Welcome back to Be Not Deceived. I'm so excited to be able to have another episode. And I have some special guests with me. I have Pastor Rick Bodrie from Calvary Chapel Bremerton. Thank you. Thank you for coming. And I have Mark Dinsmore who is joining us today and we thank you for coming and helping us understand more of the special topic that we have today and that topic is Israel and Israel is a hot topic today in our world there's a lot going on Israel is in the news, pretty much continually, depends on who you're listening to on the opinion of what's going on in the world. But I want to look at it in a biblical sense and prophetic look at who Israel is, who God says they are in the Bible, and how they play a role in the end times. So there's a lot to go over and I want to just start right in. What do we see Israel doing right now in the world and how is America maybe playing along with what's going on with Iran and how America is helping? What's going on? What would you say? Well Israel's trying to weed out any kind of terrorist groups that have been periodically bombing and hindering them as a sovereign nation. And so whether Iran is behind it in their ideology through their Islamic ideology that they hate Israel. So they're anti Semitic in their leadership. But what what always strikes me is that the fastest growing church in the world is also in Iran. So you want to caution yourself to not hate Iran. Recognizing that God's doing some great things through the in the lives of the people that are there. And so but the nation of Israel being a sovereign nation they have a right to protect their country and so they see threats beforehand when Assad was there in the area of Damascus and the area of Syria where a lot of these terrorist groups can be there as antagonists to Israel. So it looks as if the nation of Israel wants to weed all that out and wants to do something with the area of Gaza. And we don't know what kind of economic deals Jared Kushner and President Trump and Saudi Arabia and a lot of these nations are going to do. But we would support Israel in their right of sovereignty and their right to protect themselves from an ideology that sees them as we're going to push them into the Mediterranean Sea as other nations have tried in the past. And so America's involvement has been to be a friend of Israel, an ally of Israel, and to help them preserve their sovereignty as a sovereign nation. They're the size of New Jersey. The other nations all surrounding them have plenty of room, of real estate for everybody. But for some reason Zechariah 12 God says that Israel, Jerusalem is a cup of trembling to all the nations. So there's a demonic component where in the minds of many of these world leaders it's irrational that people would have such a hatred toward the nation of Israel. And presently in our administration as Americans we have a friendship, a favorable relationship with the nation of Israel. But that doesn't mean that Israel has carte blanche to do whatever they want to whoever they want and that we're supposed to pat them on the back and you know bless them and all. So when when we invaded Iraq there's 2,000,000 innocent civilians that are killed in the name of let's go get those terrorists you know. And then we for twenty years we have a war in Afghanistan and we have our military guarding poppy fields. We have the Obama administration developing ISIS which comes in the region and decimates Christianity, all the Christian churches and all the Christian groups and all. So if I were to look at Iran today I would have to be reminded of the Coptic Christians, the priests in Egypt that were using satellite technology to get the gospel out all over the region. And so part of those seeds that were planted were in Iran. And now we have the fastest growing church in the world as Iranian people are recognizing the emptiness of Islam. So I'd be I'd would hate Islam but I don't hate I don't want to teach people to hate Iran. Right. The people. I mean disagree with their policies and and I you know and all that. Then So I come over to Israel and I said well if yours is national security and with Assad gone and the region more destabilized something has to be done when you destabilize the region. You have to bring order. Reestablish order. So the Obama administration destabilized the region with their Arab Spring. Yeah. And so how do you how do you restabilize that region? What kind of region are you trying to make of it? So we know it's all going toward globalism, a new world order. And where does Israel fit in that new world order? And where does America fit in that new world order? And it says that if we bless Israel that we will be blessed right? Where is that found in the bible? In Genesis chapter 12 the Lord had said unto Abram Abram get thee out of thy country and from thy kindred. So God's looking for a person. The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show himself strong on behalf of a man whose heart is perfect toward God. Abraham was in the home of an idolater and his father Terah. And but God and and this area is the area of Iraq present day Iraq is where he lived. So now the Lord told Abram get thee out of thy country and from thy kindred and from thy father's house unto a land that I will show thee and I'll make of thee a great nation. So the first reason for this is God's going to bring forth a nation from Abram and specifically speaking of the nation of Israel at this point and I'll bless thee and make thy name great and thou shall be a blessing. And then he goes on to say, And I'll bless them that bless thee and curse them that curse thee and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. So if we look at the purpose of Genesis three fifteen that the seed of the woman the virgin born son of God that his heel would be bruised but that he'd crush the serpent's head. God is needs to and I use that word loosely, needs to bring forth the Messiah. Yeah. What nation is he going to bring that Messiah from? What what? Israel. Where? How's he going to is? So then he takes from Abraham and then you've got Isaac narrowed down through Isaac. Abraham asked oh that Ishmael might live before you. No. In Isaac shall thy seed be called. Mhmm. The Messiah's going to come forth from Isaac. And then you've got Jacob and Esau. Which one is it going to narrow down to bring forth the Messiah through? Jacob or Esau? Jacob have I loved, Esau have I hated. So now you'd have Jacob and God causes a famine in the land for the Israelites. Joseph goes before them, a type of Christ, when he's about 17 till he's about 30. But there's a famine in the land caused by God for God to bring Jacob to Egypt and four thirty years later you got 2,000,000 people. It's a nation now. Yeah. Right? Just a people but a nation. God makes distinctions with the circumcision and with the Mosaic Law that's later you know given and the time of Moses later. And so God makes a distinct people with the Sabbath day and all the all of their the Mosaic law that shapes them as a nation and gives them prophetic promises and all. It's all pointing to the Messiah. So in the Abraham all nations of the earth would be blessed and that the Messiah the Messiah is a Jew Jesus from Nazareth. And Israel was in Isaiah the prophet supposed to be a light under the Gentiles. That light is that the nation