll come back to you with what the dream is that you forgot about and the interpretation. Right? Then in chapter four, Nebbe has another dream, and Daniel's like, oh, I don't wanna tell you what this one is. It's it's you're gonna spend seven years eating grass, man. It's it's not good. You know? And so, I mean I mean, it's so funny this the the dreams and all, but Daniel could bring it, couldn't he? Daniel could go and be falsely accused. Hey. You're not allowed to pray in his name anymore. Now the Medes and the Persians are in power in chapter six. That you know, Nebuchadnezzar's gone. Belteshazzar's gone. Now you got the Medes and the Persians. And now the the religious leaders around say, you know, we're not gonna get Daniel or anything doing wrong. We're gonna have to make a law that makes being devout that that says praying is illegal. Preaching the gospel is illegal. Worshiping God is illegal. Singing is illegal. That's the only way we're gonna get him. We're gonna have to change the laws and the Medes of the Persians. So you know the story. He's he's gonna open the doors up, the windows, and he's gonna face Jerusalem and pray every single day, three times a day. So he gets thrown into the lion's den. Tell him Cath what happened. And so the Lord shut the mouth of all the lions. Right? There's proof in the pudding. There he's a real prophet of God. Right? God does it over and over and over again. Right? So he has a dream. Oh, God. Let him speak my words faithfully. So homework assignment, you go on YouTube, find all these YouTube prophets. Right? I mean, there's tons of them. Tons of them. And don't tell me about it. I don't wanna hear it. Alright. I hear you do. No. I don't. It's it grieves me. It just grieves me, man. It just really grieves me. So a dream man has my word, let him speak my word faithfully. That's what word it is. Speak the word faithfully. We've been given God's word. So Ephesians five eleven, have no fellowship with them, fruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. Right? So when you hear the lies, simply dispel the lies with the truth. If you've if you've got a magazine in your in your weapon and you've got lots of bullets, lots of scripture, lots of understanding, you know you know, you got plenty of ammo. You got plenty ability to to refute the lie with the truth, and pretty soon, they're attacking your character. They're attacking you. Now when they can't win the debate based upon information, you're bringing the truth. They have the lie. Real easy to expose the lie. Super easy, but they hate you for it. So now they're gonna attack your character. Now they're gonna say, you know that Pastor Ricky is not very loving. He didn't blow me any butterfly kisses, you know. And he made me feel bad, you know. I felt bad when he said that, you know. And he's not very loving, you know. How come I can't live with my boyfriend? I'm in love, you know. And how can how can that be wrong? How can a God love, you know. Well, I didn't come up with the opinion. It's not my opinion. It's the word of God. And males should not be with males. It's homosexuality. Adults should not be engaging in sex with children. Mm-mm. No sex outside the marriage between a man and a woman. It's real clear. It's real simple. Not with your dogs, not with your beast, not with I mean, none of it, you know? It's just so simple. Why do we even need to debate it? This is the truth. This is God's way. We're done talking. I'm done talking. This is it. And I'm I'm becoming that way with eschatology too. I'm being inundated with people that are trying to disprove the preacher of rapture. I don't have time for them anymore. I don't have time. I give them verses. I show them verses. Here's the verses. Here's a few verses. And why don't you just give me verses? Why why won't you talk to me? Well, this is all I got. This is it. This is word. You don't understand these verses. I got no time for you. I don't wanna hear about, you know, Darby and, you know, the weirdness. I've I've gone over that stuff over and over and over and over again. Pre wrath, whatever it is, I've gone over and over again. I'm not gonna go over it with you. You know, I'm not gonna waste my time. So it's just I don't have time for it. Sorry. And I'm not gonna take the time. You need to study the scriptures. And if you can't hear what the scriptures are saying, there isn't anything I'm gonna say that's gonna get the truth to hit home. Alright. So it's not my word like a fire, saith the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces. And so let me back up. The prophet that saith dream, dream, let him dream it, and he that has thy word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat, saith the lord? So number one, we've got the wheat. Who cares about the chaff? Who cares about their false doctrine and all that? They they got nothing. We got the wheat. We got