They recount Wes’s transformation from marine to missionary, Far Reaching’s work training nearly 500 Calvary pastors in South Sudan amid heavy loss, and the ministry’s expansion into Syria, Iran, Afghanistan and Latin America to bring the gospel into active war zones and to victims of trafficking. Rescue stories range from a food parcel in Syria that led to conversions and an underground seminary, to dramatic Afghan evacuations aided by donors and former intelligence officers, and the long, costly care required for sexually trafficked children. The guests ground their stories in scripture, urge the body of Christ to share the work of those who go and those who stay, and call us to pray, support and remain focused rather than distracted.