of Israel has the Messiah. Abraham your seed if you numbered it would be numbered as all the stars of the sky and the sand of the seashore. That's his spiritual seed. Those who believe in Jesus from all nations. Every tribe, tongue, people, nation. God needs a nation to bring forth a people and with God preserving them with the 10 commandments and the Mosaic Law that they would be a specific group of people that worship the true and living God not an idolatrous people. He's training up a people. He's training them and getting them ready for the privilege of not just the word of God being given to them but the Messiah would be a Jew. Yeah. Not an Arab. Yeah. And so that's the intention is that he'd be a Jew. And the word Jew is Judah praise that they lift praise or Hebrews you know. So a distinct Semitic group of people with the purpose of the Messiah coming forth from them but not specifically just for them in the natural but Paul lays it out in Isaac shall they see be called the true Israel of God or those who believe in Jesus. Yeah. So in John eight Jesus is saying to the religious leaders your father's the devil because you don't believe. Even though they were Jews. Right from the natural. Yeah. So in Zechariah thirteen:eight-nine it talks about how a one third remnant is going to be preserved in the tribulation period. Two thirds will be wiped out. But the gospel goes forth from the Jew first. So in Romans chapter one sixteen and seventeen the priority is to the Jew. The church when the church came forth the nation of Israel had proselytes and so in the Old Testament all the way on through salvation is the same today as it was then. It's by grace through faith alone. So even an unbeliever of Moabite, Ruth the Moabite, could become a believer in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and be linked with Boaz. And Boaz begets Obed Obed begets Jesse. Jesse Jesus the root and the offspring of Jesse. So in Matthew one you see her in the lineage and also God's always wanting to reach the world with the Messiah through the nation of Israel. But if the nation of Israel is rejecting Messiah rejecting Jesus then Jesus said you're not going to see me again until you say blessed is he comes in the name of the Lord. As a nation there are still Jews coming to Christ just as we saw Pentecost just as we saw the 3,000 the 5,000 and then we see the Philip the evangelist go to the Samaritans half breeds and then we see the apostle Paul in chapter nine going all the way to Damascus to persecute Christians. So you see a very strong Jewish church starting out but then by chapter 10 we got the house of Cornelius and the Apostle Paul's used as the Apostle unto the Gentiles. So the rejection of Jesus as the Messiah opened the door unto the whole world and that's the dispensation we live in now is what's called the church age but the church age does not replace the distinction of the nation of Israel. The Israel is the wife of Jehovah. The church is the bride of Christ. And Romans eleven twenty five says that blindness in part meaning they're still Jews. Yeah. It goes to the Jew first and then the Gentile. So blindness in part has happened unto the Jews until the fullness of the Gentiles come in. The fullness of the Gentiles is the rapture of the church, the finishing up of the church. But in Luke twenty-one 24 we have a time period called the times of the Gentiles where the nation of Israel would be subservient nationally to a ruling a global ruling of Gentile world rule. And so and we're presently in that in that place where the nation of Israel is not dominant over all the Gentile nations yet. Yep. But when Jesus returns then he's gonna rule and reign from Jerusalem with a rod of righteousness and David as his prince and the nation of Israel be dominant over the Gentile nations that go into the millennium where Jesus rules and reigns for a thousand years. So all the promises that are given to Israel, yay and amen, they're going to happen. In Jeremiah 31, God has an unconditional covenant regardless of how immoral the nation of Israel is because they're sinners just like everybody else. It's an unconditional covenant where he writes his law within their heart. Right. That one third remnant that gives their heart to Jesus and says blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. And there Aaron Petra waiting and not just waiting but protected during the time of the antichrist killing the jews. And you also have the 144,000 with a And seal on 12,000 from being strived. They're evangelizing and they're supernaturally protected. They're part of the Jewish harvest. Part. Part that went into the remnant that's at Basra. The the 01/1940 are also jewish and they're part of the remnant that's saved. That is saved and entered the millennium. Enter into the millennium. And that is fascinating because you just laid out the foundation in Genesis of how he established the nation of Israel through Abram and then Abraham through that covenant. And then what an amazing plan that God has and is continuing to have and continuing to develop. We're not done yet just because Jesus if you some people think Jesus died on the cross and rose again and that was like the the end of his plan. Nation of Israel you're done right? Yeah with the Christians but that's not his plan. I just you know I just saw this unfold as you were describing it in Genesis and I'm like that is such the truth. It is exactly what the bible plays out is what you said of course that here's the establishment, here is the reasons why we need to get Jesus out of this nation because that nation is serving is supposed to be serving God gets God's instructions on how to live, wash, worship, offer, honor him all the different things that he establishes. He didn't do that to Babylon. He didn't do that to the pagan nations out there. He said this I am God. This is my plan. I'm going to do it through establishing a nation and I'm going to call it Israel because of Jacob. I've made this plan and then it's going to go. My plan is and my promise is forever. And he changes Jacob's name to Israel. Yeah. Right. And the true Israel of God Paul says Romans nine, ten, 11 is those who believe. Yeah and so belief is still Israel of God is truly still it because the plan was the Messiah and the Messiah was through the lineage through to the cross. Right. And then all the way and then including the Gentiles because that was the plan also. And then all the way till the thousand year millennial kingdom. So the plan is still going. It's still working. The call goes out to whosoever will. Male, female, barbarian, Scythian, bond and free. There's no free ride for the nation of Israel. Exactly. They have to come the same way and the opportunity is open. The spirit and the bride say come. Whosoever will let them come. Right? Yeah. Every tithe and tongue people and nation. And then at Pentecost you saw that. You saw the various groups of ethnic groups and people that were there. Even the Ethiopian that Philip got to minister to. Exactly. People would come from all over. And but the the key issue is is that the first Adam failed. And when he failed God gave a promise that he would bring in the last Adam and this last Adam would not be an angel. This last Adam be the son of man. Yeah. Right. True ability to redeem Messiah. Yeah. To and to bring that