the we got the fruitful wheat that people that people can feast upon. So when I'm in the pulpit, when I'm teaching here, whatever, you and I, I know what my function is. I know what my job description is is to feed. I'm not gonna give you chaff. I'm not gonna give you cotton candy. I'm not pastor cotton candy. I'm not gonna water down the word. I'm not gonna make it easy to swallow by taking repentance out, sin out, hell out, and the cross out. It's all gonna remain because it's a simple message. It's his message. I'm just I'm just the messenger. And then it's in your court how you're gonna receive that. And if you're a believer, it's gonna edify you, which means it's gonna build you up. You're gonna get stronger. You're gonna grow in the grace and knowledge of Lord. If I'm watering down the truth and I'm giving you psychology and feel good messages and what I think and my wisdom and Rick Warren's wisdom, it's not gonna feed your spirit. It's the wrong food. It's bugs. It's crickets. It's it's Bill Gates meat, Bill Gates potatoes. Okay? We don't do that. And we're gonna we're gonna the word of God's the food. The job of the pastor is to feed, edify to build up, to tend, to care. So he's given Jeremiah, he's given you and I confidence in in what we had to work with. I would love to work with a billion dollars. Think what we could do as a church with a billion dollars. I'd like to work with a million dollars. Think what we could do with a million dollars. The huge emphasis in the church today is money. If I have money, then Church Incorporated can have an influence in the community. Big buildings, social programs, feed the homeless, all these things. If I got the money, well, what if you have the Holy Spirit and you have the message? What can you do with the Holy Spirit helping you and the right message? Amen. Does that have the power to transform and change lives? Amen. Right? So I'm gonna rely upon the holy spirit. I'm gonna rely upon the word of God, and I have a confidence that God's word doesn't come back. What, Robbie? Void. I know that God's word is gonna do. It might have to break a rock on somebody's rock head like a hammer, block head, but it's gonna break it. It it's gonna when the fire comes, it's worse like a fire. It's gonna burn the chaff up. Right? But a fire from the Lord's gonna make bread out of wheat. Right? We're gonna bring the bread, the the manna from heaven. Right? Amen. And when you come to church, you come through those doors. You're not this isn't my objective. My objective is not to be celebrity Rick. You're not coming to a church with a pastor celebrity. The people, oh, Rick this, Rick that. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Jack this. Jack. Jack. Jack. Jack. Jack. Jack. Jack. If I'm doing my ministry right, if I'm yielding to the Holy Spirit, you're gonna be like the Greeks that come to Philip and say, sir, we would see Jesus. If I'm doing my ministry right, I'm transparent. You're not even seeing me. The Holy Spirit's job is to bear witness of the son. When you teach the word, Jesus should be exalted. Jesus if we exalt Jesus, he'll draw all men unto him. So you're to see Jesus. You're to you're to go away with a greater understanding and and realization, knowledge, intimate knowledge that God spoke to you today. And it wasn't my words. It was his words. God spoke to you. God edified. He built you up. You got a word from the lord. Right? Pastor? Yeah. I got a word from the lord this morning before I even thought about this bible study. It was in first Corinthians four said Paul said, but I will come to you shortly if the Lord will and will know, not the speech of them that are puffed up, but the power. For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power. Amen. You know? Amen. And it just goes so much with everything that's been spoken. Alright. So Word of God. I think we're gonna stop there because there's a lot more here. Look at the look at the notes. A lot there. Now one thing I could apologize for I mean, we'll pick this up next week. One thing I I'm blown away, absolutely blown away. Well, I want I want Vicky to see that I do have in the right column second Peter two one through 16, and I have over here it says KJV so that Kathy could see. I am gonna bring in the dumbass. And I wrote my name Rick right there in my in my bible. Okay. So that's for next week. That's something to look forward to. It's in it's in your notes. Okay? Alright. Now Speaking of a donkey. Yeah. And it and it pertains to the study because it talks about false prophets. It's eight thirty six, 08:40. Kathy says to me Saturday, alright. You're only doing two verses? I said, yeah. I said, this is pregnant, man. There's there's so much there. I'm so excited to bring this message. You know. And so I bring the message, and when I finished, I could've gone another hour. There was so much more to talk