What is True Worship? Does it please the Lord?
Vickie Wiederrich gathers at Pastor Mark Dinsmore’s home with her husband Rob Wiederrich and guests to help us examine what worship is according to the Bible and whether contemporary worship truly pleases the Lord. They urge Berean testing of songs and doctrine, warning that music can be a gateway for false teaching and explaining why their church refuses to promote music from movements like Bethel, Hillsong, Jesus Culture and similar streams. The conversation critiques specific teachings and quotes from Bethel leaders that, they say, downplay Christ’s divinity and mischaracterize the Holy Spirit and God, and shows how those errors can lead to deceptive worship. Throughout, the panel returns to the biblical call to worship in spirit and truth, to examine ourselves, and to prioritize sound doctrine over emotional atmospheres or cultural trends.