bring this Messiah God institutes a family and he institutes a nation he institutes covenants and he institutes a Judeo Christian ethic that we recognize to live by the old and the New Testament. That's preserving and showing the volume but the book is written of one man Jesus. Exactly. And not because the nation itself is perfect. Didn't we just learn in Ezekiel how imperfect they are? Yeah. And in Isaiah how imperfect they are. Right? Disbanks them. Just just Lord judges. Come on now. I tell you how to behave, who to worship, why are you compromising all this? I am your God. Do you really want the judges and the kings and you want what the pagans have out there? Really? Because I've established you and the replacement theology type idea is that Israel was so screwed up that now Gentiles through the Messiah are now that replaced them. That the church would replace the nation of Israel. They make a big error and not understand the distinction of the epoch of time that we're in, the age, this administration that the Lord has where the time clock started with the inauguration of the church Jesus breathed on as such that receive you the Holy Spirit and then told him to wait for the promise of the Epi experience. But the church's birth there many feel at Pentecost Acts chapter two and continues as Paul said Romans eleven twenty five until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. The emphasis upon gathering a bride for Jesus and again the priority is Jewish. So if we were to listen to the activity around the world of how many Jews are getting saved today they still come They might call themselves messianic Jews. Culturally they want to observe some of the mess of Judaism, the Jewish culture. But they still have to come just like a Gentile comes by grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ. Yeah. They're still sinners. And we as Gentiles have to recognize our Messiah is a Jew. Yes. And so I don't need to quit being a Christian and go into a deeper mystical Jewish church you know meets on Saturdays and wear shawls and all that stuff. Some people seem to think that that's a deeper spiritual Jewish mysticism. Yeah. That's also creeping in. No. No. No. No. We're all Christians. You know. Yeah. And and celebrating the festivals. Any of them that you want to celebrate fine. But we all come the same way by grace through faith alone. Yeah. And that's a Confession of faith and belief in Him. In the nation of Israel we're excited for them that never in the in the history of the world has a nation been the diaspora spread all over the world and then two thousand years later 05/14/1948 brought back into the land and having to really learn Hebrew again. In a day. They lost their they lost their language. Right. So if they relearn even their national language. Their language. Yeah. And but everywhere they went nobody said hey I'm I'm a Philistine you know. Yeah. And I'm you know whatever. I'm from Moab. They don't even know where they're from you know. Yeah. But the Jews you know they're drawn spiritually back to the land. Miraculous. And according and fulfillment of prophecy. Yeah. Of of Ezekiel thirty six and thirty seven Valley of Dry Bones. But But now they need a soul. What's the soul? Yeah, they're still in unbelief. They're still in unbelief. And so now the idea of restoration of Judaism, the rebuilding the temple. And Jesus referred in Matthew twenty four fifteen that when the abomination of desolation spoken by Daniel the prophet goes into this temple. The temple's on the verge of being rebuilt right now. Yeah. So but one thing I wanted to ask was while bless those that bless you and curse those that curse you. So historically what's happened to nations that have tried to curse the Jews? Mhmm. Like for instance Haman. The Persians. When they try to genocide the Jews what happens to the Persian, you know the Persians? What happens to a people that whether it be Germany or other countries that try to do a holocaust against the Jews. What happens to these nations? Or Great Britain when they turn their back upon the Jews and side with the Arab nations with the Belfar Declaration and not really necessarily wanting Israel to win that war you know 1948. But against all odds they did. Yeah. So the sun never set on the British Empire previously but after the Jews came into the land and after World War II Britain took a subservient role and America began to emerge as a superpower with the dollar and the armaments and the whole thing. We've been favorable toward an ally to the nation of Israel. So we've been blessed in many ways that way. But up until now I don't know a time period where we officially as a nation have rejected the nation of Israel. And in our foreign policy or whatever, you know, not be a friend to him but as Mark and I were talking about earlier, that doesn't mean the nation of Israel gets carte blanche. Never in the Bible have they got carte blanche. God judges sin. For their actions. For their sinful. Right. They're they're going to be judged. Yeah. And they're going to go through the time of Jacob's trouble. Yeah. The most judgmental time ever where god pours out his wrath on Christ rejecting world. Yeah. And so, it's not all. Yeah. It's not all great for and America's ceases from history. We don't even know what America's morphed into. The North American Union or something. Yeah. But Israel's prominence. Everything's about Israel. It's all about the focal point of the whole world is this nation the size of New Jersey because that's where Jesus is going to set up his kingdom and rule and reign from Zion. Amen. Right? You know that's amazing because we have a lot of opinions out there about Israel right now and the Jewish people and the government in Israel. And I was gonna ask, Mark some of the the details of what Israel is up to kind of you know what do you know that they are very ungodly they're not and people can make that case really well with the actions that they are doing right now. And what you know they are as sinners just like the rest of us without a savior accepting that savior as which is Jesus as the Messiah they can do some pretty evil things and you were sharing with me a little bit about the the cabal and what are what what what's his Talmud and and the different I think that's very fascinating If you could maybe share a little bit of that, I think that would be really beneficial. And we've already established that that two thirds are not going to cry out, blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. So but god has promised you know that he will preserve that one third remnant and they will be believers born again just like us and but what's going on in in in the the jewish realm right now that that you kind of are aware of I'd like to hear a little bit of that that's a very good question that a lot of folks there's so much confusion today about Zionism. You know, what is it? I think there's a biblical Zionism, and then there is an occult demonic form of Zionism. Satan loves to take things and invert them and to twist them. And so, we could talk about the root of antisemitism. You know, where does that come from? Well, we know that Satan has tried to exterminate the seed of promise since since it was promised in the beginning. Right? And, we can trace that all the way through the Old Testament to the New Testament, king