about. There's so much more there in my heart, stern me. So I got home after lunch and everything, and last night I pulled up Rumble and I I wanna see if Brian, you know, loaded the message up. I don't listen to the message, but I like to know if it's if it's there. And I look many times, I look at the time. It was an hour forty eight. Have you ever been in a church? The guy preaches for an hour that's not the worship or the fellowship. That's the message at hour forty eight. And I'm like, holy smokes, you know. Who could endure that? Now, I saw people out there doing this. Know. I was like, squirt them. And just get them, everybody moving around during the service. I'm like, I know why. I know why. You know? And, man, who could sit there that long? And then and then people came up to me and said, that was that was a really good message. Love that message. You know, other people are bolting to their cars. They run to the bathrooms. They're they're hypoglycemic. They need to eat. Their their alarms are going off because they're diabetic. You know? You know? And I'm surprised if anybody shows up the next week. You know? Because that's that's that's a long message, you know. So my buddy Eric says to me, you know, you might consider doing it in two parts, you know, but I don't I don't know how I could stop. I've got I've got the third point ready to go to finish up, to bring it bring it home, you know, bring it home and and share the gospel and do communion and all that. And it's like, did I really stop right here? Did I stop the flow? I mean, the lady's the lady's watch is going off. She's letting me know it's 12:00. You know? And and she's not she's not shutting it off. Now she's talking on there, and another one's going off. So tonight, there's a there's a lot here that I don't wanna just gloss over in the interest of finishing by 09:00. So nine o'clock's pretty late here. You know, you guys get up at three in the morning. I'll just be getting to bed by then, but just just kidding. I go bed 10:30. Alright. So I was so excited about this message, but I'll have to I'll have to revisit it for next week. It's so it finishes so well with that with that section on the dumbass. You know? It's really I'm sorry to interrupt you. No. It's good. It's it's, like, 08:40 now. Alright. So let's pray, and then we'll come back next week. Anybody know what we're gonna talk on next Monday night? Is it a mystery? Do we have to say it? Hopefully hopefully, you'll go into 24 because it's tiny short. Something about a donkey. No. I can I can get a lot of that? We can get a lot of that. Alright. Beautiful. It's biblical. But Alright. Let's pray. Lord, we come before you, and I thank you, Lord, for the laughter. I thank you for the joy, the blessing that there's no head trip, no guilt, no no heavy heavy trip that I'm bringing forth, Lord. It's it's your beautiful, wonderful word, and your yoke is easy. Your burden is light. The letter of the law kills. The spirit gives life, and we thank you for the life that you've given us, Lord. We thank you no matter what's happening outside these doors, these walls in the world right now. Lord, we can rest in you. We do have a message of rest. Lord, we have repented. We have turned from our sins. We continue to repent and turn from our sins. And, we like that resting place in at your feet as worshipers, as students, as your friends, as your servants. Lord, we pray that you would just undergird and strengthen us and reveal more and more of your love onto us, Lord, and anoint and use us. Anoint and use us in the power of your holy spirit to share the glorious gospel with people who are perishing, to share the hope that is ours, that blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great god and savior. Lord, give us great success, lord. You look on the fields, you say they're white under harvest. You say the laborers are few, lord. Lord, here we are. Send us, lord. Pray to the Lord of the harvest. Sent forth laborers into his harvest. It's your harvest, Lord. Let us be harvesters, Lord. Let us be those that go and glean and minister and bring bring salvation, Lord. One man sows another waters. Lord, you bring the increase. And, Lord, give us the joy and the blessing of discipling people, of discipling little babes in Christ that come to know you and raising them up, Lord, building them up, strengthening them in your word. And, Lord, thank you for the privilege. Thank you for those that have discipled us, that continue to disciple us, continue to teach us your word. And thank you for your holy spirit. Thank you for your holy spirit that that ministers unto us, Lord, and keeps revealing you unto us. So bless, Lord, tonight. Bless our traveling home. Bless this week. Get us ready for next Sunday, Lord. Very exciting times, Lord. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen. You guys didn't see that coming.