Herod and and destroying all of the, the the children under two, all the males. And and so Satan, comes to steal, kill, and destroy. And so he's never stopped, and and this is the long war against God. Henry Morris wrote a book about called the long war against God, and he's he's traced this from the seed of promise all the way through scripture up to present day. And you mentioned, the prophecy, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling. And, Dave Hunt, founder of the Brienne Call, wrote a book called A Cup of Trembling, one of the great prophecy oriented books that kind of opened this up for the average layman to understand the significance of Jerusalem and Israel in Bible prophecy. But when we look at the history of Israel, scripture says that these things happened to them as an example, an end sample in the King James for us. And so we're to learn from these things. And what we see is a duplicity, a hypocrisy within ancient Israel up through present time. And so there's been this undercurrent of occultism. And when the Jews were were delivered out of Babylon, they brought a lot of the occultism and mysticism with them. And today, when we think of Orthodox Judaism, we think most evangelicals, most conservative Christians would think that, the Jews simply obey the Old Testament. You know, they have a slightly different way of looking at it. It's arranged a little differently, than our Bible. But that is really kind of of a veneer for the the the true belief systems that the rabbis teach and instruct. Their whole way of life and way of teaching is based on the writings of men. And so scripture actually condemns that. It says that you accept and advance the writings of men, the wisdom of men. You substitute that from from my word. And that the right their writings that they adhere to is called the Talmud. There's the Babylonian Talmud, and there's the Jerusalem Talmud. The Babylonian is predominant. And again, this is just a collection of rabbinical writings and teachings through the centuries that is is the basis of most, Orthodox Judaism today. And I'm not an expert in this field, but it's it's kind of Judaism today is a lot like the evangelical world. Right? There there's a spectrum, if we can use that word properly. There's a spectrum of beliefs from heretical to to orthodox. And so it is within Judaism, there's a spectrum of teachings. You've got, you know, all kinds of false prophets and false teachings. Then you've got sects and disagreements. And so it is within the Christian church. But, you know, for the the number one problem, obviously, is they've rejected Christ as messiah. They've rejected, the full counsel of God. And, but to say that they simply live by the Old Testament would be incorrect because they have this system. It's it's much like, Joseph Smith introducing the Book of Mormon and then the Pearl of Great Price and all these other extra biblical, unbiblical writings of men and even channeled teachings by spirits that come into a false religion. And today, Judaism is is rife with this. It's it's a it's a great it's a great big mess. And some of the dark things, I don't have written examples here. Maybe we could delve into that another time. It's but it's really offensive. It's blasphemy. It's blasphemous to God. Depicts Christ boiling in a pot of excrement. It it actually supports pedophilia. It supports even child rape and excuses it under these false rules and regulations that they have written really to protect themselves and to give themselves license, you know, licentiousness. To sin. Exactly. And so it is with, you know, present day, it's it's no surprise that when we have a Jeffrey Epstein, you know, sex trafficking all over the world and implicating and blackmailing the, you know, presidents and the elite and powerful people. And again, that ties into the the present day government of Israel and Massad. They need this power and control. But this type of practice of immorality is saturates ancient Judaism and is supported by the Babylonian Talmud. So it's no surprise to see the world, even though the world is lost, and it's a bit hypocritical for them to target Israel in in the antisemitic way. But when they see the nation of Israel engaging and involved in illicit activities, drug running, money laundering, child trafficking, all of these things, and they they they become anti Semitic. Right? So so it's hypocritical, number one, because all of those things are in America. Yeah. All of those things I'm doing that too. Are in Hollywood. All of those things are in Washington DC. So who are we to point the finger and and decry Israel as being this awful abomination when the truth is that, every heart is full of these things? So I think that's one of the the, one of the common roots of antisemitism today is surfacing this up and pointing the finger at Israel when really, you know, America's cup is every bit as filthy, every bit as full of abomination to God. And we could go on and on about that. But, maybe maybe because they are not theirs. They're presenting themselves as a as a as a godly, nation, but their actions are not godly. Absolutely right. But there's a misunderstanding in the church as well. And you know, one of the topics that we want to address is the the nature of the covenant with Israel, that it that it is eternal. It hasn't stopped. The church is not the new Israel. Yeah. But the the wickedness of Israel, God's gonna judge that. And the wickedness of America, God's gonna judge that too. He says, I will draw all nations, right, to the valley of decision and will contend with them, for dividing Israel's land. That's the reason. And so there will be no two state solution. Any support toward a a Palestinian state within the boundaries of Israel is going to be judged. But also, all the nations that God will bring are also going to be judged. And so the church, a large segment of it is embracing replacement theology, that the church has replaced Israel. We have all the blessing and none of the judgment. All the judgment is upon Israel. The blessing comes to the church. And, of course, pastor did such a great job just summarizing, the nature of God's covenant that it it is eternal. And, he went to Genesis chapter twelve one and three where we see the Abrahamic covenant. But in Genesis fifteen seventeen and eighteen, we've got this fascinating picture. According to Israel custom, they cut a covenant. So they would take an animal. They would sacrifice an animal, and they would cut it. They would divide it and separate it. And then the parties that were making the covenant would walk through it. They would pass through it, and that's called cutting the covenant. And in Genesis 15, we see a picture of that starting at verse 17. And it came to pass when the sun went down and it was dark that behold, there appeared a smoking oven and a burning torch. Right? Does that remind us of the the picture of the pillar of cloud by day and the the fire by night that passed between those pieces? On the same day, the Lord made a covenant with Abram saying, to your descendants, I have given this land from the River Of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates. And so the reason we know this is unconditional is because only one person walked through the halves of the offering. And that was the Lord. He made the covenant with Abraham. And he passed through it himself. So, Christians say, well, America they they like to portray America as having a covenant with god. We have no such covenant with god. There might have been people trying to covenant with the lord, but there's no covenant from god toward America. And so our nation, at some point, will dissolve. It must come under judgment. It must be dismantled into whatever form it will take in the new world order, maybe a North American union in order for prophecy to come to fruition. And so the church isn't destined to rule and reign from America. Right? Yeah. Right. We we have to be, caught up to be with the Lord, and then we will return with Christ when he comes to do what? To rescue Israel. Right? Right. From certain annihilation during the tribulation, the time of Jacob's trouble, and we get to come back with Christ at that time. But it's not by might, it's not by power, it's by my spirit, says the Lord. Mhmm. So it's the same way with with Israel today. I think the church feels that we have to send bullets and bombs in order to bless Israel, even for preemptive, war. But the word says that he takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. And so Christians should not celebrate, you know, when men, women, and children, civilians die, perish, and we just continue, you know, supplying more bullets and bombs to do it. As pastor said, there have been millions killed, and the Lord, I think, will take all of that into consideration. So we have to be very careful about how we bless Israel and what does that look like, what does that mean from a biblical Christian perspective. And so understanding Zionism, what it is and what it isn't, I think is a key to discussion. But the word is thrown around today with, without qualifying it, without understanding it. And so, of course, from a biblical perspective, God has promised Israel the land. We just read it. From the river Egypt to the Great River, the river Euphrates. Right? That is the Lord's land. But it's not up to us in this dispensation to take it back or to help Israel take it back. Empower them. Right. Mhmm. God is going to accomplish this, and America's gonna come under judgment whether or not we continue, supporting Israel militarily with bullets and bombs. Right? I think we're under judgment now, in many ways. Mhmm. And, you know, we see prophecy beginning to unfold. We're living in very exciting times, but even with our current administration, the the the church has this idea, Biden bad, Trump good. But really, many of their policies and programs are two sides of the same coin. Yeah. Biden was build back better. Right? Tear it down, destroy it, build it back better. That's a Masonic concept. Trump's got the BBB also. He's got the big beautiful bill. Right? And so now we have the technological solution, the component to the the the foundation and I think it's more than the foundation. I think the walls are going up on the the Antichrist beast system. Right? That's going to Yeah. Track and trace. Yeah. Every man, woman, and child on the planet. And so they they started this after 09/11. Really, it came into power with the Patriot Act, which is really mislabeled. They love doing that. They invert it. It's not a Patriot Act. It's not buying for Patriots. It's against Patriots. Yeah. It's against us and the people. It's it violates the constitution. Ron Paul was, really a great whistleblower on that. And then, but they were setting up surveillance after 09:11, and they wanted to, you know, we have the the DHS and then the TSA. So checkpoints. Right? Papers, please. And then we have, the the cooties, epidemic of the the past few years. Again, they wanted to track and trace every man, woman, child on the planet, give everybody a digital ID. And so they use crisis after crisis after crisis, and then they have a a solution. So little by little, incrementally, we're getting to this point. And now we're on the verge, we're on the cusp. July 4, Independence Day, that was announced that there's going to be ai.gov. Right? This is a program that virtually no one's heard of. Why have it release or unfold on Independence Day? Well, I would say that it's because it's kind of a twisted joke. It's the loss of our independence. We're going to see the digital prison begin to surround us. Mhmm. Through the programs that this is designed to to advance. And so as Christians, we can see it. We can lament it. But we know how this that these things must come to pass. Jesus told his disciples, these things must come to pass. Be not afraid. Behold, I've told you beforehand. Right? So we have his word. We know it's true. And it's just exciting to be alive at this day and age. Yeah. You know, where these things are beginning to happen in this. This age is amazing as we are believers. And, so that means that I was gonna point out so the second coming of Jesus, like you said, just said is not Christians going through the the tribulation seven year tribulation and then rapture at the end and come right back down with him. The great u-turn in the sky. Yeah. Yeah. Why is that nest not necessarily true? Why would we think that it's before the tribulation and not at the very end? Why would we be escaping all of that judgment really it's a judgment one right after another that Christ is going to be dishing out because his judgment is is true and it and it really is Jacob's trouble. The lord has not appointed his church under wrath. So we're the bride of Christ as pastor pointed out. Mhmm. And so it'd be a heck of a wedding to, you know, be engaged, to be to be betrothed, and then to send your bride through the the greatest tribulation the world will ever know. Right? Yeah. No. We're, the bride is to be caught up to be with the Lord. John fourteen six, he he will go and prepare a place for you that will come again and receive you unto myself that where I am, there ye may be also. Mhmm. So that's the destiny of the church. We're to be caught up, you know, the and and the, of course, the critics of the rapture mock it, which is a fulfillment of scripture in itself. Mhmm. They're scoffers. They're mockers, but rapture comes from the Latin and the Latin Vulgate, and it's translated as, harpazo, which is like a harpoon. You know, when you spear a fish, you spear it with a harpoon. It's quick, it's fast, and you draw it up. And so a raptor is a bird of prey. Right? Well, what do hawks and eagles do? They swoop down, and they snatch up their prey, and they they take it up. And so to me, it's a beautiful picture. And we have the custom in the in the Hebrew tradition of the Hebrew wedding where the bride, she doesn't know what hour the groom is gonna come for her to take her to the wedding. But when he does, he comes with his attendants, and they lift her up on a litter, and they carry her. They actually physically lift the bride up off of the ground. Oh, fascinating. In that custom, a beautiful picture, of the rapture. And so why wouldn't the church desire to be caught up? Why would we even imagine that God would subject us to his wrath poured out upon, sinful nations and sinful world that is in rebellion against him? No. He's gonna protect us. Yeah. You know, they're just as there are two comings of Christ shown in the in the Old Testament. We had the the birth of the savior, of course, Isaiah nine six and seven. And then we have the the government will be upon his shoulders. So that's the second coming. Right? And both of those are foretold in the Old Testament. In the New Testament, we still have two comings. We have the birth of Christ, and we have or excuse me. We have the rapture of the church, and we have the the second coming. So these are clearly expounded in scripture. There are dozens of verses that we've can only be understood in the context of a rapture and dozens that can only be understood in the second coming. And so it's unfortunate that these get confused. They get conflated together. Yeah. But they're they are two separate distinct events. Yeah, exactly. Came to mind when you were saying that is, there are the tribulation saints and their heads are going to be cut off. So they're not going to be rescued other than the guillotine? What are they called? I mean, just said the tribulation saints but it's fascinating that the Lord gives the church age our escape from that tribulation. But there are some who are going to be born again who will actually be God's own but in a different they will receive salvation just like us. But because they're in the tribulation they will have to they will be subject to the martyrdom of that. Right. Yeah. Do you have do you have any insight on that one pastor? Four saints. We got an old testament saints and saints are those have been set apart made holy, you know believers. And so you're Jver and me, Geez say, there's no in between. You're the saint you're an eight. So, you got Old Testament saint, New Testament saints, John the Baptist was the last of the Old Testament saints and then you have tribulation saints and then you have saints in the millennium. So four different categories or dispensations of saints. So how could there be, Old Testament saints if Jesus hasn't been born yet? So Genesis three fifteen, God gave a promise that the seed of the woman, the virgin born son of God, as Mark alluded to Isaiah nine:six, unto us a child is born. He wouldn't be an angel Hebrews one, but that he'd be a man, so the son of man. That the last Adam would be born and that his heel be bruised and that he's crucified, but he would crest the serpent's head like in Colossians. He triumphed over all principalities and powers. And so Adam and Eve when they sinned, God told them the day you eat of it you shall surely die. We have to define death as separation from God. So they didn't die physically immediately but they died spiritually. He said, Adam, where are you? So they used to have fellowship walking in the cool of the garden in the day and all. And we see Adam and Eve in their guilt trying to cover their sin with fig leaves which is an expression of religious effort to try and cover our own sin. And then God gives them the promise in Genesis three fifteen and in that promise righteousness is imputed unto them when they look future that one day Jesus would go to the cross and die for them. So God taught them as they left the garden in coats of skins that without the shedding of blood there's no remission or forgiveness of sin. The angel of the Lord guarded them from the tree of life and as they're exiting the garden they have the gospel already preached to them. And Jesus said Abraham rejoice to see my day and he saw it was glad. And Paul said in Galatians the gospel was before preached unto Abraham. And Hosea twelve ten says that God speaks through the prophets and through similitude pictures. So there's a picture there of the of the Adam and Eve leaving the garden in coats of skins as John the Baptist got and he said behold the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world because it's possible that the blood of bulls and the bullocks and Hebrews could take away sins so it's speaking future that one day he would. So all the Old Testament people that are saints are those that look future to the cross that God would provide himself as a lamb as as we see in Genesis 22 when Isaac asked as a type of Christ asking Abraham as a type of god the father. Father, we have the wood, we have the knife, the fire, but where's the lamb? God will provide himself. God will have a Jireh. He'll provide himself a lamb for the sacrifice. And so as they're looking future that God's only begotten son that he would die upon the cross, that he'd be buried, that he'd raise himself from the dead. That righteousness is imputed to them that faith is imputed to them for righteousness. And in the New Testament we look back at the cross and we partake a communion and this do in remembrance of me we're looking back to the cross. We're also looking in the gospel of the second coming. You do show the Lord's death till he come. Mhmm. So we are aware of the cross. His death, his burial, his resurrection, his body being broken, his blood being shed. Yep. Communion. Communion. And then with communion the Titus two thirteen, the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and savior. We're living in anticipation with the gospel, the good news that we have that Jesus coming again. That this is not our home here. Amen. And I wanna go one step further and go to the millennial kingdom. And why would we believe that Jesus would have actual sacrifices in the millennial temple, why would he have to do that? There's four reasons, areas and we studied that and Arnold Frueckenbaum helped me with this. Primarily as a memorial looking back but also there's there's sin that's taking place in the millennium which is which is so crazy. Yeah. To think of but there are there are Gentiles as as Jesus returns all the Jews that enter into the millennium are saved. They're all saved. But there's Gentiles that enter into the Matthew 25 the sheep and goat judgment those that were favorable towards Israel enter in. Now they're in their human bodies and in their human bodies they begin to have children. Now they're all believers too. I was gonna say they're saved. But they don't have their new glorified bodies yet. They're cohabitating. They're having children. So a thousand years of having children we see the devil has been put in the abyss. When he's loosed these Gentiles that have free will choose to rebel against God. We also have a verse in Isaiah chapter 65 that speaks of they'll have till they're 100 years old to receive Christ or not in the millennium. And a child like 100 years old unless they be accursed. So these families that are repopulating the planet they have free will. So in the millennium four purposes of the kingdom system. One is a memorial. They're looking back being reminded of the cross. Number two for fellowship as they get sinful and they come to the the feasts and all. They're reminded of the blood sacrifices and if we confess our sin he's faithful and just to forgive us of our sin and to cleanse of all righteousness. So as they come to a place of confession as a result of those sacrifices, fellowship's restored just as us. We don't lose our salvation they get it back. And his blood in first John one:nine if we confess our sin he's faithful and just forgive our sin cleansed of all righteousness but the blood of Jesus Christ God's son continually cleanses a man of all sin so there's the as we saw in John 13 the washing of defilement through confession. And so you don't need to be saved Peter, in the Greek words. So he that is already saved is bathed. You just need a cleansing there Peter. And so then the next one would be a ritual cleansing and reminding of God as holy. And so as people approach the temple, the priests that are there, and all the different ways that they're administering things, is a reminder that God is holy, not to be casual. And then the fourth emphasis upon a theocracy, Jesus rule and reigning, and the blessing is predicated upon obedience. So in, let's see here, 40 three:one through five and Zechariah fourteen sixteen and twenty one, nations that don't go to Jerusalem for the Feast of Tabernacles and such, they don't get any rain. Yeah, we just decided we're not going. Yeah. Our family's not going. Part of it's a theocratic and that Jesus is ruling reign as king of kings and lord of lords and David as his prince. The 12 apostles are ruling on their thrones. You and I are ruling and reigning as kings and priests helping with our glorified bodies. Yes. Yep. And and so these these feasts that take place as for a thousand years are being used to win people to Christ. Yeah. And to facilitate fellowship and to remind people that God is holy and to give a choice for a person of whether they're going to worship God or not. And she said if you love me you know keep my commandments. Yeah. So, love is expressed in a life of of wanting to live a life of obedience. Fascinating. So, it'll be a perfect theocracy. Yeah. Perfect. Yeah. With with sin. Yeah. Ruling ready that we're out of righteousness. But which will be quickly and swiftly dealt with. Yes. And so again again, we're looking at the example that that that going back to Genesis again, the establishment of God's plan, right? Establishing and creating the nation of Israel and his plan within that nation goes and keeps going and keeps going and keeps going and includes the Gentiles. And then it continues in the real, the actual literal thousand year millennial reign of Christ, King of Kings, Lord of Lords in the millennium with Jews ruling and Gentiles living. Christ still showing himself. He showed who he was through the temple of the old testament as symbols and signs of who he is through the sacrifices. He was showing them then and he's there ruling and reigning in the actual millennial kingdom in person as king, but also showing who he is, his seriousness, his this isn't we can't take this lightly. Of course, such a space quite as large as was ever enclosed by the walls of ancient Jerusalem, would have been impossible upon the Hill Of Moriah. And various efforts have been made by some of the commentators to reduce the size, but the use of reed as a unit of measurement is decisive. Those measurements will require the creation of a new mountain that would fit this new temple complex. The prophet Zechariah foretells that the whole Mount Of Olives will divide when the Moshiach steps on the Mount Of Olives. According to Ezekiel, the Millennial Temple will serve the Mashiach, so geographical miracles such as the creation of a new mountain can be imagined. Additionally, a unique feature of the Millennial Temple will be the river flowing from under its threshold toward the east. The waters will divide, with one half going toward the Dead Sea and the other half toward the Mediterranean Sea. We read about this in Zechariah chapters 14 verse eight. In Ezekiel, we read that the waters will gradually deepen to bring life in the form of trees and fish. This life giving water will be a constant reminder of the presence of God and his blessings. Just imagine the river going out of the temple that will give life to everything on its path. The Dead Sea will no longer be dead but will be resurrected to new life thanks to the Mashiach. Another exciting feature of the temple are the gates leading to the temple complex and the temple itself. The prophet describes that there will be two sets of free gates. The gates will be located on the east, north, and south side of the temple complex. The east gate will be the most important because they will serve as the entrance for the prince, who many interpret to be the Mashiach. What stands out when we look at the gates is how tall they are. In Ezekiel chapter 40 verse 13, we read the measurements of the gates are 25 cubits wide (meaning 41.7 feet or 12.7 meters), 50 cubits long (meaning 83.3 feet or 25.4 meters), and 60 cubits high, representing 100 feet or 30.5 meters. So if we place a man of a regular size of six feet or one point eight meters high, the gate would be pretty tall. The gate's entrance is described as 10 cubits 15 feet wide and 13 cubits 19.5 feet tall. Ezekiel tells us that the gates will have tall narrow windows and will be decorated with palm trees. Inside the gates will have tall pillars and guard chambers. Through the three outer gates, you enter the outer courtyard. There will also be 30 dining rooms located on the east, south, and north side of the temple complex. So I'm guessing there will be a lot of eating in the Millennial Temple. From the gates to the inner courtyard, there will be 100 cubits, that's 166.6 feet or 50.8 meters. All the gates look the same and have the same measurements. However, the east gates are unique because the prince will use them to enter the temple, and later, we also read about the glory of God entering the temple through the East gate. The north inner gate will also be unique because the priests will mostly use it. When writing about the North gate, the prophet mentions an additional dining room next to it and special tables for the priests. There will be four tables just outside the gate and four inside the entrance. Again, measurements of those tables are given, and it is written that the burnt offerings, sin offerings, and guilt offerings will be slaughtered on those tables. On the east side of the north gate, there will also be two buildings that will face south and will be reserved for the priests who guard the temple and one more facing north for the priests that guard the altar. We read that those are the sons of Zadok, the only Levites who draw near to the Lord to minister before him. In the last verses of chapter 40 of the book of Ezekiel, we read that the inner court where the altar will stand is a square measuring 100 cubits long and wide. In chapter 41, we are given the dimensions of the sanctuary itself. The temple will be 100 cubits long. Here is my impression of the temple interim. Listen to Isaiah chapter two starting from verse two. Now it will come about that in the last days the mountain of the house of the Lord will be established as the chief of the mountains and will be raised above the hills, and all the nations will stream to it. And many peoples will come and say, come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us concerning his ways and that we may walk in his paths. For the law will go forth from Zion and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem, and he will judge between the nations and will render decisions for many peoples. And they will hammer their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, and never again will they learn more. Come, house of Jacob, and let us walk in the light of the Lord. In chapter 42, we are given additional dimensions of the temple complex. We read, for example, of more dining rooms in the temple inner court. On the north and south side of the temple, there will be extra buildings for dining. There will be a separation area between the dining buildings and the temple. What is interesting that you will not be able to enter those dining complexes directly from the temple, but you will have to exit the inner gates and enter through a passage in a wall. The dining buildings will be three store high and the building will get more narrow as they go up. Ezekiel calls those buildings galleries on each side of the temple. Two such galleries will face each other. There will be a more extended gallery and a shorter one. There will also be a space of 10 cubits wide separating the galleries. In chapter 43, we read about the return of God's glory to the temple. We are told that the vision of Ezekiel is similar to the one he had at the Kebar River. The theme of God's glory is essential in the book of Ezekiel because in chapter eight of his book, Ezekiel records the departure of the glory of God from the temple. Now, the glory of God is returning through the East gate. We read in this chapter. Chapter 43. Then he led me to the gate, the gate facing toward the East. And behold, the glory of the God of Israel was coming from the way of the East. And his voice was like the sound of many waters, and the earth shone with his glory. And it was like the appearance of the vision which I saw, like the vision which I saw when he came to destroy the city. And the visions were like the vision which I saw by the River Chebar, and I fell on my face and the glory of the Lord came into the house by the way of the gate facing toward the east. And the spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court and behold the glory of the Lord filled the house. Then I heard one speaking to me from the house while a man was standing beside me. He said to me, son of man, this is the place of my throne and the place of the soles of my feet where I will dwell among the sons of Israel forever. And so Ezekiel Temple becomes the culmination of God's plan for humanity. God was among Adam and Eve in the Garden Of Eden. He gave a taste of his kingdom when his glory protected Israel in the wilderness and later in the times of Solomon when God's presence was visible in the first temple. Ultimately, God's glory will return to Israel to reside in Jerusalem forever. In the later part of chapter 43, we are also given the dimensions of the altar. The altar is unique from the altars we've seen before in Israel's history. First, the altar of burnt offering is right in the center of the entire Ezekiel Temple. Secondly, the altar of burnt offering is not only in the center of Ezekiel Temple, but is also like a miniature temple of the entire temple. Ezekiel 45 is where the description for Ezekiel Temple begins and talks about the standard measurement for the temple, which is a long cubit that is measured from the tip of the elbow to the tip of the middle third finger, plus one hand breath. This standard is represented also in Ezekiel 4three 13. This signifies that the altar of burnt offerings is like a miniature or condensed model of the entire Ezekiel temple. First, the center of Ezekiel's temple, that is the altar of burnt offering, is likely to have 25 steps, which is very appropriate since the very principal number of Ezekiel temple is 25. That will be a perfect theocracy. Yeah. Perfect. Yeah. With with sin. Yeah. Ruling rain that we're out of righteousness. Yeah. But which will be quickly and swiftly dealt with. Yes. And so again, again, we're looking at the example that that that going back to Genesis again, the establishment of God's plan, right? Create establishing and creating the nation of Israel, right? And his plan within that nation goes and keeps going and keeps going and keeps going and includes the Gentiles. And then it continues in the real, the actual literal thousand year millennial reign of Christ, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, in the millennium with Jews ruling and Gentiles living. And Christ still showing himself. He showed who he was through the temple of the old testament as symbols and signs of who he is through the sacrifices. He was showing them then and he's there ruling and reigning in the actual millennial kingdom in person as king, but also showing who he is his seriousness. We can't take this lightly. Blood was shed and this is my example of this. The living water that he gives like in the old in the new testament and in the old testament giving them during the leaving Egypt he gave them manna from heaven and water to drink out of the rock. I mean Jesus just keeps showing us who he is who he is over and over and over and over. Revealing himself till the very end till eternal state. And that is a beautiful picture of Israel and the nation of Israel right there that we just talked about. Mean it's so amazing and That'll so be the fifth kingdom in that we're studying in Daniel presently. Yeah. The first kingdom of the Babylonians and second kingdom dominant gentile world rule over over the nation of Israel. The Persian then the Greeks and the Romans. Then the Romans is a rebirth of the Roman Empire. Mhmm. And then the stone not cut with hands we studied the other night. It's going to crush that that Antichrist system. That's 77 of Daniel. And that inaugurates after a seventy five day interval. Let's say it becomes the twelve hundred and thirty fifth day where he sets up his kingdom and that that millennial kingdom is that fifth kingdom that never ends. Never ends. Yeah. Thank you Jesus. That eternal king. Your plan is amazing. New heaven is amazing. New heaven and new earth. Everything burned up later. The eternal state Revelation 2,122 and I like Ephesians two verse seven that in the ages to come where the church age, millennial age. Yeah. In eternity, the eternal state. Yeah. You said we're going to get to know Jesus. We're never going to exhaust that subject. Amen. Right? We're never going to stop getting to know him. Yeah. As he reveals to Amen. In the ages to come. His kindness unto us. He's amazing. God is on the good side. Our hope is eternal. Our hope is a wonderful future. So don't get caught up in the world that we live in today and all the stresses and trying to clean this world up. Let's just let Jesus do this. He is in control. He has got and we don't have to try to hide and stick our head in the sand and try to do things different than what the Bible tells us that is true. I want to thank you guys for coming today and talking about Israel and getting this subject very well said and planned and laid out and using the Bible to do so and God's word is true. One last thought is the true Israel of God are those who believe. So I would illustrate that by people in America think that they're going to heaven because they're Americans. Yeah. I'm a Christian because Yeah, I'm I'm American Christian. And I was raised, you know, I was baptized as an infant and all that. So true with Israel people view somebody from Israel as better bless those that bless them curse those that curse them. The true Israel of God are those who believe. Amen. The unbeliever nation of Israel those that reject, you know, there's no salvation for them simply because they have the natural seed. Yes. The flesh is not word of God. It's of the spirit. Isaac shall thy seed be called. Amen. So it's the spiritual remnant those who believe. Love it. Alright. Perfect. Thank you so much.
